There are only 8 rooms but the hotel has a good private beach and lovely restaurant and bar facilities, which are sought after by locals and other visitors, as well as hotel guests.

Çok şık ve özenli bir şekilde dizayn edilmiş bir otel. Çalışanların tamamı son derece kibar ve saygılıydı. Özellikle garson Dimitris’e ilgisi ve güler yüzü için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Yatak oldukça konforlu, banyo ise geniş ve çok güzel. Kahvaltısı da lezzetli. Denizi taşlı olmasına rağmen iskelesi bulunuyor ve deniz genellikle dalgasız, oldukça keyifli. Otel, merkezdeki önemli noktalara yürüme mesafesinde. Aracıyla gelenler için otoparkının bulunması da büyük bir avantaj. Genel olarak konumu, hizmet kalitesi ve konforuyla çok memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu.

Olumsuz olarak belirtmek gerekirse, yemek porsiyonları biraz küçük. Kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde değil, menüden seçim yapıyorsunuz. Ayrıca odada cam açıldığında oldukça fazla sivrisinek girebiliyor; bu konuda önlem alınması faydalı olabilir.

To be in a hotel from the Italian period right at the edge of the historical harbor with a private beach and wonderful views as well as day-long special menus was a unique experience.

Konumu çok merkezi, suit odası geniş ve kullanışlı. Oda temizliği her sabah eksiksiz ve gerçekten iyi şekilde yapılıyor.

L'albergo si trova in una posizione molto strategica sia per visitare il centro storico che per prendere il traghetto per Bodrum. la struttura ha una bella vista sul mare con una spiaggia privata anche se piccola. Colazione top e stanza molto bella con soffitti alti e doccia che affaccia sul mare.

la struttura manca di un'area comune /reception/ lobby un pò intima, dedicata solo all'hotel. Albergo è direttamente sulla strada. La moquette delle scale un pò vecchia, da cambiare.

I suggest for dinner menu that we ate calamari and grouper It differs to person to person but maybe spinach sauce will be less lemon because lemon has sharp taste and it affect the fish. We like the plate presentation. Just an advice.

Breakfast was really great. We also experienced dinner at restaurant and we can freely say that the menu was marvelous. I cannot find any word to describe friendly and professional staff (starting from housekeeper to cook in the kitchen, I mean all of them). Cleanness, 10 out of 10 Excellent location, close everywhere. They were leaving small lovely notes with Leonidas Chocolates at nights in our room. Briefly, I like everything about the hotel, you feel yourself very special from the first minute you enter here. Worth every penny... Thank you !

Arkası yol üstü olduğundan uykuyu bozabilen çeşitli gürültüler: gece geç saatte bağrış çağrış geçen turistler, sabah 5:30da başlayan temizlik faaliyetleri, kiliseden sabah yedide başlayan çan sesleri… Gözlükle yüzdüğüm için denizin genellikle bulanık olduğunu gördüm.

Cleanliness is top notch. Staff is great- Maria at the reception, Rene at the restaurant.

Colazione a I metro dalla spiaggia, servizio impeccabile, tutto facile, beach beds larghi e comodissimi, il mare perfetto per fare belle nuotate, il terminal per i trasporti via mare a 10 min a piedi.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff were so kind and attentive, the room was beautiful and spotless, and the view was simply stunning. The delicious meal at the Michelin-starred restaurant, the lovely beach, and the thoughtful gift waiting in our room made our visit truly unforgettable.

We love to be here, for the forth time! Hotel & location are wonderful.. and the staff, even better than that! I would like to thank everyone once more starting with front desk Giannis..Hope to be back soon!

Came here for lunch on a saturday. Place was packed. Service nonexistant. I came in and asked if i could eat they said yes and nobody showed me to a table. I chose a table inside. The table was dirty, nobody came to clean it. After 15 minutes of waiting for a menu, i got up and took one by myself from the menu station. The menu offers over priced average choices, nothing caught my eye, yet i was still keen on trying it out. After another 15 minutes of no staff coming over and taking my order, i got up and left. Terrible, really was not expecting this kind of treatment from a place like this. Service was really nonexistant, no waiter or staff came to even say a single word in over 30 minutes. Won't be back.

Very rude staff at lunch time, were asked to pay before we asked for the bill. We went to Albergo’s last Sunday(3.8.2025) for lunch and some beach time but unfortunately had to leave early as the waiter made it clear that we weren’t welcome to stay longer. The incident was quite a surprise to us, as we had come to the hotel for drinks last year and dinner only 3 weeks ago. In both cases, we enjoyed ourselves very much and have nothing bad to say about the experience. However, Sunday was rather different. We had made the reservation for lunch. We had also enquired about the sunbeds and were fully aware of the hotel policy. There was 3 of us, but our daughter was going to leave for the airport. We intended to stay a while longer and then leave for the ferry. When we arrived, we asked for the taxi to be booked for the airport for one person. When we went to ask for our table, there wasn’t a table reserved and there wasn’t one available that was in the shade. So, we sat near the bar area. The food was also very different than dinner service in the sense it really wasn’t very good. I had an average at best caesar salad. Then we asked about the sunbeds and were given 2 by the rubbish bin. We wanted to try out the beach, in case we wanted to stay at the hotel in the future. We had stayed in their sister hotel(Pelagos) last year, but the sea was not ideal in that area. When it was time for our daughter’s taxi, we went to the reception , to get her suitcase. Our beach bag etc was left on the sunbeds. A waiter told us that we haven’t paid. We told him we weren’t leaving, only our daughter was. I thought honest mistake. Then we saw her off, and of course we went outside to say bye to her. Again, someone(I think she was the front of house) asked if we were leaving. We again told her we weren’t leaving. Then we went to our sunbeds. I was about to order another drink and the same waiter(who asked us about leaving without paying) came over. He told us we needed to settle our bill as our bill was large. The bill was 119 euros. I would hardly call it a large bill. When my husband went inside to talk to the manager, we were also given a rather weak excuse that the waiter had to close the account cause his shift was ending. In short, the food was average, the service was terrible and we were treated like criminals who were trying to skip without paying. Obviously we won't be returning.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, with prime views, and very comfortable. The bathroom is particularly spacious, which is quite rare in the Dodecanisos. The restaurant’s food is outstanding and with beautiful unencumbered views of the Egean sea and of Turkey on the background. The restaurant’s live music is sophisticated and romantic, but can disrupt early sleepers.

Camera spaziosa e pulita con vista mare bellissima. Cibo ottimo sia a colazione che a pranzo e cena. Atmosfera rilassata. Posiperfetta a due passi dal centro ma super silenziosa.

Il servizio beach finisce alle 18 circa, potrebbe durare un po' di più.

This was my 3rd stay at Albergo Gelsomino. It is a perfect hotel in every respect.

Новый, стильный отель, на берегу моря с потрясающими завтраками и отзывчивым персоналом! Номера стильные, все новое. Имеется капсульная кофемашина, постоянно пополняются наборы (гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер, лосьон для тела), по запросу предоставили набор для бритья. Уборка 2 раза в день. Вечером нам оставляли вдохновляющие записки с шоколадками и прогнозом погоды на следующий день. Вечерняя фея чистоты Димитра всегда интересовалась как наши дела и была очень заботлива. На прощание в последнюю ночь нам оставили комплимент - оливковое масло в подарочной именной упаковке, большое спасибо! Завтраки это отдельное удовольствие. Заказ по меню, но нет ограничений объему заказа. Не знаю меню напитков, но мы сначала заказывали апельсиновый фреш, а в конце завтрака заказывали кофе. Официант Константина лучшая. Море прекрасное. Вход в море немного каменист, но оборудован спуск с пирса. На море встречает сотрудник пляжа, приносит полотенца при необходимости (либо они уже разложены на лежаках) и ставит ведро со льдом и бутылку воды (бесплатно). Лежаков на пляже всегда хватало. Есть возможность заказать еду и напитки по меню прямо на пляже. Если бесплатная аренда велосипедов. Расположение отеля тоже прекрасное, все рядом: центр с прогулочными улочками, платан Гиппократа, набережная, порт (мы пешком добрались от порта по приезду). Мы приехали раньше, менеджер проводил нас на пляж и когда номер был готов оповестил готовности (на час раньше заселили) . Поскольку мы выезжали вечером, в день выезда также разрешили провести время на пляже и пользоваться всей инфраструктурой. Менеджер Янис отзывчиво помогал нам со всем вопросами. В целом персонал клиентоориентиоованный и стараются сделать пребывание лучше.

Property is well appointed. Rooms nice - bathrooms excellent. Service really pretty poor. From reception to dining. Doesn’t match the vibe they’re going for in my experience and opinion. Maybe it’s just because it’s in Kos. Looks high end. Didn’t feel it. Room was SO noisy from street - entire night - need to upgrade windows for the price they charge to stay. They’re going for luxury but falling short - but given there isn’t real competition anywhere nearby I suspect it won’t change.

Unfortunately the hotel is extremely close to the main road to enter the town. So close in fact that only a small sidewalk separated the build from the busy road. We had book a city view room and upon arrival and discovering how incredibly close the rooms were to the busy street, we requested to be moved. They offered a sea view room for 300 Euros more per night for two nights and two nights back in the street nightmare. We refused the offer and asked for a refund to change hotels. The only other option they would consider was moving us to a sister hotel which was a 30 min walk from town. At Aqua Blu hotel, we had to pay 55 Euros additional per night for four nights. The room had a broken AC which was fixed the second day and a smelly bathroom pipe, also fixed on day two. All in all, we were dissatisfied by the treatment from a supposedly 5 star properties.

We were welcomed warmly. Our room was clean comfortable and spacious. The position is close to everything and the outlook is stunning. The restaurant was exceptional.. We loved the whole experience. .
