Service
9/10Staff and reception repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and professional (explicit thanks to reception staff and mentions of specific employees); service is a clear strength in reviews.
Location
8.4/10Multiple comments note an excellent, central location near shopping and convenience for business; a few mentions of narrow street/ongoing repairs affecting access.
Room Quality
7.4/10Mixed feedback: comfortable beds and quiet rooms reported, but several guests complained about small/narrow rooms, mismatches between booked and assigned rooms, AC blowing onto the bed and lack of slippers.
Amenities
7/10Notable issues with parking availability/crowding and weak internet on some floors; some positive notes about basic toiletries and towels but laundry service damage reported—amenities are inconsistent.
Value for Money
8.6/10Multiple guests note good/excellent value (e.g., 'Pay less get more' and explicit value-for-money mentions), making this an overall positive aspect.
Food and Beverage
7.8/10Few comments overall; some guests noted missing breakfast or limited F&B, one mention of food positively—overall slightly below the hotel average due to missing/limited breakfast reports.
Overall Experience
8.6/10Generally positive stays reported ('إقامة ممتازة', comfortable and quiet), recommended for business trips though not always ideal for a relaxing vacation due to parking/room-size issues.
