Ich werde es so Kurz wie möglich machen so ein schlechtes Hotel noch nie gehabt. Die mahlzeiten waren so überschaubar und immer das selber zum Beispiel wenn es Fleisch gab dann nur die eine sorte keine zweite Sorte Fleisch oder Fisch, wenn es Fisch gab gab es keine andere Fleischsorten da gabs nur Fisch immer 5 sorten Essen und Wassermelone und Pflaumen jeden Tag ubd dad 2 Wochen waren wir da ,auf Gespräche nicht zu führen da keine Einsicht. Wie gesagt do wss hab ich nie erlebt die Chefin ist einfach nur ein Geizhals. Nie nie nie wieder und nicht zu Empfehlen und billig war der Urlaub auch und warum dieses Hotel di Positiv bewertet war kann mir nicht erklären jeder der da war von den Gästen waren alle insbesondere vom Essen unzufrieden ind am strand alles kostet geld ja der Strand selber war überall Felsen unzumutbar.Animation war auch nicht da Kidsclub gab es nicht Minidisco gab es nicht also schlimmer geht’s kaum. Ich habe Videos gemacht aber leider kann ich hier nur Fotos hochladen und keine Videos leider.

The pictures on the website are misleading. The passage to the beach is full of dirty water, the pool was not cleaned, areas around the pool is slippery, fire exits and steps are blocked with old mattress, cans of paints, etc The restaurant opens for 1.30 hours three times per day on All inclusive, very poor food choices and no meat options, no fruits only watermelon, no good coffee, no good drinks. We didn’t drink alcohol so we had nothing to drink only water or we had to buy outside. Icecream overpriced 10 times across the road the same one 10 times cheaper. The harassment from the beach bar tender was very inappropriate and annoying

Leuke heerlijke zwembad. Water goed opgewarmd. Eten was uitgebreid en lekker. De jonge obers waren altijd even vriendelijk. Ik vond de inrichting ook heel mooi. Hygiene was ook zeer goed.

Eigenlijk was alles ok maar als ik echt iets moet zeggen er kunnen meerdere ligstoelen gelegd worden want die waren niet genoeg voor de aantal gasten. Zee valt mee is niet overal zandstrand.

Personalul foarte bun, ne-au ajutat si ne au raspuns la orice întrebare. Curațenie si camere bune, plaja privata, bar pe plaja. Muzica si un cațel al hotelului foarte cute🥰

Am întâmpinat problema cu locurile de parcare, sunt limitate, in curtea hotelului unde in general sunt mașini probabil ale personalului sau afara pe marginea străzii, straduta este ok, nu foarte circulată. Mâncarea specifica, lipeste mult carnea, se bazează f mult pe legume, orez, paste. Am primit o data pui, in alta zi pastrama, iar in alta peste, toate la masa de 12.

Camera a fost ok, însă experiența generală a fost o mare dezamăgire. Mâncarea a fost groaznică, iar în baie a persistat un miros insuportabil pe tot parcursul sejurului. Din păcate, nu recomand această locație.

Mâncarea a fost extrem de slabă, fără gust și fără varietate. Din păcate, calitatea serviciilor culinare a lăsat foarte mult de dorit. De asemenea, în baie am avut o problemă persistentă cu un miros groaznic (de la canalizare), lucru care a creat un disconfort major pe tot parcursul sejurului. Raportul calitate-preț a fost dezamăgitor.

Единственное мне не понравилось, что футбольное поле рядом,где шумят ребята до пол 1.Нужно было вставать в аэропорт в 3 ночи и из-за шума,выспаться сложно

Our family of four from Croatia stayed at Sey Beach Hotel & Spa from July 28 to August 3, and we had a wonderful experience. We arrived late in the evening on July 28 after an exhausting journey. We were warmly welcomed by Zeynal at the reception, who greeted us with a smile, explained everything clearly, and made sure we could relax with a delicious meal and refreshing drinks despite our late arrival. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us after such a long trip. We were also served by an exceptionally kind and friendly waiter, which made our first impression of the hotel even better. The breakfast and dinner included in our stay were tasty, varied, and always enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day, and we truly appreciated their care and attention to detail. We would also like to give special praise to all the restaurant staff. They worked incredibly hard to keep the restaurant clean, the tables tidy, and the food continuously replenished. Every single member of the team was smiling, polite, patient, and welcoming. A special thank you goes to one waiter who introduced himself as "Bruce"—or at least that's what we thought we heard! 😄 Whatever his real name is, he was always smiling, cheerful, and exceptionally helpful despite his busy workload. His positive attitude made every meal even more enjoyable. Before our journey home, Zeynal once again went above and beyond by helping us with our airline boarding passes. We are sincerely grateful for his time, patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. Sey Beach Hotel & Spa offers **an unbeatable price-to-quality ratio**. Cistoca na prvom mestu i ljubazno osoblje,vecera najbolji obrok.Voda u moru pretopla.Bar pored bazena i sam bazen dobri.

Dorucak svakog dana potpuno isti.Klima je stalno bila u kvaru,suncobrani na plazi haos,bar bolje da ga nema,npr pivo se toci u flase od pepsi kole i onda sipa u plasticne case. ONO STO JE NAJGORE SAM ULAZ U MORE KATASTROFA,talasi svakog dana pa se onda i voda zaprlja.Moja preporuka ako idete zbog mora a ne bazena zaobidjite ovo mesto.

Hotel was visually amazing, it was clean and well looked after, rooms were cleaned everyday I never had any issues with bugs or anything, rooms were nice and cold and reasonably nice with a great view, there is a great shop inside the lobby that is very reasonably priced the bar staff were amazing so friendly always asking how we were and having conversations with us they clearly work very hard and deserve recognition, the guy that runs that entertainment was also amazing always getting games of water polo going in the day and always running good entertainment on the evening, the one night with the music quiz was amazing and very competitive and he got very involved with it, would definitely recommend visiting this hotel

Mixed feelings. The hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely with darts at 11, aquarobics at 1 and water polo at 3. All good fun. And a little evening entertainment kids disco, quiz one night. Karaoke another and belly dancer another. But the negatives..there is not much food choice, ie one meal option and a salad bar , it’s is cheap heavily processed food and often undercooked. The location is remote and costs approx £10 each way to get a taxi to Alayna to discover shops, harbour etc. we complained about the food and received free massage, cocktails, grit basket and wine in room do hotel listens to complaints but due to location and food quality I won’t return.

​Wszystko jest rozcieńczane do tego stopnia, że nawet dziecko mogłoby to pić. Dowodem jest wódka: ta kupiona w hotelowym sklepiku smakuje jak prawdziwy alkohol, a ta podawana za barem z kieliszka to jakiś żart. Właściciel za takie praktyki powinien mieć zamknięty obiekt – jednym słowem to oszust. ​Plaża to po prostu wylany beton i poszarpane leżaki. Ktoś już wcześniej wspominał w opiniach, że rozlewają piwo z plastikowych butelek po coli – widziałem to na własne oczy. Ciekawe, jak sanepid na to pozwala. Jedzenie jeśli myślisz ze będziesz mieć wybór mięsa to jesteś w szalonym błędzie. Nie kiedy go wcale nie ma😅 Większy wybór masz w przydrożnym motelu gdzieś przy trasie. ​Obiekt (bo hotelem nazwać tego nie można) położony jest przy mega ruchliwej trasie, więc o ciszy za dnia czy w nocy można zapomnieć. Na dodatek napiwki dla kelnerów (którzy są bardzo mili) zabiera boss i rzekomo sam rozdziela – skandal! Jedyny pozytywny aspekt tego miejsca to obiektywnie sympatyczny, biały psiak, którego można pogłaskać. ​Omijać to miejsce szerokim łukiem i nie patrzeć na pozytywne opinie, bo to bujda. ​Ps. Od strony wschodniej obiektu znajduje się boisko piłkarskie, na które wieczorami (tak do 24:00) przychodzą pograć miejscowi. To taki "smaczek" na koniec. ​Proszę nie pisać w odpowiedzi regułek o tym, jak wam przykro, że nie spełniliście naszych oczekiwań. Taki gotowiec powtarza się pod każdą nieprzychylną opinią.

Begränsat matutbud, ingen air condition på gemensamma ytor. Ingen all-inclusive service på baren vid stranden. Få aktiviteter. Biljard fanns på hotellet, men kostade extra. Stenig strand.

Tiszta, rendben tartott, szép szálláshely, vendégközpontú, kedves személyzet. Esti programok gyerekeknek és felnőtteknek. Közeli part, saját partszakasz.

Az eddigi all inclusive tapasztaltokhoz képest szegényesebb étel (főként hús) választék, és sok egyéb ráfizetést igénylő dolog (italok egyrésze, biliárd, spa, beach bar).

The rooms are nice, modern, and recently renovated.

We could not stay there and left immediately after the first night, even though we were supposed to stay for four days. The beach is not directly in front of the hotel. The beach is terrible, and the sea in this area is also very disappointing. Although it is across the road, you still have to walk some distance to reach it. The hotel is located right next to a busy highway, so there is constant traffic noise throughout the day and night. There is practically nothing for children to do, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families. There are no kettles in the rooms, but you can get hot water from the bar downstairs. The elevators are a real problem – you may have to wait 5–7 minutes every time. There is also no air conditioning in the lobby or inside the elevators, which makes it quite uncomfortable, especially during the summer. For a one-night stopover, the hotel is acceptable. However, I would not recommend staying here for more than one night, as the location and facilities simply don't make for a relaxing holiday.

Este pentru a treia oară când ne-am cazat la acest hotel și de fiecare dată am primit o cameră mai bună decât ceea ce am rezervat și cu vedere la mare. Mi-a plăcut foarte mult amplasarea hotelului pe malul mării, micul dejun foarte bogat și foarte gustos, profesionalismul personalului care deservește hotelul

Maten är katastrof, en stor besvikelse. Förutom ett mycket begränsat utbud var kvaliteten och smaken också dåliga. Till lunch serverades bland annat kokt ko-tunga i en slemmig gryta. Till middagen serverades en linssoppa som, utifrån smak, konsistens och utseende, verkade innehålla samma kött, vilket gjorde även den oaptitlig. Så jag hoppade över middagen. Bilderna i annonsen är vilseledande och motsvarar inte verkligheten. Hotellet erbjuder i princip ingen underhållning, poolområdet är litet och baren hade ett mycket begränsat utbud – de kunde inte ens göra vanliga drinkar. Dessutom ingår varken drinkar eller ens vatten på den privata stranden i all inclusive, utan måste köpas separat. Tunneln som leder till stranden upplevdes dessutom som farlig, med öppna gropar som innebär en risk för att snubbla eller falla. Vi reste dit med fem barn men valde att lämna hotellet redan efter den första natten. För oss var det inte värt att stanna, trots vad vi hade betalat, utan vi bokade ett annat boende för att rädda semestern. Jag anser att detta hotell inte borde marknadsföras på Booking. Jag tycker också att Booking bör ta ett större ansvar och granska de hotell som säljs via deras plattform. En av anledningarna till att jag bokade detta hotell var att jag litade på att Booking inte skulle tillåta så här oseriösa aktörer att finnas på sin plattform

Размещались на базе завтрака, завтрак был непонятный, в целом не вкусный. Очень странно, впервые столкнулся с таким. Номер неплохой, но в душе был слабый напор воды, слив был забитый, в номере было пыльно.

Сам готель був буде комфортний, чистий, номер був великий з видом на море😃, все поруч, до моря можна дістатися тунелем, єдине, що пізно його відкривають, з 9:00 ранку і закривають в 19:00, якщо не встигли зайти, прийдеться обходити метрів 500-600. Є парковка біля готелю, невелика. Море неймовірно чисте, захід трохи з галькою, переважно пісщане дно, місцями, є велике каміння на дні, треба коралки.

Шведська лінія дуже слабка, аби не буди голодні😉, на вечерю буде: або риба, або м'ясо, але видають порційно по шматочку, а якщо хочеш більше, то треба гарно попросити. Пляж то окрема історія, він ніби є : лежаки та парасольки безкоштовно, але заправляє всім власник кафе, тобто, бар на пляжі не належить готелю, там все платно, навіть вода, а якщо ви принесете воду з готелю, то насварить вас, каже, що то його бізнес і треба купити в нього. Ми були до цього готові, тому для нас це не критично. Тільки із-за моря ставлю високу оцінку.

Sympatyczni i przyjaźni recepcjoniści, kelnerzy, barmani. Obsługa na medal, jednak kierownictwo i ich decyzje psuje resztę. Odremontowane, ładne, przestronne pokoje.

W kraju gdzie owoców na najbliższych targach można kupić wszelkie rodzaje za niewygórowane ceny, a dookoła hotelu są plantacje bananów, przez tydzień naszego pobytu dostępne były same arbuzy i pomarańcze, jednego dnia przyniesiono miskę czereśni. Podawane jedzenie było smaczne, jednak jego wybór pozostawiał wiele do życzenia, często ciężko było uświadczyć więcej niż jeden, dwa wybory mięsa, poza grillowanym łososiem nie było żadnych owoców morza. Wybór posiłków nieporównywalnie mniejszy do innych tureckich hoteli 4*. All inclusive w kontekście barów opiera się właściwie jedynie na piwie, winie i napojach typu sprite, cola. Reszta „koktajli” 10e od sztuki, a w drinkach wódka cola, gin sprite - ilość alkoholu znikoma. Bar na plaży dodatkowo płatny, dla nas nie było problemem kilka razy zakupić piwo butelkowane po 5e, więc byliśmy mile traktowani, jednak zauważyliśmy sytuacje gdy obsługa kazała innej kobiecie schować wodę, która nie została zakupiona u nich. Wodę, w ponad 30 stopniowym upale. Plaża sprzątana na bieżąco, zadbana, jednak odcinek wydzielony do pływania zawiera wiele dużych, niebezpiecznych kamieni. Dziecko może skręcić kostkę bez większego problemu. Nasz pokój pomimo swoich zalet, był jednak słabo wygłuszony, od połowy pobytu grupa młodych Niemek aktywna w godzinach nocnych zadbała o to, abyśmy długo nie pospali. Wieczorne animacje zaczynają się o 21:30, gdzie bar przy basenie dostępny jest bezpłatnie do 22:00. Sprytnie wymyślone. Za cenę last minute po wszystkich zniżkach (ok. 30e za noc od osoby) - jest w porządku, jednak hotel w trakcie sezonu posiada o wiele większe ceny na które z obecną ofertą zupełnie nie zasługuje.

This hotel is awful. The food was dire and anything left from lunch is reheated and served again at dinner. The menu never varies. The pool is small, does not have enough sunloungers and the music is excessively loud. Staff constantly harass you to book excursions to dodgy ‘markets’. The m’market we visited threatened to slap me when I refused to buy any of his poor quality tat

I was so disappointed with this hotel. It is not as advertised, the pictures are very deceiving. I want to be fair but I really don’t have much good to say about it. The room was fairly clean and the shower was incredibly powerful but other than that the rest is negative. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The “balcony” was not even big enough to put a chair on and overlooked a football pitch where they played every night until 1am. The food was abysmal!!! No choice, particularly bad if you have allergies as nothing is labelled and they reserve stuff from previous meals. We ended up eating out because we couldn’t stand it any longer. The only snacks I saw were little dried up cakes they put on the bar in the afternoon. There is only 1 bar open. They have about 30 sunbeds max which for a hotel with 100 rooms is ridiculous. So if you can’t get a bed by the pool you are forced onto the “private beach” where you have to pay for your drinks, even water. The beach waiter was super nice though. Getting to the beach through the underground tunnel is nothing short of dangerous! The staff are disinterested and seem really tired. You are constantly harassed to book excursions. We went on their shopping trip and the guy was so rude to us. We used the spa for a massage which was lovely but different people pay different prices. Just a price list would be better. You have pay extra for literally everything, it really didn’t feel all inclusive at all. I felt like I was just an inconvenience.

I’m not the type of person who complains; I always read reviews and form my own opinion. I have to admit, the reviews are spot on—this hotel operates by its own rules. Even though we booked an all-inclusive package through Love Holidays, we unfortunately didn't have access to snacks or beer at the beach; we would have had to pay extra for that. Tourists booking with TUI, however, had access to everything at no extra cost! The reception staff were very unpleasant. The beach was rocky—featuring actual stone slabs—and the sunbeds were ancient. The food—oh my God—was absolutely unvaried, no matter what the meal was. The breakfast menu was the same every day, as were lunch and dinner. If something wasn't eaten at lunch, it was served again at dinner in a different form. I would have given it one star, but the waiters and the music guy were decent—and they were the only ones. I won't be coming back; for me, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Food awful, bland, no real options, same everyday, they would run out of food and don't refill, whether thats mains or dessert, rooms missing bulbs, lock on sliding door, toilet seat broken, air con not working, toilets blocking by the pool, shower by pool not working, nothing nearby ie shops, restaurants, we did manage to find 1. Holiday rep mis-sells trips, ALL trips are around buying clothes, by being harassed by sellers. Getting to the beach is an assault course, breaking all heslth & safety rules. One reception guy was awful. LOVEHOLIDAYS are not interested. NEVER AGAIN!!! BRITS DON'T GO. ITs NOT GOOD

Lapsille ei ollut hotellilla muuta tekemistä kuin uiminen ja vesiliukumäki. Jos kaipaa jotakin leikkihuonetta tai järjestettyä ohjelmaa täältä sitä ei löydy. Osa hotellin työntekijöistä nihkeitä tarjoilemaan alkoholia vaikka all inclusive olikin kyseessä. Ruokailussa turhan innokkaita siivoamaan lautaset pois. Useaan kertaan lautanen vietiin kesken ruokailun. Päivällinen ei riittänyt aina kaikille vieraille. Ei oltu osattu varata tarpeeksi ruokaa vieraiden määrään nähden. Hotelli vilkkaan autotien varrella, öisin autojen äänet kuuluvat selvästi. Hotelli yhteistyössä erään ostoskadun liikkeen kanssa, jonne viedään puoliväkisin ja tämän jälkeen tatuointi paikkaan. Liikkeessä törkyhinnat ja pakotetaan ostamaan jotakin. Mikäli ei osta tai ota tatuointia, aletaan vaatimaan rahaa ja ollaan todella töykeitä.

Rummen var inte isolerade, man hörde mycket tydligt från rummen bredvid. Ingen vattenkokare i rummet. Dålig frukost.

Pomimo, że jest to hotel również dla grup zorganizowanych cisza nocna umożliwia prawdziwy wypoczynek. Bardzo obfite śniadanie. Hotel spełniający oczekiwania zarówno na jeden jak i na więcej dni.

Das Hotel bietet All Inklusive an. Das stimmt nur teilweise. Von 10.00 - 22.00 Uhr. Zusätzlich wird jeden Tag die Poolbar 1 Stunde vor dem Essen geschlossen wegen......??? Eine Frechheit. Bei 3 Bars auf dem Gelände, wovon sowieso nur zwei aufhaben inkl. Strand, hat dann keine auf. Das Essen war jeden Tag fast dasselbe und sehr ausgelegt auf Gäste aus Ostblockländern. Andere Gäste hatten auch AI am Strand. Es waren russischstämmige Gesellschaften die das angeboten haben. Für die Großbaustelle gegenüber dem Hotel konnten Sie nichts. Es wird halt gerade ein Hotel saniert mit allen Geräuschen die da entstehen. Seitlicher Meerblick hatten wir auf jeden Fall. Parkplätze waren ebenfalls vorhanden.

Would be nice to be able to boil water in the room to make tea but stuff explained to us that fire safety regulations has forced them to get rid of those goodies, and even replace all door to better fire safety grades per renewed requirements throughout Turkey.

We originally planned to stay for just one week, but we enjoyed our experience so much that we extended our stay to an entire month! Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was excellent, with a great variety and high quality. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. What made our stay truly special was the warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff made us feel at home from the very first day, and the overall environment was relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a wonderful holiday experience. We would be delighted to return in the future!

Overall, everything was fine during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was very good, and the staff did a great job keeping it tidy.

The variety of meat dishes during meals was extremely poor, almost non-existent, which was disappointing. Also, the hotel itself and the facilities felt a bit old and outdated.

Absolutely terrible all inclusive during. Had to change rooms as the balcony we originally had was the smallest ive ever seen! All inclusive doesn't run to the beach and no entertainment at night just a dj booth with some lights. Wanting to charge €5 for a shaded sun booth at the end of our holiday when it was free when we arrived. Reception staff were lovely though cant fault them. Spa is massively over priced and he doesn't interact with you once youve said no. Wanting £120 for 2 people for something I got for £24 for 2 people picked up and dropped off with brilliant service would highly recommend through alanya tours. Solisden bar aswell brilliant if you like football went back twice. Tower hill was a good night but highly over charged. Sadly we will not be returning to this hotel. Complaint also made to love holiday as we had to eat out the food was that bad. Location is very far out will need pick up amd drop offs

Заселялись поздно ночью в стандартный номер, на букинге было написано 34 м , а заселили точно в 2 раза меньше, еще к минусам можно отнести датчик движения в душе, он тебя не видит если ты чистишь зубы , отключался по 30 раз, я ходила с фонариком и еще было кофе только 3 в 1

Все чудово, як і в минулий раз. Дуже сподобалось, що просив 2 номери з видом на море і вони були підготовлені, а також мої попередні зауваження були враховані. І звісно, приємно поспілкуватись с українцями, які відпочивають, а також з українкою, яка ПРАЦЮЄ і завжди підскаже і допоможе!!!

Залишилось дещо облаштувати сам перехід до моря...

Мы провели очень хороший отпуск в отеле 4⭐. Отдыхали 9 дней по отличной цене по системе all inclusive. В целом впечатления остались положительные: чистый номер, нам сразу сделали апгрейд и дали красивый номер с видом на море, очень удобный матрас, приятный персонал и хорошая атмосфера. К сожалению, произошла неприятная ситуация: мой ребенок упал возле бассейна и разбил лоб о металлическую лестницу, которая, на мой взгляд, не совсем соответствует стандартам безопасности для зоны бассейна. Администрация частично помогла решить ситуацию, но, конечно, это сильно испортило часть отдыха. Я бы рекомендовала отелю уделить больше внимания безопасности. Пол возле бассейнов очень скользкий, особенно в зоне внутреннего бассейна на -1 этаже. Также хотелось бы, чтобы сотрудники чаще проверяли территорию, так как иногда попадались мелкие осколки. Еще удивило решение с ремонтом в душевых: там сделан глянцевый скользкий пол и установлены стеклянные перегородки без резиновых ковриков. Это выглядит красиво, но с точки зрения безопасности не очень практично, особенно для семей с детьми. Если бы не этот инцидент, отдых мог бы быть практически идеальным.

Местоположение неплохое . Душ хороший .

Ужаснейший завтрак . Людей хлебом кормят в основном . Бассейн во дворе не подогревается . Холодная вода. Парилка работает всего 2 часа с 12 дня до 14 дня . Бассейн внутренний работает до 6 вечера .

A személyzet kedvessége kiemelkedő, nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel. ❤️ Az étteremben a fiúk mindig kedvesek és figyelmesek voltak, mindig volt egy jó szavuk hozzánk. Pont ott töltöttem a születésnapomat, aminek az emlékezetessé tételében sokat segítettek. Külön köszönet Ferhatnak, aki nagyon kedves, vidám, segítőkész volt mindig 🙏 A spa részlegen részt vettünk egy teljes kezelésen, ami csodálatos volt. Szauna, hammam, masszázs, egy kis relaxálással és isteni finom mangó teával a végén. Itt is kiemelném a személyzet kedvességét és figyelmességét. Köszönet Roman-nak, aki azon kívül, hogy nagyon jól masszíroz, mindent megtett, hogy jól érezzük magunkat és bármikor találkoztunk vele a nap során mindig mosolygós és kedves volt velünk. A recepción szintén segítőkészek és kedvesek voltak, minden kérésünket igyekeztek teljesíteni. Ár-érték arányban verhetetlen a szálloda, szívből ajánlom!

a nice boutique hotel  in Kestel zoon of Alanya with a limited variety of meals at full and half board rates. Nice outdoor pool with the adjutant bar.SPA and GYM.10-15 minutes drive to downtown Alanya.There are limited free private parking area, but usually the are free parking places around. Low pressure tap water in the batchrooms and low quality of air conditioning are as cons.

Advantages: -resturant staff are lovely and receptionist Hussein was lovely -pool area was nice and the slide was fun -cute dog in the hotel -view from the room was nice -beach is close Disadvantages: -staff is very pushy with spa treatments and excursions. Tried to sell me a spa package for £60 each but heard from other people they got a deal for £50 both -noise level at night is quite loud -no hot water in bathroom tap -Not fully all inclusive- some things are charged extra like ice cream and cocktails -food is bland, no food lables and not allergy/diet friendly -limited food selection -There is no entertainment other than background music on during the day and night -takes 4 hours to get from the airport

Хорошая локация. Приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Есть спортзал, бассейн и спа, массаж. Завтрак минимальный. Один день была яичница прямо с огня и это было суперски. В остальные дни были вкусные пышки, оладьи, овощи и нарезки, чай, кофе, сок. Обед и ужин мы не заказывали, так как все дни уезжали в центр. Уборка номера каждый день, все очень заботливо и чисто. Впечатление осталось хорошее. Ни разу не пожалели, что выбрали этот отель.

Были мелочи, связанные с неудобством то ли от работы генератора ночью, то ли от дороги, какой-то низкочастотный шум мешал спать, но нам предоставили другой номер. Так что это даже не минусы самого отеля, просто особенности расположения номеров
