We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Burasari Phuket Resort. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, with a tropical atmosphere, stunning pools, comfortable rooms, and an excellent location just a short walk from Patong Beach while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options every morning. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service provided by the staff. A special thank you goes to Auto, Jay, and Roon, who were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. Their kindness and attention to detail made a lasting impression on us. Every member of the team contributed to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but Auto, Jay, and Roon truly stood out for their outstanding hospitality. We have stayed in many hotels during our travels, and Burasari Phuket Resort is definitely one of the most memorable. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket and we would gladly return in the future. Thank you, Burasari, for an amazing holiday and unforgettable memories!

We chose this hotel for our first night in Thailand, Phuket. The beach is so near to the hotel. The hotel has a stunning entrance, refreshing welcome drinks and face towels. After a tiring walk with our luggage from the bus stop, the staffs made the check in an amazing experience. They have two pools, shower facilities and wonderful bars. Rooms: The room was huge, exactly like the picture. The balcony had the extra bed that gave us such a relaxing couple time. The decorations for our honeymoon and my wifes birthday was very touching. Most importantly they surprised us with complimentary mini bar and waters in our room. Service: Top notch, will chose them again and again. Location: Not too far from the main Patong beach entrance to Bangla Road. Easy pickup and drop off for the island tours, Good restaurants and bars near the hotel. Hihgly recommend everyone for chosing this hotel.

Loved everything about Burasari. Staff were beautiful ,friendly and so accommodating. Rooms were so beautiful and clean. Housekeeping does an amazing job cleaning and looking after the rooms. Included breakfast was lovely. So many choices. Overall a wonderful holiday here. Our second time and would highly recommend it to friends and family

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und zugleich ein paar Gehminuten zur belebten Hauptstraße ist sehr schön. Das Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, mit viel Liebe zum Details eingerichtet, die beiden Poolanlagen sind großzügig und sehr schön. Das Personal ist nach thailändischer Manier sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, eine tolle Auswahl an warmen und kalten Gerichten. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat der Billardbereich gut gefallen. Vom ersten bis zum.letzten Tag ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Nicht wirklich ein Kritikpunkt, aber dennoch möchte ich erwähnen, dass unsere Kinder netflix & co in ihrem Zimmer hatten und wir lediglich einige wenige Sender in schlechter Qualität.

We absolutely loved our room. The location, the friendly staff. The shower were good and the large bed is always great on a relaxing holiday. We loved the new towel-origami that the room service girl left every day after cleaning the room. The day-bed on the balcony was a favorite place to spend some resting-time before going to the next activity. The snacks and beer in the bar-fridge is also a big favorite.

The breakfast could have had more dishes. The protein on offer were quite a bit less than the previous times visiting the hotel, but still a very good breakfast. All the hotel-staff were asking for ratings and reviews after doing anything (Even the cleaning girl) which was a bit too much for our liking, but I assume its a new policy that were not there before. I could have done without it, because I will review the hotel on my own time when its due.

The swimming pool is great

Great location for what we wanted, very beautiful grounds and quiet.

Our rooms were onto the pool which was beautiful but our rooms had a very strong smell of dampness. We spoke to others who stay here and they recommended we see staff about getting a dehumidifier in the room as that helped their rooms.

Everything. The entry is fabulous and very striking, as soon as you stepped inside, it was just beautiful. Welcoming staff. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable with everything needed for a great stay. I loved the outdoor balcony with lounge/bed. The free mini bar and bottled water was very kind. The cleaner organised a perfect room each day. The pool areas were amazing and absolutely spotless, as it was throughout the whole hotel. I only had one breakfast but the choices were endless. I often say, its the little things and this hotel has them all! It's a 1min walk to the beach and close to lots of shops, night market, restaurants etc. Ticked all my travel hotel boxes!

I'm a non smoker with asthma, this is my own issue and nothing to do with the hotel however, I really struggled by the pool and pool bar where a swim, drink and a smoke clearly go together. Perhaps a few designated non-smoking areas would be kind (there were a few tables in the restaurant marked). Again, this does not reflect on the fabulous-ness of the hotel.

Hotel bien placé ou tout peut etre fait à pied. Calme et préservé du bruit et de la circulation. 1 minute de la plage (pas la plus belle cependant). Très bien équipé : bar dans l'eau, billard, restaurant, canapés et bars très sympathique. Belle deco et jeux de lumière.

Une piscine cernée par la végétation mais remplie de moustique, impossible de rester plus de 10 minutes. Le ménage est aléatoire, 3 ménages sur 7 nuits. Très peu de transats, difficile de profiter sereinement de la piscine.

The hotel is a 5-star property. A huge thank you to the staff, especially Miss Pam, Miss Lisa, and Mr. DJ. We stayed with our entire family of six. Everything was fantastic. I highly recommend it. We'll miss it. We'll be back!

Gorgeous room with a lovely day bed on the balcony to enjoy. Pool, bar and other communal areas were really nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful, constantly making sure everything was at a high standard for all guests.

The lounge chairs by the pool could be hot property at times and it was frustrating that other guests didn’t respect the not holding lounge chair rules and it was annoying to miss out for people who were off doing other things for hours at some points.

We truly had the best experience ever! First of all, the employees were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and incredibly kind. They acknowledged us every time we walked past them, which made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and beautifully designed, and the location was fantastic. I especially loved the beach bag—it was such a thoughtful and helpful touch! Sadly, I didn’t get everyone’s names, but Madeuw gave us such a warm welcome upon check-in. From start to finish, we were treated with so much care and respect. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We will always carry all of you in our hearts and hope to return again someday!

Its our third time returning! We love the attention to detail and the amazing staff. We are always treated like royalty and love the attentiveness of the staff. The hotel is very close to the beach. The rooms are extremely beautiful and were kept very clean by Champ with a very comfy and big bed. Its good value for money and we really like the little snacks and drinks in the mimibar everyday. DJ brought us a high tea which made it really special. Our favorite hotel in Patong by far.

It had a fairly good location, close to the beach and far enough from the hustle and bustle as others reported.

The room was more like a hostel room 1212 in the Dara Wing, there was no balcony despite being advertised with a one. The pillows were uncomfortable, the air con was like a jet engine, room was small. Staff wanted everything to be ok, but if it was not ok they did not really know how to improve it. There are 182 beds so a possible 364 people, with a max of 50 sun beds by the pool. Pool Space limited. Clean, slightly dated. I must have missed the 3000 baht deposit on arrival.

Burasari is small (super cute!) boutique hotel , well located with bars , restaurants and shopping . We had a great experience at Burasari and would definitely come again! Special mention to dj , fern , Nona and auto smile for an amazing hospitality ❤️❤️✨✨

Sehr schönes Hotel, sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Minibar konnte gratis genutzt werden und wurde jeden Tag kostenlos aufgefüllt. Lage war gut.

Wir waren 10 Nächte dort, leider war das Frühstück nicht abwechslungsreich. Es gab jeden Morgen dasselbe. Es wäre toll gewesen, wenn es immer mal wieder etwas anderes gegeben hätte :)

Sehr freundliches Personal, Die Anlage war sehr schön und gepflegt. Essen im Hotel Restaurant war super und nicht überteuert.

Waren zuerst in einem dreckigem und falschen Zimmer, auf Reklamation wurde eingegangen und konnten am nächsten Tag das Zimmer wechseln. Klimaanlage hat etwas gemüffelt und die Duschen sind Renovation bedürftig.

Konumu Patong’un merkezine olması gereken uzaklıkta. Gürültü gelmiyor, sakin ve merkeze kısa mesafede yürünüyor. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever. Balayımız olduğunu söylediğimizde odamızı yükselttiler. Çok memnun kaldık. Minibar sürekli doluydu ve ücretsizdi. Temizliği de gayet iyiydi.

Beğenmediğimiz bir yönü olmadı. Belki havuzu çok geniş ve yüzülebilecek kadar büyük değil, ama keyifli vakit geçirebilecek şekilde göğüs hizasına geliyor. Bir diğer şey de çok sivrisinek vardı ama o bölgede çok var galiba, otelin buna yapabileceği pek bir şey yok. Bundan dolayı odanın dışındaki tüllü yatağı pek kullanmak istemedik.

SPA was good, but a bit pricey

I had a situation, as I checked out, and wanted to stay in the same hotel, but they didn't provide me an option for smooth transition, they wanted me to check out and wait 2 hours till the next room check in.

The pool access rooms were small but nice. The pool access outside was a bit rundown with the decking needing re oiling and the cement hand rail was broken. But overall a lovely hotel with a good breakfast

The resort is nearby the party zone and i was in a room facing the street, and so my room was really really really noisy. for those rooms they should soundproof better. i couldn't sleep well due to the noisy trucks going by with loud music.

מלון נהדר במיקום מרכזי מומלץ מאוד! הינו במלון במשך 4 לילות והחוויה הייתה מצוינת וחזרנו אליה בשנית. המיקום מושלם, במרחק הליכה קצר מכל האטרקציות המרכזיות, אך הרחוב עצמו שקט מאוד. החדר היה נקי מאוד, מרווח ומעוצב בסגנון מודרני. המיטה הייתה נוחה, הצוות בקבלה היה אדיב ושמח לעזור בכל שאלה או המלצה למסעדות באזור. התמורה למחיר מעולה ובוודאות נחזור לכאן שוב בחופשה הבאה!

Eine wunderschöne, kleine Oase direkt am Patong Beach! Das Hotel ist super sauber, modern und nur zwei Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Besonders begeistert hat uns das abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksbuffet und das unglaublich freundliche Personal. Absolute Empfehlung!

Seriously one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! And the food, OMG the breakfast was incredible, didn’t expect anything so fantastic!

Everything is amazing. Thanks to Sun who took care of us. There are 2 pools, both are very nice. This is a green and blue paradise. The big yellow door at the entrance is magnificent. In general, we liked it very much, we would like to come again.
