Mooie, schone kamers en een centrale ligging. Vriendelijk personeel.

Se vedo scritto ristorante mi aspetto un ristorante, è vero che subito fuori ci sono dei locali ma quando considero il prezzo da pagare dipende anche dai servizi offerti .

It was super clean and the breakfast was wonderful. They welcomed us with some tea which was very kind.

Reception personnel struggled with English, but they used google translate with us. The wifi system and password was a bit annoying as we had to connect using our room numbers and passport numbers.

A very good, high-quality breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. We stayed here for an extra night after travelling to different cities and returning to catch our flight home. The hotel also kept our luggage safe at no extra cost while we were travelling, and we received everything back safely.

Several things in the hotel require maintenance - the broken room phone is one simple example. That said, the staff were extremely helpful and supportive, which made a significant difference and helped offset these negative aspects.

La ubicacion es perfecta, a 5 minutos de la calle principal y 10 de todos los monumentos. El desayuno es un bufet impresionante, uno de los mas generosos que hemos probado. Ademas, la 6 planta donde se desayuns es muy agradable y luminosa. La recepcionista es muy amable y nos dio toda la informacion sobre qué compania de autocar iba a nuestro próximo destino y donde comprar los billetes.

El decorado de las habitaciones es muy oscuro con un papel en zigzag bastante psichodélico. Además habia muy pocas luces / lámparas.

Die zwei Nächte im Otel Zade waren wirklich angenehm. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und opulent ausgestattet. So konnte man sich nach langen Tagen bei warmem Wetter abends gut im Hotel erholen. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen! :)

Wunderschöne Zimmer und gutes Frühstück.

Hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Gab es aber im Hotel gar nicht. Wäre Verbesserungswürdig Uns hat es aber trotzdem sehr gefallen!

Location is very good , all the historical attractions are in walking distance . Breakfast is exceptional ! Rooms ate cosy and clean . We ate looking forward to go in winter for skiing .

Lift is a bit small but if no suitcase one can use the staircase easily !

The best hotel in the heart of Erzurum. Everything was perfect. This wasn't my first stay and I stayed at a few different places in this city yet nothing compares to how amazing the service and staff was.

Everything is clean and there is air conditioning in the room. My requests to change something about my booking was directly addressed and fixed for me. Staff is super nice.

Не работал кондиционер. Было очень жарко ночью. Только под утро стало свежее. С открытым окном хорошо выспаться перед дорогой не получилось, потому что в кафе под окнами шумят до поздна. Холодильник тоже не охлаждает в этом отеле, продукты пришлось выбросить

Staff. There's a very nice guy working at this hotel's reception. I'm not sure if I'm pronouncing his name correctly, but I think it's Ümit or Umef. He's a really nice guy.

It was a small but exceptionally clean hotel. The staff were polite, friendly, and very respectful. The room was small, yet spotless and well-maintained. The hotel breakfast was truly excellent—varied, fresh, and very delicious. The location was central and convenient, with many of Erzurum’s beautiful attractions and landmarks just a few minutes’ walk away. If I visit Erzurum again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel once more.

Отель в центре города, оставили для нас парковочное место, достаточно удобные кровати, завтрак есть, но на супер как тут пишут.

Слышимость в номерах, у меня в туалете дверь лучше чем тут входная в номер, номер весь прокурен, ресторана нет, только завтрак,, покушать негде, если с дороги то проблема. Не понимаю тут восторженных отзывов. Второй раз бы не заехал. Цена качество не соответствует, 93 евро за 1 ночь на 3х, того не стоит, можно найти лучше и дешевле.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zade in Erzurum. The night receptionist, Umut, was an absolute gentleman — very polite, professional, and welcoming. The hotel manager who talked to him by phone was also extremely helpful and did everything possible to speed up and assist with our check-in process. Their respectful and kind attitude truly made a great first impression. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One thing that genuinely impressed me was the level of trust and professionalism of the staff. Even though the minibar was not free, during check-out they simply trusted my word and did not even check the room. This says a lot about the hotel’s values, staff training, and high standards of hospitality. The breakfast was excellent, the prices were very reasonable, and the location is perfect — right in the city center. I highly recommend Hotel Zade to anyone visiting Erzurum. I would definitely stay here again.

Отличный отель, в цетре города, есть парковка . Номер оформлен не банально , было очень уютно и тепло. Если будем ещё в Эрзуруме, то только сюда.

Возникло недопонимпние со временем завтрака, тк уезжали рано ,то завтрак попробовать не удалось. Если администрация повесит на рецепшен расписание завтрака, будет вообще отлично.

Zentrale Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, ein sehr reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Frühstück, zuvorkommendes Personal! Sehr angenehmes und gepflegtes Ambiente.

A very comfortable hotel, well located in the centre of Erzurum. Staff were super helpful, rooms were extremely comfortable and the breakfast supplied was extensive and delicious. Very highly recommended.

The room was good size, this wonderful to me as don’t like tiny boutique hotel rooms as of late. Breakfast excellent. Great location and breakfast very good.

Perhaps a little more understanding English from front desk, but they were very nice.

The bedroom for 3 people was a bit small

Een heel sfeervol ingericht hotel, prachtige kamer met grote zitbank. Heel comfortabel bed. Schoon en toen wij er waren was het er heel stil. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en vers, veel keuze en lekkere koffie. Heel dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden van de stad. Prachtige moskeeën en een mooie medresse. Vergeet niet te gaan kijken bij het oude Ottomaanse huis dichtbij het museum. Wij vonden het heel mooi in Erzerum.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Sehr schönes, neu gestaltetes, sauberes Hotel nahe am Stadtzentrum. Zimmer ruhig, auch im Winter warm, gut geheizt. Sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Ich würde genau dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen.

I was driving and they saved a parking space for me directly in front of the door. Everything with the hotel was great. Also they are located next to a very good restaurant.

The weather, it was snowing when I was there. However, that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Het was een popere maar gezellige hotel en hele vriendelijke mensen. De eigenaar zelf was ook de hele verblijf aanwezig de heer Hüseyin. Hij was de aanspreekpunt van de gasten wat zeer aangenaam voelde. Dank voor alles en tot snel.

L’équipe a la réception est antipathique. Ils ne savent pas dire bonjour. À part Siraj, réceptionniste accueillant et serviable qui a procédé à notre enregistrement, le reste de l’équipe a besoin d’une formation en hôtellerie et service clientèle.

If you decide that you really want to stay in the center of Erzurum, this is not a bad option. It’s a small hotel. Although the street outside is not very pleasant, inside the hotel is fine. It’s just a basic place. The rooms are not large, but the beds are comfortable. When we arrived, the entrance of the hotel was under renovation. We hope that these renovations, when finished, will leave a more positive impression on the traveler. The site's 9.0 rating, in my opinion, is excessive. At best, it deserves around 7.5 – 8, but definitely not a 9.

Tutto, ma proprio tutto: l'albergo è curatissimo in tutti gli aspetti, spazi comuni, camere, sala per la colazione, disponibilità del personale... La camera più bella del nostro viaggio in Turchia: confortevole, curata nell'arredo, con molto spazio (con un grande divano). Ottima anche la colazione!!!
