Best Western Plus Abbey Inn

Very good breakfast, cleanness, location and comfortable.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Es war alles gut!

Liegt zentral, hat alles was ein Hotel benötigt. Zimmer gut ausgestattet.

Untere Zimmer sehr dunkel

Very clean and comfortable. Your staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Can’t think of a thing.

Pyszne śniadanie, jak na amerykańskie standardy. Czysto , przestronne pokoje i wygodne łóżka . Polecam

Nie było takiej rzeczy .

Lovely staff

Room smelled old/smokey even though it was a non-smoking room

Clean and easy to get to. Great breakfast.

Staff at check in. I requested a 1st floor room, because I had my mother with me. But because it was a dog friendly room and we did not have a dog, they would not give it to us. We were put on the second floor, and had to walk aways to our room.

Breakfast was great!

Excellent accommodations

Nothing

Accessible room was great, comfortable bed, easy coffee maker, fantastic breakfast.

Friendly, helpful staff. Pool area big and good for small families, hot breakfast with many options and very filling, comfortable beds

A little dated and cheap looking in the lobby, hallways and rooms

The staff were efficient and friendly. Our room was perfect. We were impressed with the breakfast.

They said pet friendly but weren't

location offered a social hour with free beverage nice pool

Every one was wonderful

Super petit déjeuner

We stayed here on two different occasions and would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is great, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was also good and well stocked. Overall, we had a great experience both times and would stay here again.

Nothing

I would put this hotel at the top end of Best Westerns, the rooms are very nice and updated, beds very comfortable, the staff are very accommodating and genuinely friendly! The breakfast is also very good, they’re really cooking. The price per night is a really good deal and the location is perfect for traveling, with a number of good restaurant options across the street. Gas and diesel also across the street. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area!

Clean and just lovely.

The pool was very nice. Staff were incredible. Full breakfast and evening snacks were better than most hotels!

Abbey Inn sets the bar high for other Best Western Hotels. Very nice room, clean, comfortable bed, and impressive breakfast both quality and offerings. Staff are wonderful and informative. Located close to freeway and restaurants.

Lack of good location to walk our dog . Poorly lit parking lots.

Did not specify that they were only Dog friendly not cat friendly and did not help when needed to be redirected.

Convenient for a one night stay on our road trip through St George. Complimentary Happy Hour and breakfast buffet available!

Wish the a/c had been turned on before we arrived as it took forever to cool down.

My stay was wonderful! Clean upgraded room. BUT when I checked out I left my favorite dress hanging up in the closet. I called immediately when I returned home and made the hotel aware of my dress. Housekeeping had not turned it in, so dishonest..I’m so disappointed and will never stay there again!!

The rooms are clean , breakfast is great, the night staff was so kind and helpful!

Loved the staff and breakfast

This hotel is very well kept.Very comfortable, relaxing and thoughtful place. If you have family and are on a road trip and want to experience Utah i believe this is a very great spot to stay. Lots of amenities in the area gas, car wash, Walmart, restaurants , and Swigs! The hotel it self will be everything you need and more.I wouldnt book any where else in this area if your looking for comfort.Clean, welcoming, and great amenities. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, concise i might add.

The customer service me and my family received was so rude I couldn’t even believe someone would say things that this lady said. I wish I would have asked for her name. She needs to be fired.

Great location

Need an elevator in middle of hallways

Good hotel, price and quality match, nice and clean rooms, good breakfast has plenty to choose from. I'm here for the second time, I really like the backlit mirror in the bathroom. Friendly staff! Very good pool, many sunbeds, there are toys for children.

Of the minuses, it's not tasty coffee and uncomfortable pillows

room was taken care of nice

Ice machine was clear to the other end

Decent location and well kept.

Starting to show its age a bit. Still very nice though.

I reserved online an upscale room with one king bed, but when I arrived, I was told that since my room was cheap I could only get one located on the first floor The bathroom was equipped with a large hospital chair, which looked inappropriate, and signed my room as a handicap room The receptionist had informed me that if I had to leave before 6 am, I would be provided with a small take-out breakfast, but when I left at 5:30 am the night receptionist refused to provide me with a small take-out breakfast

The room and the breakfast service

Convenient to freeway. Clean room.

We stayed at the Abbey overnight twice during our road trip (up and back). It is a nice, clean and affordable place to stay. Breakfast was ok, omelet bar was good, bread products a little on the stale side. Overall a good place to stay in St. George.

The room was set up for pets so that helped a lot. The staff were great. Breakfast was wonderful.

The pet area was very small and it was turf so it stunk.

Traveling with grandkids, so especially enjoyed the pool. Great breakfast too - more options than other places at similar overall cost.

Room was fantastic! After traveling so much, the jacuzzi tub was so nice! Breakfast was amazing 👏 This is the best place to stay in St George without a doubt.

The staff at the kitchen and the breakfast service is always the same for years and they know how make the people fells like at home

Everything

They should serve breakfast longer

We had a quick 2 night stay over the weekend to meet up with family for one day. We are used to staying at hamptons so I wanted to try out a best western to see how they compare. All in all, the hotel and rooms were clean and comfy. One bummer we were greeted with upon checkin is that this hotel does not provide service except on the 3rd night. This immediately made me realize I was going to have to clean my room daily, make beds and empty trash. So I did. There's something about having someone come and freshen up your beds and empty trash that makes a hotel room so nice to come back to after a long day. This hotel does not offer that. I also find it strange that this was the first hotel I have stayed in that has signs in the room with handy QR codes for tipping, when they don't even service your room. I am a big hotel tipper- so I would have tipped if someone had come into my room one time. I did however tip in the breakfast room where we DID receive excellent service daily. The breakfast is amazing! Also one note: we misplaced one of our room keys a couple of times and the front desk staff was very weird about it, asking for us to collect the family's keys up instead of simply asking for our ID and providing us with a new room key. A little inappropriate. It happened twice with different employees. If I stay here again, i will definitely ask the front desk to service my room daily even if I have to pay more.

Loved the stay. Everything was great. Staff amazing

The afternoon social/food gathering, and especially the staff there

Everything

Good location, nice room, very good breakfast

The A/C was working really noisy and we didn’t have body soap in the shower!

Good location. Nice pool. Good breakfast and happy hour.

Room far from foot traffic. Comfort beds. Friendly staff. This is my second time in this location. This is my main stay.

Nothing.

The young lady that checked us in was extremely helpful. We had a good location and nice room. Breakfast was excellent.

A dog was in the breakfast dining area both mornings. I said something to a young man at the desk and he just blew it off. This is totally unsanitary and against Utah policy.

La piscine le jacuzzi

Tout était bien

Breakfast was A+ with many little extras (oatmeal AND grits; fruit toppings at yogurt bar AND waffle bar; many delicious toppings at omelet station; scrambled eggs made fresh with delicious flavor; fried potatoes freshly made with delicious flavor). Comfortable and quiet room, comfortable bedding, room darkened window covering and cool temp for sleeping. Next time will request added blanket be brought to room to better enjoy lovely air conditioned coolness. (Oh, and salad/nacho/free drink reception 5-7 was an added enjoyment). (And popcorn!!!:)

Everything was superb.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable

Would love a second TV in the suite or jetted tub

Great breakfast and the staff was awesome keeping all selections filled during busy breakfast hours.

Clean

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Ice machine on other side of world

breakfast excelent

The breakfast was great with good variety

Cleanliness

Bedsheets were not ironed

The staff it was very nice, and the continental breakfast is in the morning were wonderful.

I loved the central location. The breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast is amazing. Fresh and a great start if your travelling for the day

Breakfast was delicious! Staff was very pleasant throughout the hotel. Aiden at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with some questions.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Omelett, saubere geräumige Zimmer, großer TV Fernseher, sehr schöne Pool und Spa Anlage, ruhige Lage

El desayuno que sirven

The room was spacious and clean

The bed was uncomfortable

Everything was great except Pool was broken and no heat.

It was very clean very nice. Pool area was wonderful friendly staff pretty quiet considering it was right on Bluff Street. I absolutely loved the social hour with the free drink and salad and nachos. It was a great break from the pool for my kids to go grab a snack.

I would like the same hotel, just a little bit out of the busyness of town

Breakfast was good! Elevator worked great. Staff were friendly

Floor had not been vacuumed very well. Pool water was tooo cold. Sink in room was difficult to use - hard to turn water on/off.

The staff that checked me in was not friendly. The room that I was assigned smelled like b.o. Kids were running up and down the hall and the room above us, people were opening and closing the door until after 2 in the morning.
