- Desayuno suficiente, aunque le falta algo de variedad. - Ubicación para salir caminando del hotel a todas partes del centro historico, perfecto. - habitación correcta aunque tal vez le falte algún enchufe.

deberian modernizar un poco las instalaciones. lo peor, y hay que tenerlo en cuenta para los que vayan en coche particular, es que hay muchas calles por las que los navegadores te envian y que están prohibidas al trafico de las personas que no son vecinos del barrio por lo que estoy casi seguro que voy a ser multado, bastante extresante.

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, well located and great staff who were bi-lingual and assisted me with accomodation in Gressoney La Triinite.

The lift was a little 'dodgy' but I soon learnt all the lifts in Italy were the same. Just very old, but effective e.g. They did there job.

The spa was excellent especially as it was included!. The outdoor space was very pleasant, relaxing and peaceful, liked the tough of complementary drinks in room fridge and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé et offre un cadre à la fois chaleureux et raffiné. Le personnel est véritablement aux petits soins. Notre chambre était très confortable et parfaitement aménagée. On sent que rien n’est laissé au hasard : tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour rendre le séjour agréable. De la vaisselle à l’effigie de l’hôtel aux boissons offertes dans le réfrigérateur, la mise à disposition de vélos .... chaque petite attention fait la différence. Le spa est un plus surtout après une journée de visite. Le petit déjeuner peut être pris dans le jardin et propose des produits locaux.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Personnel très accueillant, les chambres sont confortables, propres et climatisées. La piscine et le spa sont bien appréciables après une journée de visites et les petits déjeuners sont très bien.

We had a truly lovely stay at Hotel Victoria in Turin. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making us feel so well looked after throughout our visit. The spa was a particular highlight — beautifully clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring Turin. We also really appreciated the breakfast team. They were attentive, friendly, and always on hand to make sure everything was just right, which made breakfast such a pleasant experience each morning. Overall, Hotel Victoria is a wonderful place to stay, with exceptional service, a beautiful spa, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Turin.

Durchaus gute Lage und von außen ansprechendes Haus mit schönem Innenhof. Dort wird das Frühstück serviert, dafür schafft es eine schöne Atmosphäre. Die Lobby und Bar Bereiche sind ebenfalls im Vergleich zu den Zimmern ganz gut gestaltet. Das Personal an Rezeption und im Zimmerservice ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel ausgehalten, die zweite haben wir- obwohl bereits bezahlt- in einem wirklichen Traumhotel verbracht und haben es keine Sekunde bereut. Das Hotel selbst ist ein in die Jahre gekommener, aber ansehnlicher Altbau ohne moderne Standards. Der Aufzug wackelt beunruhigend, die Türen, Fenster und Flure sind klapprig, die Zimmer entsprechen nicht dem Anspruch eines Hotels dieser Kategorie. Wir wollten einen Zimmerwechsel, zunächst wurde uns ein ähnliches Zimmer angeboten, dort war dann aber die Klimaanlage kaputt. Also ein "Upgrade", ein kleiner unrenovierter Raum mit einem lieblosen Balkon und einem Bad mit klappriger Duschwand. Sehr schlecht geschlafen, da die Betten total durchgelegen sind und auch hier die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Groteske Episode: unser Aufenthalt im "Spa" Bereich begann mit dem Ausfüllen von Zetteln, auf denen man angeben muss, dass man nicht schwanger ist und keine Herz Kreislauf Erkrankungen hat. Das Personal verfolgte uns bis in die Schwimmbereiche, um zu kontrollieren ob wir die obligatorischen Badekappen aufhatten!! Fussdusche wurde überwacht! Wir sind nach 10 min wieder gegangen. Als wir Kritik geübt haben, hieß es, das seien die strengen Auflagen. Im neuen Hotel haben wir dann stundenlang gebadet und es war herrlich!

Excellent, cet établissement se distingue comme l'un des meilleurs hôtels, offrant un rapport qualité-prix inégalé. Sa décoration est une véritable ode aux musées avoisinants, regorgeant de détails subtils.

Il serait appréciable de disposer de cartes au bar et d'informations complémentaires dans les chambres. Ces suggestions relèvent du détail, l'ensemble de la prestation étant par ailleurs irréprochable.

La qualité de l'établissement, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel. L'emplacement très bien situé. Très jolie piscine.

Hotel was well maintained and chic. Breakfast was good with a varied selection and the ability to eat in the hotel's quiet courtyard Pool and spa had to be booked but that made them quiet with only a few people there. Location is just a few minutes from the main centre and shops, and 12 minutes walk from the Mol.

Convenient location, but don't expect views from the hotel.

Attenzione e cortesia del personale. Spa tranquilla e rilassante. Arredi molto curati e colazione dolce e salata varia e di qualità. L'hotel è in pieno centro, ma ottima insonorizzazione, non ci sono disturbi esterni.

L'unité d'air climatisé ne suffisait pas à la tâche. Il y avait une odeur d'humidité dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Malgré notre demande, la porte de la douche défectuueuse n'a pas été réparée. C'est un peu trop cher pour la prestation

VERY ANNOYING to have to constantly re-sign up for wifi. Once you have been let in to the wifi system, you should just be let in. Staff could have been more patient and helpful at front desk. They were a bit nasty to us and I saw them be not helpful to others as well.

Everything is good - will definitely recommend it to friends and family. I really enjoyed the spa facilities and breakfast and I liked the room too.

I am not sure if it is just my devices but the internet connection is very poor. I barely get a stable internet connection in my room and in the common areas. Other than that, I wish the hotel would consider changing the checkout time to 12 PM rather than 11 AM.

L'emplacement était top, proche de toutes visites. Le service du petit déjeuner était parfait, le personnel accueillant et souriant. Le spa et la piscine ont été une excellente surprise , peignoir et tong fournis, boissons proposés.

La climatisation n'était pas au niveau. Il est vrai qu'il faisait une chaleur suffocante. Seul bémol de notre séjour.

La chambre très spacieuse, le buffet petit déjeuner dans la cour intérieure au bruit de la fontaine, le spa et la piscine et l'emplacement central et silencieux.

Peut être la réservation nécessaire pour se rendre au spa ... pour trouver quelque chose à dire ;0)

Sehr gutes Frühstück in einem hübschen Innenhof, Bar und Lounge geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Lage.

Obwohl wir die richtige höhere Kategorie gebucht hatten, bekamen wir leider keines der ausgewiesenen Zimmer mit dem Baldachin über dem Bett. So hatte das Zimmer zwar viel Komfort, aber die erhoffte, verspielte Romantik war nicht gegeben. Wer sich das wünscht, sollte gezielt danach fragen.

Position centrale, qualité, propreté et parking

Pas la faute de l’hôtel mais des voitures passent sur une plaque d’égout dans la rue voisine et ça claque comme il faut

Hotel idéalement situé dans Turin. Calme. Jardin luxuriant. Vaste espace spa, piscine, bonne organisation des flux de clientèle. Personnel de réception sympathique.

Décoration légèrement surannée.
