Seasabelle Hotel near Athens Airport

2 nights here and we were happily surprised with the nice area. Great restaurants all along the beach either way & a very nice walk. Nice view from the room. The staff here were excellent and helpful - particularly Kalliope and young Andrew! They kindly reserved us sun beds on the beach in front and supplied beach towels. The swimming was great, just a bit rocky to begin and after that a nice sandy bottom. The room was very clean and each time we encountered the cleaner she was so friendly and happy. If coming to the area try Gringos Mexican 70 metres away. We loved it. Also pizza on the beach from Forkys was really nice!

Our family only spent one night here, on our way back home from Naxos (one of the originally scheduled flights from Athens unexpectedly changed their departure time so we had to cut our Naxos trip one day short and booked a room at Seassable’s). First, the hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport. The hotel arranged for us a fixed fare cab from and to the airport (both rides were on time and the drivers very courteous). The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. The room was modern, had a small balcony with a view to the tiny beach and the sea. The neighborhood is quiet and there are several small stores, including a mini market within walking distance. They have a nice restaurant which is open until 11pm (you can choose to seat inside or on a small terrace by the beach and as a guest there you get a discount). The service was excellent. Our package also included a la carte breakfast, which was also delicious. Overall, we were thrilled with our experience, especially for our particular situation. I would choose it again, especially in a similar situation.

We stayed after a visit to Athens and Crete so we would be by the airport. So we only stayed one night. But we really liked it. The location right on the beach that’s great. Nice views from the room and easy to get to the beach. The beach right by the hotel is not that comfortable for walking but a couple blocks away is the start of a nice sandy beach that goes on for a long stretch that includes beach clubs that rent nice chairs and beachfront restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was quite good. The service at Hotel and Restaurant were exceptional, including from Pamela and Andrew. All the staff were very friendly and wanted to go above and beyond to provide great service, which they did. We also found the nearby streets to have lots of interesting shops. The area has a beachy vibe and Vacation vibe less touristy than some of the other areas we have stayed. Water nearby is great for swimming and feels clean and safe although getting into the water right by the hotel is a little challenging because of the Rocky bottom. More Sandy just a couple bucks away, an easy walk. Hotel was also helpful in helping us book a number of taxis and were able to grant us a late checkout. Easy to communicate with them in English. I would definitely go back and try to spend more time in the area exploring.

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. Room 102 was quiet with a lovely view of the water. There was a restaurant on site, we didn’t eat there but it looked lovely. Lots of amenities nearby - a cafe that opens at 6am directly across the road (pod coffee in room too), plus coffee from 7:30am in the restaurant.

So, I’ll admit we stayed here on the last night of a long vacation just because we had an early flight and the hotel was in reasonably close proximity to the airport. That being said, they had some GREAT photographers taking the photos on their website. In short, the elevator didn’t work, the door to our room wouldn’t lock, the safe in the room didn’t lock, the water bottle provided in the refrigerator had been opened, etc etc etc. Add to that the group of kids yelling and screaming outside the place at 3 am, and it was a less than restful stay. And the beach IS right across the street, but the area is not very nice. The photo was our view.

We stayed in Artemida kind of randomly, needing a place close to the airport before a flight out the next day. So glad we did... Artemida is a fun seaside town that shows you what a non-touristy beach town in Greece looks like. Beautiful beach, tons of local restaurants and bars, and a very laid-back vibe. The Seasabelle was a great choice for us. Centrally located, with wonderful comfortable rooms with oceanfront balconies. And a bar/restaurant onsite for added convenience. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were super clean and comfortable. This is a great spot.

Nice and comfortable room, right next to the small beach. We stayed for one night on the way in, very close to the airport. Breakfast was extra and it was amazing!

The accommodation aspects of the hotel were good.

The restaurant is a shocker. The meal served on a Sunday night was very poor, made worst by staff who spent their time talking to themselves. Just awful.

OMG, I could not love this hotel and restaurant more!! Tucked in on the beach on Artemida in Athens, near the airport, it’s a lovely gem of a hotel. The rooms are tastefully done, with a beachfront balcony, beautiful furnishings, newly renovated bathrooms, the room exuded elegant comfort. The restaurant, Forkys, on the seaside, is delightful, serving the BEST Moussaka I have ever tasted! Covered with feta, béchamel sauce, and bolognese sauce, it was so light and tasty! When I complimented the chef, Paul, and asked for the recipe, he provided it! I cannot wait to come back. I ❤️ Greece!!

Staff very welcoming , friendly and helpful Restaurant attached served good food. We ate dinner and breakfast . Good location - walk to beach and cafes. We were only there one night and chose to dine at hotel restaurant. Bed very comfortable, toiletries provided, coffee pod machine

I would not stay here again. Room smelt like sewer. They actually had a plug in air freshener that wasn’t plugged in.

Le rooftop est très agréable avec une belle vue sur l’acropole. La chambre était belle et confortable mais au premier étage avec tout de même une belle vue. Je recommande de choisir un étage supérieur.

On a very busy road and neighbourhood was very rundown. The beach area wasn’t very inviting. The pictures made the hotel look more luxurious than it was. I felt it wasn’t worth 250€ per night

Liked the customer service! Taxis were on strike and they were thoughtful and set up rides for us. I would have like more menu options as I expected more Greek options.

Great value near to the airport in Athens

Nous avons séjourné au Seasbelle Hotel avant de prendre notre avion. Nous allions habituellement au Sofitel de l'aéroport mais le changement d'habitude sera définitif. L'hôtel est deux fois moins cher, vue sur la mer, la plage juste en face, propre, confortable, personnel au top, petit déjeuner très copieux. On rajoute une journée de vacances plutôt qu'être déjà dans la triste ambiance de l'aéroport. Le taxi réservé par l'hôtel nous a emmené en 15 mn à l'aéroport. Je recommande.

A bit pricey

Just a very short drive from the airport to a lovely location on the water and in very close walking distance to some very nice restaurants. Beautiful view from the room, room was clean, modern. Breakfast at the hotel was exceptional.

There really isn't anything to improve at this hotel.

The property is clean and the rooms are nice. Our problem was that twice while we were sleeping one of the maids unlocked our door and walked in. The first was in the afternoon while taking a nap. The next day it happened at 8:30am and woke us up. Both times no one knocked. They realized someone was in there while walking in and shut the door and walked away. When we left, we let the front desk know, they apologized and offered us a free coffee, which we never accepted. I’ve never had this happen before and I was surprised all we were offered in return was just a free coffee. I would go elsewhere next time.

Nice I will recommend it

This is a cute seaside hotel close to airport. We checked in at 2pm and left early next morning. So we were able to stay on the beach for a few hours to relax. Beach is ok but could be a bit cleaner. Room was modern and we had a terrace facing the sea and beautiful sunrise. Nice Restaurants down the road for dinner. Cute hotel I would recommend it for a layover. Nice staff!!!

We liked the clean spacious room with a view on the beach. The food at the hôtel restaurant was good especially the greek salad. The restaurant has a terrasse just beside the beach which was wondeful. The waitresses and the room cleaning staff were very friendly 😃 Things to improve :the carpet in the hallways was old and seemed worn out. On the first night we arrived there was a Power outage in the neighbourhood we would have liked the front desk to show more initiative to help us out with battery powered lights for our room or offer some cold dishes (greek salad) from the restaurant which we did get but only after asking for help. There is not much to do in the immediat neighbourhood except eat and go to the beach. Overall a good hotel we would Come back for a short stay 😃

This hotel was beautiful and the scenery was very calming. The view of the sea was spectacular! The staff was so accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We were tired from a cruise and this really enhanced our vacation experience. After getting settled in our room, we went right out to the beach area where they had chairs and umbrellas set up. It was very quiet and relaxing to be by the sea. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site and enjoyed it very much. The service was great. The beds were very comfortable and I loved that the bathroom and shower rooms were separate. I would definitely stay here again. In Athens, did the touristy part of our trip at the beginning, went on our cruise, and then ended here on a peaceful note. It was a fifteen minute trip to the airport the next morning.

Very nice beachside hotel in a delightful town close to Athens airport. Stay here if you have a flight the next morning or get in late... or if you want to vacation like a local, not an American tourist. Comfortable but not luxurious rooms; accommodating, helpful staff, excellent breakfast menu options in a covered patio area. From the hotel, stroll along the beach or along Artemida's main street. Great shopping for beachwear, shoes, jewelry, gifts at good prices in a REAL town with groceries, hardware stores, butcher shops, local tavernas, etc.

Wij boekten dit hotel als een noodoplossing wegens een gemiste connectie in Athene. Alhoewel de locatie tov de luchthaven handig is viel de ligging en de staat van het hotel flink tegen. Laat je niet verleiden door de foto’s want deze lijken uit een ander tijdperk of werden flink bewerkt. Het hotel maakt een eerder afgeleefde indruk en is dringend aan renovatie toe. De badkamer was net en modern, de kamer viel echter tegen. Voor de prijs die je hier betaalt verwacht je geen versleten laminaat - rooklucht en vlekken op de tapijten in de gang. De locatie is dicht bij het strand maar tussen strand en hotel ligt een drukke baan. Het terras maakt eerder een rommelige indruk. Als noodoplossing ok, maar ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden als vakantieverblijf. De prijs / kwaliteit is buiten proportie. Voor deze prijs verwacht je meer …

The hotel is approximately 15 minutes drive from Athens airport. We arrived to find a wonderful hotel with a nice view of the beach. We were located on the second floor and the view was great minus the power lines. Our room was modern and large enough for three adults. The hotel had delightful, helpful and super friendly staff. Nothing was too much for the staff, from organising our airport transport to ensuring there was a smile each and every time we walked past the reception desk. With a modern interior, Seasabelle had a great atmosphere and vibe. The restaurant/cafe is a must with exceptional food, atmosphere and coffee. The hotel is opposite the beach and the hotel provides towels and beach chairs. We spent most of the day at the beach, which was lovely. The local area is pleasant with plenty of restaurants and shops close to the hotel. The only downside was the high seasonal price. Seasabelle The Hotel, did accommodated our needs and we would recommend the hotel as an alternative to staying in the centre of Athens. Job well done.

Perfectly located hotel with lovely, helpful people and delicious breakfast. Excellent bed and shower. Small things that could be improved: ability to control air-conditioning temperature in room, better lighting in bathroom, and addition of a fewdrawers or other places to unpack and put our belongings in the room.

the hotel is not well well maintained. Our hotel room floor needs an urgent renovation. And so do some other parts of the hotel. We booked the breakfast and found out the next morning that it’s not a buffet but à la carte Menu. The disappointment: only one plate of the menu is included. I just wanted some eggs and some yogurt - had to pay the yogurt extra. Just make all of the breakfast a la carte and don’t give guests the disappointed the next morning. All in all: we payed 230€ a night and the experience was maybe worth half of that.

Our room was fabulous, the bed was so comfy. We had dinner the night of arrival and thr food outstanding. Staff were so attentive. We had a later check out as flying on to another country as I was not well from a long haul flight.

The beach was OK, but not in the control of the hotel which was across the road.

Not much. They gave us a room different from what we paid for and didn’t sort it out even after asking a number of times. My partner and I slept in 2 different single beds

Most things. Rooms are unbearably small. They don’t have basic amenities expected in a layover type of hotel.

Comfortable hotel near Athens airport and right on the water's edge. We were expecting a mediocre hotel because of it's proximity to the airport but instead we had a surprisingly good stay. Great dinner at a restaurant on the beach a short walk from the hotel.

Hotel is in a not so great area. Hotel had a funky smell to it. No sheet on the bed so be prepared to have a comforter that other people have used. No real services or amenities in the room or in the hotel beyond a very small café. Hotel situated on a very loud road and an area where lots of people hang around the hotel at night. Rooms were ok.

Great little hotel about 20 min from Athens Intl Airport. Clean, comfortable and next to a sand beach. The staff are friendly and the maid service is super helpful. I had a minor injury and the Albanian and Filipino maids were excellent in helping me. Love front desk staffers Fotini and Xanthi!!! Lots of seaside fish tavernas nearby.

Good location close to the airport. Beach just across the road, quite rocky so recommend bringing swim shoes. Staff in the hotel were great, very helpful is arranging us transport, as well as packing an early breakfast for our 6am flight! Beds were comfy, room was spacious for the 3 of us. Gave us fruit and wine as welcome gift.

Street outside quite noisy at night. Restaurant was not great - very, very slow service (even for Greek standards!). Got our order wrong, and then we had to wait another 45 min for them to correct the dish. Food was ok, but expensive.
