Every single thing! Whatever you need for a long time holiday is provided! Better than I expected!!! I would prefer this property over all 5star hotels near here!

Központi elhelyezkedés, bolt 5-10 perces sétára, étterem vizipipával( aki szereti) 5 percnyire,az ételek mindenhol finomak,frissen ,forrón kerülnek a vendégek elé és bőségesek. Valóban úgy van ahogy a képen, az út túloldalán 1perc sétára a tenger ami reggel, délben és este is meleg.A szálláson a medence víze szintén meleg, fázni sehol nem kellett. A kisállatokhoz való hozzá állás a környéken,( a recepción dolgozókon kìvül )mindenki kedves, mosolygós, és rendkívül segítőkész. Mi szándékosan földszinti, teraszos, füvesített apartmant kértünk kiskutya miatt. Nagyon élvezte,hogy nem a szobában vagy nappaliban kell kuksolni reggelinél vagy a nap bármely szakaszában. Mindenhol elfogadják az EUROT,üdülő övezethez képest abszolút nem drága, a helyiek segítőkészek ha bárhol bármiben elakadnál. Otthonias a hangulat nem szabályoznak ,akadályoznak sehol semmiben igazából,pl .: a bárban is a személyzet magától odajött és megkérdezte, hogy készítsen-e fotót rólunk mikor látta, hogy épp azzal foglalatoskodtunk vagy lent a parton egy idegen. Itt tényleg úgy érezheti magát az ember , hogy nyaral!

Igazából olyan nem volt az 1hét alatt ami ne tetszett volna. Vettünk mosószert kimostunk, bàr több törölköző jól jött volna de ez sem negatívum. Igaz,mi sem kértünk hanem megoldottuk és ezért is nem panaszkodás. Ha kérünk biztos kapunk is. Szálláson azért egyszer megkérdezhették volna , hogy minden rendben van -e de persze enélkül is jól éreztük magunkat mintha úgymond otthon lennénk albérletbe 😀

Excellent place for a relaxing holiday by the sea We stayed at this hotel as a group of three from August 1st to August 17th and rented a one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was comfortable for three people, as there was a sofa bed in the living room. Each room has air conditioning and a TV. The ceilings are very high, which makes the apartment feel spacious and comfortable, even during hot weather. One of the best features is the wonderful terrace with a sea view. There is a table and chairs on the terrace, making it a great place to have breakfast or relax in the evening while enjoying the view. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful. Everyone was welcoming and always ready to assist. We also really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the surrounding area. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. The beach is just across the road, approximately 50 metres away. There is a pedestrian crossing directly in front of the hotel, so you don’t have to walk far. The beach is clean, the sea is clear, and it is not too crowded. There are cafés on the beach with reasonable prices — they are not overpriced. Transportation is also very convenient. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel. Bus No. 1 runs approximately every 10 minutes towards Mahmutlar or Alanya. The fare is 50 Turkish lira. There are also several shops nearby, including Migros, so it is very convenient to buy groceries and other necessities. The hotel has a swimming pool for adults and children, and the pool is cleaned every evening, which is a nice touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, cleanliness, friendly staff, a clean beach and sea, convenient public transportation, shops nearby, and an excellent terrace with a sea view. A great choice for a relaxing family holiday. We would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Отдыхали в этих аппартах второй раз,первый раз все понравилось очень сильно,просто ни одного замечания.В этот раз были некие мелкие штуки,которые немного портили общую картину.Например,плесень в ванной комнате,двери душевых на обеих этажа сломаны и требуют ремонта.И самое главное,окна на балконах.Прошлый раз мы просто немогли налюбоваться этой красотой из окон,но в этот раз окна ооочень грязные и не открываются(не спускаются) с помощью пульта,что лично меня сильно огорчало.Один раз приходили мастера,но починить их им не удалось.Персонал максимально вежливый,очень общительные,реально пытаются помочь когда что то нужно,к ним нет ни одной претензии,остальное больше претензия к хозяину данного комплекса.В следующем году мы тоже хотели бы приехать и очень надеемся,что к тому времени будут исправлены все недочеты😊

Large clean apartment, close to the beach (and to a great beach club), well equipped with all necessary amenities, a sizable fridge and an A/C. Quiet neighborhood, a supermarket close by. Decent swimming pool, suitable for children, never too crowded, with sunbeds and umbrellas.

It’s the last 5% that were not there: when we arrived, there were not enough towels and bedsheets for the four of us. The guys at the reception tried to accommodate some of our requests and got us the towels and bedsheets, but most other basic things were not there: Toilet paper wasn’t stocked up (we bought a pack at the nearest supermarket), the tea cups and water glasses were missing (we had three glasses and one tea cup for the four of us and asked twice but were not given any), the frying pan that was suitable for one, not four. They also use rather harsh bedspreads instead of plain normal bedsheets. We asked for regular flat sheets but they didn’t have enough. Neither did they have regular blankets. The hotel is lovely but just needs that last bit of extra guest care that you typically expect from every single Airbnb we stayed in. Location is also a bit away from the cafes and restaurants (there are some good ones within about 20min walk).

Es gab mehrere Punkte. Zimmer Nr. 13 1. Das Zimmer hat nach Rauch gestunken Trotz dass es rauchmeder gab. Bitte. . Rauchmelder nach Funktion prüfen 2. Wonhbereich Balkon Tür rechts oben Schimmel 3. Mehrere Steckdosen defekt. Küche. Schlafzimmer 4. Türgriff von innen Defekt bzw. Fehlt 5. Die Balkontüren schließen nicht 100% . Man kann Es leicht aufschieben. Bei Schließung. 6. Toilette war nicht sauber gereinigt. 7. Wasserkocher Teekocher war noch vom Vorbesitzer schmutzig. 8. Wonzimmertisch stark beschädigt 9. Schlafzimmer wand hinter der Tür stark Verschmutzt.

Прекрасные апарты рядом с набережной. В квартире есть все необходимое. На территории бассейн(основной и детский)с круглосуточным доступом. Рядом рестораны и магазины.

Keukengerei was vies met aanbaklaag op pannen. Accommodatie lijkt niet goed schoongemaakt te worden. We kregen een woning op de beganegrond met tuin helaas was deze ruimte beschimmeld en zaten rioolvliegjes in de badkamer en keuken na mijn klacht hebben wij een andere woning op de 4e etage gekregen deze zag er beter uit zonder schimmel en zonder rioolvliegjes.

Жить можно, в целом всё есть, места много, большой холодильник и стиральная машина, рядом парковка своя

Полотенца выдают очень маленькие, грязновато в целом, завтраки скудные, до центра 10 километров

Номер аккуратный, все необходимое было на кухне. Учитывайте, что это не отель, нет уборки и даже услугу эту нельзя заказать. Для душа нужно все свое.

Апартаменты находятся рядом с дорогой и шум от дороги постоянно, ночью звуки пролетающих машин и скорых не давали нормально спать даже с закрытым окном. Так же проход к морю был через дорогу на которой даже не было пешеходного перехода, у меня каждый раз перебегание дороги с детьми это был стресс. Это очень тихий не туристический район, подходит для тех кому за 60, они собираются в баре на пляже.

Апартамент новый свежий, чистое белое белье. Пляж в шаговой доступности чистый городской. Лежаки оплачивают по 200 лир с человека но если покушать в кафе (готовят шикарно! Как в ресторане) на море то бесплатно. Персонал услужлив и внимательный. Рекомендую.

У нас был вид на море он прекрасный 🥰 но шум от машин не позволяет спать ночью с открытыми окнами

Die Lage ist perfekt. Abends Ruhe, Migros um die Ecke und extrem neue und hochwertige Ausstattung. Besonders Eren hat uns bei jeder Anfrage diskret weitergeholfen und war sehr professionell im Umgang. Danke, ich komme wieder!

Zu dreckig, Zuviel kaputt oder garnicht mehr vorhanden. Wenn man nachfragt, z. B. Batterie sagt man kommt und nichts kommt… Es war mal schön, aber wenn sie jetzt nicht reparieren nachkaufen und richtig putzen, ist September das letzte Mal das wir dort buchen.Durch die Fenster ist rausschauen kaum möglich, so dreckig…

The apartment was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. We stayed in the 1-bedroom apartment and it had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, from a Turkish coffee machine to a vacuum cleaner. The smart home system was a great touch, allowing us to control the lights from a central panel. All of the staff we met were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The property is pet-friendly, which was one of the main reasons we chose it and something we really appreciated. The swimming pool was great, parking was never a problem, and the beachfront location is perfect for enjoying Alanya.

Nothing significant. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff were really understandable people. Hats off to them!

There were no shower gels, shampoos, washing powder (bedding and towels were not changed during 11 days, so you had to wash them and buy a large package), toilet paper also had to be bought. Such necessary measures should be available for a short stay.

Супер місце, прекрасний вид на море, неймовірний захід сонця. Співвідношення ціна-якість. Персонал дуже привітний та ввічливий. Топовий балкон))) У апартаментах є усе необхідне для комфортного перебування.

Sehr laute Straße besonders in der Nacht. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage ist das Hotel NICHT behindertengerecht! Die Türen sind alle zu schmal für einen Rollstuhl. Es konnten keine Alternativen angeboten werden!

I think Ulu is one of the best choices in Alanya. It has a great location with a beautiful view. The kitchen facilities are fully equipped, and the internet and TV quality are excellent. However, the bed is not very comfortable, and the gym is quite poor.

Очень отзывчивый персонал, пытались решить все проблемы и оставались вежливыми. Посуда и все необходимое в наличии. Вид из номера шикарный - море, горы. Много доступных мест для парковки. Расположение отличное, легко добраться до центра Алании и до районов с кучей кафе и ресторанов.

Пол при заселении был не очень чистым, сенсорные экраны для включения света не работали корректно ( через несколько дней их починили). Плесень в душевой и ванной. Стены сыпятся, ремонт не очень качественный. Мы жили в двухэтажном номере, вайфай на верхнем этаже почти не работал, не хватало сигнала. При заселении в номере было 4 рулона туалетной бумаги, 4 таблетки для посудомойки. В дальнейшем нам сказали, что все это мы должны купить сами, если этого количества недостаточно. Слышно шум от дороги, даже на последнем этаже с закрытыми балконными окнами. На букинге вместо представителей отеля отвечает AI или просто приходят пред настроенные ответы. Как выяснилось, ответы через букинг «неофициальные» и отель не несет ответственности за них. Так что лучше общаться с ними через what’sapp, чтобы быть уверенным в точности информации

We stayed out of season so great value for the money. Well equipped open plan kitchen, if you take sea view apt - sunsets are amazing!

There were ants in living room, although didn’t bother much - better not to have and think how to get rid of them. I would add more hangers, as there were only 4 for 2 people and obviously not enough. Had to buy extra.

Vše,vybavení,všichni ochotní,na recepci když jsem potřebovala poradit,tak poradili .Vše je to jenom v lidech,když se chováte slušně a ne povýšeně,tak se to vrátí.Byla jsem naprosto spokojená.Byla jsem tu už v lednu a protože se mi moc líbilo,tak jsem zůstala tentokrát 19 dní

The location was very close to the beach, however a bit outside of the center of Kestel and a bit further away from the nice restaurants. The duplex apartment was huge, had 2 bathrooms and overall plenty of space. We stayed at the ground floor so also had a terrace/garden which was nice.

The place was not very clean. Most of the towels were dirty (or at least seemed like it as they had stains), the dishwasher was not emptied before our arrival, the coffee machine seemed like it was not washed for some time and there was some piece of food leftover in the kitchen sink. We were 3 people staying for 5 days however we were given half of a toilet paper roll (ridiculous). There were no scissors or bottle opener and all the cups/ glasses were super super small. We had to buy some one-time use paper cups to be able to drink normal coffee or tea.

Very short on cutlery and crockery for a longer stay, making it a bit difficult to self cater.

Had a wonderful stay here, the flat was very modern and clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay (modern bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning and a big smart tv in the living room). The seaview from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool is clean and well kept, surrounded by a nice green area that offers some shade from the sun. The staff at reception have been exceptional, very warm, welcoming and sweet. They have gone out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing good recommendations and swift assistance when needed. Big thanks to them for making our experience memorable! The apartments are very close to the beach, which has a lovely restaurant that offers food and drink and sunbeds for hire. Overall, would definitely recommend!

I loved how sleek everything was, we stay in one of the garden apartments and it was fantastic. For the first time in my life a place looks better in person than it did in pictures. Also it’s fairly close to the city centre for the nights you do wanna go out, there’s a bus that takes you directly there n will take you back.

If only we were able to get multiple sets of keys as we were a large group. Even so it still worked out fine.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Für jegliche Fragen hatte man immer einen Ansprechpartner.

Es wäre schön, wenn die Sonnenliegen am Pool Auflagen hätten.

Дом находиться в спокойном и очень красивом районе Аланьи . Спокойно и живописно ! Мы жили на первой линии с видом на море . На втором этаже . Это был потрясающий отдых в этих апартаментах . Всё очень понравилось ❤️

Номера очень маленькие. Если заявлено 70 кВ.м то в реальности это 35 кВ.м. Интернет очень плохой и постоянно пропадает. Часто отключение электричества. Стиральная машина не работает и за 12 дней так и не починили.

Нам очень понравился отель. нас было четверо. Два семейные пары. Две спальные на втором этаже + большая общая терасса. + была сауна но мы ей не пользовались. Две большие спальные со своими сан узлами. Что очень удобно. На первом этаже полноценная кухня + общая комната отдыха + большая терраса. Все чисто. не было тапочек. в остальном все супер. Отдельно завтрак за 250 турецких лир. попробовав один раз мы решили завтракать сами в номере. есть Парковка для авто. Пляж через дорогу. До пляжа Клеопатра около 8км
