Das Zimmer war sehr stickig Nur, wenn man die Klima auf 20 Grad hatte war es aushaltbar Das Zimmer hatte einen Teppichboden der sich nicht sauber anfühlte also ohne Schlapfen wollte ich nicht herum gehen Das Bad war einfach aber ok für den Preis

Then they told me no rooms were available and refused to give me the room, i booked the same night at caeser hotel muscat . I received a message from the hotel with an apology and informed me they're going to return the money to my card and asked me for Bank account details, Untell now nothing happened. Can you advice me where we are

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Das Hotel wirkt recht modern und in der Nähe gibt es einen Einkaufsladen.
Es gibt sowohl einen Club als auch eine Bar/Lounge im Hotel. Während unseres Aufenthaltes (Zimmer in Etage 2, Club in Etage 8) war die Musik des Clubs unfassbar laut zu hören. Man konnte selbst mit Ohrstöpseln den dröhnenden Bass nicht aushalten. Bis 03:00 morgens wurde Musik gespielt und so lange war auch nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Wir buchten uns daraufhin für die restlichen Nächte ein anderes Hotel. Man hatte zwar ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, jedoch dröhnt das ganze Hotel.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026La posizione ottima perché vicino sia all'aeroporto che a diverse attività. Con 3 rial arrivi al Souk con 1,50 arrivi ai Mall più conosciuti e in spiaggia. Il personale è molto gentile( una menzione speciale a Asma la manager che è davvero qualificata ). Il cibo ottimo sia a la carte che a buffet
Non è possibile usufruire della piscina perché è una piscina per bambini e non è possibile prendere il sole.

Holy hell. Worst hotel ever. I never write bad reviews but I could not let this one slip… The beds were crazy hard and tough. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom especially, as if someone was constantly smoking in there. But most importantly, the noice! The music of the club downstairs goes through the whole hotel and through every floor/ceiling and walls. People were running and shouting across the hallway all night long. Woke up like 100 times of screams and noice. It was T E R R I B L E!!!

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Par où commencer… L’hôtel était dans un piteuse état , la propreté laisse à désirer, il y’avait des assiettes de resté de nourriture dans les couloirs de l’hôtel qui sont restés là toute la journée comme si elles faisaient partie du décor. Une odeur de cigarette à vomir. La salle de bain etait degueulasse avec de la moisissure sur toutes les faillances. Le lavabo était bouché, la chasse d’eau des toilettes ne marchait pas. Je vous déconseille de regarder sous le lit vous serez surpris de la tonne de poussière qui s’y cache. Mention supplémentaire au boucan qui dure de 23h à 3h du matin à cause de la boîte à de nuit juste au dessus de l’hôtel, tous les jours évidemment sinon ce n’est pas drôle. Si vous voulez passer un mauvais séjour je vous recommande cet hôtel .

السعر مقابل مبالغ فيه حيث انه في فنادق أخرى نفس الفئة تعطيك إفطار مع السعر اقامة18ريال أيضا كان هناك حفله صاخبة إلى مابعد منتصف الليل والأصوات فالغرفه وكانني مشغل موسيقى في غرفتي يعني من لديه أطفال لا يستأجر هذا الفندق خاصه اذا تأكد وجود حفله التلفزيون كان لا يظهر اي قناة تعمل وطبعا عدم اهتمام خدمات الغرف بتفتيش الاجهزة تعمل أو لا يعني هناك مشكلة وتحتاج الاهتمام.. من غير المقبول ان يكون المستأجر هو الذي يطلب أو يبلغ عن عطل في غرفته.. لانه هذا الأمر معتاد ان يكون في فئة الفنادق البسيطة
