Hotel was beautiful, bed was amazing, staff were absolutely amazing, it was quiet and very clean.

The food. It was cold and we sent back, the warmed up and the porn ribs were amazing, but the 2 orders of wings tasted strange and were cold and when heated up dry.

They called on the phone to ask if i wanted to have breakfast since it was almost 10am. The call woke me up

Location was very convenient. It was one street behind Lacson. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and hospitable.

The wifi was weak inside the room and for most of the areas inside building. Breakfast was adequate but the quality could be improved especially since we were in Bacolod and there could be many sources of great-tasting food..

-no hot water when you shower -telephone has no line when you need something you have to go down to the frontdesk -the room was not clean when we checked in especially beddings - front desk? 4 out of 10 - breakfast?4 out of 10 - when soneone talks outside, you canhear it clearly inside the room

Everything was exceptional. We even got a free upgrade to their executive suite half way through the trip. The staff are always friendly and happy to help out, the food in room service was great. The hotel itself is really fancy and perfectly located close to the main road with access to many restaurants and shops and only a 100 peso drive to SM city for all your shopping needs.

Wie erwähnt, Personal vergessen oder geben sich nicht die Mühe die Anfragen zu erfũllen. Ich fragte extra nach Badetücher und sie brachten erst am zweiten Tag des Aufenthaltes nach. Oder die Fernbedienung hat keine Batterie aber wurde nie ersetzt.

Accessibility. Cleanlines and excellent bed

We had a little bit of a miss understanding with room booking. We wanted to keep the original booking but our other room got upgraded to a room without windows🤣 original room booking has a balcony. We figured out late on the check out that it was upgraded and we had to pay for the upgrade.

There was no drinking water in the room on the 1st day we arrived. The phone in our room did not work so we could not order room service or contact the reception desk and we I did go down to the reception desk a lot of the time there was no one there. Also a bolt come flying out the bather room vent

Clean facility.

My room was not sound proof. The guests and staff walking in the hall can be heard and disrupts sleep. The breakfast can be better cooked. The meats were very dry.

Very nice newer hotel, well maintained. No swimming pool and the restaurant was closed for renovations but the breakfast cafe was open.

The bed is comfortable and the location is centrally located near establishments

There is no bedside lamp on my side of the bed and no phone to call reception from our de luxe room.The staff were great especially the breakfast staff but the hotel policy on early check in is unacceptable. I am a genius user and I always get accommodations on early check from all over the world. I sent them an email prior but no reply. I arrived jet lagged from the flight and they told me there is a 50% charge on the early check which is too much as I came in around 9am already. Later on upon checkout, I was charged for 50% of the regular rate of the hotel room and not half of the daily rate I got when I booked online. 2100 php is a very expensive charge for early check in. I was very disappoonted.

Friendliness of the staff overall. Every request I had they fulfilled it immediately.

The hotel is tastefully decorated and appointed, giving a fresh vibe to the place. The rooms are enormous and extremely comfortable. The staff were also very attentive and accommodating of our requests.

First time staying in 15days everything is really good no complain, one thing the wifi sucks s not meet my needs, especially using in overseas to contact your family. Staff is very friendly very accomodating. Thank you I will come back and stay.

The Wifi.

The Hotel is in a quiet location which is good in my opinion. There is an easy walk to the main street, where you are able to access, cafes and shopping malls either by taxi or the Maxim car (i.e. like Grab) from the Hotel or use the air con buses or jeepneys. Hotel is a lovely decor and is clean. Rooms are a good size beds are very comfortable bathrooms are always cleaned. Room cleaning is done each day. Front desk staff always helpful with any enquiry I made. Breakfast is adequate. At the moment there are renovations going, so the actual dining room is closed so breakfast and dinner service is provided through their cafe on the ground floor adjacent to reception. Also under renovations is the gym and the sky deck on the roof. One thing that was a little strange is that I had to contact the front desk every 72 hours to get the Wi-Fi reconnected and have a new password developed which I thought was a bit strange. But overall, I'd say this hotel is a real nice place to stay in Bacolod as it is centrally located in the city.

Im surprised our room was ver spacious and clean with a mini kitchen. The staff were courteous and kind. Food was good.

The wifi was down during our stay but one of the staff was kind enough to let us use the admin's wifi. Also, it was the wedding of my friend but the 4th floor airconditioning was off so it was very hot.

It was near areas we needed to go to in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel was cozy, very comfortable with very welcoming sitting areas. Staff was very warm and accommodating.

Rooms were clean , public or shared areas can do with more cleaning/pest control, may be due to some areas being repaired in the property.

Everything was great except the coffee provided in the room when we used it was hard and it’s like an old one.

We were upgraded from junior suite to presidential suite for some reason but where did the promised view of the mountains go? Nice restaurant -good chef!

All the staff in the reception promised us a packed breakfast at 5 am on the first morning. None of them kept their promise…We got a compensation in the form of an apology, two mini-puddings and three cookies to share!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Stonehill Suites. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. They made us feel welcome right away. The room we were initially given was spacious and featured a comfortable bed with plenty of storage options, which we really appreciated. When it became necessary for us to be relocated, the reception team responded quickly and efficiently, providing us with another excellent room that met all our needs. Their professionalism and prompt service made a potentially stressful situation seamless, and we were delighted with the new room. The food and beverage staff were also outstanding. Both the breakfast and dinner teams went above and beyond to ensure that my wife's dietary restrictions were addressed. We were grateful for their attentiveness, and we enjoyed many tasty dishes during our meals. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was meticulous, keeping our room tidy and assisting with laundry and other requests, which added to our comfort. While the hotel could benefit from some maintenance updates, the outstanding service from the staff made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Stonehill Suites to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere paired with exceptional hospitality.

Modern room and decorating

Food was terrible and when booking in promises were made but not kept.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Stonehill is located in the heart of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. We had a big room perfect for our baby to run around and enjoy, the bed was incredibly comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a a better experience, and we will definitely be coming back!

Staff was prompt & attentive

Bathroom fixtures were not securely installed including the shower door. Breakfast buffet was less than minimal

We had a small issue with our AC the first night but they were happy to move us to a new room to accommodate us. There were a few areas of the hotel that were maybe under construction/renovation, but overall it was very nice and the staff were great!

The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff were very welcoming & accomodating.

Bar fridge was too small for the Junior Suite we had. And the electronic door bell does not work with the other options like "make up room & do not disturb".

When we got there, i was having a very bad day, lost price of flight and room in manila, as somehow our bioking got changed and our loss. I needed a drink in the bar and chat with strangers to calm down Booking in, the said the bar and shy lounge was not avaliable, thats what i needed. I saidvit was in the listing, if the can not provide i want my money back so i can go elsewhere, they said no. I agreed to a bottle of wine and a piece of cake, but in a quiet room was hell, i needed someone to chat We moved to the room then, upon inspection there was a dead cockroach under the chair, not what i needed to see. Later after 10pm, the bar was available, went for a drink, was also alone in there. The staff did what was needed to get me to stay and were nice, but dead bugs in roon, patio door kept getting stuck and horrible pizza, i gave it this rating

Unfortunately, there were several issues we encountered during our stay. We understand that it was New Year’s Eve but not giving proper expectations and subpar inspection of the rooms before check in, we think should still be up to standard. When we got in the room, there were no towels. We had to get the robes changed as they were covered in moths when we arrived. The floor was damaged. There was no room service menu and no mention that room service ended at 12mn, so we ended up paying Php120 per 500ml of water (a little criminal but hotel rates I guess) we could've bought cheaper elsewhere if we'd known. There were no board games available at all - out of 27! We wouldn't have missed this if this feature wasn't brought to our attention but then saying they're all unavailable is weird. A bulb was missing from one of the bedside lamps. The seat of the toilet wasn't fully clean - spots of black mold on the seat cover. There was green mold on the shower door and shower handle. As it was new year, a note was pushed under our door apologizing for the "minimal noise" and offering a 10% discount on the buffet dinner. However, we'd already paid earlier at check-in and couldn't get the discount. And the noise was far from minimal. Even with earplugs and noise-cancelling headphones it was still too much to sleep. Don't offer a discount you know we can't use, and don't be misleading when it comes to noise. We asked if it would be possible to invite non guests with a pet for lunch at their restaurant, they said they would get back to us but never did. When we checked out, they didn’t keep track of the fact that we had already paid for our buffet and placed it in our final bill. Good thing we kept the receipt. However, I do want to add that all the staff we spoke to were very friendly and eager to be helpful. The room service staff was quick and efficient.

Bathroom wasn't draining well, airconditioning unit very noisy. No floor towels in bathroom, no new towels the next day.

Many minor flaws; Water leaks in rainfall shower. You see the water damage on the roof above the pipe. Mould in shower area. Some noise from bathroom, sounds like a trafo hidden above the roof plates. Annoying to hear. Construction site outside our room

Parking space.

I always love the interior design of the place.

What I didn’t like was the drilling or construction around 8 or 9 in the morning? It was a bummer for sleeping. Also,at the breakfast buffet, I wanted to suggest a good selection of breads? This is the only property who doesn’t serve waffles, pancakes or toast at the buffet.

Close to Lacson street with access to major malls and Starbucks 1 block away. Little mixup on checking in. But Kim made it right

Beautiful "appearance" and at first perception, the hotel looks very modern, stylish and beautiful ... on the surface.

The property needs more attention on maintenance and upkeep. While the initial look is quite lovely, once you settle in you begin to see many gaps in management and upkeep. There is two of us in the room, but the hotel would only give us 1 key card. Light bulbs were burnt out. Clogged showerheads and low water pressure. Cable TV not functioning. We needed to keep medication in the room refrigerator; however, the power is only accessible via the key card which they would only allow 1 card. Room indicator lights (ie, Do Not Disturb) and door bell not operational. Waking up in the mornings to see dead cockroaches on the room's floor. Electric outlet covers falling off the walls. Did not replenish daily bottled water. Housekeeping walking into the room without knocking on the door ... walking in while we are almost naked after a shower. Breakfast buffet was not maintained ... always needed to ask for them to replenish food ... and then wait for the food.
