Reviewed Sep 15, 2026I liked how convenient the location is to the hi-way and other establishments. It's easier to travel that way. It has a decent distance from the airport as well.
The air-conditioned unit took a long time to cool the room. The curtain didn't help as well since it doesn't block any heat from the sun outside.

Didnt expexct that loud noises coming from robinsons some kind of a renovation,hotel didnt miss to inform the guest though.kudos to that. I was awoken by that loud noise one night so its still a pleasant stay.

Reviewed May 1, 2026We love that the staff esp chris and wendee were accomodating and very helpful. The guard on day duty was courteous and helpful too. The lobby/reception area smelled good, clean and conducive to waiting.
The only thing maybe (but not so bothering) is that the beds are small for a family (of 3) option.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Sauberes Hotel. Etwas Abseits, dafür Ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Angeschlossen an einem Supermarkt mit guten Essensmöglichkeiten.
Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Da es kein Buffet gab, wäre es gastfreundlicher, wenn das gewählte Menü nicht so lieblos serviert wird. Für so ein gutes Hotel völlig inakzeptabel.

Шумоизоляция в номере отсутвует! Всю ночь лают собаки с 3 утра начинают орать петухи. Основная часть номеров выходит во двор где и происходит вся это ночная жизнь. Даже пришлось дополнительно снимать номер в другом отеле, чтобы выспаться. В номере не уютно, номер маленький. Электронные замки постоянно пикают на этаже.

The unit is not maintained. We slept without AC and lights, which is not acceptable to spend a holiday. Though the staff is responsive, personnel were not able to solve the problem. Reported the incident 3x on the same day and not until I requested to be moved to a proper accommodation that staff actioned on it. We wasted half of the day (on our last day) to be moved to another place.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025The hotel is clean and tidy. Room is a bit small but it’s clean, tidy and bed is comfortable. I like the fact that the rooms we got are connecting it’s great if you’re staying with family. (Not sure if all the rooms are connecting). I also like the fact that they have water dispenser in the corridor. No bottled water, Eco friendly. Price for rooms are good and worth it. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
That you can hear people walking in the corridor or when they close their room door. It feels like the walls are thin.

We stayed for two nights bed and breakfast the breakfast was not as expected no coffee or cups no juice and halve of the menu was not available Although we had paid for breakfast we went to a cafe in the mall to eat breakfast

I wish the TV is working (can't use the smart app) and the shower heater is not functioning properly.
