When we were living the hotel,, staff made us wait for 20 in the taxi because they were looking for a glass from the room that we were stay. The glass was left on the balcony/ swimming pool area and we didn't think we were to bring back inside the room, they were short of looking inside our suitcases. We were made signs a paper in thai ( for all i know i could have signed my life away ,I know dramatic but thats how we felt ) stating that we didn't steal/toke the glass... it would be nice to be made aware that you were only supposed to use the glass inside the room. But over all we did have a great stay,and we do understand that the staff was only doing their job.

De voorzieningen zijn wat verouderd. Zo werkte de jacuzzi niet optimaal en brak tijdens het douchen de knop van de kraan af.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Déjà l'hôtel ne ressemble plus à la photo que vous mettait ... Il faudrait remettre à jour. Nous connaissons déjà cet hôtel. On y est venu en 2015 pour la première fois et y revenons régulièrement. Bien placé, calme, pratique...
Cette année nous avons réservé tard et nous avons pris une chambre tropical wing alors qu'habituellement nous sommes en pool wing. Nous avons eu une des belles chambres rénovée (cette aile est en rénovation donc si vous voulez faire une sieste l'après midi c'est impossible) mais c'était la plus proche de la rue... On entendait toutes les voitures et motos jour et nuit. Nous étions juste au dessus du 7/11 qui est à côté de l hôtel... Je pense que c'est vraiment la pire chambre de l'hôtel... 221. Même les chambres vu ville ne sont pas si proches. Nous sommes un peu déçus cette année

The service staff were stiff and not helpful. Room was not clean, When I woke up, I would find myself covered in mosquito and insect bites. There was a noise from the street all the time even after midnight so we couldn't sleep well. There's no mirror in the entire room, therefore I was suffering when I applied my makeup or see my outfits.

الاستقبال لايضحكون أبدا مع الكستمر مافي مراعاه أبدا إذا طلبت ساعه زياده للمبيت لأنهم يجبروك تدفع 1000 بات لكل ساعة لايوجد خدمه الكوي الذاتي للملابس في الفندق ولا يفرو اله الكي لا يوجد خدمه حمل الحقائب ازعاج جدا الغرفه الي أمام المسبح

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The bed and pillows were very comfy. And the location was great with massage places just around the corner and even the awesome food/fruit market just down the road and a 7/11 right in the parking lot.
We had booked 3 rooms and they were in different corners of the hotel, very far from each other. 1 room had a connecting door that some people who checked in late one night kept banging on and trying to open. 1 room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Also they gave only 1 key per room. which was very inconvenient.

The only problem that i faced is reception staff is very rude to guests , i had booked room for 3 person ,2 adults and 1 child of 14 years and it is clearly mentioned on by booking voucher but they had charged extra 1000bath for my child stay ..

L'horaire de fermeture du bar : 18h un peut tot Piscine un peu bruyante avec des Jeunes Russes avec leur musique et buvant dans l'eau Clientes musulmanes qui se baignent sans enlever leur vêtements. Bref, un peu d'ordre et de respect du règlement autour de la piscine ne serait pas de trop
