I loved the fact that was clean and tidy, comfortable and super close to the airport.

Maybe noise wise, you could literally hear everyone around(other rooms) and maybe I would add some coffee+ tea for Poole that check in just for sleeping/ resting before a long flight.

A great place to stay for anyone looking to relax on the beaches of Artemida. Very well-equipped. Located just 150 meters from the bus stop with direct connection to Athens, and also conveniently close to the airport. Friendly and welcoming host—communication regarding extra cleaning or replenishing supplies (like toilet paper) was completely smooth. Excellent location near fantastic bakerie and seaside restaurants.

Il n'est pas trop mal situé sauf que j'ai été réveillé à 5h du matin car les marchands préparaient leur chalands juste devant la fenêtre. Il y avait un marché local. Par conséquent je n'ai pas pu profiter de pouvoir dormir et récupérer.

Οι φωτογραφιες δεν εχουν καμια σχεση με την πραγματικοτητα. Έμεινα ένα βράδυ. Είναι ένα βρώμικο κατάλυμα. Στο ασανσερ σιχαίνεσαι να ακουμπήσεις. Στο διαμέρισμα οι τοίχοι κ οι κουρτινες βρώμικες. Οι καθρέφτες των δωματίων βρώμικοι. Τα κλινοσκεπασματα μυριζαν άσχημα. Το αφρόλουτρο αμφιβόλου ποιότητας (υποχρεωτικά ξαναέκανα μπάνιο μετα τη χρήση του χρησιμοποιωντας το σαπουνακι που παρειχαν). Το μπανιο δεν εχει δει χλωρινη... Στην κουζινα σφουγγάρι χρησιμοποιημενο κ βετεξ εμφανώς βρώμικο. Σπασμένη απλώστρα ρουχων. Δεν είχε ούτε ένα μπουκάλι νερό στο ψυγείο πάρα ένα μισογεματο γυάλινο με σκουριασμενο καπακι. Δεν το συστήνω ουτε θα ξαναπλησιασω.

Loved the views, the comfortable space, the proximity, very clean inside the flat. I was with elderly parent in the loft, third floor, and the lift takes you to the second floor but she was fine to go up as normal elderly mobility. Small bathroom for large persons but we were fine 3 guests.

Location was good, stayed for a few nights. Great bread shop close by and markets too.

There was no mention that the lift stops at 2nd floor. I would not have booked this place knowing that. With that, no landing before renting the 3rd floor. Unclean - Linen for bunks was awful - had chunky food or like marks on quilt. Not washed, unclean. Drain in shower recess clogged with 'hair' when we arrived. The rod to hang clothes in main bed wardrobe, ridiculously high. I needed a chair to stand in to hang. Only 2 sachets of coffee for 4 people on a 2 night stay supplied. How about leave enough for each person. The outside verandah, outdoor table and a number of chairs covered in bird faeces. At least clean the table and chairs for the customer. We avoided sitting outside which was ashame.

Küchenausstattung viel zu gering. Apartment ist für 4 Leute ausgelegt, aber es gibt deutlich weniger Tassen, Gläser siehe Foto,.... Angabe zu Steckdosen in Bettnähe sehe ich falsch an. Beim Doppelbett hat es auf der einen Seite keine Steckdose, auf der anderen Eine. Nun könnte man sich entscheiden ob man lieber ein Nachtlicht hat oder sein Handy laden will. Duschfugen wären dringend auszutauschen. Typisch hat man mal ein wenig schwarze Verfärbungen - damit rechnen ich auch. Aber das war teilweise tiefschwarz und großflächig,

The location to the airport was brilliant, clean, tidy apartment, easy access. Good communication throughout. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Spacious loft with sea view, well equipped kitchen with a huge fridge and everything you need. Fantastic terrace or balcony with great views. Building located in an authentic Greek environment where you get a grasp of how ordinary Greek people live.

The somewhat dark and tiny bathroom with a smelly shower curtain is a major tune-off and not in line with the stylish appearance of the Apartment in general. Disappointing.

Das Fenster im Bad ist defekt bzw. lässt sich nicht auf "Kipp" stellen da der Halter abgebrochen ist. Die Matratze in einem Schlafzimmer ist unbrauchbar und sollte schnellstens getauscht werden

It was close to airport and it was very easy to check-in with code system, not depends on the time. Free parking was available on the street.

The floors were dirty especially by the walls. The noise from the building was loud and it sounded like they were doing renovations.

We had a great view from the balcony. The location was good and the loft had a lot of space and was generally clean and tidy. The check in and out was smooth and hassle free.

There was an odd smell in the apartment. The tiled floor was greasy and slippery which was not nice to walk on. The bed wasnt very comfortable and the decor was a little outdated. One of the power plugs was also loose in the bedroom.

Locatie dicht bij het vliegveld was prima. Het appartement was voldoende groot voor 4 personen. Omdat wij er maar één nacht waren was er voor de rest niet zo veel over te zeggen.

Er hing een sigarettenrooklucht in het appartement. De douchestang zat los aan de muur en viel er bijna vanaf. Het appartement was gebrekkig schoongemaakt. En de wifi-verbinding werkte 's avonds niet, 's ochtends werkte deze dan wel weer.

We stayed there for a week. On the very first day, the automatic code lock on the entrance door didn’t work. We had to wait outside the building for an hour. The same thing happened on the second day. On the third day, everything was fixed and it was OK. Out of the six nights, we had completely cold water in the shower three times. What I do appreciate, however, is the approach to solving problems and the hassle-free parking.

Dichtbij strand en op korte taxi-afstand van het vliegveld. Handig voor transit.

Niet veel te beleven in directe omgeving. De huizen langs het strand leken een beetje vergane glorie, maar wij waren er maar 1 nacht in mei.

La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todo tipo de comercios. Se puede ir andando a todos sitios. Está decorado bastante bien.

La tecnología es pésima. El wifi se cortaba a cada rato o directamente no funcionaba. La tv no funcionaba. Varias luces estaban o fundidas o anuladas y las que iban una luz tenue y amarilla en unos techos altísimos. La cisterna del wáter tardaba muchísimo en recargar. El agua caliente tenías que apretar un botón del cuadro eléctrico y a los 20 minutos ya iba. El aire acondicionado caliente hacia que ponerlo a más de 27° para que funcionara a los 15 minutos, sino, no iba. No tuvimos que usar el menaje de cocina pero apenas había para dos personas. No había ni un producto de limpieza. Un estropajo sin jabón. No voy a comprarlo yo para cinco días. Todo muy mejorable. Si corrigen todo esto para hacerlo confortable será un cinco estrellas.

They're very strict on their 11am checkout time, so I had to carry 3 bags of luggage all around athens until my 9pm flught. There's a school across the street. So don't think about sleeping in unless it's the weekend.

The location was close to everything.

The sound in the building was loud when others were up in our apartment or others. The beds were not very comfortable.

We had the 2 bedroom loft which was spacious and comfortable. Much more room than we anticipated. The outdoor patio is incredible and wraps around the building for more than 3/4 of the building which was extraordinary. You can glimpse the sea from the patio in 2 directions which is fun. We went during low season, so the streets were quiet and beautiful from the patio at night. Everything was comfortable and while the staff is not on site, they were responsive through messaging. Check in and out were easy and great for a one night stay before an early morning flight. The seaside town is quaint and beautiful and we would come back again to explore more!

The only downside was the bathroom was very small and the shower looked like maybe it was the one thing that was not renovated, but it was fine for our one night. Everything else was beyond expectations and wonderful!! Lots of space. Even though we were just a couple, a family would have had a great time there. Also be aware that being on the 3rd floor and the elevator only goes to the 2nd floor, you have to walk your luggage up one flight of stairs.

Great location a couple blocks from the sea, beaches and close to lots of restaurants. The huge patio from 3 stories up looking at the sea in multiple directions was lovely.

When we arrived place was not clean. We found a cockroach in the drawer of the kitchen and dental floss of someone else in the freezer! The bedsheets, pillows, bathroom drawers and bedroom drawer had hairs everywhere We had to clean the place thoroughly ourselves Cleaner came to give us toilet paper and soap but never cleaned. No broom to clean despite no cleaning service offered TV did not work and internet connection was very poor. Kitchen lacked amenities. We had an oven but no oven trays, wine glasses only one was good then other was cracked. No kitchen towel for dishes. No tea, Coffee machine only two (dusty) coffee pods despite booking for 3 people for 7 days. All in all there are many things to work on to set it to a good standard. Not impossible things. I would call them common courtesy in the hospitable industry.

I loved the attentive communication. I loved how close it was to the airport. I loved that the whole process was easy. I loved that they left behind a brochure to order food. It really help. We arrived late. Its perfect for a quick overnight stay.

The beds weren't the most comfortable. The bedroom I was in had mosquito's even though the balcony was never opened. It was uncomfortable.

No person check in is very nice, especially for us as we only stayed one night before checking out for the airport!

The location of the property was very good with amenities close by.

Maybe a second toilet would have been helpful.

Nothing. We came in and left to a hotel.

It didn’t match the photos, it was cold and there was no hot water when we entered it. Some lights didn’t work and the fridge smelled like rotten food. The host only said the would fix everything once we left. We booked a hotel and asked Booking for a refund which they denied.

Close to the see and close enough to the airport

the light are very strong around the bedroom that has no door or wall from the kitchen so you cannot turn on a small light without it interfering to the person who sleeps.
