Bij binnenkomst zag het er okay uit

Kamers waren niet schoon. Er hing een muffige lucht in de kamer. Badkamer had geen gordijn of douchecel. Het zat onder de zwarte schimmel en vieze kitranden. Op de gang lag 2 dagen lang een dode kakkerlak. Een van de kamers zaten levende kakkerlakken. Heb zelf in veel hotels gezeten van goedkoop tot duur maar het ontbijt was hier het slechts. Geen koffie aanwezig. Alleen thee en water. Onvriendelijke man bij het ontbijt. Vleesbeleg was er 1 soort en goedkoopste van goedkoopste. 1ste dag was er geen smeerboter. 2 de dag net 2 bakjes maar deze waren al zuur.

Завтрак сервируется на самом верхнем этаже. Поэтому - шум с раннего утра и звук сдвигаемых слов и стульев на 4 этаже разбудил нас раньше времени

Good and clean hotel for its price. The rooms are neat, well-maintained, and match the photos on Booking. The staff was polite, and everything was fine for an overnight stay in Erzurum. Good value for money.

Nothing specific to complain about, it met our expectations for the price.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Hilfsbereit. Kein Luxus. Zum übernachten ausreichend.

Zimmergröße für 3 Personen leider etwas beengt. Das Frühstückbuffet hatte wenig Auswahl. Verhungern muss man trotzdem nicht.

В номере было не убрано, воняло сигаретами . Постельное белье полностью из синтетики..Место ванны была дыра, куда вытекала вода, в унитазе текла вода. В столовой мужчина и вытерал полы, и резал помидоры, и мыл посуду, и обслуживал, и убирал со столов и все это одновременно ! Продукты и овощи дешевые, но очень много . В лифте максимум помещается один человек с сумкой .

Als je alleen goedkoop een overnachting plek nodig hebt is het ok. Meer moet je er niet van verwachten. Mijn vader is verbleven niet ik. Niet geschikt voor een alleen vrouw

Das einzig gute war der Preis.

Im Zimmer riecht es nach Zigarettenrauch, obwohl mit Nichtraucher Zimmer geworben wird. Der Geruch hängt in den Möbeln etc. Das Frühstück war nur so mäßig gut.

Отель расположен в центре, недалеко от улицы с ювелирными магазинами и крепости, на обычной тихой улочке с магазинами мебели, посуды, бытовой техники. Приятный интерьер холла. Любезный персонал на ресепшн. Довольно просторный номер с удобной кроаатью. Неплохлй завтрак.

Номер очень тёмный, освещения сильно не хватает. Из освещения - только верхний дизайнерский свет, причем часть подсветки не работает. Нет ни прикроватного освещения, ни какой-то подсветки у письменного стола. Потолок, стены в некотооых местах облуплены. Дизайн ванной очень устаревший и простой. Мой номер был на 3 этаже, прямо под столовой, и я отлично слышал утром грохот передвигаемых наверху стульев и даже звук нарезания зелени. Завтраки очень простые.

it was a cozy and clean room

the staff cannot speak English. the room does not have air condition and there were no toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. The breakfast was enough in terms of quality, but everything was salty.

Room size, breakfast is good, location nearby Erzurum Castle. Staff always helps to call taxis.

They don't do housekeeping cleaning really well but acceptable

Close to the center

No Sound isolation. You will hear neighbors if they talk at 4:00 AM as if they were just behind your bathroom door. The room design is strange: there is no space between the end of the beds and the TV screen. Who’s idea was to make the TV stand out so much? You can’t pass it by without being scratched by the panel. Toilet is wobly and flimsy. Shower hardly stands on its setting.

Sanırım şehir merkezinde olduğu için beğenilmiş ama yatak konforu kötüydü. Temizlik iyi değildi ve wcler de kağıt havlu bile yoktu. Tüm gece koridordan ve caddeden gelen seslerle uyuyamadık.

The help at the lobby of the hotel was really good. I got very good advice on how to get to certain locations in the city. The hotel is very well situated in the middle of the city so all the famous spots are very close by.

The bathroom in the hotel was very old and the cleaner (or somebody else) had left their used slippers inside of it. Although the room is cheap, I would still prefer to pay a bit more money to get a hotel which has a cleaner and more modern bathroom.

Only Location

The staff were very rude, and the receptionist only spoke Turkish. He couldn’t understand a single word of English. When I tried to speak to him, he told me, “You don’t need to speak English—you have to learn Turkish!” This was extremely unprofessional, especially considering that hotel reception staff should know at least basic English. They had also mentioned that there would be Iranian and English-speaking receptionists, but that was a lie. The hotel description was inaccurate. The lift was too small—we couldn’t fit a wheelchair in it. The breakfast was terrible, and all the plates were chipped. We couldn’t use the bathroom because the door was too narrow and the wheelchair wouldn’t fit. Even entering the room was difficult, as the rooms were very small. The room had damp, and I couldn’t breathe properly. There was no air conditioning in any of the rooms, which made it even worse. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and there was mould in the shower room—it was not clean at all. One of the bath towels had dried blood stains on it, which was absolutely unacceptable. The fridges didn’t work, and when I told the receptionist, he told me I needed to plug the fridge into the socket! 😳 There was no safe in the room, even though it was listed in the booking details. There were also no hangers in the cupboards. We had two rooms, and one of them had a fridge, but it didn’t work either.

Yanlışlıkla sigara içilen bir odaya rezervasyon yaptırmışım. Resepsiyon görevlisi hemen oda değiştirmeme imkan sağladı. Otel çok merkezi bir konumda. Park yeri sıkıntısı yoktu. Gayet güzel bir konaklama oldu.

The stuff is very friendly. The room has everything you need. The hotel is in city center, which is very lovely.

I think this hotel is a good place for anyone to stay. It's situated in quiet area of the city close to the Castle (5 min walk). Ömer, the owner does a very good job in making your stay comfortable. My room was spacious and was facilitated with a fridge, a desk, a modern tv, hair dryer and commodities. For people that use their room for more than just sleeping (like blogging in my case) I can recommend this hotel. I like how the rooms were decorated, it created a peaceful ambiance.

The shower cabin was cracked at the bottom through which water leaked on the floor. The toilet seat was partially unhinged. In my opinion the breakfast selection could have been more diverse. There might have been a language barrier but when I arrived the floor was not vacuumed. I asked the receptionist and as I would have dinner someone would have a look at it. When I got back it hadn't been done yet and the receptionists shift had ended. Again, there might have been a language barrier but the floor wasn't checked before giving out the keys.

THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL! I stayed for one night and changed two rooms, but literally situation was the same. Strong smell of cigarettes, smoke from all corners, noise and dirty bed sheets. Lack of toilet paper, weak breakfast. Receptionist doesn’t speak English.

Uygulamaya aldanıp rezervasyonunu yapmış olduğumuz otel asla göründüğü gibi değil uygulamada gösterilen kişi sayısı 4 fakat otelle iletişime geçince 2 kişi gözüküyor ve ekstrasını da alıyor (otel). Elbette fiyat olarak pahalı değil ama en azından uygulamaya da o fiyatı yansıtabilirlerdi. Biraz daha fazla ücret ödetmek için türlü türlü yollara başvuruyorlar. Bu da insanı memnuniyetsiz kılıyor. Kahvaltı bölümü gayet güzel hizmette sınır yok serpme kahvaltı gibi istediğiniz her şeyden alabiliyor yiyebiliyorsunuz. Çay,su gibi içeceklerde mevcut tek sorun uygulama ile zıt oluşları temizlik konusunda da idare eder. Odada küçük bir cam bulunuyor. Ve herhangi bir havalandırma sistemi yok gerek klima gerek vantilatör olmalı bu konuda da sınıfta kaldı Atlas otel üzgünüm. Bir daha tercih edeceğimi düşünmüyorum. Siz de Rezervasyon yaptıracaksanız en başta rezarvasyon yaptırmadan otelle iletişime geçin sonrasında mağdur oluyorsunuz.

Şehir merkezinde turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. İlgili personel. Yataklar çarşaflar tertemiz.

The hotel is located in the quieter part of Erzurum. In the morning, the shops for the locals are opened and we managed to shop as how the locals do! Parking along the road was easy, except that ice forms on the curbside of the road during winter. But the weather has got nothing to do with the hotel. Breakfast was alright check in was smooth and the bed was comfortable!

Room lighting could be improved but other than that, happy guest(s) here!

Atlas Otel is just a fine hotel. Room was okay, breakfast was okay, staff was friendly.

The only disappoint was the cold shower. The hotel had some problems was the gas, they said. I believe it was an incident but because of this I give them a 7 in stead of an 8.

I've been traveling to Turkey for more than 10 days, and I made a reservation and stayed overnight because of the good rating of the hotel, but it was the worst hotel ever. A shaky toilet, a stinking shower room, a hotel with nothing right -- mold in the corner, and the shower room was so dirty that I had to crouch to keep it from touching on the wall while I took a shower.

Its not upto the standard even. Need whole property proper cleaning and renovatlon. Lot of Phenolphthalein balls in wash room which caused a very bag pungent smell in entire room. The hotel should be silent and curtains should be able to create darkness in the room. While the windows were double glazed, the insulation was inadequate. The street noise comes into the room. Once the early morning hustle bustle started,(inside and outside the hotel) sleep was out of the question.
