We stayed at Pirates Beach Club from 6–13 August** for a one-week all-inclusive summer holiday as a **family of five – 2 adults and 3 children** – and had a fantastic experience. Beautiful surroundings, a great atmosphere and, most importantly, wonderful staff. A special thank you to **Serkan Bey at Reception**, who was always welcoming, professional and helpful, and to **Sinan Bey from Guest Relations**, who genuinely cares about guests and made sure everything was going well throughout our stay. A special mention also to the **lady Entertainment Manager** – unfortunately we didn’t catch her name, but she was brilliant! Friendly, energetic and professional, and together with her team created a fantastic atmosphere. The **snack bar area is beautifully designed** and was one of our favourite places to relax. Also, the **San Sebastian cheesecake at the patisserie was simply amazing – honestly the best we have ever tried!** Definitely not to be missed. A couple of areas could be improved. The **main restaurant urgently needs an upgrade** to bring it up to the standard expected from a 5-star resort. The **à la carte restaurants have a beautiful ambience**, but the experience sometimes felt a little rushed. A calmer, more relaxed pace would allow guests to stay longer, enjoy their food and drinks, and really appreciate the lovely atmosphere. Overall, we had a **wonderful family holiday and made some great memories**. The biggest strength of Pirates Beach Club is definitely its people. With a few improvements, this could be an even more exceptional resort. **Thank you to the whole team – we would happily return!** 🌴☀️🏴☠️

We stayed at this hotel with our two children (aged 4 and 9) and had a wonderful family holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. We arrived around lunchtime, so our room wasn’t ready until 2:00 p.m., which is completely normal. While we waited, we were invited to enjoy the buffet lunch and explore the beautiful resort. The hotel grounds are lovely, with mature trees providing plenty of natural shade and only two-story buildings, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are modern, newly renovated, very clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. There are several dining options, including a main buffet restaurant and a number of themed à la carte restaurants (which require an additional fee). The food is of a solid mid-range standard—not luxury dining, but there is always plenty of variety, and everyone can find something they enjoy. Breakfast offers a good selection, there is a snack buffet available from lunchtime until 4:00 p.m., the main lunch restaurant is open from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., and in the evening you can choose between the buffet and the themed restaurants. Despite the hotel being busy, we never had trouble finding a table. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the kids’ club. The animation team puts an incredible amount of effort into creating an amazing daily program for the children. Most activities are conducted in Russian, as the majority of guests come from Russia, Ukraine, and other former Soviet countries. However, we found the guests to be friendly, respectful, and relaxed, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the resort. The kids’ club deserves special recognition. Every day there is a morning program from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., an afternoon program from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and an evening session from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. There is also a mini disco from 8:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
We had an amazing time and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. The food was absolutely delicious, with a huge variety of options every day, and we really appreciated that the menu changed daily. There was always something new to try. Our 2-year-old had the best time and absolutely loved the kids club and mini disco. A special thank you to the animation girls Marina, Yulia, and Katya, who helped create such a fun and warm atmosphere for the children. The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone we met spoke Turkish, English, and Russian, and we even noticed Ukrainian translation during one of the evening programs, which was such a thoughtful touch. We rented a pavilion throughout our stay, and our waiter Halil was exceptionally kind to us and our little one. Our child still remembers him bringing kefir every day — such small gestures make a big difference and create beautiful memories. A big thank you to the whole Pirates Beach team for such wonderful holidays and for accommodating all of my requests. We were travelling from different countries but wanted to stay together, and the team made everything easy for us. Thank you again for making our holiday so special. We will definitely return next year!
Nothing comes to my mind
Расположение пляжа, в целом для детей самый оптимальный. Родители отдыхают детям весело. Но если вы любите тишину лучше выбрать другое
Шумно, музыка до часа ночи. Не кормят котов. Рядом есть Marty Mira там коты жырные
A terrible hotel that is not worth its money. The food is not tasty, everything is overcooked and dry. The fruit is also full of scum. The rooms are worn out from the influx of vacationers, although they were cleaned, but still not very clean. Don't get carried away with the villas, because on one side they are the first line to the sea, and on the other, you will sleep on the dance floor of the neighboring hotel and listen to loud conversations until the morning, every day! The entrance to the sea is not convenient over the stones. The beach is a mixture of pebbles with garbage or cigarette butts or whatever. The slides and pools are steep and old. There are enough Muscovites, but when they hear our language, they don't speak. The only plus in this hotel is the staff and people! They are always ready to help. Special thanks to nurse KIFAYAT, a person with a big heart! I will never forget you! May GOD protect you and give you and all your loved ones health!!! I would like to wish the hotel to change its policy and revive the hotel in such a beautiful place!
Everything was OK, a big group of old- school- friends, from Ankara Fen Lisesi, stayed for a couple of days, spent good time all together.
I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Pirate’s Beach Club for their incredible kindness and attention. 💖 I have never experienced such warm and sincere hospitality anywhere else! The people here truly have big hearts — they don’t just do their jobs, they put their soul into everything they do. My mom was celebrating her birthday, and the way the team congratulated her was simply unforgettable. It was so touching and genuine that she couldn’t hold back tears of happiness. It wasn’t just a polite gesture — it was real human warmth and care. ❤️ Every single person — from the reception to the restaurant staff — was attentive, kind, and thoughtful in every detail. Here, every guest feels special. 💫 The hotel itself is wonderful: clean, cozy, beautiful, with delicious food. But the greatest treasure of Pirate’s Beach Club is definitely its people. Thanks to them, the stay becomes not just comfortable, but truly heartwarming and unforgettable. My mom is leaving with a big smile and the certainty that she will definitely come back again. ❤️ Thank you for your kindness, your warmth, and for sharing genuine joy with your guests.
🌟 Unforgettable Stay at Pirate’s Beach Club! 🌟 Absolutely loved our stay at Pirate’s Beach Club! Delicious food, amazing animation team, and super friendly staff. Beautiful beach, clean territory, and fun vibes everywhere. One of the best vacations ever — we’ll definitely return! ❤️
We stayed at Pirate’s Beach Club at the end of September and absolutely loved it! 🌴 The hotel is not very big, but it’s super cozy, and the whole area is decorated in a fun pirate theme — kids will like it! It’s definitely a family-oriented place, and you can feel it. The kids’ club is great, and the animation team deserves special praise. A big thank you to Limon 🥰 — our child still talks about her all the time! The grounds are well maintained and very clean. We were given a room in a recently renovated building — it was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. Honestly, the reality exceeded our expectations. As for the food, it wasn’t extremely varied, but everything was tasty and fresh. The pizza baked in the oven was absolutely delicious! 🍕 The only small downside was that ice cream was available only at a specific time and place, which wasn’t always convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! This hotel is perfect for families with children — cozy, fun, and full of heart. 💛
The hotel with wonderful SPA center, definitely recommend! The massage was excellent, and the atmosphere and service were perfect. Special thanks to Sari, Erni, Nancy, Aigul and Ruslan for their care, professionalism, and outstanding attitude.
I have an very nice experience here, the hotel is cousy, the personal is very nice...my child does not want to come back home...thanks a lot to Sinan bey, and Miss Ayshe from guest relation,, a la cart shef Ibrahim...Halil from pavilion... I want to come back again!
Great place to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. Accomodation in very quiet&clean villas, great food, fantastic beach and sea and amazing animation team who take care about your joy&fun all day long. We stayed already for the fourth time and there is no doubt we will return again. Thank you D
I had the pleasure of staying at Pirates Beach Club in Tekirova, and from the very beginning until the end of my holiday, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed, offering a perfect combination of nature, comfort, and activities for all ages. The cleanliness of the rooms, the variety of food, and the vibrant entertainment program made our vacation unforgettable. However, what truly made the difference was the exceptional service provided by the Guest Relations department. I would especially like to highlight Ayşenur, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. She was always available with a warm smile, ready to assist with any request. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made us feel valued and truly at home. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and Ayşenur is a true asset to the hotel. Thanks to her support and the hotel’s overall high standards, our family is already planning to return. Thanks for everything
Great Location, great buffet and service! Absolutely fantastic children animation: Limon is the best kids animator I have ever seen! Thank you so much for this unforgettable memories 💖
We stayed at this hotel in July and had a fantastic time. Everything was wonderful from the service to the atmosphere. My wife especially loved the activities and she was very impressed with the animator Elina who taught oriental dance classes with great energy and passion. Our vacation felt truly special and we would be happy to return. Highly recommended
Pirate's Beach Club in Tekirova is a nice relaxing place for holidays. It offers a qualitative service & the staff is very skilled, specially the guest manager Ayşenur that will make possible that everything goes smoothly. We spent a wonderful time!
The staff were amazing and you have free drinks and free meals all the time. The view of the beach is awesome and the guest manager Aysenur is the best!
Guzel tatildi Klima sorunu bur turlu cozulemedi
We had a great stay! The room was spotless – big thanks to Selvi Erdem for keeping everything so clean and comfortable. The animation team was fantastic and really made our experience enjoyable – special thanks to Anzhelika, Eline, Alexandr, Timur, and Kristina for their energy and dedication. The food was varied and offered something for everyone. There were some service timing and pricing issues. For example, the ice cream hours weren’t convenient 12-16h, and many of the extra services – such as photos, boat tours, and powder painting on paper – were quite expensive. Despite that, we’d still recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.
Late check-in. We had to wait for our rooms. Empty mini-bar. The mini-bar emtpy. When we asked for a bottle of water, they wanted us to come and take it, No free sunbed. All the sun loungers were kept occupied by spreading towels, and the hotel management did nothing about it.
I went there in 2023 and it was so good and now I’m gonna come back there in July 2025. I hope it will be good like last year like last year. Oh my God it was so good food amazing drinks amazing I give her a five star.
We came back home from this hotel last week, and still can't sort out my impressions. Kinda mixed feelings. Let's start... The room was really nice, it seems it has been renovated, the furniture was new, the bathroom was clean. Although it was a bit far away from the beach and the restaurant also, but we didn't mind walking because the hotel garden is really beautiful. It was on the ground floor so we couldn't really sit on the terrace because we had a feeling we are sitting outside by the pavements where people were passing by so maybe we didn't have much privacy. The room was cleaned every day, the sheets and towels were changed daily as well by a very nice lady. The beach is beautiful, wide, lots of space. The beach toilets were also clean. The sea was so clean and wonderful. Animation for children is very nice also, my son enjoyed spending time in mini club and in the evening in mini disco. Now the food...there is plenty of it, however it is a bit spicy...not sure what to say here, as my son and I both got stomachache the first day we arrived. We used probiotics until the end of the vacation to make sure we are fine. We couldn't really relax. So it was a nice holiday, but had a sense something was missing thus not 5 stars.

Mükemmel bir oteldi keyifli bir tatil yaşadık
I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel to anyone who isn’t Russian. About 98% of the guests are Russian, and many of them unfortunately behave quite rudely and lack basic manners – it feels like they’ve never experienced a proper environment. They give you strange looks if you speak any language other than Russian, as if they forget they’re in a foreign country and not in their beloved Russia. To be fair, the hotel grounds are beautiful, the bungalows are nice and fairly clean. However, the evening shows are mostly in Russian, which was disappointing. It was our first and definitely last time visiting Turkey. The area outside the hotel is terrible – locals try to scam you at every corner. Hotel staff rarely speak English; almost everyone communicates in Russian only. The food was good, but you get the feeling they’re watching you to see if you’re taking or eating too much, which is a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it’s an interesting experience, but I’d only rate it 4 out of 5. Also not all bars were working, didn’t see beach bar working, for spa you need to pay, boat need to pay , restaurant need to pay, many things you will need to pay extra. Pools are cold, slides just very sometimes working.
The Hotel is nice located at the beach Front. The facility is nice. Nice rooms with a little balconies. It's defenetly a great place for Kids. The rooms were clean!
The Hotel(and town) is made for russians. NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL AT ALL. - Just a few staff talked english. Most of them talked russian. - the Food is cold. Even after complaining it didn't change...but not sure if they understood us... - the tables in the Restaurant and Bar don't get cleaned. They're nasty and dirty. But no one seems to care.. - the beach towels are worn out and have holes in it. - the beach as well doesn't get cleaned. - the standart does get ruined by rude russians. Never ever again.
Russians made up 95% of the guests. And that reflected on the quality of the stay. Russians are very loud, messy, arrogant, and behave as if they own the world. The food was poor, it seemed to me like the kind of food that's commonly served in Russia, and it was mostly inedible. When I saw the sausages, cheeses, or scrambled eggs, I wondered how anyone could eat that. Besides, the food was often cold. They only served clean water in 200 ml bottled portions; it's hard to believe they couldn’t set up a dispenser so that everyone could refill (there was only one for overly sweetened sodas). The room was quite alright, although there were still some things that I couldn’t understand. Instead of a duvet or blanket, there were "towels" on the bed for covering. I can’t imagine how anyone can sleep under that. The hotel is mainly set up for children, so I don’t understand why every night at midnight, there was still loud music blasting throughout the hotel, making it impossible for adults, let alone children, to sleep. The hotel seems to place great importance on the disco, with music so loud during the day that it drove people away from the pool. Otherwise, the service didn’t meet expectations either. We waited half an hour to check out, but no one came, so we just took our things, left them a note, and headed to the airport. If you're not Russian or an ill-mannered brute, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
From the beginning the reception was very friendly, but we had to wait for our room to be ready for 7 hours, although they knew 1months before that we were coming. Next we went to restaurant that had plenty food and many choices but the quality was average and for some things very poor. Also you have to eat before 4 o’clock pm,because you will be hungry untill 6 pm. We went to a fish restaurant that is a la carte, extra payment and very poor food. The place is very beautiful, with beautiful garden edhe greens everywhere, thats the thing we loved the most. To play tennis you have to be lucky, because is near impossible to find tennis rackets. You can not play table tennis either, because the balls wont bounce 🤦🏼♂️. I have not seen archery anywhere that was very dissapointing, but i did shoot with airgun and played other sports. Beach is very good, overall clean and warm water. The big problem is that we could not get drinks, because the beach bar is not working, and we had to come all the way to pool bar, which is pretty far enough to break your comfortable. At the pool bar we did not get good service, and the barmen are negative people. That is very dissapointing knowing that we paid ultra all inclusive. At the vip pavilions on the beach,is extra payment but the service is very good and the barman named Halil is very polite and proffesional. The worst part of the hotel is the girl speaking on microphone who has the worst voice for this job,it is very annoying voice and she spoke to many times a day. Everyday my day was ruined in the morning when she started speaking!! If you are couple without kids,DO NOT COME HERE! I will never come here again.
We stayed 10 days in August and we loved the location. Right on the beach, beautiful settings, crystal clear sea, with pebbles, very clean. The pools are just a few steps away from the beach, which was perfect for us with two young kids, so that we could easily relocate throughout the day. We always found available loungers on the beach, but it was harder to find them on the pool side. Most of the times, we decided to occupy two loungers by the pool, and then just go for a swim in the sea, to then go back to the pool. Water shoes recommended. They sell them on-site as well. The place is well kept, and clean. The staff is constantly busy working, cleaning, gardening. The food was great for us who like trying different types of food. Lots of stews, different meat, grilled fish every day, carved meat, pastas, rice etc. lots of salads and desserts. It becomes repetitive after a while but I think that's expected. We often had lunch at the snack bar with sea view, it was lovely and breezy. My kids enjoyed the two slides available, the only problem is they are only open two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon, one slide at the time. The afternoon one was hard to manage as it was from 2-4pm and we usually tried to get back in the room to rest a bit. Also the thing I didn't quite like was that the pools were closing at 6pm. I think it's a bit early, and sometimes they invited people out at 5:45pm already. Only a small negative though as we always had plenty of sun and swim time throughout the day. Showers facilities available in several points as well. Kids club is alright but mainly Russian kids. They do speak English but because of so many Russians, that is basically the main language for all games. I do think the kids club animation staff are great though. They really work hard all day long. Lots of activities and games. Evening entertainment was quite good. There is an air-conditioned gym, with sea view as well, open from 7am, which I enjoyed using a few times, while the kids were still asleep. The rooms are nice but could be bigger and have more storage. They do not change the beddings very often and we often had to clean the sheets ourselves to get rid of sand. The top bunk bed was never made. They only made the double bed and the bottom bunk bed. The minibar fridge didn't cool much. They are in two-storey buildings, and each room as either a ground floor patio or a first floor balcony/veranda. The Aircon works really well and cools down fast. Ceiling fan also available. Not much English spoken, and we struggled in the snackbar where twice they didn't get out orders right. All in all, the positives outweigh the negative, and as I said in the title there is room for small improvements. We didn't mind them and it was perfect for our family needs. We would definitely go back.
The hygiene, service and hotel management is absolutely on point thanks to the hotel staff and especially the general manager Mehmet Kavuz. He welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. I would also like to thank the animators Sanzhik and Walid Houssaini who were very sweet and welcoming. They made my experience at this hotel unforgettable ❤️
We booked a week long holiday at the hotel with two children (8 and 7). We had high hopes for our stay but were often left underwhelmed. We had read previous reviews about the rudeness of other guests but remained hopefully optimistic it would be different for us. It wasn’t. English is not a commonly spoken language in the hotel. This isn’t a problem as such and we managed fine. However, we found that the rudeness displayed by other guests really tainted our stay. By the end of the week we were very ready to come home and actively avoided other guests. The kinds of behaviours I am talking about include: - Lack of consideration for other guests. - Pushing in front to get food or drinks first. - Walking in to others who happen to be in their way. - No apologises given when you get walked in to. - Not sharing the inflatable rings to be used on the lazy river. This one was very difficult to watch. Adults were finishing their turn on the slide and walking past waiting children and taking another turn without sharing the inflatable ring. - One of my children being told to move off a chair because they wanted to sit down instead. I don’t want to attribute these behaviours to people from a particular country because that feels unfair and generalist. However, more could be done by the staff to ensure that everyone staying has the right to be treated properly and fairly. Without that, the culture of the hotel will remain poor. The food was ok. We were able to find something to eat each night but it did get repetitive. The room was ok. Clean enough and quiet. The pool areas were great for the children however finding space to sit is challenging. Often loungers are reserved for the whole day without anyone coming to use them at all. There was very much a scarcity mindset which meant other guests hoarded what they wanted, whether they used it or not. I would not return to this hotel.
Location. Nature, accomodation
Food
I liked the cleanliness and excellent treatment from the resort staff
every thing is good at pirates beach clup
The location, entertainment and the food was excellent.
The cleaning of the rooms was not sufficient. We have to call the reception 2 times two ask for hair conditioners/cottons etc
My mother crying on this hitel, bad so bad
The transaction is largely commercial and financial, with some employees using commercial tactics and evasions
We enjoyed our holiday very much there with my family. There are majorly guests from Russia unlike other facilities in Antalya the hotel represents Turkish culture and traditions very well. They aren't trying to be more slavic to entertain the guests from shows to the kitchen everything is very balanced. There are not many silly rules about hours and the limit of food or drinks in general things that would stress you in other hotels are away here. You just enjoy your holiday and there are many smiling helpful people working here. Everything was great👍🏻
animation team was great. hotel itself quite small, but very cozy, clean and comfortable. liked the saunas very much as well
water slides could work longer. hoped for sand beach, but there was many rocks. very often lack of places for dinner (outside), but fortunately staff cleaned and prepared very quickly after the others ended their dinner
The employees were super friendly. They speak so many languages, so it was fascinating. The territory was amazing. It is clean and green, with so many different plants. And they know how to spend time starting from something modern and going into Turkish stuff as well. The employees know how to work with children and do everything they can. And the food... it was so delicious!
Cleaning. I think it could be done a bit more thoroughly in a shower
In general stay in the hotel was pretty good. Hotel consists of small houses, each of which has a few rooms. It is much more cozy than huge hotel building with hundreds of rooms. I stayed there in end of September. Water was surprisingly clean, blue and warm. It is also important to mention that 90% of visitors were there with small kids. Its is neither good nor bad, just worth taking into consideration.
1. Dishes and cutlery very often were slightly dirty. You need to check carefully when you take it 2. Staff in bar often puts their fingers in the drinks. That was nasty 3. Some of the beach towels were very worn out and had holes in them. Not a big deal, they were clean. But this is not acceptable for 5 star hotel 4. Beer was ok, but the rest of the alcohol was pretty bad. No brand, bad tasting, low quality alcohol. Even cocktails tasted bad 5. Food choice seems to be quite good, but a lot of dishes tasted not that great. They often use some oil or spices which spoiled the taste. Nevertheless for every meal I still was able to find variety of tasty food 6. Most of the rooms are located between two hotels disco areas. It might be hard to get a room where music with not disturb you during the night (till 2am) 7. Entertainment on the beach was too expensive (boats, trips, parasailing). This is not a hotel issue though
I loved some of the staff who, even though they did not speak English, were very sweet and very hard working! I loved meeting the animation team lady Elena (exceptionally lovely Russian lady) and the Tunisian animation guy. They were very sweet and kind people!.
It felt like the hotel was mainly for russian tourists and a lot of the russian ladies looked us up and down very rudely for no reason or maybe because they were racist as we are British Asian. I would not stay in this hotel again just because of the many rude russian guests. The other thing is the food was not labelled properly as they didn't specify which meat was it which was very annoying as we had to keep asking staff as we don't eat beef and some didn't know which meat and some gave us wrong information and some could not speak/understand English.
Helpful and friendly resort staff. Nice rooms, each with its own balcony. Housekeeping was good; our room had not been cleaned only one day during a week-long stay. Free bottled water was available everywhere on the property, and it was also brought to our room on a regular basis. Good variety of meals for breakfast lunch, and dinner; although I wish fruits and vegetables (tomatoes, and apples, for example) be more tasteful for that time of year. Watermelons and melons were really delicious on some days. So was the tuna fish served on one of the evenings. Wine offered in cafeteria and in the bar was mediocre. Beer reasonably good. The beach and the water were very clean and not excessively crowded. Perhaps, the non-smoking area could be larger as most of the smoking area was occupied by non-smokers, anyway, because the non-smoke are was filling up already early in the morning.
Overall, this place is a good choice for families with kids, maybe less so for those who prefer quite and relaxing vacation. The rooms located closer to the pool area and the lobby can be very loud because of various activities that last until midnight with no way to fell asleep before those activities end. Concrete floors outside of the rooms, the stairs, and railings could be washed on a more regular bases, as over time they get covered with stains. Also, the smoking areas can be located further away the rest of vacationers, especially considering that many come to this resort with their children.
We had a great time at Pirate’s! Everything was perfect and goed organised for families with children, swimming pools, beautiful green territory, crystal clear water in the sea, entertainment, friendly stuff (despite old reviews said that personal does not speak any languages - was absolutely no problem speaking English, entertainment also in English, Russian and German, yoga every morning in English), great choice of food, variable and tasty, also for kids. We were 100% happy with everything. Thank you!
Not a min point for the hotel, but just for the info - stony beach (all Kemer aria). So don’t forget swimming shoes then is this problem is easily solved 😃 the water is beautiful colour en crystal clear though
Almost one third of the friendly and helpful staff understood either some English or some German. All of them spoke Russian or Turkish. Very rich food buffet.
Rather stony beach and entry into the sea. A nice (not signmarked) footpath leads in about 1 hr to the much better Phaselis beach (neither beach chairs nor taverna, hovewer).
Location, food, And staff
Mini bar
- The location is good. Green, clean although with not a lot of a shadow - Sun loungers near the beach were available - Waiters at the restaurant and cleaning stuff really worked hard - there was a kid's buffet, kids club and kid's playground - ice cream was perfect - clean beach - our room was quiet - tennis and ping pong were almost always available
- Some aspects left an impression that there are too much guests - not enough tables for the breakfast and dinner, crowds during the food pickup, not enough sunloungers near the pool (although this is due to the fact that many guests occupy the sunlounger with the towel for the whole day and just go, it would be great if the hotel does something about this) - food: although there was a lot of choice on the first sight, reality was a bit sadder. The majority of desserts was basically with the same taste - a lot of sugar. There were always 3+ macaroni "choices" - with different sauces. And one kind of sausage was basically everywhere - on breakfast it was sliced and it was in the pastry, on lunch and dinner it was grilled or mixed with macaroni and on the night snack it was on the grill. Fish had generally strange taste - Schedule of a food. From 10:30 till 12:00 you have no food options at all. From 16:00 to 18:30 you have no non-sweet options at all. From 21:00 to midnight you have no options at all. Ice cream is available 30 mins before the dinner and 2 hours after. Generally if you want your kid to eat good during the dinner, s(he) will get an ice cream in the best case closer to the end. And 90 minutes for lunch is just too few for a big occupancy - The hotel is russian-oriented. IDK, maybe for somebody it will be the plus, but not for Ukrainians. You hear russian music, you have russians everywhere. There were some tourists from German-speaking countries, but to my surprise the animation program was again mainly russian-speaking. Same for kids club. - Be aware that rooms 101-108 and 201-208 can be very loud. The disco finishes at 1 AM and it's quiet loud in such rooms. If you choose this hotel, rooms 500+ are generally much better, so I'd advise to ask about such rooms - The room service is split in two parts - minibar refreshments and cleaning. If you leave the room after 10 AM, cleaning will eventually get to you, but not minibar...
We loved the units like small house with a long alley in the middle. IT has 3 pools for children and 1 for adults but the beach is very close so we didn't need anything else. The water was clar, blue, not very cold. A Nice deck for water jumps. Friendly staff and helpfull, big rooms with big and Nice bathroom, the cleanup was made every 2 days(or when You asked for). The food is not very diversified but You can always find something good and new to try. Recomend the snack bar- gozleme and pita- very very delicious. The weather was perfect and we loved the morning moments from the beach- morning swimm&sunbath.
You must take care of the beach towels-we had some issues but there were resolved afterall. Sometimes it can be very crowded at eating hours(can find very hard a free table). In many moments you can feel like you are in other country(like Russia) than Turkey-it can make you feel ignored (they speak mostly Russian and music is almost from Russia). The entertaiment team can be more implicated in organising pool games or simply talking to guests (pool and beach too) like in other places we've been.
Very good and beautiful territory. A lot of various activities for adults and especially for kids. Amazing food. Beach and pool facilities are great.
I know that you can not expect from all inclusive hotel a good quality of alcohol drinks, but slightly better strong spirits would be bonus. Not the best cleaning personnel, do not understand Neither English, nor German or Russian. And since my Turkish is limited - was sometimes hard to understand each other.
Animation team was amazing, free diving in the pool, facilities very good, umbrellas and chair in the pool and beach comfortable, restaurant good quality food
anything
rooms, poolside, beach and restaurants all clean and tidy.
bars and restaurants work time could be increased
Everything was very good: staff, food, rooms, environment.
Dining area a bit cramped, or maybe just not well planned.
Very good hotel, nice well-kept outdoor area. Food was great, everything tasty, plenty of choice. Even though the weather was not ideal, it was a relaxing time, we used sauna and massage. Great beach (comparing to other beaches in Kemer villages), nice setup with pier and pontoon. Staff is helpful - we arrived at 7am and they check us in right away. Staff and animators spoke Russian, English and German.
This is mostly a hotel for people with children, so a lot of children noise. Also oriented to organised tourists groups, so they will try to sell you standard tours catching you outside sometimes. Otherwise, great vacation.
We loved the all-inclusive offer of meals and drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help and to make our stay comfortable. We as parents went on a couple of trips while our young adult children stayed at the resort. It was good to know they were safe and enjoyed their time. The animation team was brilliant at connecting with us and providing activities to be involved in like volleyball and karaoke. There were also families with young children but the resort is big enough that it didn't interfere with our peace. It was really good to have access to the sauna. The best thing was probably that the beach was so accessible and well maintained.
We liked everything. The music was sometimes a bit loud and repetitive but it was easy to step away into quieter areas.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. the food buffets had a good variety and selection, and good quality and taste. A special thanks to the guest relations team, especially Shaima, for looking after my wife and me and giving us a memorable stay. Definitely, recommend this to families with kids. Everyday there are lots of amazing programs and activities.
Fans in the room need to have the option of different speeds and the fridge didn’t cool as much.
my stay was memorable, even if I was alone and the resort was for families and kids, one staff specially was excellent , her name is seyma and she works in the lobby, she talked to me every time she saw me, she is excellent at her job despite her young age, I was impressed with her professionalism and dedication, she is also very kind and attentive to the guests. I wish her all the best . The food was delicious, many choices were available.
if you are a solo traveler you will be lonely and sometimes very bored, since all the activities are designed for families with kids. The wifi could be upgraded too.
this is our second time to go there best family hotel
nothing
