Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The room smelled like it was mouldy, and there was humidity stains all over the ceiling. There was a kids slipper still under the bed and some kind of dirty napkin. There was also a stain on one of the pillows, looked like blood or something. Really quite sad about this hotel.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026ロビーにレプリカですが木があって飾り付けられていて可愛かったです。内装がパステルカラーでカラフルになっていて可愛かったです。お部屋も二段ベッドやその下のトンネルのような空きスペースがあり子どもが楽しんでました。

エアコンが故障してて、寒い日だったけど、部屋は暑くて仕方なく窓を少し空けました。しかし、海が近いので風が強くて窓に付き添わなければならず眠れなかったのが残念です。 二段ベッドは狭めでエアコンがきかないとかなり暑く過ごせません。

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026ディズニーランドまでのシャトルバスがあったこと！夜中に子供が起きて抱っこ紐でロビーで歩いていると『こちらをお使いください』と朝食会場の電気をつけて場所を貸してくださいました。部屋では他の方の迷惑になりますし外は真っ暗だったので、とりあえずロビーであやしていたので本当に助かりました。

湯船が欲しかった…やはり歩き回って疲れた後は湯船に浸かりたかった。 アメニティは3アイテム、ではなく、1アイテム1つまで、にしていただきたい。3アイテムでは限りがありすぎます。

部屋に入ってすぐゴミをいくつか発見 薬のケースの残りが落ちていました。すぐに気が付きましたが、多分、掃除の最終チェックをしてないのかな？と悲しくなりました。 他にはティッシュ…… 床がグレーなので白いティッシュは目立ちます。 フィリピンの清掃の方の私語が理解できない分、気になりました。 ホテルのエレベーターから1番遠い部屋でしたが、息子が泣いたのがエレベーター前にいてすごく 聞こえました。壁が薄いんだと感じました。

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025Convenient place to stay close to Disney. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the station. The amenities provided are great and there’s plenty of snacks, small ready meals, instant noodles and drinks etc to choose from. Free sweets in the evenings!
The hotel was in an industrial complex so there isn’t much around if you wanted to pop out to a restaurant etc. This wasn’t an issue for us but may be for some people.
