it wasnt clean at all. the shower area was full of hair on our arrival. housekeeping was sent to the room, it was cleaned again ok, but again there was hair. the were even yellow stains on the ceiling and all over the AC unit. the AC capacity wasnot enough maybe beacuse of the uncleaned filters? the linen was clean. but the towels looked worn, almost not white anymore. maybe they were clean but they absolutely didnt feel so.

The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfy. The location was excellent only a mile from town,the beach and the marina is just across the road. Good breakfast plenty to choose from.

The staff weren’t very friendly, the woman on reception was not very friendly when we arrived and didn’t give us much information about the hotel, what time breakfast was or about the towels for the pool or anything really. There wasn’t many sunbeds and people left towels on the beds which shouldn’t be allowed. Also the music played by the pool was inappropriate for the older generation and children because of the bad language. Also the divine club is only for the Jet2 customers it should be for everyone. The hotel wasn’t worth what we paid.

Resepsiyon görevlisi ilk giriş yaptığımız gün başka biriyle tartışıyordu, sanırım bu yüzden biraz gergindi. Kahvaltı bitiş saati 11.00 fakat 10.40 gibi toplama başlıyor. Kahvaltının her gün aynı olması sıkıcı, arada değişiklik yapılabilir. Sabahları kapının önünde sürekli temizlikçi sesi vardı, bu nedenle kapıya hep rahatsız etmeyin yazısı asmak zorunda kaldık.

Las instalaciones eran amplias y bonitas. La habitación era muy espaciosa y con un baño muy amplio. La ubicación es muy buena porque puedes llegar andando al centro pero aún así es una zona tranquila con un supermercado justo al lado. Quisimos alquilar un coche un día y la recepcionista nos lo gestionó súper rápido con una de las empresas con las que trabajan y nos salió muy bien de precio.

No space to park nearby, not clean at all - hair lying everywhere, shower was dirty, breakfast was average and the price was too high comparatively. So value for money would be 0/10

Just back from this beautiful hotel. Honestly it is lovely! I would definitely recommend upgrading to devine club as you have access to a beautiful rooftop terrace from 10 till 6 with free drinks and Jacuzzi, the views are breathtaking from there! Although the bar man is probably the most miserable guy ive ever met! Rooms cleaned daily and beds are so comfy. If going half board your evening meal is served at Almi beach restaurant across the road. We dined inches from the sea every night and watched the amazing sunset. Food was good but surroundings are what made it so special. Also the staff at the restaurant can't do enough for you, greek hospitality at its best. I cant wait to visit again. Thankyou Kos divine for a wonderful stay ✨️ 💖

The room was clean and bed was comfy.

The staff did not appear to be very happy or helpful during the visit. The gym was a paid extra (not included in the price as advertised). The breakfast selection was good, however the cooked options were often not warm.

We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and a real credit to the hotel. A special mention goes to the bar team, who worked tirelessly throughout the day. They were always checking if we wanted another drink while we were relaxing by the pool, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and unfortunately the breakfast was disappointing as it was cold every morning. However, we ordered lunch most days and also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant across the road. The food there was excellent fresh, delicious, and clearly cooked to order. We couldn't fault it. The only other area that let the hotel down was the housekeeping. Our room wasn't cleaned to a particularly high standard when we arrived, and unfortunately this continued throughout our 12-day stay. The floor and balcony weren't swept once, and the shower glass was never cleaned. That said, these were relatively minor issues compared to everything else the hotel has to offer. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return. With a few improvements to the breakfast and housekeeping, this would be the perfect place to stay.

Location on the outskirts of Kos town but walkable to the centre. Position of the hotel to the sea, marina and harbour. Hotel was not high rise and in keeping with the local area. Extended breakfast hours were great along with midday check out. We liked that the hotel had lots of amenities but was not too big. Great to have hotel beach area with free sunbeds and umbrellas.

The third person in our group who had a sofa bed in the lounge area of our suite said there was a lot of corridor noise late at night and early morning although information specified sound proof.

We have been coming to the restaurant in the Divine for food every time we visit Kos. Very nice restaurant and outdoor area for eating. Food is very good. Outdoor restaurant across the road is love for both food and a drink in the evening. Very romantic restaurant by the water

I would like to firstly say ignore all the bad reviews, this place is really nice. We stayed in room 322 which has amazing views of the sea and marina. The hotel staff were all very friendly. We paid extra for the Divine package which includes complimentary drinks at the Thea roof top bar from 10-6 every day. Lots of choices from beers, wine, cocktails and soft drinks. They also offer a small snack (sandwich of pasta pot) The pool area is lovely, we never had an issue with getting a sun lounger. Location is perfect, about 10 mins in the main square, lots of lovely restaurants along the way and such a picturesque town. We’ve loved every minute of our stay and would definitely come back.

We had a great stay for a week at Kos Divine Suites , the staff are friendly and helpful but not over bearing . Really nice swimming pool with enough sun loungers . The breakfast is varied and available until 11am which is brilliant, other food we tried through the day was also very tasty. We had a lovely sea view room on the 3rd floor. The walk into centre into town is about 15 minutes but there are loads of bars and restaurants on route and the view of the see will keep you occupied. The hotel is very clean . One last thing it has a lovely rooftop bar which is accessible to everyone in the evening but only Divine suite club members from 10 am to 6pm with drinks and snacks available included in the package

So before we went on holiday here there was not really any info of reviews on this hotel so didn’t know what we were going to we’ve just came back and I cannot fault anything yes it’s above a shop but it’s literally helpful everyone was so helpful first time in Kos and will deffo return after this experience nice and clean helpful staff one member of staff really made our holiday she was in charge on the evening across the road at the restaurant think here name was Maria she was so friendly liked to have a laugh but as I said everyone was so friendly and we had an amazing time

The hotel location is decent, around a 20min walk to the Old Town. Set a bit out of the way to the main attractions of the town/ harbour. The vibe at the hotel is very laid back and chilled. The initial checking in an d reception staff didn't engage too much and give you a run through of the hotel/ amenities upon arrival, which we found strange. We stayed in room 2. (Avoid) at all costs. It is positioned opposite the main reception area. Also next to the housekeeping main office/ supply cupboard. The room is also at the back of the breakfast area, which starts up at 07:30 in the morning. All of this combined meant it was extremely noisy and woke up each and every morning to the noise. The room itself was spacious, however the finishing's throughout were of poor quality. Holes above the shower head and pencil marks for the installs still visible. The sofa was heavily stained. The painting was rough throughout the room. Skirting was missing. It was real shame and let down, considering the hotel is new and judged to be a 4* establishment. I wouldn't go back to this hotel for the cost.

We had the penthouse suite, room 641 which is on the top floor which was very exposed to the sun. The air con was inadequate to cool the room down to 20 C when the external temperature was around 30 C. It really requires a more powerful replacement air con unit or an additional unit.I would assume the other normal suites/rooms to be perfectly satisfactory. The penthouse suite did not have any sun parasols / umbrellas / adequate shaded areas. The hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly asa were the other local people we met. Hotel Location is excellent as it only takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk into Kos. There are a variety of restaurants on the beachfront nearby and also in Kos town. Would we go back again ? Yes but we would choose a different room.

Let me just start by saying don't do off the pictures of the room / hotel that are on here .. they are absolutely stunning .. our room was the penthouse (£33 upgraded) it had beautiful ocean views from on terrace balcony and pool view from the second terrace balcony . Atmosphere is very chilled . All the staff are very very friendly . It's a 10 min walk up to town where there are loads of bars and restaurants, again everyone is chilled and friendly . Pool area is nice and relaxed , drink/ food can be brought to your table , plenty of sun loungers available . Hotel food is good , it's typical hotel breakfast / snacks but has a really good evening menu for evening , if you'd choose to eat at the hotel . Bike / buggy hire is across the road , very reasonable prices should you choose to go exploring . The hotel is clean and friendly and has a beautiful location . Someone out on here " ohh it's over a shop " yeah it it's , but it's a spar and has everything you'll need to keep you going , however the spar is on the side street , not on the main frontage . Everyone complaining about this roof terrace bar .. I didn't hear anything and we were right across from it . All in all a really nice pleasant hotel , although kids are catered for , I feel that they may get a little bored . Plenty to do outside of the hotel tho , aqua park 30 mins drive , beautiful sandy beeches 20 mins drive .

Oda servisi çalışanları temizlik yapmak için odada olduğum halde 2 günde de kapıyı kendi kartları ile açıp içeri girdiler ki bugün check out günümdü check out saati dolmadığı halde dan diye odadan içeri girdiler.Bu durum beni çok rahatsız etti.

Frühstüch durchschnittlich. Lage vom Blick her sehr gut. Die Lage direkt an der Hauptstrasse war sehr schlecht und laut. Das hatte auf der Internetseite auch niemand erwähnt. Fotos haben den Eindruck erweckt, das Hotel läge direkt am Wasser und Kiesstrand.

It was very friendly with our team and everything we wanted that had it perfect

Just returned home this morning, I would advise anyone booking to check their room at booking, we paid extra for a sea view and was put in room 619 on arrival, which I have to say is the worst room we have ever had over the years ( room on ground floor down the ginnel at the side of the hotel, the balcony looked straight on to the side entrance to the hotel with people literally nearly on your balcony as they came in, no light at all due to flanked by the hotel and building to the other side of it, the sea could be seen vaguely but not a sea view, complained straight away on arrival but had to till after 6 the following evening to be allocated another room, resulting in a very stressful first 24 hours in resort. A number of others were unhappy with their “sea view” rooms . The cards for the rooms were temperamental, we were locked out on a number of occasions needing to go to reception to sort. Staff are very keen to tell people if they bring drinks or food to the pool, even the drinks that are in the room mini bar are not allowed even though you are paying for them, we saw a number of people put in their place about this. We enjoyed Kos and made the most of our stay, however would not book this hotel again and definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Otelin temizliği, konforu ve kahvaltısı cok iyiydi. Odaları temizleyen Maria hanim cok yardımsever ve guleryuzluydu. Keşke resepsiyonda çalışanlar da biraz gulumseyebilse.

Restoran çalışanları kabaydı, müşteriye arkasından bağırmak nedir? Bir şey söylemek istiyorsan yanına gelir kibar bir dille anlatırsın, bu tavır otele hiç yakışmıyor.

Only negatives for us were the pool towels. These were available via paying a deposit at reception which we had no issue with however they only allowed us to change these every two days and daily would be more preferable to us

It was gorgeous, very luxurious, staff were exceptional when we had a problem with the room it was swapped straight away and we were given a complimentary gift.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel itself looks good and is generally well-maintained. The gym was well-equipped, although it tended to be quite busy most of the time.

On the downside, the pool wasn’t open for guests, which was disappointing. The bathroom is quite small and could use some minor updates, and the bedroom felt a bit cramped. Housekeeping on our floor seemed disorganised, with cleaning equipment often left in the corridor, which didn’t feel very safe.

There is nothing that we do not like

Oldukça temiz ve kahvaltı seçenekleri çok iyiydi.

2 ayrı yataklı oda rezervasyonu yaptığımız halde tek çift kişilik oda verildi. Talebimizi yineledik ancak odaları olmadığını ertesi gün verebileceklerini söylediler ki toplam 4 gece kaldık. Ertesi gün ise alt katta basık, küçücük 2 ayrı yataklı oda verdiler, diğer odalar için ise günlük oldukça yüksek bir ücret talep ettiler. Oysa ki birlikte gittiğimiz arkadaşlarımız bizimle aynı ücrete ve deniz manzaralı suit odada kalıyorlardı. Maalesef bu yaklaşım hiç hoşumuza gitmedi. Konumu merkeze biraz uzak ama yürüyerek gidilebiliyor. Ayrıca otelden ayrılırken fatura talep ettim, vermedikleri gibi bana booking tarafından gönderileceğini söylediler. Oysa ki konaklama tesisi fatura keser. Bu hep böyledir. Faturamı alabilmek için 10 gün uğraştım.

Good location, walking distance to Kos town. Although I didn’t realise the hotel was above a shop, so not aesthetically pleasing..Lots of restaurants on the way, facing opposite the beach. Rooms were modern and clean. Pool area was fine for sunbeds..plenty, as long as you get yourself down in the morning at a decent time. Staff were quite observant to ensure you’re not consuming food and drink that hasn’t been bought from the hotel bar etc..The Greek night held by the hotel was great fun😊 nice food and cocktails on the menu to order!

Odanın genişliği rahatlığı konforlu temizliği gayet iyiydi resepsiyondaki arkadaşların davranış şekli nezaketi gayet güzeldi fakat son gün ayrılacağımız vakit odanın anahtarlarının çalışmaması nedeniyle kat görevlisini çağırdı kat görevlisinin anahtarı da çalışmadı ancak Çilingir çağrıldı ve kapı açıldı ve biz ancak feribota yetişebildik onun dışında her şey güzeldi

Spor salonu alanının asansöre yakınlığı ve o kalabalık kargaşa rahatsız ediciydi spor salonunun daha farklı bir yerde olabileceği görüşündeyim

Odanın büyük metrekare olmasına rağmen eksik mobilya ve dekorasyon ile bom boş olmasını beğenmedim. Spor tesisinin otelin içinde olmasına rağmen tesis dışı müşterilerin geldiği özel bir kompleks olduğunu ve ekstra ücrete tabi olduğunu maalesef otel bilgilerinde göremedim .
