What I appreciated most was the active listening and responsiveness of the management. When a guest raises a concern, the team does not simply listen — they take it seriously and work to improve the situation in real time. For me, this is a true sign of leadership. A manager who is willing to accept guest feedback, acknowledge when something could have been better, and immediately take action deserves recognition. Bravo to the management team for this level of attention and professionalism. The hotel is also excellent for children. There are so many activities available, and the staff working with the children are extremely kind, caring, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can really feel their commitment to making the children happy and ensuring they have a memorable holiday. A special thank you to the entire Rixos Premium Tekirova team for their kindness, attention, professionalism, and especially their willingness to listen and continuously improve the guest experience.

Amazing hotel, especially for families. The kids’ club was fantastic — huge area and lots of activities, with the option to book private music, pottery and other classes. The hotel itself is beautiful, with plenty of facilities and a great choice of restaurants and bars. Service was excellent. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay — special thanks to Kuzey, Polina and the rest of the team. They really made us feel like kings!

Safety on the waterparks, ambulance was called for one of the adults on the kids ride, another time my kid ride matress accidentally bumped really bad to another kid

Endless fun for children aswell as catering to the adults. All the staff were so welcoming they made sure we were taken care of the whole holiday our toddler loved the Rixy kids club and water park we had WhatsApp updates on programmes available for the day,house keeping was consistent and very thorough.We had many options for food the restaurants were very easy to reserve. special thank you to shadi and zeki at guest relations they were ready to help with anything we needed booked and organised they went above and beyond we really appreciate how enjoyable you made our family holiday.

В целом отдых в Rixos Premium Tekirova оставил скорее приятные впечатления. Отель красивый, большая ухоженная территория, хороший пляж, много зелени и в целом приятная атмосфера для семейного отдыха. Особенно понравилось отношение к детям: детский клуб отличный, сотрудники очень внимательные и отзывчивые. Нашему ребёнку особенно нравилась игровая комната для малышей видно, что для детей здесь действительно стараются создать комфортные условия. Питание хорошее, выбор есть , алкоголь на 3ку , пиво только местное , персонал в большинстве случаев приветливый. Конечно, есть некоторые моменты по сервису, которые хотелось бы улучшить, но в целом отдых прошёл хорошо.

Из неприятного очень расстроила ситуация с забытыми вещами. За время отдыха мы несколько раз оставляли вещи и на пляже, и в других местах на территории отеля и, к сожалению, ни одна из них так и не нашлась и не была возвращена. Для отеля такого уровня это довольно странно и грустно. Хотелось бы, чтобы служба Lost & Found работала лучше, а найденные вещи действительно доходили до своих владельцев.

Мы приезжаем сюда не впервые и каждый раз получаем высший уровень комфорта, заботы и внимания. Мы очень благодарны за прекрасный отдых администрации отеля и самой прекрасной команде ассистентов - Полине, Сердару, Саше и многим другим, кто в очередной раз сделали наш отпуск незабываемым!

Наглые бармены, не было нормальных напитков и алкоголя. Ассортимент блюд не большой и не вкусно. В номере запах не приятный. Во время ужина весь отель пахнет жареным.

Прекрасная и разнообразная еда, сервис отличный, очень внимательное отношение к пожеланиям клиентов.Спасибо за прекрасный ежедневный сервис Полине, Ата, Кузею, Кораю и всей команде. Все кругом в мусоре. Сотрудники отеля постоянно ходят болтают по телефону, вместо того чтобы выполнять прямы обязанности. Весь пляж в мусоре. В море в воде плавает мусор очень много, видео не дает загрузить. Прожили одни сутки из семи, решили уехать. Управляющий отеля обещал вернуть всю сумму, однако про отмене через букинг, администрация отеля посчитала нужным удержать с нас средства за двое суток. Итого прожив одни сутки на мусорной свалке, мы заплатили за двое суток 200 тысяч рублей. Это очень хорошо демонстрирует клиентоориентированность и лояльность администрации отеля. Написал им письмо на электронную почту, так они даже не ответили. Питание в гостинице это отдельная история. Кругом мухи и тараканы. Еду бросают как свиньям, вот такое отношение к гостям.

Yediğimiz ve içtiğimiz her şey çok kaliteliydi. Odamızı ücretsiz olarak upgrade etmeleri de çok hoş bir jest oldu. Çalışanlarla ilgili hiçbir sorun yaşamadık; hepsi son derece ilgili, özenli ve güler yüzlüydü. Tekirova'nın denizi zaten çok güzel, plajı da oldukça başarılıydı. Soft içecekler ve biralar şişeyle servis ediliyor. Barlarda sunulan alkollü içecekler de bilinen kaliteli markalardı. Havuzlar ve odalar çok temizdi. Genel olarak hijyen konusunda otelin hiçbir yerinde herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşmadık.

Açık büfede Türk mutfağına ait lezzetlerin daha çeşitli olmasını beklerdim, en azından farklı günlerde farklı seçenekler sunulabilirdi. Aynı şekilde tercih ettiğimiz à la carte restoranın yemekleri lezzetliydi, ancak çeşit konusunda biraz zayıf kaldığını düşünüyorum. Servis konusunda ise şöyle bir durum vardı: Çalışanlar bazen üst üste birkaç kez ilgilenip bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını soruyorlardı, ancak sonrasında uzun süre ortalıkta görünmedikleri oluyordu. Bir de bizim için otelde çocuk sayısı oldukça fazlaydı. :)

Having visited Rixos Tekirova twice before, my family and I have always left thoroughly impressed by the service and the overall experience. Last year, an unfortunate incident left us hesitant about returning; however, after being personally assured by the resort team that they would do everything possible to make our next stay exceptional, we decided to give it another chance. We are so glad we did. The team went truly above and beyond, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank a few individuals in particular. Cansu Namdar - thank you for welcoming us so warmly and for embodying Rixos hospitality at its finest. And to our butlers, Polina (who is simply irreplaceable), Koray, and Ata - your dedication, attentiveness, and ability to resolve any query within minutes made our stay stress-free. The service at the main restaurants can be somewhat slow, but not a major issue

We just got back from Rixos Premium Tekirova. It was an amazing experience, especially with a kid. From the moment we entered the hotel until we checked out the service was perfect. We want to thank the teams who made everything smooth especially Tamerlan and Cem bey, Yagmur and Merve hanim from Guest Relations and Nidal bey from the reception team. The Rixos Premium Tekirova resort is a dream for families with pools, facilities and daily activities that kept our child happy all day. Huge thanks to Sherifa hanim as well. She organized kids shows and mini-discos that our child looked forward to every day. Seeing her energy, warmth and dedication to the kids was beautiful. A big thanks also goes to the Rixi Kids Club team for their great care and enthusiasm. Everyone was helpful, attentive and kind always going out of their way for us. Rixos Premium Tekirova won us over with its grounds, great food and world-class entertainment. We will definitely come back, to Rixos Premium Tekirova!

Идеальный отель для отдыха с детьми)Ребенку почти 5 лет, ходил в Рикси клаб,ему там очень нравилось. Персонал детского клуба всех помнит по имени, за всеми следят, очень все добрые и дети легко идут на контакт. В отеле все очень удобно устроено, общение через приложение и вотсап,если что надо - свежие полотенца,мини бар,приносят тут же. Один день не было горячей воды в номере,пришли все исправили - мы даже не заметили. Еда вкусная и разнообразная. Из ресторанов а ля карт понравился больше всего Турецкий и китайский. Сделали апгрейд номера, мы жили рядом с детским клубом)

Тут скорее маленький недочет: нам не повезло с погодой, было холодно, но мы все равно купались в подогреваемых бассейнах (их два: лягушатник и часть главного бассейна). Так вот хотелось бы, чтобы была возможность подогревать и детский аквапарк (он шикарный и дети там готовы были сидеть 24/7)

Если у Вас дети, однозначно надо ехать в этот отель. Они будут счастливы, а Вы сможете отдохнуть от них. Невероятный детский клуб - танцы, песни, робототехника, глина, рисование, деревообработка, инструментальная музыка, настольные игры, аквагрим, компьютерные игры, научная лаборатория, поделки из подручных материалов, скалолазанье, веровочный городок - невозможно перечислить всех детских радостей. Сотрудники работающие с детьми - чудесны. Сыну не нужен был не бассейн, ни аквапарк, ни море. Достойное питание, отличные коктейли, шикарная территория. Особая любовь ресторан Mandarin - очень вкусно и аутентично.

1.Уборка номеров - не очень чистые полы - когда есть дети и они закатывают машинки взакрытые углы, мы видим больше, чем хотелось бы. 2. Бармены не знают свою же коктейльную карту - несколько раз столкнулись с этим и один и тот же коктейль готовят по разному. Возможно это связано с частой сменой персонала. Но радует то, что даже если бармен не знал рецепт коктейля указанного в карте бара, он шел выяснял рецемт и готовил его.

Kiidan ekstra Temerlam Maharramovi, sest meie eelmisel hotellikülastusel 2025 aasta novembris oli samuti Temerlan meile igati abiks ja tegi meie hotellisviibimise eriti mugavaks. Kindlasti tuleme tagasi!

Wifi võiks parem olla. Ja mõningased remonttööd tubades ja välisrajatistel võiks olla korrektsemad, kuna tegu ikkagi 5* hotelliga.

We stayed from April 22 to April 29 and had a truly wonderful experience. It was our first time visiting in the early season, and we absolutely enjoyed it — the weather, the atmosphere, and the more relaxed vibe made the holiday very special. Everything was excellent: the food was outstanding, drinks were top quality, service was impeccable, and all the à la carte restaurants were perfect. A special mention to Rixy Kids Club — an absolutely fantastic place for children. The variety of activities is impressive: robotics, art, dance, ceramics and so much more. It’s not just a kids club, but a creative and inspiring space where children are genuinely engaged and happy. Our child loved it! A very special thank you to Anastasia from sports activities — sending you hugs and our gratitude for your energy and warmth! Also many thanks to Polina and Koray, our assistants, for all their help, care and attention throughout the stay. Your support made us feel truly looked after. Rixos Premium Tekirova exceeded our expectations, and this early season experience convinced us we would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Очень понравился детский клуб. Шикарные тренировки для взрослых. Лебеди, утки/котики. Хороший воздух и виды.

Плохое питание в главном ресторане ежедневно даже если сравнивать с другими отелями данной сети. Мало и невкусно. Клубника в сезон появилась один раз за 10 дней, хватило человек на 5.

Sınırsız çeşit, her şey taze ve iyi bir personelle yönetiliyor. Personelin sık değişmediği aşikar geçen sene de aynı kişiler vardı. Taze börek gözünüzün önünde açılıyor. Pişi, waffle, kruvasan sandwich olarak size özel hazırlanıyor. Sadece fıstık ezmesi bulamadım onu not düşebilirim.

Yaşanan ufak tefek akasaklıkların tamamı çok hızlı bir iletişim ağı ile çözülüyor. Çok fazla şikayetçi olabileceğim bir şey yaşamadık ancak erken sezon dönemleri için çocuk aqua parkında ısıtmalı su olsa iyi bir iyileştirme olabilir diye düşünüyorum.

The main restaurant have a buffet tables for breakfast,lunch and dinner,so plenty of food to choose. Ala carte restaurant have their own menus, and excellent food.

I have travelled around the world,if hotel is next to sea,lake,or river, they have information how to go fishing. If the hotel don’t have own boats, they have information what you need and where to get it, not this hotel.

Çalışanlar gerçekten çok saygılı ve çok güler yüzlüydü. Odalar gayet temizdi. Yemekler lezzetliydi.

Rixos isminin tam karşılığını vermiyor. İnsan Rixos’a gidince daha iyisini bekliyor yaz mevsiminde eminim çok daha fazla aktivite ve seçenek vardır ama daha öncede bu kalitede bir çok otelde konakladık ama bu standartta bir otelin daha fazla olanaklarının olmasını beklerdim. Eminim önümüzdeki yıllarda kış konseptinide geliştireceklerdir. En azından biraz aktivite türk misafirlere yönelik canlı müzik mesela Türkiye deyken kendimi rusya daymış gibi hissetmek bana tuhaf geliyor. Yemekler lezzetli ama a la carte Restaurant lar vasat. Pastanede seçenek çok az ve sürekli aynı. Çoçuk klübü çok iyi. Fiyat performans iyi bu mevsim için. Aquapark sular buz gibi ısıtma şart. 24 saat açık restorant ta seçenek çok az. Tekrar gidermiyiz sorusuna evet gideriz ama biz gidene kadar eminim bu söylediklerim dikkate alınmış olur

As a guest at a premium 5-star hotel, I have certain expectations regarding service and professionalism, which were unfortunately not met during my recent stay. Due to a clear oversight by the staff, we were unable to dine at the à la carte restaurant. What was more disappointing than the error itself was the management's reaction; there was no genuine attempt to rectify the situation or offer a viable solution to the problem. In a luxury establishment, such a lack of accountability and proactivity is unacceptable. Superior service should be the standard, but in this instance, the guest experience was completely disregarded.

В отеле было всё прекрасно. Расположение отличное. Часто возвращаемся в этот отель. При заселение дали двухкомнатный номер , с новым интерьером и свежим ремонтом. За что отдельное спасибо!!! Корай и Полина всегда были на связи и быстро реагировали на все просьбы, молодцы)))

What an amazing and wonderful time we spent here for a week. All the staff from restaurant to Cafe to cleaning staff , to the brand new and well equiped Rixy kids club and open bar area was simply amazing and all thr staff always had a smile on their faces. Such a hard working and pleasant staff. Beside our two dedicated holiday assistants ,Yagmur and Merva made our stay so much comfortable with their within mins response and taking care of any bookings or other support by simply a whatsapp dedicated group message. The Lumin AI assistant was an additonal great support and amazingly always upto date for daily activities. Ramzan and Vidat in Torquoise restaurant were so helpful and ensured the kids are happy. The All inclusive concept at this resort is at a different level and they have spread it so nicely all across the resort that something is always available for food, snacks, ice cream, coffee and alot more. They have excellent activities daily both for adults and kids, we loved the mountain bike around the mountain and fields with good quality bikes. The beach was clean and well maintained. Excellent value for money. All the credit goes to the hard working staff who work tirelessly to make everyone happy. Highly recommended, an excellent well maintained resort. Don't forget to go to Olympus which is mins away from the resort and in few mins you can enjoy snow and ice from the warm Mediterranean sea, sea to sky in mins.

Kids Club- the program, staff and cleanliness! Ice cream in patisserie, Starbucks (even tho there was a long queue all day), the beach beds and a modern gym. Flexible hours to swim in the pool. Sports bar had a great choice of drinks. Breakfast was really nice as well, a lot of healthy options for all of the meals. We had a great server in turquoise restaurant, I believe his name was vedat🙏🏼

We noticed that the staff worked really long shifts and unfortunately some of them seemed and looked tired and/ or stressed. I wished it was more happy vibes, smiling and greeting each other! No matter department😇 It would also be better if all of the staff in general had a little bit more English knowledge to communicate even better. For instance, some lady approach me in the kids club to research what I liked about the hotel- but she did not speak any English and needed another employee to translate.

Мы отдыхаем в Rixos Tekirova уже второй раз, поэтому впечатления основаны на сравнении и личном опыте. Первый визит В прошлый раз нас заселили в номер с видом на соседний отель. К сожалению, под окнами постоянно работали очень шумные кондиционеры — открыть дверь или нормально отдохнуть было невозможно. Это был существенный минус, который тогда немного испортил общее впечатление. Второй визит (текущий отдых) В этот раз номер был с красивым видом на море, действительно приятный и живописный. Но, к сожалению, спокойного отдыха всё равно не получилось. Несколько ночей подряд нам не давали нормально спать: • внизу, в баре, постоянно таскали стулья, шум был очень громкий и отчётливо слышен в номере; • в отель заехала очень большая компания с синими бейджами (насколько мы поняли, связанная с продажей витаминов). Эта компания все дни и особенно по ночам очень шумно отдыхала: громко разговаривали и смеялись в коридорах, ходили друг к другу, стучали в двери. Отдельно хочется отметить, что двери в номерах сделаны крайне неудачно — при каждом закрывании хлопок разносится на весь коридор. При этом слышимость в отеле очень высокая, стены тонкие, слышно абсолютно всё со всех сторон. Это серьёзно влияет на качество сна и отдыха. Уборка Уборка в номере была очень слабой, не соответствующей уровню и статусу отеля такого класса. Ресторан (основной) В общем ресторане сложилось впечатление, что большинство официантов работают без особого интереса — как будто «стоя спят». При этом хочется отдельно поблагодарить официанта Sinan — очень милый, вежливый и внимательный молодой человек, который действительно старается и выделяется на фоне остальных. Персонал • На ресепшене сотрудник Mevjit показался немного высокомерным в общении. • В баре официант Sezim также могла бы быть чуть более доброжелательной — иногда создаётся ощущение, что персоналу стоит «спуститься на землю» и помнить, что гости приезжают за отдыхом. При этом стоит отметить, что год назад сервис был заметно лучше.

Мой любимый отель😍высокий уровень обслуживания, отличный кидс-клуб, вкусная еда, прекрасные пляжи, номера и виды… это 🫶 Горные велосипеды, утром на сапах в море 🥰флай йога 🧘‍♀️ Всё на самом высоком уровне. атмосфера в которую всегда хочется возвращаться. Хочу поблагодарить весь персонал и особенно Nisa, Koray, Hanna и Anastasia.

I had a wonderful experience at Rixos Premium Tekirova. The Guest Relations Department, led by Mr. Tamerlan, together with his team members Kaan and Yağmur, were extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm approach and dedication made my stay truly comfortable and memorable. I would also like to highlight the Spa section, where I had one of the best massage experiences thanks to Ayu. She is highly skilled, professional, and creates a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel completely renewed. Overall, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay exceptional. I sincerely thank the whole team and highly recommend Rixos Premium Tekirova to everyone.

The room. Steam and sauna and massage was amazing

Almost everything was closed during winter including kids rixos play area which we were looking forward to using. So the kids only had the tiny kids club to go to which they got bored of as it's just a room with few activities. There was no playground for them to play in as it was closed during winter

Очень хорошее расположение отеля, с шикарным видом на гору Олимпос и море. Красивая ухоженная территория, вековые сосны и эвкалипты, много цветов. Маленькая швейцария на берегу Средиземного моря При заселении был подарок от отелы - номер в видом на море. Очень приветливый персонал, любая просьба выполнялась моментально. На ужин в номер приносили фрукты, это было так приятно))) На день рождения номер украсили шарами, от персонала отеля был торт. Впечатление - не забываемые!!

magnifique et vaste terrain d'hôtell entrée gratuite au parc Land of Legends

Nous avons fêté la Nouvelle Année, et il n'y avait quasiment aucune animation ; c'était très ennuyeux. Il n'y a même pas eu de spectacle pour la Nouvelle Année. Le service clientèle était déplorable. Nous avons séjourné dans d'autres hôtels turcs, moins chers, en hiver, et les animations étaient bien meilleures. Nous avions de grandes attentes concernant la chaîne Rixos, mais elles ont été totalement déçues.

Beautiful location of the hotel, located close to the cliffs and immediate access to the beach. Overall, some parts of the hotel were still closed, due to the season, but the open areas were nice and relaxing.

The hotel is a bit old, thus, some parts are slightly worn-off, but not a deal breaker.

Зимой большинство ресторанов закрыто, в основном ресторане, где шведский стол, еда однообразная. Кофе в ресторане пить невозможно, в баре и в Starbucks на пляже немного лучше (но это упрощенная версия Starbucks). Едиственный открытый ресторан не удалось забронировать ни разу за 5 дней - то приложение вообще не работает, то не дает выбрать никакую дату, кроме сегодняшней, которая уже полностью занята. Еды для маленького ребенка в основном ресторане почти нет, как и развлечений. В номере нужен небольшой косметический ремонт - все розетки расшатаны, вода в душе уходит медленно. Скорее всего, в зимний сезон многие места на реконструкции - но неплохо бы было об этом сообщать заранее перед бронированием.

Нет разнообразия в блюдах. Нас поселили с видом на бассейны, было шумновато. Я просила заранее номер с видом на горы, так как у нас маленький ребенок.

It was a lot of construction works going on on the territory, prob because it was winter season

The hotel is beautifully surrounded by orange trees and forests, making it a perfect base for hiking, especially trips to Phaselis. The food was generally good, even though we visited during the winter season.

The staff could be more communicative and proactive with guests. The desserts and cakes were rather disappointing and lacked flavor. It would also be great if the hotel offered bike rentals, as the surroundings are ideal for cycling.
