Kaila City Hotel

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus. Unsere Bitte nach einem bestimmten Stockwerk wurde sogar übererfüllt, - wir haben dasselbe Zimmer bekommen wie letztes Mal (vielen Dank dafür). Eine kleine Flasche Wein und ein Tütchen mit Leckereien waren eine nette Überraschung. Alles sauber, nettes Personal, viel Auswahl beim Essen

Die Matratze könnte etwas weicher sein, ansonsten hat alles gepasst

Nous avons beaucoup apprecié notre séjour. Le personnel est accueillant et agreable, l'hotel est tres propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons également beacoup aimé la nourriture qui etait succulante et variée à base de viande rouge, poisson et viande blanche. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très très bon séjour et nous recommandons tres fortement cet hotel.

Есть свой собственный пляж с лежанками, зонтиками, напитками и перекусом! Рядом вечером можно прогуляться на местном рынке. Еда разнообразная. Изобилие свежих фруктов и овощей каждый день.🍌🍊🍇🍎🍋🍐🍑 Вежливый и приветливый персонал👍 Вернулись бы снова в этот отель🇹🇷

I especially liked the location of the hotel, the service, the room cleaning, the food, and the overall quality of everything included in the hotel service

The air conditioning in the room did not work well and was very noisy. The refrigerator was also noisy. I was disappointed that guests are not allowed to visit the room, even though this rule was not mentioned in the hotel rules.

Отель очень чистый, близко расположен к морю. Персонал работает на 200%, более отзывчивых и знающих свою работу я не встречала. Кухня - космос! Готовят очень вкусно и разнообразно.

Veldig lite barnevennlig. Meget dårlig opplyst om at nesten alt er stengt før 1/4. Det var ingen solsenger på stranden, ingen snackbar, ingen is, leker el aktiviteter for barna, ingen parasoller ved bassenget, ingen rutsjebane mm. Vi ble skikkelig skuffet.

The hotel was really good in all! Food was fresh, chef made omelets in the morning and barbaque in the evening. Variety of foods was served every meal. Beer, wine, Raki, sodas all drinks tasted good. Staff was super friendly and kind, helpful. Cleaning was every other day and worked good. Free sauna between 16 and 18 was so nice! We went as a family and washed each others at hammam and took normal sauna also. Location is almost at the beach, nearest Migros is like 800m or so. Taxis take off in front of the hotel. Defenetely warm welcome to Kaila city as a family, couple or group of friends :)

We went there 1st of April and the season starts at that time. There was a lot of construction work/repairing going on at the hotel, even though seasons started and the were a lot of tourists at the hotel. I believe, it was because of the weathers (rainy winter and spring) but even so, it made the atmosphere by the pool really loud and a lot of hustle was going on. Nice of course to renovate, the timing was way too late though.

The hamam work time was very poor, we hoped that we can enjoy it in the evening 7PM, but it was already closed. The soundproof of the room was very bad - we heard every word of our neighbours.

Very good food (could be less spicy and with a bit more variety), friendly and helpful staff, excellent location and beautiful view. Rooms were good and fairly clean.

Balconies could have been cleaner due to bird droppings, and one elevator was often out of order.

Отель в центре. Выбирали по месторасположению. В целом это классическая тройка уровня 2010 года. Давно требуется ремонт, старая техника, мебель, ковровые покрытия, интерьер в целом. Неплохие завтраки, соответствуют своей цене. На одну-две ночи проездом отлично подходит. В 2 метрах прекрасный ресторан грузинской кухни

I had an all-inclusive stay. Everything was very good. It was also nice that the hotel is equipped with a diesel generator that provided electricity to the hotel ocne when the entire block was off because of the storm.

Do not rely on the lunch box with breakfast if you need to leave early in the morning - this is just a cold sandwich even without a bottle of water. I should note that I informed the stuff about my early departure.

Breakfast was average, nothing to brag about The person that was staying in the next room had the TV blasting all night, complained to the front desk 4 nights in a raw, 4 nights couldn’t sleep I should be compensated for those 4 nights It took 4 nights and at least 4 trips to the front desk to solve the issue, eventually the person move out of the room Also had construction going on during the day A lot of noise

Удобный матрац и подушка, была в январе - обогрев номера кондиционером работал очень хорошо. Нормальный номер со шкафом, холодильником, сейф за доп.плату.

До этого была в декабре, питание было гораздо лучше. В январе выбор совсем слабенький - горох, бобы, фасоль тушеные. Из мяса - курица, индюк, говядина были какие то сухие, подогревали и несколько дней подряд выносили. Подносы с сырами, салатами по несколько дней одни и те же. Понятно, что людей мало в отеле, но для 4* совсем печаль 😪 Полотенца очень старые, уже серого цвета.

Pros • Location: About a 5-minute walk from the beach. • Cats: A paradise for cat lovers – lots of healthy, happy, non-needy cats everywhere. • Staff: Polite, professional, and always helpful. Room cleaners, waiters, and bartenders all spoke at least three languages, which was impressive and very useful.

Cons • Location (again): Over a 2-hour car ride from the airport, which was exhausting (I’m aware that that’s not hotel’s fault, just adding this point for people to keep that in mind); • Rooms: Very tired and outdated. Old-fashioned furniture and extremely loud, old air conditioning that made sleeping uncomfortable. • All-inclusive drinks: Very disappointing. Although there were several options, local alcohol (especially wine) tasted watered down. Even after just a few sips, headaches were guaranteed. The same applied to local whiskey, Baileys, and gin. Original branded drinks were available but at extremely high prices (I tried a sip of all local drinks just to be sure that I’m not exaggerating- all really poor quality and impossible to drink) • Food: • Breakfast: Exactly the same every day with very limited choice. I ended up eating pancakes with chocolate spread daily, while my partner skipped breakfast entirely. • Lunch: Repetitive salads and desserts every day; hot dishes lacked presentation, flavour, and appetite appeal. • Dinner: We ate dinner only twice during a 10-day stay — which says everything. The dishes (e.g. chicken stew or beef mixed with vegetables) were unappealing and poorly presented. • Afternoon tea/coffee: Dry, tasteless cookies, sometimes clearly from the previous day, or even reused from other guests’ tables (including cookies left over from New Year’s Eve). • Space & organisation: The restaurant was far too small for the number of guests. To get a table, you had to arrive at least an hour early or queue outside for 15–20 minutes. • Entertainment: Limited and poorly organised. A traditional dance show and live music were offered, but due to lack of space I had to sit outside by the pool with closed doors. • New Year’s Eve dinner: Starters appeared to be leftovers from lunch or dinner the day before. I left shortly after — the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. Overall Not recommended.

Понравилось все. Местоположение, рядом есть все. Персонал всегда готовый помочь, убираются каждый день и меняют постельное белье, полотенца, и на пляж каждый день дают свежие чистые полотенца. В комнате чайник, кофе, чай, каждый день оставляют бутылки воды. Пляж 5 минут ходьбы, до центра на автобусе 10 минут. Можно прогуляться пешком по набережной. Вкусно готовят.

Wir haben vom 21. Dezember bis zum 3. Januar insgesamt 13 Nächte im Kaila City Hotel verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war außergewöhnlich angenehm und hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Das Personal war durchgehend extrem freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man wurde jederzeit mit einem Lächeln empfangen und hatte immer das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Manager des Hotels: äußerst professionell, aufmerksam und immer ansprechbar. Jede Bitte oder jedes Anliegen wurde sofort ernst genommen und zuverlässig erfüllt – ein Service auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die tägliche Reinigung war gründlich und zuverlässig. Auch alle öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels waren stets sauber und ordentlich. Das Essen war hervorragend. Sehr große Auswahl, frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich top und abwechslungsreich. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei, und die Qualität der Speisen war während des gesamten Aufenthalts konstant sehr hoch. Ein absolutes Highlight waren die Veranstaltungen: Weihnachten war wunderschön organisiert und sehr stimmungsvoll, Silvester war einfach großartig – mit tollem Programm, sehr guter Organisation, hervorragendem Essen und einer fantastischen Atmosphäre. Diese Events haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Auch die allgemeinen Einrichtungen und der Service im Hotel waren sehr gut. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität, Organisation und Gästewohl gelegt wird.

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war das WLAN, das leider teilweise sehr langsam und instabil war. Hier besteht noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Ansonsten gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Большой номер, балкон, завтрак-ужин не супер пупер, но голодными не останетесь, несколько видов мяса, салаты, нарезки, фрукты, десерты. Кофемашина в холле. Были в декабре, попали на рождественский ужин с программой, неожиданно 😊 Соотношение цена-качество 👍, надо понимать, что это рядовая четверка, немного жестковат для меня матрац.

Ужасно старые полотенца, не поняла принцип их смены. Иногда непонятно было, поменяли или сложили вчерашние?

Vastaanotossa olevat naiset voisivat olla hieman ystävällisempiä.

Saunasta olisin pitänyt, mutta siellä ei saanut heittää löylyä. Se tosin oli kanssa matkustajista kiinni. Lähinnä yksi natsi oli erittäin ikävä saunakaveri.

Ruoka oli huonoa. Raaka- aineista olisi kyllä saanut ihan syötävää, mutta keittiö taidot puuttuivat. Surkein allinc ikinä.

Пожалуй единственный существенный минус, который сильно испортил впечатление от номера - это неприятный запах от всего текстиля - полотенцев, постельного белья. Настолько неприятный и явный, что вообще сложно было пользоваться полотенцами. Возможно дело в стиральном порошке. Надо его сменить менеджерам отеля однозначно.

Ruuat kylmiä, välillä epämääräistä mössöä. Ranskan perunoita joka päivä. Salaatit alkuun hyviä, mutta loman loppuakohden heikkenivät. Ruuan taso huono. Hotellin tasoon nähden ruoka kylmää ja huonoa. Ja kissan pissi haisi voimakkaasti hotellin sisään käynnin yhteydessä, ongelma astmaatikoille sekä yleiselle siisteydelle. Kissojen ruokintaa ei pidä sallii hotellialueella.

Très belle hôtel dans un quartier calme près du centre. Avec piscine et très proche de la mer.

Le personnel était très sympathique très respectueux toujours le sourire.

Les personnes qui s'occupent des massages nous avons fait plusieurs fois le même massages mais c'était jamais identique .Ils insistent pour vous faire payer d'avance pas très correct sachant que nous sommes à l'hôtel chez eux.

Frau Batuhan an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch sehr freundlich war der Zimmerservice z.B. Fr. Serpil. Das Essen zu den Mahlzeiten, wurde unter Einflussnahme des Chefkoches Mustafa Duman sehr gut angerichtet und schmeckte auch sehr gut. Hacer Teze hat köstliche Gözleme am Strand serviert.

Die Abendunterhaltung könnte besser sein. Wünschenswert wäre modernes Mobiliar. Größeres Badezimmer und unangenehme Geräuschkulisse im Badezimmer. Lautes Ankommen der Gäste in der Nacht. Pool und Essenzeiten sollten getrennt sein. Reinigen des Fußbodens während des Essens war unangebracht. Rutschgefahr nach dem Poolbesuch im Hotel. Mehr Auswahl an Cocktails. Kaffee kann man besser machen.

Отель небольшой, уютный, расположен недалеко от моря. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Питание - шведский стол, очень разнообразный, на все вкусы, много фруктов. Ещё- хамам, массаж- это вообще прекрасно. Отдыхом очень довольна

Jag tyckte inte om frukosten var samma varje morgon, sängen var inte bekvämt, dtäd också var inte bra, dem städar inte nogga under Boden och sängen och kommer de och knäcka på dörren varje morgon utan attstädas nogga, saknade tofflor, tandkräm, tandborste och kam.

Хороший отель 4-звездочного уровня, без пафоса. Отель небольшой, городской, без территории. Есть бассейн. Чисто везде, хорошее питание, отличный персонал. Свой участок на пляже. Пока открыт отель Kaila beach (до начала ноября), на пляже есть бар с безалкогольными напитками и едой и wi-fi. Стандартный номер достаточно большой по размеру. Горячая вода без перебоев, теплое одеяло, тапочки. Благодарю весь персонал отеля за комфортный отдых!

Ничего положительного, что стоило бы отметить в этом отеле нет. Разве что еда плюс/минус средняя (неплохая). В остальном все на низком уровне.

Номер дали совсем не такой как на фото при бронировании. Сказали, что такой как на фото (лучший номер) у них один на весь отель. Как бы, образцово-показательный. А вы живите в том, который дали. Алкоголь крайне низкого качества. Безалкогольные напитки тоже. Все максимально дешевое. Такое "лакшери для бедных". В целом 4 звездам не соответствует. Не рекомендую тут останавливаться.

A szálloda az nagyon tiszta nagyon finom ételek vannak és nagyon kedves és rendes a személyzet.
