Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was remarkably good with the ability to order additional items. We interacted with several staff members especially the night desk clerks, all of them were responsive, kind, and helpful. Located in a pedestrian area it was a short walk to the Museum of Egyptology and a bit further on the Palace and gardens. All of this and a 2 minute walk to the Porto Nuovo train station.
The windows were higher on the wall and didn't offer a view. There was scaffolding up around the outside of the building which made walking down the block more awkward - a minor and temporary issue.
