للأسف كانت تجربتي مع الفندق مخيبة للآمال جدًا. وصلت بعد رحلة سفر متعبة، وكانت زوجتي متعبة وتحتاج إلى الراحة، ومع ذلك لم يتم التعامل مع وضعنا بالمرونة أو التفهم الذي كنت أتوقعه من فندق بهذا المستوى. تم إبلاغنا بأن تسجيل الدخول لن يكون إلا في الموعد المحدد، ولم يتم تقديم حل مناسب لظروفنا، مما اضطرني في النهاية إلى حجز فندق آخر ودفع تكلفة إقامة جديدة. ما زاد من استيائي أنني كنت أتوقع من الفندق إظهار قدر من التعاطف ومحاولة مساعدتنا في هذه الظروف، ولكن للأسف لم أشعر بذلك. تجربة الإقامة ليست مجرد غرفة ومرافق، بل تشمل أيضًا طريقة تعامل الفندق مع ضيوفه عندما يواجهون ظرفًا طارئًا. بالنسبة لي، هذه التجربة كانت كافية لأقرر عدم العودة إلى الفندق مرة أخرى

Clean place, kept clean daily and staff will helpful anytime you request service. On beachfront and places are in walking distance. Professional service and amazing hospitality!! The Liv Hotel was just perfect for our relaxing getaway. The room was a good size and was clean and fresh. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a wonderful selection of cooked and fresh options.

We stayed for 12 days but we wish we had booked for longer.

تعامل موظفين الفندق سيئ ويريدون اخذ مالك فقط غرموني على لحاف متسخ واحدثوا مشكله ويراقبون اي احد من اهلي يزورني بالغرفه ويشكوون يريدون اخذ المال فقط اخروني عن الذهاب للمطار بسبب لفهم ودورانهم والله لن اكرر الزياره لهم نصيحه نصيحه اللي يبي يسافر مرتاح لايسكن فيه

Excellent service from start to finish. Every member of staff was smiling, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond to help. The rooms are clean, modern, and well equipped with everything you need. The swimming pool is great, and the breakfast was surprisingly good, with plenty of enjoyable options. We also ordered food from the bar and everything was delicious. The bar has a good selection of drinks, and the bartender was especially friendly and made the experience even better. The location is ideal, right at the quieter edge of Patong Beach. It is perfect for anyone who wants to stay close to everything Patong has to offer without being surrounded by the noise and crowds. A wonderful stay, and I would happily return.

Красивый отель, все очень хорошо, чисто. Персонал услужливый, предупредительный. Красивые, просто шикарные закаты. Недалеко 7/11 и ночной рынок. Пляж чуть дальше, напротив только рыбаки. Бассейн отличный, территория ухоженная. Суперские завтраки.

Шумные сонгтео по ночам проезжают мимо с громкой музыкой. Очень слышно, мешают спать

موقع الفندق يقع في بداية باتونج تقريبا وسهولة الوصول للشاطيء بمجرد قطع الطريق. الفندق جميل والغرف والاسرة والشرفه كلها مريحات. الحمام اعزكم الله يحتوي على شطاف. الافطار جميل طبعا يحتوي ع اطباق اسيويه ولكن فيه بيض بانواعه وفواكه وسلطة ويحتوي ايضا على الة اسبيرسو. موظفين الفندق قمة في الرقي والتعاون. اغلب الموجودين بنات وللامانه وقت وصولي ومغادرتي ياخذون امتعتي رغم اني كنت احاول اساعدهم 😅 بس الخلاصة انهم قمة في الاخلاق ويحاولون يوفرون جميع سبل الراحة. اخذوا مني مبلغ تامين كان المفترض 2000 وماتوفر معي كله كاش جبته لهم من بكره وماكان فيه اي مشكله في ذلك 🙏👍🏻 والاكيد مستحيل اختار غيره المره القادمه 👏🏻👏🏻

I stayed here for one night, and everything was amazing — from the staff service to the room. Everything was clean and wonderful. The scenery was beautiful as well. They even have a balcony for smokers. I honestly think this place is even better than some of the five-star hotels I’ve stayed at.

Everything was perfect and I will be coming back with my friends before end of the year .I hope for better discount hahaha

The staff at LIV were amazing, only had a couple of meals at the hotel but was fantastic and Patong beach on your doorstep.

We have just had the best time in this hotel.place is spotless staff are so friendly and very attentive.We had a swim up room it was spacious and the shower was amazing.The location is perfect for the bars and restaurants .We will be back ..Thankyou Kris and all your staff for making our stay amazing

Otel merkezde, Bangla Road’u baz alırsanız yürüyerek 10 dk. Etrafında her şey için imkan var. Kahvaltıda peynir çeşidi yok ama diğer şeyler yeterli ve doyurucu. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, özellikle güvenlik görevlisi. Odalar temiz, her gün temizleniyor. Odada klimaya ek olarak nem düşürme makinesi de var.

Wir haben ein sehr tolles und vor allem sauberes Hotelzimmer erhalten. Dazu haben wir kostenfrei ein Upgrade bekommen, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr lecker gewesen und auch abends kann man wundervoll dort essen. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Es hat wirklich dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man erreicht auch zu Fuß schnell an der Promenade viele Restaurants und kann abends gut spazieren gehen.

Was etwas ungünstig ist, wofür das Hotel aber an sich nichts kann, ist, dass vor dem Hotel eine Straße an der Promenade verläuft und dadurch der Verkehr deutlich zu hören ist. Was aber wiederum bei jedem Hotel so sein wird. Man muss da aber auch positiv erwähnen, was wir in keinem anderen Hotel hatten, dass das Hotel Ohropax bereits legt.

The room and facilities were excellent. The bed comfy, the room clean and very spacious.

The property was as advertised in the pictures, it was clean, good location for those that like to experience the chaos from a distance. The staff were attentive and always smiling especially the security guard (Manitip)

The staff are friendly and helpful, the reception manager is a great woman with extensive experience in dealing with hotel guests... all the facilities are clean... room service is excellent.. The location is fantastic, right by the sea... and all the restaurants are right next to you.

We have been to Thailand many times and this would definitely be the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The staff were incredible. The rooms are beautiful large and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The pool access room is fantastic you could even see the ocean. The ambience and how comfortable we felt was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning again and again. ❤️

When i downgraded my room i liked the view from that room

Apparently noise level is a big problem here and adjacent rooms can hear you and get disturbed easily which i found was a negative aspect if your staying with toddlers

I traveled around SE Asia for nearly one month and this was my favorite lodging. The location is great and has ocean views from the room, the staff is amazing - considerate, remembers each visitor and their preferences, and are willing to go out of their way to meet your needs or requests. For the experience, the price is very reasonable.

That I couldn't stay longer.

Honestly this hotel was spot on for me.

Las camas muuuy cómodas, no se escucha nada en la habitación. El personal fue muy muy amable, nos ayudaron con muchas cosas. Está muy bien ubicado si quieres estar en Patong pero no en el centro de todo el ruido

La playa que tiene al frente no es bañable, debes caminar unos 6 minutos, pero no es grave

hotel described as on the beach. Well, it was sort of,across a very busy street. Did some excursions that I thought would be right there because we were on the beach, but instead, it was an hour and half away to get to them.??? Staff was super. rooms were clean.

Pieni rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla vain vähän matkan päässä vilinästä. Huoneemme ehdotn ykköspaikka oli ikkunalla sijainnut makoilunurkkaus. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Huoneen ilmastointia oli hankala saada säädettyä niin ettei puhaltaisi kylmää ilmaa päin. Huoneessa oli iso ilmankosteus. Huonetta myytiin merinäköalalla mutta osittainen merinäköala olisi osuvampi kun allasalueen katos peittää ison osan merinäköalasta ainakin 2. kerroksessa.

A quiet hotel for Patong, just a walking distance to the main places- Bangla road, beach, boat pier. Nice view of the sea from the room, and even the bathroom. Very kind and helpful staff.

Property very close to the beach. Nice and easy layout. Pool and view from the lobby area is great. Balcony room is great as well, you can see the lobby and the beach/sea.

If you’re not from the top floor and have your shades closed, people from the lobby can see into your room.

We had a great stay at LIV Hotel Patong. The room was spacious, and the three of us stayed comfortably for two nights. We booked the Deluxe Balcony Seaview room, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The hotel also offers rooms with direct access to the swimming pool, which looked really nice. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and surprisingly calm for Patong. The beach in front of the hotel wasn’t too crowded, even though it’s close to the pier, which makes it perfect for relaxing. It’s also very convenient if you’re planning to go island hopping. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at LIV Hotel in Patong Beach and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more chilled and relaxing experience away from the busy centre. The hotel is perfectly located just about a 10-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Patong, giving you the best of both worlds — close enough to enjoy everything, yet far enough to unwind in peace. Being right opposite the pier was a huge bonus, making it incredibly easy to hop on long-tail boat trips and explore the surrounding islands. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Our room was clean, spacious, and had the most amazing sea view — waking up to that every morning was a highlight of our trip. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive, but a special shout-out has to go to Benz at the pool bar, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Overall, LIV Hotel is a hidden gem in Patong — perfect if you want comfort, great service, and a peaceful setting while still being close to the action. We would definitely stay here again!

Super hotel

The location was perfect and the staff were amazing. Khun Manit-the security guard treated me like family and made sure I was always safe. Khun Show and Khun Smart in the restaurant provided the best customer service and helped me with making sure everything fit my dietary needs. And Khun Arty, Noona and Joy made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable

It had a beautiful view and nice decor. But there were tiny little details that were concerning- dirty/stained bed linen and mold in the upholstered headboard. I would like to note that they promptly changed the bed linen once I brought it to their attention
