Literie parfaite. Propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bains. Taille de la chambre très bien. Espace piscine très bien.

La situation géographie dans une zone industrielle.

Clean, quiet and very comfortable

It would be nice to have better lighting over the sink. Hard to apply makeup. Really the only thing I had an issue with

Size of room, bed, fridge and microwave

This is a great location and rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bedroom’s mattress was a good quality even the drapes made the room very dark. Front Desk ladies were super sweet and very informative, very understanding because it was my first time in Utah and a Staybridge.

Nothing! parking was in a very safe neighborhood. Didn’t have time for breakfast but it smelled really good. Well lite front and back and you need to use your room key to enter the hotel from outside,

Przesympatyczna Pani Diana bardzo pomocna

Nothing

L'hotel est beau, les chambres sont très bien équipés avec une cuisine complète. Il y a également une belle piscine ainsi que des barbecues. L'hotel est facile d'accès par la route. Enfin le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon.

The grab bar to get out of the shower. TV could cast . Multiple USB chargers. Good breakfast. Used DOVE products. Large fridge/freezer. Nice kitchen. Dog treats at the front desk. Personal welcome on the TV.

The snack bar didn't have chocolate candy. 😔

We really liked how clean this hotel was.

Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and great outdoor pool.

South end of town

Great location just off the highway. Great utensils to use in the kitchenette- wonderful surprise to have stainless pots/pans and not the teflon ones which are horrid and potentially cancer causing.

Breakfast was an average hotel breakfast. Organic options would be nice, but that’s why we book hotels with kitchens so we can prepare our own food and know where it comes from

We love the pool, the room was great, breakfast was great as well, the social was excellent. House keeping was great and the breakfast and social girls were excellent and very attentive. Lots a parking spaces.

Clean

Super clean. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected.

Nothing, the stay was great.

Colazione ottima camera pulita e spaziosa

Beautiful facility. Clean and large rooms. We had four adults in this room and were not cramped for space. We loved the breakfast buffet, everyone that worked here was so nice and friendly, the pool was beautiful.

My complaint here is with the management. Basically stay here if you don’t expect your plans to change but know that if you need any high level help with anything, you will not be able to count on the management here to help you with anything, they will not be concerned with resolving any issues for you, or even have the courtesy of responding to you when you contact them. We booked a room for one day and then an another room for a few days later. I contacted booking.com ahead of my first visit to cancel my second stay because our plans had changed. Booking.com contacted the hotel right away. The hotel did not respond. When I arrived for my first night’s stay, I spoke with the manager about canceling my reservation. She assured me that it had been canceled and that the hotel was not charging me for the cancellation. When I got home, booking.com had not confirmed my cancellation and the cost of our stay had not been refunded. When I contacted booking.com, they recontacted the hotel and asked them to confirm the cancellation via email. The hotel staff did not respond. I sent a message directly to the hotel and did not get a response, I forwarded that email to the main onsite manager and cc’ed the hotel with no response, and then contacted IHG corporate (who contacted the hotel on my behalf and asked them to contact me). I still have not heard back from the hotel (it’s been weeks) and have not been refunded the cost of the room (that the onsite manager assured me was not an issue).

Its a nice clean hotel.

Everything was great; clean, great breakfast. NO complaints.

Newer hotel, very nice!! Suites have two rooms and a kitchen. Very nice breakfast!!

Front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly, he should be transferred to another department that doesn’t interact with the public.

Breakfast good. Liked the hotel. Elevator closer to lobby

Wonderful...especially the bkfst crew. They deserve their own show...told them....

It was wonderful! The staff, cleanliness of the rooms, those and privacy of the rooms in the two bedroom unit. Thanks you to all the great staff at breakfast and during check-in and checkout!
