Clean, spacious and in an excellent position to Old Town

Great staff and an excellent location. Really comfortable bed and good coffee machine. Aircon in the bedroom worked well.

Pleasant enough, but definitely not 'luxury'. We stayed in the junior suite with private terrace. With a few improvements it could be a lot better. The main problem for us was that we slept badly due to the amount of light from outside. There are blinds on most windows but they don't exclude the light anywhere near sufficiently. There is no blind on the bathroom window, and that room has no door on it, so that doesn't help either as it adds to the light leaking into the bedroom. The wardrobe had rails that were so high I couldn't reach them, so not great to have to climb on a chair to use the hangers! A loo seat that didn't make such a loud noise when sat on would be a good improvement too!

Excellent location. I was assigned a ground floor apartment with Terrance, it was very nice and comfortable and Stylish. Walk less than two block to get to where all the action is! Not having to figure out parking was a huge bonus. And last but not least the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect, right by the port. The room was spacious, very clean and looked just like in the photos. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole stay even better. We really loved it here!

Excellent location, close to all the main attractions, the Venetian Harbour and a great selection of restaurants. Despite being so central, the area was quiet at night, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Our family suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of room. A big bonus was the free on-site parking, which was very convenient. Overall, a lovely place to stay and a great base for exploring the area.

Great rooms, kind and helpful staff, very clean and well located in the city center! The parking in front of the building was definitely a plus!

The room was beautifully, decorated, very modern and classy! The location was 10 out of 10 old town was less than a block away! Having parking was a luxury we didn’t know we needed!

there was nothing we didnt like ! maybe the big old fashioned key was annoying ! We like the credit card style key !

Excellent location and the staff were extremely helpful. Chania is EXTREMELY busy in July and August so don’t underestimate the crowds and the need to make dining reservations unless you want to eat at 19:00h or 22:30h.

Parking is a challenge but staff were always available to assist.

La struttura si trova a ridosso del porto veneziano ma è molto silenziosa e tranquilla. La camera molto ampia, dotata di tutti i confort, il parcheggio sotto la struttura è stati fondamentale. La staff molto gentile ed accogliente

Very spacious and clean with a gorgeous private terrace. The staff were lovely and helped park our car and take suitcases to the room. Great location too!

Notre appartement (G3), situé au rez-de-chaussée, donnait directement sur la rue avec une simple porte cochère en bois sans véritable isolation. Cela donne malheureusement l’impression de dormir directement dans la rue : conversations des passants, circulation, chiens, etc. Nous avons également été dérangés tard dans la nuit par les discussions bruyantes de clients de la petite galerie située dans la même rue.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean with nice smell, it’s in the heart of the old town but still quiet. We changed two times of accommodation before we moved to this place. It’s the best comparing to the previous ones and probably to many other hotels in Chania old town.

Beautifully designed interiors that are spacious and inviting. The location is fantastic, a stone’s throw from the busy Venetian harbour, but tucked around a little corner so it’s quiet.

Lovely newly renovated apartment. Perfect location and wonderful staff. Kris was so helpful, and kind to my 87 year old mother in law. It was truly a wonderful stay.

Staff were super nice and helpful. They brought us a microwave and assisted with our rental car pickup. Water pressure was great, water was hot, location was unbeatable and so convenient and extremely clean. Service was better than our stay at a 5* hotel on Crete.

The deluxe king suite is on the first floor so expect bugs. We were there in spring so it was not too bad during our stay but it might get worse in the summer. Room itself was kept extremely clean by housekeeping which likely reduces these instances.

The location was perfect, within a 2-minute walk, you could reach the Old Port/Coast of Chania. The staff was exceptional, their only concern was helping all the guests and making us feel comfortable and welcomed

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment so much! The location was perfect, close to everything and still with parking, cleaning services every day and the staff was amazing, answering our questions and requests. I must give a special mention to Dimitrios who always helped us with a smile. We will definitely come back to you again ❤️

It's not critical, but there may be some who will be bothered by it - you can hear people walking down the street and talking in the apartment, but because it's a quiet, interior street, it doesn't happen much.

Location was exceptional. Minutes wall to old port. Accommodation was beautiful. Very clean and staff so friendly and helpful. We also had a lovely rooftop deck.

Somewhat dated, but that should be expected because of the age of the building. But it was comfortable.

We felt so comfortable and cared for from start to finish. The staff welcomed us with a bottle of wine, carried our luggage up and sent us their personal recommendations for the town. We had a rental car and drove it every day; the free parking was so key! As soon as we pulled up, a member of the staff would run out and take our keys and handle everything for us! The room was perfectly comfortable; the air conditioning, coffee maker and tv all worked great. The outdoor space was wonderful— we loved starting every morning with our coffee out in our private outdoor space overlooking the city. I loved it. Thank you to the wonderful Lithinon team for making our first few nights in Crete so special.

Lovely apartment in old town close to all restaurants and amazing little alleyways. Having parking was great so able to use car everyday for excursions to surrounding countryside. All facilities and staff very good

Τα πάντα ήταν υπέροχα!!!!!! Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο,η καθαριότητα τρομερή,η τοποθεσία ιδανική,τα δωμάτια ήταν τεράστια και πολύ άνετα και γενικά ΟΛΕΣ οι παροχές ήταν ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΕΣ!!!!! Ο ιδιοκτήτης πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε!!!!

Mitten in der Stadt und Parkplatz ist auch dabei. Besser kann man Chania nicht erleben. Nettes Personal und sehr freundlich.

Die Betten waren für uns etwas zu weich und das muss man mögen oder mal austauschen.

Clean modern suite in the heart of Chania; amazing location to see the key spots of the town; a lot of space to spread out the suitcases and helpful to have the kitchenette; very friendly team at the reception helping with parking & restaurant / sightseeing recommendations

Maybe we just got a but unlucky as we only stayed there one night, but we struggled with the noice from the outside. The suite is not on the main road so we thought it would be quiet, but had some noice from passing motorbikes, loud metal clinging from opening / shutting unclear what exactly and some loud neighbours trying to enter the nearby suite and banging on the doors at a late hour. It’s not a problem at all if you’re not a light sleeper like me but otherwise perhaps worth noting isolation is limited

Ventilation in bathroom could be better

The location was perfect, 2 mins walk to the harbour. Right in the centre of it all. The room was perfect for the 3 of us and very clean. The staff were very friendly and always helpful.

Our room unfortunately opened directly onto a quiet small road but it could be a little noisy when people walked past. The only thing we were missing was a small terrace outside the door.

L'espace et la terrasse avec transat...'

L'accueil a été super, il nous a attendu tard dans la nuit pour nous accueillir et il est toujours serviable. Le meilleur ! Parking gratuit géré au cordeau. Idéalement situé en plein centre historique. On peut trouver moins cher mais on y pense plus quand on investie les lieux. Attention à ne pas laisser les clés à l'intérieur car les portes ne s'ouvrent que dans un sens ;-)

The location was great! Absolutely in the heart of everything but somehow also peaceful at night. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The suite was really nice- spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped. The parking was great-right in front of the building. Oh the best part- our own large private terrace with lounge chairs and a dining table with a view of the mountains!

Excellent location, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, lovely apartment with a nice patio. It also has parking on the premises which is unusual in old town. The host was so kind to allow us to check in early.

Overall it was clean and acceptable. Couldn’t rate it the highest as some places in the kitchen were in need of a deeper clean. Otherwise very good.

Beautifull light and spacious suite with everything you need. The location is perfect in the old quarter, the terras is nice, the view of the mountains is amazing. Kind owners who gave us plenty of decent recommendations as well. Convenient that you can park here. Very clean and wel kept. Would come again.
