Staff accogliente. Struttura proprio fronte fermata bus.

Eravamo 4 ragazzi e abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti. L'hotel è fuori dal centro ma in meno di 1 min avevi disponibili metro, bus e tram. Un giorno c'è stato sciopero dei mezzi quindi siamo andati in centro a piedi, in un'ora eravamo al Rijksmuseum. In hotel è anche disponibile noleggiare le bici. La camera era più grande del previsto, con bagno privato e asciugacapelli di buona qualità. Le asciugamani venivano fornite pulite ogni giorno e i letti venivano rifatti nonostante cercassimo di lasciarli in ordine. Unica pecca il letto a castello era ''incastrato'' alla fine di un corridoio quindi non aveva molto spazio intorno ma comunque non è stato un gran problema. Al contrario, il letto matrimoniale, oltre ad essere comodissimo era molto spazioso e aveva prese da entrambi i lati. Molto comodo anche il mobile con l'attaccapanni. Il personale è sempre stato estremamente gentile, una ragazza alla reception ci ha addirittura offerto degli ombrelli qualora non li avessimo. È possibile lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente in una stanza protetta sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. È presente un ascensore e alla reception sono sempre disponibili mele, acqua e caffè gratis per tutti gli ospiti. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno.

Am Empfang beim Check-in wurden wir unfreundlich und nicht kompetent empfangen. Keine Informationen. Beim Check-out erlebten wir das Gegenteil, sehr nette junge Dame. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, erklärte uns auch, dass wir den Gratis-Kaffee nehmen dürfen.

The receptionist Andrea was very helpful.

Self check in and checkout. Very modern and in a great location with shops and cafes within walking distance. Had a small kitchen which was handy. Also had a laundrette on the property.

Далекувато від центру. Реально 40 хвилин, але зручно.

Wyśmienita lokalizacja, dosłownie minuta do metra, stacje od dworca Sloterdijk. Bardzo pomocna obsługa, mimo dużego obłożenia hotelu dostaliśmy lepszy pokój niż ten, który wybraliśmy pierwotnie. Plus za klimatyzację w pokojach. Widać, że pokoje niedawno zostały wyremontowane. I, co najważniejsze, jest naprawdę czysto!

Everything was amazing, the kind staff, the rooms always clean, the calming vibe next to the canal. The room is equipped with all necessary things and honestly the most comfortable bed and pillows. Had a wonderful experience, definitely suggest it and hope I'll be back soon.

La limpieza, las alfombras de las habitaciones totalmente prescindibles y la limpieza durante la estancia, pese a dejar la habitación completamente recogida.

Nothing was pleasant here, a below to average hotel.

A very misleading description of the rooms by booking.com, the room i booked was a single room with a single bed, and it had no windows and no source for a natural light and I would not recommend it for claustrophobic people or anyone at all. This is not at all a value for money hotel, you could find much cheaper and better options. Please do not book it unless you want to live in jail like rooms with no windows. It was conveyed to me by the hotel staff that booking.com has intentionally not put the description of the rooms as without window even though the hotel has reached out to them mentioning this multiple times. This is just a misleading description where they have it put this under a totally unrelated section that the rooms have no windows. Please do not book it unless you're used to living in a windowless rooms.

Location next to train and tram very handy for getting into centre Staff very friendly and welcoming especially Andrea Check out at 11am giving an extra hour than most uk hotels

Not a lot of shops or amenities around it

Las camas cómodas, baño y habitación también. En la sala con sillones y mesas para estar, hay cafetera para cafés, capuchinos, café con leche, infusiones, etc, que puedes usar gratuitamente a cualquier hora. La zona es muy tranquila. Transporte público perfecto, en 20 minutos te pones en cualquier punto de la ciudad, tienes una parada de Bus y tranvia nada mas cruzar la calle, en la que paran muchos autobuses y tranvias distintos y una de Metro solo 20 metros.

El desayuno un poco justo, pero aceptable. Se hecha en falta un servicio de bar/restaurante done poder comer o cenar si apetece no salir. Pocos restaurantes por la zona y cierran pronto.

La chambre. La chambre était super. Très propre, les lits Très confortables et surtout très spacieux

Das Zimmer hat gar kein Fenster und ist knapp 8 qm groß. Ich habe noch nie ein Hotelzimmer ohne Fenster oder Lichteinstrahlung gehabt, und dies war auch nicht so beschrieben in der Anzeige bei Booking.

Struttura perfetta, attaccata alla metro. Pulita, bagno con doccia grande e letto comodissimo. Alla reception c'è un dispenser di acqua potabile per poter ricaricare le bottiglie d'acqua totalmente gratuito, perfetto.

Het personeel aan de receptie was bijzonder vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt vlak aan een trein/bus/tram halte. Dus centrum Amsterdam is makkelijk bereikbaar. Ondanks ligging aan drukke straat, geen geluidshinder gehad.

Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en uitgebreid. Jammer dat we pas laatste dag na het eten ontdekten dat er broodjes en croissants waren. Misschien niet meer afdekken met handdoek, zodat ze zichtbaar zijn.

The AC was very weak they try to convince me that was working good, I asked our room to be change we were getting headaches so hot it was in the room.

I didn’t have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that matter. But coffee, fruit, fresh water were available at all times, which was nice and we really appreciated it. Also the locality of the hotel is great. Tram, metro, train very close… supermarkets 15 mins by walk. Just great. The room was small and without windows, but cozy. Cleaned every day with fresh towels.

We had one problem, there was no fridge in the room. I believe it could be useful to many people as it would be for us.

Hotelul este curat, camera spatioasa, situat chiar in fata statiei de metrou / bus / tramvai, personalul foarte amabil (ne-au oferit cafea din restaurant chiar daca nu aveam achitat micul dejun)

Posizione ottima ( vicino alla fermata delle due linee principali della metro che portano sia alla Stazione Centrale sia ala zona dei Musei e comodo anche per raggiungere la fermata del bus 21 che porta direttamente alla Stazione Centrale), cortesia e professionalitá di tutto il personale della reception, pulizia e insonorizzazione della camera.

Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Voor meer dan 200 euro verwacht je wel grotere kamer en ook wel een ontbijt.

Los cuartos son muy limpios y perfectos para una corta estadia.

Hotel doskonale skomunikowany z centrum Amsterdamu i z dworcem Sloterdijk, skąd można wyruszyć do innych miast. Pokoje małe, ale czyste. Bardzo czysta i duża łazienka. Smaczne śniadania. Plus za darmową wodę i kawę na wynos. Dobra obsługa. Nie słychać ruchu ulicznego, mimo że stacja metra jest tuż obok.

Świetne położenie względem komunikacji miejskiej do centrum. Dostępny parking hotelowy ale też możliwy do rezerwacji online qpark na stacji obok. Kawa z ekspresu dostępna całą dobę, na recepcji również jabłka i parasole.

Na pierwszym piętrze część pokoi ma okna na wysokości 2m. W dodatku niestety te dość brudne.

Absolutely everything, the hotel was the best place I have stayed in for a long time. The hotel was exceptional so clean and the aircom in the room was amazing. There was a metro station beside the hotel and a tram and bus stop directly across the road. Exceptional staff.

The location was perfect. It was right next to train station

The shower door did not stay closed. The shower did not have body soap, it was hand soap. The hallway carpet had stains. The room was too small for 3 adults. The best were next to each other with 5 inch space between them. Our luggage was by the bathroom and room door.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer U-Bahnstation. Straßenbahn und Bus ebenfalls direkt vor der Haustür. Das Zentrum von Amsterdam ist sehr gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich. Kaffeeautomat steht rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung, ebenso kostenlos gibt es Trinkwasser und frisches Obst. Snacks und Getränke gibt es günstig in Automaten. Moderne Einrichtung.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und eng.

Tolle Lage mit mehreren öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokalen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr freundliches Personal, das sich um alle Anfragen bestens kümmert.

La amabilidad de la recepción para hacernos ingresar antes del horario pautado a la habitación y también guardarnos las valijas. Me encantó que tenía un espacio para calentar agua en el domitorio, y también lugar cómodo para trabajar, tomar café en un espacio super lindo. Muy cómodo, cerca del metro, de los tranvía, LO SUPER RECOMIENDO

La verdad, estamos encantados con el hotel. Las instalaciones súper modernas, tienen cositas como microondas y fuentes de agua y puedes tomar café si quieres, un detalle precioso. Respecto al trato, no podíamos estar más contentos, especial mención a Mohammed, que es un trabajador de 10, agradable, ayuda mucho, un máquina. También a la chica de la mañana, que no sabemos su nombre pero nos ha ayudado mucho y ha sido encantadora. La verdad que no podíamos haber encontrado mejor sitio, súper bien ubicado en cuanto a transporte (línea 21 del hotel a Amsterdam central y la misma línea de vuelta), super cómodo. No podemos estar más contentos.

Près du métro, possibilité de manger dans la salle commune

Chambre sans fenêtre, pas fait attention en réservant et refus total d'annulation lorsque je m'en suis aperçue étant claustrophobe ce fut très difficile. La chambre simple est très petite. Impression d'étouffement.

The hotel is so nice , the booking prices are reasonable and the location is perfectly near the train station, where you can easily get a train to the central station. Thanks for the nicest receptionist ever met Muhammed , a very welcoming , super friendly and helpful guy.

No Windows in the room

Some towels and bed sheets were a bit dirty with some spots. And most importantly not having natural light at all in the room was not so good!

Skvělá lokalita, hned vedle vlakové zastávky, perfektní spojení do centra i na letiště. Některé pokoje nemají okna, ale na přespání v pořádku. Prostorná koupelna. Čisté, pohodlné. Snídaně dostačující.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, bei neun Tagen Aufenthalt wird es irgendwann langweilig. Im Zimmer war kein Kühlschrank.

Pěkný prostorný klimatizovaný pokoj s velkou koupelnou a walk in sprchovým koutem. Hotel se nachází v prvních dvou patrech výškové budovy v klidné rezidenční čtvrti. Hned vedle vchodu do hotelu se nachází zastávka MHD (metro, bus i tramvaje). Nedaleko hotelu se také nachází terminál Sloterdijk s velkou vlakovou stanicí a zastávkou mezistátních dálkových autobusových spojů.

Do centra města cca 20 minut jízdy MHD. Bez využití MHD či kola prakticky nemožné.

De bedden, oud ( je voelde de harde pluisjes van de matras er doorheen, schimmel in de douche, en tapijt op de gangen was vies

Me gustó mucho que está cerca de la estación de metro, tienen alquiler de bicis , diferentes máquinas de bebidas , pero sobre todo su personal , siempre amables , atentos , sonrientes .

Nada todo fue perfecto . No es un hotel céntrico , pero sí que está muy bien comunicado.

Everything was fine for us. I will add for fellow travellers: we somehow booked a large room by mistake. Very grateful we did. It was spacious. Looking at the floor plan, they only have about 6 to 8 larger rooms. The rest were very small as we could see in when staff were cleaning. Had we ended up in a small one, we would not have had any room for our luggage and it would not have been such a pleasant time for us. We had 4 suitcases. So the reviews of small rooms are accurate. If you are travelling light though they would be perfect. Good to know this in advance so you are aware.
