Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Konumu harikaydı, porta da meydana da çok yakındı. Oda tertemiz, geniş ve ferahtı. Odanın bahçesinden denize iniliyordu. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. 6 aylık bebeğimiz için ek gıda konusunda da çok yardımcı oldular. Ürünlerimizi pişirmek konusunda da çok yardımcı oldular. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar Kos’a gelir miyiz bilmiyorum ama gelirsek kalacağımız otel belli :)

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Kahvaltı büfesi eksiksiz, kahvaltı alanının konumu mükemmel. Güler yüzlü "Kalimera!"larla karşılanmak çok keyifliydi. Benim gibi erken saatlerde iştahsız olanlar için bonus özellik kahvaltının saat 11.00'e kadar devam etmesi.
Bu muhteşem otel için verebileceğim tek eksi puan, saat 14:00'den sonra güneşin otelin arkasında kalması olabilir. Bu nedenle odamın terasındaki kişiye özel güneşlenme alanından pek faydalanamadım. Ancak o derece muazzam bir konumu var ki, bu da dert mi dedirtti, iki adım atııp hemen bitişikteki halka açık kumsaldan faydalandık.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The view was to die for. The blue blue sea and harbour. Very comfy room. Like a 5 star hotel. Easy beach access. Very accommodating staff helping me book taxis, pick ups and drop offs to airport/ ferry etc and vegan food options ... I am coming back.
More vegan food options on the actual menu would be good.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel has a modern and stylish atmosphere, and the location is excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Otele 2. gelişimiz odalar manzaralı, keyifli ve konforlu. Hizmet kalitesi güzel, kahvaltı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Merkeze yürüyerek çok kısa sürede ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Deniz için beachleri tercih ettik. Otel önünden denize girilebiliyor ama merdivenleri ve girişi çok konforlu değil, denize giriş alanı daha konforlu bir alana getilebilir.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Die Zimmergröße war genau richtig – nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein. Das absolute Highlight war der wunderschöne Ausblick vom Balkon direkt auf das Meer. Man hört das beruhigende Geräusch der Wellen, sogar abends vom Bett aus kann man das Wasser sehen.
Das Badezimmer bietet leider nicht genug Privatsphäre. An der Tür gibt es eine Lücke und auch unter dem Spiegel zieht sich ein Spalt durch, durch den man sogar nach draußen sehen kann. Man fühlt sich dadurch unwohl und ich musste die Lücke ständig mit einem Badetuch abdecken – das sollte dringend verbessert werden.

Sabah çalışan mutfak ekibi aşırı ilgisiz ve asık suratlı . Tek memnun kalmadığım şey . Ne sorsanız zorla cevap verdiler .

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Sanırım Kos Adasında tatil için ek keyifli otel burasıdır. Denize sıfır, merkezde, gürültüsüz, tertemiz ve tamamıyla elden geçirilmiş, yepyeni... Odaların hepsi mükemmel manzaralı. Yataktan deniz manzarası izleme lüksü var. Hele balkon keyfi... Kahvaltısı daha iyi olabilirdi tabii ki ama bu haliyle bile yeterli bulduk. Yorumlarda sürekli bir şezlong azlığından yakınma var ancak Ağustos ayı olmasına rağmen boş şezlonglar vardı. Beğenmediğimiz hiç bir şey olmadı. Özellikle son gün eşimin doğum günü nedeniyle odaya meyve ve şarap bırakmaları ve elle yazdıkları not güzel bir jestti. Fiyatın biraz yüksek olduğunu düşünmekle birlikte otelin tamamen dolu olması bu fiyata rağmen müşteri sorunu olmadığını gösteriyor. Yeniden Kos'ta tatil yapacak olsam yine bu oteli tercih ederdim.

Plaj kısmı kesinlikle düzenlenmeli. Restoran yemek menüsü genişletişebilir.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Junior suite oda almıştık ancak gittiğimizde bir yanlışlık olduğu ve bizi upgrade ettiklerini söylediler. Bize double oda ve ek yataklı bir oda ayarlamışlardı. Oda direk denize girişli jakuzili çok güzel bir oda idi ve telafi etmek için odaya şarap free minibar vs imkan tanıdılar. Personel çok çok iyiydi. Çok memnun kaldık

Everything was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, the room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, and every member of the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber geputzt ! Wurde aber nach Reklamation eine Aufmerksamkeit aufs Zimmer gebracht ! Sehr hellhörige Hotel Wände,und auch im Badezimmer durch die Lüftungen versteht man jedes Wort der Nachbarn vom oberen Stockwerk !!! Schmaler sehr grob steiniger/felsiger unatraktiver Stein/Fels Strand direkt am Hotel !!! Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse !!! Das Essen war zum Teil nur mittelmässig ! Das Pool und Wellness Angebot vom Partner Hotel Divine schlicht unbrauchbar !!! Zu kleine unatraktive Poolanlage an der Hauptstrasse ohne Meerzugang ! Nicht ein Platz war dort frei und die Empfangs Dame unfreundlich !!! Sehr unbequeme knarrende und quietschende Betten ! Auch nach Reklamation konnte keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden ! Sie hatten keine Matratzen Topper und der Hausdienst schaffte es nicht das knarren und quietschen der Betten zu beseitigen !!! Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und kann es auch leider nicht weiterempfehlen !!!

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Fabulous hotel with incredible views! Spent one night at Kos Aktis and wish we could have stayed longer, but were heading to Astypalea the following day. Kos Aktis was GREAT! A beautiful, kind woman greeted us at check in and even provided wine for a special birthday celebration. We enjoyed it out on our balcony while enjoying the harbor views. The room was lovely and extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect! We made the right choice in Kos Aktis! The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. We ate outside by the sea and it was relaxing and delightful. We plan to return for a longer stay next year. Thanks for everything!

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026This is a wonderful hotel just outside Kos town on the sea. We always go in there for a drink or lunch. It is a very relaxing place to visit and being right on the edge of the sea at the yacht harbour with views to Turkiye, it is in a great location. Staff are great. Very friendly, efficent and helpful.

Our ground floor room had a jacuzzi and and a deck adjacent to the beach, with beach access as well. Comfortable bed and lovely minimal decor in the room. Good size walk-in shower in bathroom. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and lovely bar right next to the sea for drinks.
Finish to walls and floor of bathroom was poor. Some complimentary mineral water in the room would have been nice, but apart from that couldn't fault it.

Δεν είχε parking και στο μπάνιο κάποια από τα αξεσουάρ έδειχναν την ηλικία τους.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026A first class hotel in a premier sea front location with breathtaking views. Very well located for a stroll into the old town, harbour and marina. The hotel is immaculately maintained and the rooms are sizeable and well equipped. Breakfasts are ample and well prepared. All of the team are friendly and helpful and contributed to a great holiday in Kos.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Die Aussicht waren sehr gut. Die Lage zur Innenstadt bzw. zum Hafen ist super kurz ca. 5 geh Minuten, Alles sehr sauber und wir hatten immer Platz bzw. freie Liegen beim Hotel.
Die z.b. Spiegeleier waren immer kalt beim Frühstück, Die Preise für z.b. Coctails sind eher mittel bis hochklassig (ab 11 €).

Reviewed May 26, 2026The hotel seemed brand new - attractive, modern decor and really well maintained. Due to our flight changes we had both a double room and a junior suite - both were a good size with large comfortable bed. We loved the dining area, particularly the open air terrace overlooking the sea - perfect for breakfast and dinner! The location was really good - slightly away from the main bustle but still central and an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the lovely alleyways of the old town. Best of all were the staff - not just great at their job but always ready with a smile and a chat. (And as per other reviews, the breakfast buffet is delicious but we also enjoyed some lovely meals for lunch and dinner.)
Nothing to dislike.

We stayed at the sea front collection rooms, it has a private terrace with jakuzi and direct access to the beach. Kos town city center is in short walking distance. The staff is extremely kind and helpfull.
