Red Lion Hotel and Conference Center St. George

We were given a first floor room. The room was large and was a good value for what we paid. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection. The hot tub and pool were very refreshing after a day of hiking. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Convenient location. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The room was a little dated, but that didn't bother me at all.

Très bon emplacement, pratique pour notre roadtrip et à côté d'une zone commerciale avec resto etc. Petit déjeuner est un plus. La chambre donnait sur la piscine , très propre et confortable.

Il y avait des travaux dans la rue mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé

The amenities were awesome, particularly the miniature golf, basketball, and pickleball. The price we paid was a really good value.

Loved it! So much to do there and worth every cent. There were some minor maintenance issues, but nothing that kept me from enjoying my stay. 10 out of 10 experience!!

A little old needs upgrading. Pillows were awful toilet seat broken and the desk was told and didn’t fix it. The pool overhang between inside and out was awful old and rusted . To much street work going on around the property hard to get in and out.

Location, breakfast and price

Breakfast was ok, sausage links, need to be cooked a little more. It would be nice to have a microwave in the breakfast area also.

The bathroom toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, and the shower curtain had spots all over it and mold in the hemline where it snaps on, which was not good. Overall the room was ok

This place is retro/vintage in a good way. It was built back when hotels were for vacations and impressive events. The pool is indoor/outsoor — swim underneath the divide to get in and out. Pool tables, hot tub, outdoor activities — if I was a kid I’d be in heaven! Be mindful of your rooms location; I had an interior room that overlooked the pool and had no outside windows or door — okay, but next time I’ll get a room in a different location. The rooms were clean and the furniture updated. For the price and especially if you have kids — it can’t be beat.

The hotel has a good location in St. George, and there are some opportunities for activities and facilities on site. While nothing was particularly impressive, the location and the available options were decent.

Unfortunately, there were two major issues with our stay. First, check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM. We arrived on time, but were then left waiting in the reception for two and a half hours, until around 5:30 PM, before we could actually check in. Having a guaranteed check-in time of 3:00 PM and then having to wait until 5:30 PM is simply not acceptable. Second, we had specifically booked a Junior Suite, but when we finally got our room, we had been downgraded to a standard room. We were told there was some kind of problem with the pipes in the Junior Suite. While things can obviously go wrong, what was extremely disappointing was that the hotel offered no compensation, no upgrade, no refund, and no meaningful apology for giving us a significantly different room from the one we had paid for.

Location is convenient and easy to get to. Property is comfortable and clean.

I arrived to check in at 3:00 pm. The room I requested wasn’t available when I arrived. It wasn’t going to be available for three more hours. I decided to accept a lesser room.

Beaucoup de personnel qui s’agite mais très peu qui nettoient vraiment les chambres sont très sales (pourtant on voit le personnel à 3 par chambres entrain de discuter) les murs et vitres aussi dans les parties communes et le ménage n’est pas systématiquement fait dans les chambres nous avons dû rester plusieurs jours avec des serviettes sales

The location was excellent. Close to EVERYTHING! Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. A little outdated but nicely priced. I would definitely stay again.

This facility is not fully a hotel. Half of its rooms are motel rooms. Tried to switch to a room in the hotel, but the only one they had was a room that smelled of smoke. Don't recommend.

In tutti gli altri hotel in cui siamo stati in questo road trip l’hanno servita dalle 6. - la piscina era un po’ sporca

It's not a fancy hotel, but you can't beat the value. We were able to get adjoining rooms for our family, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good and the aciltivities were plentiful.

I was very happy with the option of different amenities on site because I was staying to celebrate my son's 17th Birthday and knew that with options for him and his friends as well as family that joined us, we wouldn't have to go elsewhere and spend even more money and that everyone was safe on the premises. Even though we weren't able to get rooms on the ground floor, having rooms that were next to each other- joining rooms- helped me with monitoring my son and his friends and it also allowed privacy for them and myself. The breakfast was yummy and was served at a great time frame, and the lady working in the breakfast room was very helpful and friendly!

Good facilities for kids. Bed was comfortable.

The towels were an incredibly grubby shade of greywhite. The pool was very over crowded. Breakfast was poor and tasteless. Didn't like the 'guard' who watched to see what people were taking from the breakfast area. The bathroom light was linked to a fan that sounded like a jet engine. I heard it every time someone in my block switched on their bathroom light too.

The price was probably the best part of this property. You’d think for $55 you’d end up in a roach motel, but this place seemed pretty clean — just dated. I only needed a place to sleep for the night, and it suited that need perfectly. Although, I could definitely see myself staying here longer given all the activities the property has!

The plumbing in my room probably needs servicing. One of the sinks didn’t drain properly and the shower was pretty difficult to turn on (like the thing to switch it from the tub faucet to the shower head).
