Nice G/F room with plenty of space and all sorts of amenities. Excellent location within walking distance to everything. Parking convenient if available. Online support is good and friendly.

This is not a hotel but a BB. G/F room opens directly to the open street. The city has a true parking problem and those of the property only help if available. Value for money can be questioned.

The property was in an excellent location, a very short walk from the beautiful Venetian Harbour, with beautiful beaches a short drive away. The host Nikos was fantastic. He was so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. He went above and beyond with recommendations for the area and we used this information several times. We communicated via WhatsApp after meeting in person on arrival so it was so easy! The shower was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay at Agave Suites and would recommend it to anyone visiting Chania!

The host (Nikos) was amazing. Gave a long list of amazing recommendations for places to eat, things to do and activities to book based on our initial conversation when we arrived. The paid parking option adjacent to the property (10 Euro/day) was well worth the money. Jacuzzi in our room was a great feature to celebrate to our anniversary (some other in-room jacuzzi options in Crete had pre-filled water that took several hours to heat, this was not the case here. Great design, chic and only took 10-15 minutes to fill with hot water). Amazing communication with Nikos. Superb location, maybe a 5 minute walk to the Venetian Harbor with so many restaurants and shops. If I ever come back to Chania, I would look for this room first. Efcharisto!

Muy limpio, Niko es muy simpático y nos dijo todo lo que necesitábamos saber para nuestra estancia en Chania. Encima tuvo un obsequio que se agradece siempre! Muy limpio. También recomiendo la ubicación y más si vas en coche. Tiene parking pero hay que avisar con antelación porque hay sólo 3 plazas. Pero luego la parte del centro/ puerto donde no pueden circular coches está a 2 minutos como mucho.

Nikos was very hospitable and responsive to all our needs. The room was clean in excellent condition. The location was very convenient close to the harbor, Venetian part, while quiet and easy to access by car. We reserved parking and were able to visit remote beaches. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable as well.

Everything. Clean, our towels were changed once at a few days. Close to all the main area with restaurants. The owner gave us a list with a lot of recommendations of where to drink,eat and go. Every place recommended where we ate was amazing food and service. I really don’t have something to complain about. Definitely will stay again here if I will be back in Chania.

Prelep smestaj na odličnoj lokaciji. Domaćin je bio izuzetno ljubazan, dao nam je pregršt preporuka kako za plaže tako i za ostale sadržaje. Zaista sve preporuke.

The host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for sights and food. The place had everything we needed, was large and very comfortable. The balcony and shower were great, layout is good. Cleaning lady was very friendly and sweet (didn’t catch her name but a big thanks to her for keeping the space tiny and clean), sheets and towels are changed every 3rd day and space is cleaned every day. 10/10 would stay again.

Everything was great. If being very picky the bedside lights are too bright, would be nice if they were warm lighting for reading at night.

La struttura è in pieno centro e la stanza è pulitissima e il letto davvero comodo. L’host Nikos è il migliore che abbia incontrato, super disponibile, gentile e ti dà un sacco di suggerimenti su cosa fare e dove mangiare nei dintorni. Tutti consigli azzeccatissimi.

Nikos was a great host. The location of the appartment is very central. If you have a car, parking conditions are very usefull. Expectations were high and they were met.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean, and cleaned every day. The location was perfect – we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and many attractions. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We really appreciated all the recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and local tips, which made our trip even better. Everything was well organized, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The suites have perfect location close to old down, but on quiet street. The room is big with comfortable bed and nice balcony. The owner was very welcoming, even let us know that the room was ready earlier than check-in time. We got very good recommendations for restaurants.

Would have been nice to have also beach towels available.

Absolutely fabulous - everything about Agave Suites was superb. Location is the best, only 2 minutes walk to the harbour. The room itself is lovely, shower is fantastic and the balcony was great. We had a really nice time at Agave Suites. Nikos was extremely friendly and helpful, gave us some great recommendations and made us feel right at home. The bed was probably the best we had on the whole journey, very comfortable. The apartment itself is very modern and stylish. The balcony is a great observation point for both Cretan cats and Minoan ruins, and lovely to spend evenings at. The location is very central and very silent at the same time, which is a great benefit if you ever tried to stay anywhere close to the Venetian harbour. Parking is available at an additional cost right next to the apartment (and is worth it, parking in Chania is not easy). We would like to come back! Thank you Nikos for your hospitality!

The location was perfect, everything was within a 5–6 minute walk. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and the owner clearly paid attention to every detail. There was a coffee machine, toiletries, slippers, and even bathrobes, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and luxurious. The owner was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. A big plus was that he personally welcomed us when we arrived, explained everything clearly, and recommended some wonderful places to visit. Highly recommended!

There weren’t enough shampoo and conditioner available. When I asked for a refill, I was told it’s not a hotel, which felt unnecessary. I ended up buying my own shampoo. Clearer communication or a note in the listing would help manage expectations

Excellent location! 2 min walk to anywhere you want to go. The room is spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. They also have parking (for a small fee), which is very helpful! But importantly, the staff is wonderful - Nikos was very communicative and gave us excellent recommendations for around town and all of Crete. Highly recommended!!

Amazing location. 2 minute walk to the old town. Literally perfect! 20 minutes from the airport and the check in was so simple with the host being available anytime you need Apartment was unbelievable! Everything has a remote! Open and close windows, open and close curtains- everything you need and more! Don’t hesitate- just book. What an amazing stay and place!!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο – πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια.Η τοποθεσία του ήταν πολύ κεντρική, κάτι που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις μας πανεύκολες και μας επέτρεψε να απολαύσουμε την πόλη χωρίς άγχος. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! ✨

Υπέροχα! Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική δεν χρειαστήκαμε να πάρουμε αυτοκίνητο παρά μόνο για εκτός Χανίων! Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό, άνετο με ένα μικρό παιδί καθώς και σε ήρεμη γειτονιά! Ο κύριος Νίκος καθόλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας αλλά και πριν και μετά ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικός για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Τον ευχαριστούμε! Θα σας το πρότεινα!

Nikos hat am Tag unserer Ankunft bereits auf uns gewartet, uns die Schlüsselkarte übergeben und uns eine Einweisung für das Appartement gegeben. Ganz unkompliziert, nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten das Appartement mit dem Whirlpool. Ein Bad darin nach einem langen Tag und vielen zurückgelegten Schritten war sehr wohltuend. Sehr hilfreiche Tipps gab er uns auch für Restaurants und Bars. Außerdem hätte man Nikos auch jederzeit kontaktieren können wenn man Fragen hat. Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen in einer doch recht ruhigen Nebenstraße und man konnte fußläufig Restaurants und Geschäfte in der alten und in der neuen Stadt erreichen. Nahe der Unterkunft ist auch ein Minimarkt, der Waren des täglichen Bedarfs bereithält. Sehr schön war für uns der alte Hafen. Saß man in einem der vielen kleinen Cafés und Restaurants, hatte man einen tollen Blick auf den alten Leuchtturm, das Wasser und das bunte Treiben um einen herum. Die kleinen, schmalen Gassen in der alten Stadt haben uns auch gefallen. Hier fand man die eine oder andere Gelegenheit etwas zu trinken oder zu essen und auch schöne Souvenirs. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft und können diese ausnahmslos empfehlen.

Αυτό που με κέρδισε απο τη πρώτη στιγμή που άνοιξε η εξώπορτα ήταν η αίσθηση της καθαριότητας!Και συνεχίστηκε και στο δωμάτιο.. πολυ cozy περιβάλλον με ωραίους συνδυασμούς χρωμάτων!Επίσης άνετο μπάνιο και το καλύτερο με το κατάλυμα ήταν η τοποθεσία του!Στα 150 μέτρα άμεση πρόσβαση στο λιμάνι των Χανίων!Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Η Θέρμανση, είχε κλιματιστικό αλλά προσωπικά νομιζω οτι ξηραίνει την ατμόσφαιρα όταν λειτουργεί συνεχώς,το δωμάτιο ήταν όμως ζεστό!

Ηταν ολα αψογα, τοποθεσια, δωματιο, κρεββατι... και ο οικοδεσποτης ευγενεστατος και εξυπηρετικος. Ανυπομομω να ξαναπαω.

Everything . Mr Nikos, the owner of the property is an absolutely amazing person. He helped us with everything. The rooms were amazing and the location the best. It’s close to everything.

There was nothing not to like

To start with a great host. We were welcomed by Nikos. He brought our large suitcases upstairs. This was very nice for me because I experience physical problems. In the room we were given a full explanation about the operation and presence of certain things. We had room 4, the corner room at the front with a large balcony. Really great room and a balcony with nice view of the street. This street leads directly to the cosy old city center of Chania. The plant in the room and on the balcony really added to the atmosphere for us. Just like the fresh use of color in the room. We could also use a parking space for our car at the rear of the building for a fee (10 per day). This was a real plus. The biggest plus for us was the bed. We visited 8 accommodations during our trip and at Agave Suites we slept the very best. Because I have physical complaints that consist of chronic nerve pain in the lower back, it is very difficult for me to find a suitable bed somewhere to sleep well. I therefore have to be very critical. A bed is quickly too firm/hard for me. In this case, the mattress and especially the topdeck mattress was wonderfully soft. It is important that a mattress adapts to the shape of the vertebrae. This is still often underestimated. Therefore, consider for yourself whether this information is valuable to you.

I booked Agave suites very last minute and was accommodated for extremely well. Everything was perfect - stylish, comfortable and a great location. Nikos was lovely, super helpful either way information and very responsive!

Ο κύριος Νίκος μας έστειλε αναλυτική λίστα με προτάσεις για φαγητό, καφέ κλπ. Ηταν υπέροχη η αισθητική του καταλύματος.

Convenient location, clean apartment and building, excellent design and quality of furnitures, the host cares for the guest to enjoy their stay.

Only minor details: there could be an extra outlet/socket, the bathroom is excellent, but with the jet settings on the shower column, water splashes out of the shower enclosure. A shower curtain or an extension of the glass screen would help.

The place was really beautiful, super clean and very cozy. The owner was incredibly kind and caring — you can really feel how much he loves what he does. We felt so welcome the whole time. I would happily stay here again.

Tudo. A suíte é moderna e igual às fotos. O chuveiro tem duchas para massagem. Cama muito confortável. Smart TV. O estacionamento é ao lado do hotel, que na realidade é uma hospedagem com apenas 4 suites. Niko é muito atencioso e ofereceu várias dicas.

A escada pode ser um impecilho para algumas pessoas. O Niko carregou nossas malas na chegada.

Και η τοποθεσία Εξαιρετική καθώς βρισκόταν ακριβώς στο κέντρο και στο παλιό λιμάνι ταυτόχρονα. Όλες οι αποστάσεις κοντά με τα ποδια. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση απο το προσωπικό και τον ιδιοκτήτη σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστηκα. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Σας ευχαριστώ κι ελπίζω σε σύντομη συνεργασία!

The apartment is perfectly located in Chania, especially when coming by car - parking can be arranged just behind the apartment. Even though the location is very central, it was still very quiet at night. The apartment itself is very well designed and thought through - we had everything we needed: a super comfortable bed, good blinds, a small fridge with some water inside, and a good shower. On top, everything was very clean and the interior was beautiful! Nikos arranged a perfect check in for us and provided great recommendations for food in Chania. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer! We especially want to mention the cleaning lady who we met while checking out: She was so friendly and caring, thank you! 😊

La stanza era spaziosa e curata in ogni dettaglio: asciugamani, telo e accappatoio per la doccia, bollitore e caffè per la colazione. La struttura è pulitissima e in ottima posizione a 5 min a piedi dal centro e dal porto veneziano. La cosa che ha reso speciale il soggiorno è stata l’accoglienza di Nicos: gentilissimo, accogliente e discreto! Ci ha risolto il problema del parcheggio e ci ha letteralmente riempito di consigli su locali tipici e posti da non perdere! Talmente tante cose che in soli 2 giorni non siamo riusciti a farle tutte!

We had a very enjoyable six days stay at the Agave Suites. Our room was spacious and perfect for two people. The room was modern, very clean, had the essential facilities, like an expresso machine, fridge, large TV, daily water, comfortable lounge and chair, full length mirror, iron, hairdryer and straightener and basic shower accessories. Bathroom was large, clean and modern. Towels and shower robes large and fluffy. Aesthetically, the room was very pleasing and cleaning services available every day. Nikolaos our host was exceptional. He met us on arrival, carried our bags up the short stairway and took his time explaining how everything works. He was always available if needed. The location of the suites was excellent - centrally located and a few minutes' walk to the harbour, old town and new town, restaurants, beach, etc. As well as being walking distance (10 minutes) from the central bus station. We would recommend staying at the Agave Suites without hesitation to our family and friends.
