Reviewed Sep 14, 2026スタッフの方がとっても親切で、お風呂もゆったりと浸かることができました。 ヘアアイロンもあり、用意する荷物も減りました！フットマッサージ器や、靴乾燥機もあったりと、もてなされてる感がありありでした。 なんといっても、夜のお茶漬けが美味しく、ちょうど良い感じでした。 朝食もとっても美味しかったです。 大学生の娘と泊まりましたが、また来たいと言っていました！
ロケーションと、コンビニが近くにないことです。でも、下調べしておけば、カバーできるので、よくないことはないかな？？と、思いました。

舞浜駅からはちょっと遠いので、送迎バスの活用がおすすめです。他は特にないです。

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing and easily one of the highlights of our Japan trip. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with smiles. Their service was absolutely top-notch, and they consistently went above and beyond whenever we needed assistance. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the hotel shuttle service was always punctual. The shuttle to and from Disney was extremely convenient and made our trip so much easier. Even the short walk to the Disney station was enjoyable, especially with the nice weather. We also loved how convenient the location was, with convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making everything very easy for families and travelers. Both the kids and adults absolutely loved staying here. This hotel truly made our trip extra special, and we will definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

Shuttles could be more frequent, if you miss one you'll have to wait quite some time. There is no dinner available at the hotel, if you want to eat something nearby, you'll have to walk around 700 meters for nearby places such as 7-Eleven or McDonalds.

The afternoon shuttle doesn’t start til 7 so if your like us and left earlier than that you need to find another way back. We caught buses which was simple enough and stopped near a supermarket. My bed was pretty hard but I like a soft bed

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Great rooms with everything you would need. We loved the little touches like the two gifts you could choose every day, the foot massager in the rooms, the slippers and pyjamas, the lovely free soup and drink at night which was very welcomed after a big day at Disney. The staff were so lovely and helpful.
A little far out from the monorail to get to Disney but we appreciated the free shuttle bus service.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026The staff are super friendly and the room is super clean. 2 free small gifts for 1 guest. They’re also provide free shuttle bus to Disney resort station, taking like 15min. But make sure you check the time and come a little bit earlier in case no seat left. Please help me say thank you to the bus drivers, one of them gave their seat to our luggage.
The location is not close to the train station, you have to take a bus to arrive there if you don’t have a car. I would recommend calling taxi if you have big luggage.

最上階である五階まで行かないとウォーターサーバーが使えなかった。

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026ツインルームを利用。コンパクトながら質の良いシモンズ製ベッド、広いお風呂、お手洗い（音姫つき）が良かった。またドライヤーが風量がしっかりあるのも良かった。
ディズニー旅行目的、遠方のため前泊から利用。お昼頃に到着しましたがシャトルバスの運行がないためタクシーにて向かうことに。片道1500〜2000円程度。

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026孫ふたり分のベッドがあり、それぞれがゆっくり眠れたので皆で喜びました。
駅までの送迎バスが出発前に満席で、乗れないお客さんがいました。春休みなどの混雑時は前もって席の予約を取る方法などあれば皆さん安心かと思いました。
