La piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle du samedi au jeudi. Nous avons pu en profiter, le vendredi, juste avant notre départ. Il semblerait qu'elle ne soit pas utilisable, pendant toute la période d'été. Dans tous les cas, nous aurions aimé le savoir avant notre séjour, dédié entre autre au repos. Une partie du personnel de la réception est très froid, alors qu'en général, les employés sont très sympathiques. L'emplacement n'est pas le meilleur, pas très loin de certains endroits à voir mais proche de rien!

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Paid for upgrade to premium room, which was large and clean, cleaning staff kept the place in good order. Breakfast with pretty decent options, fresh omelette and egg dishes on demand, chefs and restaurant staff professional and friendly.
Pool was under maintenance, supposed to be for ready next day but looked like it was out of action for quite some time, it was green and dirty. The room cards keep getting corrupted and regularly need to be reset, it's a pain getting to the room only to be looked out and have to go down to reception to get it reset, we stayed 4 nights and had to reset the cards 4 times, was told it's a known issue and you must keep the cards away from phones and car keys, not very practical. TV system is a joke, about 6/7 channels and the navigation is the worst I have ever used, press the button and wait minutes before it updates, hotel information on the TV display is out of dates by years. The lifts are slow and pretty dimly lit, very difficult to read the buttons, I suppose you get used it after couple of days and know which buttons to press without a torch. Overall reasonable hotel to stay for couple of nights sleep, staff no complaints really, but management needs to do an assessment of services and sort them out.

La piscine n'est pas utilisable (fermée pour entretien mais vu la couleur de l'eau, c'est insalubre). Le rooftop n'est pas desservi. Pas de transports publics à proximité. Soit c'est le taxi, soit il faut une voiture de location.

Swimming pool was closed for whole stay (nights) very disappointed.... staff told us it will be open tomorrow but it never did..... when complaining about swimming pool being closed staff told us it was complimentary and not part of our hotel stay... If we knew swimming pool was closed we would have never booked this hotel. Hawa Yoga who was working in tiptara restaurant in hotel was absolutely brilliant.... lovely service and very polite.

• es gab keine Parkplätze! die ca 25 Parkplätze waren alle jeden Tag besetzt und die Tiefgarage durfte man nicht nutzen - man musste das Auto immer auf die gegenüberliegende Straße Parken was unüberwacht ist • wir haben das Hotel extra wegen den Pool gebucht, der Pool war all die Tage gesperrt und schon grün und mit algen verwachsen, was also darauf hindeutet das er somit schon länger geschlossen war… könnte man vielleicht in die Beschreibung schreiben… • in unseren Zimmer gab es eine versperrte Zwischentür die zum anderen Zimmer führte, dadurch war die Dämmung beeinträchtigt und man hörte dauernd die Nachbarn bis nach Mitternacht

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Snídaně byla naprosto fantastická s bohatým výběrem formou bufetu. Na své si přijdou i vegani nebo vegetariáni. Jídlo bylo čerstvé a chutné. Personál byl velice vstřícný a pomohl nám vyřešit všechny požadavky. Vužili jsme hotel pro přespání kvůli navazujícím letům. Vzhledem k blízkosti k letišti je jeho umístění naprosto ideální. Přivítali jsme také možnost využít zdejší bazén. Blízko hotelu je také výborná kavárna.
Voda v bazénu by mohla být chladnější. V okolí hotelu se evidentně ještě staví a není tu příliš možností, kam se jít najíst.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Very clean and tidy room, room service was impeccable. The AC was also pleasant in the room. The complementary breakfast was also very nice with minimal but very good options and healthy food. The parking area outside was also very practical.
The pool was closed during my stay for renovation. The gym is also good for small workouts but it has minimal equipment. The wifi is spotty and unreliable.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The food was really great and delicious, with plenty of variety. The room was quite spacious, clean, and modern, and the price was very affordable. Overall, it was great value for money.
The only downside was the service at reception. They seemed quite busy, and when I asked for help because the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, I had to go back down to the reception to get assistance. In the morning, the swimming pool was supposed to be open, but I still had to call the lobby and ask someone to open it.
