Понравилось практически все! Очень красивая, ухоженная, зеленая территория, разумный подход к размещению корпусов и активностей. Подходит и тем, кто любит активный отдых с анимацией, спортивными играми и т.д., и тем кто хочет тишины и умиротворения. Очень вкусная и разнообразная кухня, всем всего всегда хватало (еды прям очень много🙂). Хорошие бассейны и пляж.

Единственное над чем бы поработать - это уборка номеров.

The beach was amazing, and the swimming pools were great and warm.

The hotel itself is a bit old. Would be nice to have a little refresh. Not enough food variety; we ended up eating the same things all vacation. Mexican and asian restaurants experience was so bad. Better not book them and have dinner at the main one.

All was good

The territory is beautiful and the sea water is clean, but that is pretty much where the positives end.

It was a last minute decision so we did not have many options. So we stayed at Martı Myra Resort for two nights, three people in one room, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The food was mediocre. Most of it was repetitive and not very tasty — nothing that you would expect from a 5-star all-inclusive resort. Housekeeping was especially poor. Our room was prepared for only two people instead of three, and we had to call several times just to get enough towels and basic supplies. During our entire two-night stay, additional supplies were never brought unless we specifically called and asked. The minibar was never restocked at all. It honestly felt like nobody was actually taking care of the room — the floors were cleaned, and that was basically it. The service overall was cold and unfriendly. Guest Relations people. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were bothering them. The information about the à la carte restaurants was also unclear. Some are only included for guests staying 5–6 nights or more, while others require an additional payment. This was not stated when booking. Before writing this review, I read many of the negative reviews, and what stood out to me was how similar they all were. Guests repeatedly complained about the same things: food, service, housekeeping and cleanliness. It looks like management responds to these reviews, often explaining or defending the situation, but the fact that the same complaints keep appearing shows that the underlying problems have not actually been addressed. Overall, the resort gives the impression that they are trying to cut costs wherever possible, and unfortunately, it shows in the food, service and overall guest experience.

Personel son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Misafirlerin memnuniyeti için ellerinden geleni yapıyor, iyi hizmet sunmak için gerçekten çaba gösteriyorlar. Otelin doğası ise harika; yemyeşil, huzurlu ve keyifli bir atmosfere sahip.

Otelin odasında maalesef kanalizasyon kokusu vardı ve giriş katta olması nedeniyle konfor açısından beklentimizi karşılamadı. Odada hava temizleme cihazı bulunmasına rağmen, otelin eski yapısından kaynaklanan ağır hava ve koku odalarda oldukça belirgin şekilde hissediliyor. Odalar genel olarak eski; yapılan yenileme ve iyileştirmelerin yetersiz kaldığını, daha kapsamlı bir renovasyona ihtiyaç olduğunu düşünüyorum. Çalışanlar ise son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Ancak otelin yoğunluğuna göre personel sayısının yetersiz kaldığı ve bu nedenle hizmetin zaman zaman aksadığı hissediliyor.

Very bad coffe including those prepared by barista at bar, smell in the bathroom(at first floor, don't want to think at ground floor ), not to much staff, need more to hire...sea with rocks at entrance..not enoygh parking places, the steakhouse evening was not so good..steak almost hard as a rock..they change it with something else.

The hotel's location was good, which is of course largely due to Antalya being a beautiful city. However, the moment we entered the room, we were disappointed. Despite checking in four hours after the official check-in time, the room had not been properly cleaned, and there were food leftovers from the previous guests. Although we had requested a double bed, there were two separate single beds in the room. We were told this would be corrected, but unfortunately, it was never resolved. The situation with the food was similar. It was disappointing to see that a dish such as grilled meat could run out just one hour after the start of the meal service. Overall, the food was honestly not very tasty. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool, the overall ambience, and especially the beach club had a really nice view and atmosphere. Overall, I would rate this hotel 6 out of 10. Keep these points in mind when making your travel plans

1. Как уже в отзывах упоминали, уборка номеров плохая. За неделю в номере убрали 2 раза, к сожалению. В целом и на это можно прикрыть глаза, но невозможно не убирать ванную комнату, где моются несколько раз в день 3 человека, туалетную бумагу не дополняли, полотенца не меняли, полотенце под ноги не меняли так же 🫣 в конце поездки я писала в отель, ответа, конечно, не последовало. В конце уже просто сами себе организовали смену полотенец. Парадокс нашего времени - в отеле с 10 утра льется алкоголь рекой, а обеспечить кондиционером для волос и шампунь - не получается. За шампунем бегали, кондиционер не донесли ни разу. Да и кондиционер ужасного качества. 2. По мне так достаточно грязная обеденная зона, под столами такое ощущение, что полы не подметают вообще. Очень грязный пирс, утром проходишь - как в свинарник, его вообще подметают ? 3. Подушки не очень удобные. 4. Мы хотели доплатить за позднее выселение, 10 евро в час, нам предложили выехать, оплатить 40 евро за 4 часа, и въехать в новый номер на эти 4 часа. Схема мне непонятная - в чем смысл доплаты, если нужно все равно спешить собраться и выехать во время. В такую жару еще и переездом в другой номер заниматься. В итоге - мы отказались.

Pokoj Premium Deluxe vůbec nebyl ani Delux, ani Premium - nefungovalo WC, ze sprchy vytékala voda, roztrhané zaprané ručníky, ošuntělý a špinavý nábytek, nefungovala lednička, po páté výměně lednice už jsme to vzdali…ubytování, ani čistota v jídelně, recepci, výtazích a toaletách se nedá považovat za pětihvězdičkový hotel, snad ani za tříhvězdičkový…za 144 tisíc pro 4 osoby/7 dní velké zklamání a rozezlení

Очень приветливый персонал, очень отзывчивый. У нас случилось чп, персонал быстро среагировал и сделал все на высшем уровне, даже бесплатно подарил ресторан а ла карт. Территория супер зеленая, всё везде чисто, интернет хорошо работает по всей территории.

Некоторые дни были не очень в плане центральной столовой, народу много, еда быстро кончалось. В целом не плохо но надо над центральным рестораном по работать немного.

При уборке в номере два дня подряд не меняли полотенца и не пополняли шампуни / гели. Нет мест в помещении столовой с кондерами - ели в основном на улице, где было жарковато (но терпимо).

The location in front of the beach is nice. The internal part of the rooms is fairly good.

There was a disproportionate amount of crowd all the time and everywhere. Dinners and breakfast is such a difficult and tiring experience due to the masses of people difficulty to get hold of a table and queues. Similarly quality of food is not that good and it gives the impression of a massive ambiance rather than a relaxing vacation. The premises are extremely tired and not that clean. Too noisy at all times. Staff is equally less polite as they are all overworked. And quality of service is at the best medium.

Не работал пульт от телевизора. Пришёл мастер, но так и не сделал. Не переключались каналы.

Расположении и природа. Территория отеля. Хорошие няни, официантки, бармены, уборщики, аниматоры, спорт тренеры.

Русскоговорящие азиаты с рецепции. По три раза нужно напоминать и проблеме. Заселили позже обещаного. Ответственность перекидывают на своих коллег. Не пытаются помочь. А по выезду просят чтобы им поставили высшие оценки. Еда для нас европейцев, немного не подходит. Много запахов курдюка и турецких специй. Как на меня это на любителя.

1. Room cleanliness and housekeeping: Unfortunately, the cleanliness and housekeeping service in our rooms did not match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. We were a large family of ten people staying in four rooms, and we repeatedly experienced problems with room cleanliness, a lack of towels, towels not being replaced, and even a lack of toilet paper. We had to complain several times and, on some occasions, even look for towels ourselves. This was frustrating. However, we were pleased that these issues improved towards the end of our stay. 2. Not enough indoor seating in the restaurant: During the hot season, eating outside was difficult for us, especially as we were traveling with young children and elderly parents. There were not enough tables available inside for our family of ten to sit together and enjoy our meals. Last year, there was an additional area with tables, which made it much easier for a large family to find a place and eat together. We really missed having that option this year. At busy times, many guests were standing in the hall waiting for a table to become available, which made the dining experience feel crowded and less relaxing. 3. A suggestion: kids’ disco timing and location: It would be great if the kids’ disco could start a little earlier, as 9:00 p.m. is quite late for younger children, and perhaps be held in an area closer to the restaurant so parents can enjoy their meal while the children have fun.

We liked the hotel grounds, it was all full of greenery. Food was quite nice. Not an "ultra all inclusive" level in terms of drinks selection, yet we didn't needed that anyway.

Our room was dated with wallpaper peeling off, looked depressing. Wasn't a huge deal for us, and we knew from other reviews that something like that could happen.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Marti Myra und waren mit unserem Urlaub sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war wirklich top und auch die Animation hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Ayten an der Rezeption – sie war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man hat sich bei ihr sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür! ❤️ Auch Yiğit haben wir sehr ins Herz geschlossen. Er war super lieb und hat unseren Aufenthalt mit seiner sympathischen Art noch schöner gemacht. 😊 Abgesehen davon war alles top und wir würden das Marti Myra insgesamt weiterempfehlen. Besonders das freundliche Personal, das leckere Essen und die tolle Animation sind uns positiv in Erinnerung geblieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 🌴☀️

Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt war die Zimmerreinigung. Unser Zimmer wurde leider nicht regelmäßig bzw. nicht gründlich genug aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht. Hier hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht.

Beautiful place you feel you’re in the forest. Ayten made our check in quick and smooth. Exceptional service. Aray and Jaina guest relations were helping and updating us during all stay helping with restaurants and everything else 🫶🏻 Aliya from housekeeping was always making sure our room is clean and we have everything we need. Bagus coffee is the best.

Too crowded main restaurant. Not quality but quantity. Even A La Cart fish restaurant 30€ per person brought us raw chicken and cut salads. Lobby Bar too busy and only 1 person there to assist. Towels in the room it’s very rare option not possible to get even when you call 5 times to as for it.

Прекрасный отель для среднего сегмента. Очень соответствует цене. Еда отличная! Достаточно мест, лежаков, бассейнов и мест на берегу для отдыха. Персонал делает все возможное, что бы удовлетворить вас. Много разных уютных ресторанов. Аниматоры не плохие. Особенная благодарность Айтен ханум, в ресепшене. Прекрасная приветливая, внимательная, добрая дама. Сделала все, что бы мы уехали из Анталии с улыбкой на лице. Приедем еще раз, обязательно! Очень советую!

L’emplacement naturel de l’hôtel.

Un établissement qui ne répond pas au rapport qualité prix. C’est vrais que c’est une période haute saison le mois d’août mais pas ce niveau d’incompétence professionnel. Le Personnel dans les les cafés et bars restaurants analphabètes trilingue. Il faut parler turc ou russe, l’anglais inexistant, ils vous sert d’une manière antipathique on dirait qu’ils vous rendent service. Les buffets tout les jours 70% légumes, 20% la viande de dinde. 10% viande rouge. Le système eco buffet. Et le mot magique dans un 5 étoiles qui ne dois pas exister c’est ( IL NOUS RESTE PLUS ) c’est grave!!!!! Les glaçons, les jus de fruits, les glaces pour les enfants quantité limitée et de très mauvaise qualité… Un hôtel que je classe dans la lettre C dans la catégorie des 5 étoiles. J’ai réservé chambre familiale deluxe, on nous à loger dans une chambre familiale mais pas du tout deluxe, très vétuste( meubles cassés, moquette très abimé, salle de bain dans un état de décomposition ) bref la cata. Présence d’insectes de toutes les espèces ( volantes, grimpantes, piquantes ) présente même au buffet et restaurant.

Второй год подряд делает наш отдых максимально комфортным. Если вы это читаете - 🫶🏻 - также хочется отметить работу Yusuf. Один из немногих барменов с жилкой виртуоза Я очень рекомендую вам сделать больше ароматных клумб. Как та, что у вас с розмарином и шалфеем, от них прекрасный запах вечером

- я забыла свою рубашку на обеде в день приезда, больше я ее не видела - уборка номеров. Она была в разное время, в первый день на нас налипло много чужих волос по номеру, уносили стаканы и халаты, после чего не приносили замену - вечером и до утра появляется запах застоявшейся воды в трубах - пожалуйста, какой год у вас проблемы с мухами! - сервис в ресторане упал. Нам ни разу не предложили напитки как было раньше, да и в целом столы убирались медленно

Качество питания и чистота в столовой требует особого внимания, постельное белье и полотенце были дырявые изношенные, за 5 дней проживание ни разу не поменяли постельное белье. В номере гуляли черные пауки и другие живности.

Very nice hotel and the room very comfortable Big thanks for[ ayten ]she was very helpful and very friendly

The hotel was very crowded during the high season, with mostly Russian guests. The facilities were generally good, and the evening shows and live music performances were enjoyable. We really liked the gym and the variety of fitness classes, including yoga, sound healing, boxing, and others. The trainers were excellent, and Marti Sports Academy has a very good schedule. Tennis courts are also available for an additional fee. Baharat Bazaar and Casa Mexicana restaurants were particularly good and worth trying.

The open buffet was decent, although the main courses were quite repetitive from day to day, while the side dishes offered more variety. Unfortunately, housekeeping was the biggest disappointment of our stay. On the second day, we requested room cleaning, but when we returned, only the bedsheets had been changed. The towels were not replaced, bathroom amenities and minibar items were not replenished, and the floor had not been vacuumed. After contacting reception, they brought towels, but one of them was dirty, so we had to request clean ones again. We also had to call again regarding the missing minibar items, which were eventually left outside our door. They offered to do a deep cleaning the following day, but by that point we preferred not to have housekeeping enter the room and instead asked them to provide clean towels and other essentials daily when needed. This was by far the most disappointing part of our stay. As an apology, the hotel offered us an additional dinner at one of their à la carte restaurants. Transfer and taxi prices were also quite high.

Un petit soucis au début mais résolu très vite avec les responsables Jale,Burcu, Araylin. Un grand merci à eux pour leurs professionnalisme. Personnels très polis.

Сервис за год сильно изменился в худшую сторону персонал не приятный обслуживание плохо.

Отель в целом нам понравился. Территория шикарная. Звуки природы, воздух, пляж, море. Номер просторный, вид из номера на соседние корпуса и деревья, красиво и гармонично. В номере очень удобная кровать - это огромный плюс для нас. Шведский стол разнообразный, еды много, на любой вкус и диету. Мест всем достаточно и на пляже и у бассейна и в ресторане. Персонал приветливый. Шоу красивые по вечерам.

Есть минусы с которыми отелю надо поработать. Полотенца, о них многие пишут, значит это не только нам не повезло, а является проблемой отеля. Уважаемые менеджеры отеля, решите этот вопрос, в отелях с любым количеством звезд не может быть проблем с базовыми предметами. Мы три для мылись без полотенец в номере, на наши просьбы принести нам полотенца нам всегда отвечали - принесут и не делали этого. Нам пришлось брать полотенца с пляжа.

Hotel très sympas, propre, dans un environnement verdoyant un vrai village. Calme la nuit. On n’entend pas le bruit des animations. Le nourriture la cuisine était varié, tout le monde peut trouver son bonheur, matin midi gouter et soir et meme la nuit, Les animations également était sympas amusant Notre chambre était très bien situé. Proche mer piscine restaurant etc… L’idee du qr code pour les demandes et aussi tres bien, Merci à tous, particulièrement je souhaite remercier Yahya au pavillon que nous avons loué, qui s’est très bien occupé de nous, à Sam et son équipe au spa et l’équipe de water sports (hüseyin, akın, Semih…) je leurs souhaite à tous une bonne continuation dans leur vie.

Beaucoup Trop d’attente pour le diner, pas trop d’organisation pour le service de table. Il manque toujours des choses dans les chambres qui ne sont pas renouvelés, Pour l’activité sportive, il ne parlait pas la langue turque donc j’ai fait du yoga sans comprendre (à mon avis le prof doit avoir appris plusieurs langues ce serait mieux)

I like the hotel, stuff are so friendly we went for our honeymoon, green and blue very good combination such a nice environment. thank very much for for Aray Murat Arailym hat giving a warm welcome and meeting our needs during our honeymoon

A lot of big stones in the sea we couldn’t swing properly. If you want beach holiday I don’t recommend it. Hotel drinks are very bad. Coffee and soft drinks are not tasty at all.

Je garde un excellent souvenir de cet hôtel, du personnel, des animateurs, de l’environnement et de l’atmosphère… beaucoup de belles choses qui me donnent envie d’y retourner.

Qu’on ne m’accorde pas un lunch box pour une sortie extérieur que j’ai réservé par un agent de l’hôtel et où je devais attendre à 7h devant l’hôtel, bien que le transporteur est arrivé à 7h30. Avoir été réveillé une nuit à 1h30 par un technicien qui prétendait qu’il y avait un problème d’électricité .

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was amazing, and our room was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. A special thank you to Ayten, the Head of Reception, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She made sure we got a fantastic room and made our stay even more special. The food was also delicious. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended& we definitely go back to this hotel!

Очень грязно в комнате, сервис, еда, грязное постельное белье, грязные полотенца, грязная посуда По приезде на ресепшене был один работник, постояв в очереди нас зарегистрировали, выдали карточки, заселили. Как оказалось, у нас был номер с более новым ремонтом. Не смотря на это, там был ковер, который, такое ощущение, никогда не пылесосили, затем мы заметили волосы на постельном белье и красные пятна. Я позвонила на ресепшен сразу же, мне сказали, что обязательно сейчас кого-нибудь пришлют. В это врем мы пошли на ужин, нам забыли надеть браслеты при регистрации и отправили нас обратно на стойку ресепшена, там же я уточнила, назначили ли они кого-то к нам прийти убраться, мне сказали работник уже там. На ужине сразу разочаровала еда, в ресторане очень душно, из-за чего вся еда выглядит уставшей, арбуз вареный, бОльшая часть блюд находится на улице, где ситуация ещё хуже. Разнообразия не было. Одно какое-нибудь адекватное горячее, за которым огромная очередь. Я часто летаю в Турцию, знаю что это проблема многих отелей, но таких очередей я не видела никогда. Еда в целом невкусная, даже картошка фри и подобные стандартные блюда. Более того, огромное количество посуды грязная. Прямо сильно грязная, порой тарелку невозможно выбрать из всей стопки. Колу наливают в грязные стаканы, где остатки апельсинного сока и тд, пришлось всегда просить наливать в пластиковые стаканчики. В первый вечер когда мы вернулись после ужина никто конечно в комнате не убрался. Я опять стала звонить на ресепшен, сказали ничего уже сделать не могут, поздно, время было 21.00. После ругани, отправили человека, он пропылесосил, поменял постельное белье, было уже без волос но с пятнами. Такое первое впечатление Полотенца пляжные были очень грязные, пятна, бывало на них что-то прилипшее, то что можно отодрать приложив минимальные усилия. Коктейли невкусные, можно пить только чистый алкоголь Сервис в принципе нулевой, анимация никакая, каждое утро скидывают неактуальное расписание.

Замечательный отель, прекрасное море, вековые сосны, анимация, все очень понравилось! Персонал очень доброжелательный. Жайна была с нами постоянно на связи, все вопросы решались быстро. Спасибо большое за прекрасный отдых!❤️

Z 90% ruska klientela, vsude na mne personal mluvil rusky, anglicky moc neumeli. Bary a spolecna zarizeni uz neco pamatuji, lehatka plastova stara, u par drevenych odpadavaji kolecka,…, plaz neupravena (jine hotely vedle mely navezeny pisek a kazde rano upravene). Zadna alternativni strava (zadne ovesne/sojove mleko,…). 5* to neni, max 4, kdyz primhourim oko.

Вже вдруге відпочиваю в цьому готелі і сподіваюсь не востаннє. Подобається зелена територія і загальна атмосфера в готелі. Дівчата на рецепції привітні, заселили нас дуже швидко, хоча прибули ми трохи раніше вказаного часу. На території грає приємна розслабляюча музика, анімація не нав'язлива. Кухня смачна, різноманітна. Вибір сезонних фруктів також був більший ніж в інших готелях. Пляж великий, є пірс, лежаків вистачає. В цілому приємне враження залишилося від відпочинку в цьому готелі.

Цей регіон достатньо вологий, плюс на території кожен вечір здійснюється полив. Якщо не вмикати кондиціонер, то в номері може з'явитися волога на стінах і відповідний запах. Але кондиціонер вирішує це питання.

Сервис очень слабый, полотенца не меняли, мыльные принадлежности не приносили без звонка приходилось постоянно звонить на ресепшен. В барах алкоголь очень плохого качества, пить не возможно!!!!

Отель превзошел мои ожидания. Очень красивая, ухоженная и зеленая территория, чистый пляж с прозрачным морем, вкусное и разнообразное питание. Персонал всегда был приветливым, внимательным и готовым помочь. Атмосфера в отеле очень спокойная и комфортная, благодаря чему отдых получился действительно незабываемым. Особенно хочу поблагодарить сотрудницу Guest Relations Aray. Она была очень внимательной, доброжелательной и всегда готова помочь. Благодаря ее заботе и профессионализму отдых стал еще более приятным и комфортным. Большое спасибо, Aray, за Ваше теплое отношение, искреннюю улыбку и прекрасный сервис! ❤️

Завтрак отменный! Понравился отель и его месторасположение. При бронировании было указано, что будет в номере бутылка вина. Бутылки с вином не было)))

Yeşilliğin ağaçların çok olmasını, denizin berraklığını, birçok yerde değişik oturma alanlarının bulunmasını, akşamları canlı müzik olmasını, çalışanların güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı olmasını beğendim.

Diğer odaları bilemem ama kaldığımız oda çok eskiydi. Hem eşyalar hem de banyo fayansları, tuvalet, lavabo hepsi eskiydi tamamen yenilenmesi gerekiyor öyle bir otele hiç yakıştıramadım. Oda rutubette kokuyordu. Yastık, nevresim her yer nemliydi. Tavanda örümcekler ve örümcek ağları vardı. Sivrisinekte çok fazlaydı hatta odada da birkaç tane vardı. Yemeklerin büyük kısmını beğenmedim, lezzetli değillerdi. En çok ızgara köfteyi ve eti beğendim. Tatlılardan da sadece kakaolu puding güzeldi. Annem dalgalardan dolayı kıyıda ayağa kalkamadı çok su yuttu ben de kaldıramadım yardım için etrafıma bakındım, seslendim ama sahilin iki tarafında da cankurtaran yeri olmasına rağmen kimse bizi fark etmedi. Sonunda kızım bizi gördü, yardım etti her şey bittikten sonra cankurtaran geldi. Deniz özellikle öğleden sonra dalgalı oluyor. Denizde irili ufaklı çakıllar var o nedenle rahat girilebilmesi için bir yer yapmışlar ona tutunarak ayağımıza taşlar batmadan denize girebildik. Dibi görünüyor, çok berrak ama bazen geçen yatların, gemilerin bıraktığı pislikler kıyıya vuruyor ve deniz kirleniyor. Havuzların da çok temiz olduğunu söyleyemem.

В этот отель приехал с семьей на 3 дня. Заезжая на территорию, создалось ощущение как будто попал в лес из разных деревьев. Встретили на ресепшене с улыбающими лицами и обслужили вежливым тоном. Пока оформляли документы, предложили прохлаждающие напитки. За все время отдыха нам помогали администраторы Ayte Akylm, Akmaral. А также мы сделали резервацию беседки у моря, где нам очень понравилось обстановка и обслуживание. Выражаем благодарность девушке на ресепшн Ainur и обслуживающему персоналу. Если на следующий год приеду в Турцию, обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

(Özellikle Nurul Hanım) Phaseliss Beach kısmında Yahya Bey( orayı resmen ayakta tutuyor) Blımberke tesekkür ederiz. Alacartlardan deniz alakartı(ücretli) keyifliydi ve lezzetliydi. Premium paket alınırsa Club Phaseliss ücretsiz oluyor ve keyifli alanı var. Doğası ve Denizi muhteşem. Müdür Servet Bey yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Spa ve Saunası yenilenmiş güzeldi. Havuzlar büyük geniş etkinlikler güzeldi.

Premium müşterilerle ilgilenen Kazak olduğunu tahmin ettiğim bayanın müşteri ile iletişimi çok zayıf.( oraya Türk personel olması da şart)Soğuk su ya da bira içebilmek imkansız deluxe paket almamıza rağmen bu ürünler Phaselis beach dahil sıcaktı. Bar kısımlarında, restoran kısımlarında çok acemi personel var basit kokteylleri dahil bilmiyorlar. Anatolian ve Casa mexicana alakartları çok zayıf lezzet açısından.(gecen yıl çok daha iyiydi) Ana restoran kapalı alan yetersiz ve klimalar soğutmuyor. Ana restoran kırmızı et ürünleri genel olarak lezzetsizdi. 1932 nolu odada kaldık oda temizliği ve havlular da aksaklıklar oldu.

The landscaping is beautiful. The pine trees are wonderful. You can hear the sounds of nature. You don't waste time looking for an empty table. The food is delicious.

The sea is a bit choppy. The beach and pier could be improved.

Из минусов могу отметить, что номера уже заметно устарели и требуют обновления. Если в отеле проведут реновацию номерного фонда, он станет практически идеальным.

Excellent swimming pools, direct access to the beach, nice entertainment team (water polo, beach volley, darts) and amfitheatre for shows, wonderful landscape and combination of green areas with hotel's architecture.

1. Food and drinks quality. Focus on quantity. 2. Many unexpected extra charges: all a la carte restaurants, billiards, and other activities. The massage was too expensive (130 euros for 60 minutes massage). 3. We tried to extend our stay by 2 nights. They asked 900 euros for 2 adults+child. 4. Details: Definetely the "a la carte" restaurants needed a proper chef. The pasta at Phaselis was uneatable, the food at Anatolia was mostly the same as the buffet restaurant, even lower quality. There was only one type of white wine which was lower than average quality. The piñacolada was done with normal milk and was impossible to drink because piña + milk = cheese.

We had an amazing 6-day stay at Martı Myra Hotel with my friends, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees and nature, creating a peaceful atmosphere that is truly unique. The sea is crystal clear, the pools are excellent, and the entire property is clean, well-maintained, and full of things to enjoy. Honestly, you don’t need anything else—everything you could possibly want for a perfect vacation is already here. We made unforgettable memories and would definitely come back again. This is our fourth stay at this hotel, which is the best proof of how much we enjoy being here. The hotel has a beautiful, very well-maintained property with plenty of greenery, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The service is of a very high standard: the staff are always polite, attentive, and ready to help. We would especially like to mention the hotel manager, AYTEN ERGIN. She does everything possible to ensure that every guest feels comfortable and has only positive experiences during their stay. Территория с красивым садом и соснами. Большое количество свободных лежаков на пляже. Внимательный персонал, особенно в службе взаимодействия с гостями.

Средний уровень еды в ресторане. Это то, что нужно улучшить в отеле. Не работал ресторан Стейк хаус. Много мелкого мусора в море вдоль всего побережья в Текирова.

The hotel has a beautiful green campus with plenty of trees and well-maintained gardens. The pools were clean and enjoyable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The overall setting is very nice for families and the location is excellent.

Unfortunately, our experience with customer service and the handling of dietary requirements was very disappointing. Before booking, I specifically contacted the hotel because my 7-year-old daughter has celiac disease. I asked whether they could provide safe gluten-free meals and some gluten-free dessert options, as children can easily feel excluded when they see the large buffet. The hotel assured me that although they did not have a separate gluten-free buffet, they would be happy to prepare suitable meals for her. However, upon arrival at 5:00 PM on the first day, we were told there was nothing prepared because we had arrived “too late” and that there might be nothing for her to eat. This was surprising since our reservation had been made months in advance and our arrival date was known. The following days were equally stressful. We requested gluten-free pasta for lunch but were told they did not have any and would need to bring it from somewhere else. On another day, they said they had no gluten-free hamburger buns, and the staff were even unsure how to prepare a safe gluten-free hamburger. For desserts, they were unable to confirm whether naturally gluten-free options such as rice pudding or pudding were actually gluten-free. When they finally prepared a “gluten-free pudding,” it was watery and inedible. As a result, every lunch and dinner became a stressful experience as we struggled to find safe food for our daughter instead of enjoying our holiday. Another concern was that allergens were not clearly displayed for most dishes. Apart from some desserts, soups and main courses did not have allergen information available, making it impossible for guests with medical dietary requirements to make informed choices. Overall, it seemed that the kitchen staff were not adequately trained in celiac disease and food allergies. There also appeared to be poor communication between Customer Relations and the kitchen.

+ very big and beautiful territory + a lot of nice places to relax + private beach, clean and warm water, different fun water sports available + amazing view to mountains, palms, sea + good price for summer season + conditioner in every room and every inside location, which was very needed in that heat + different and interesting shows every night + two big pools

- staff wasn’t always very considerate, they sometimes didn’t understand what we were asking them to do - barmens don’t know how to make tasty and correct cocktails, which was very unfortunate to us since we were looking very forward to try them. (even mojito wasn’t made right, they added lemon, 7up, untasty mint and that’s what they call mojito….), not even talking about the other cocktails… - there are always towels left on the sun loungers, even thought 90% of these people who left them there, didn’t even come back in next 2 hours… it would’ve be better if someone would remove them after a while so other people who come to the beach could lay down - i had a birthday on that stay, and i asked the reception for some birthday decorations in the room. then i had to ask them the second time because they probably forgot, it was 3pm and still nothing in the room. Then we came back and the only thing they brought was a plate of fruits and a small bottle of wine… Of course we weren’t expecting something unbelievable, but they said the would brought a cake too. In general, the stay was still very relaxing and beautiful. I would definitely recommend for families.

Le territoire de l'hôtel est juste magnifique! Les pins, très verdoyant, tout est bien entretenu. Plusieurs piscines, et on ne sent pas qu'il y a beaucoup de monde. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont au calme, et même s'il y a la discothèque, on n'entend pas le bruit.

Le circuit des plats à la cantine est un peu dispersé. Il faut faire un grand tour pour composer une assiette

The room was spacious and comfortable. The quality of the food was very good—much better than at other all-inclusive hotels I have stayed at in Turkey. Dinner was genuinely tasty, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is beautifully designed, very green, and well maintained. The beach is excellent, and the swimming pools are also very nice, with water slides. The beach club is another great feature. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Guest relations, the check-in process, and the sports activities were all very well organised. I enjoyed my stay overall.

The evening entertainment was disappointing and did not match the way it was advertised. For example, the Alice in Wonderland decorations looked amazing, but the actual performance felt completely unrelated and included a singer performing “Despacito” poorly. The production and the entertainment programme need to be much better coordinated. The atmosphere was also affected by some rude and arrogant guests (Russian) who complained constantly and did not behave respectfully toward hotel staff. Usually hotels with russian speakers are more party places, but here you see only snobby middle age ones. Most importantly, the hotel did not have enough towels. On several days, our used towels were collected without being replaced, and we sometimes had to wait until midnight to receive clean ones. For an ultra all-inclusive hotel, this should not happen.

Отличный отель, всё есть и даже больше.. Много еды, вкусно. Очень зеленая территория, что даёт тень и прохладу, да и просто очень красиво. Водные виды спорта рядом, куча разных вариаций. Всё очень круто!

Tam sezon ortası olmasından kaynaklı, aşırı yoğun ve kalabalık olması, personelin misafirlerin ihtiyaçlarına yetişmesinde zorlandığını hissettiriyor. Ayrıca erken davranıp yer kapma telaşesi vardı.

The biggest positive is the location. The area is beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. However, the fact that the sea was so dirty was heartbreaking.

Unfortunately, this hotel didn't meet my expectations. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely didn't feel like a 5-star resort. The rooms are old, worn out, and not very clean. When we arrived, our first room hadn't even been cleaned, smelled bad, and looked extremely outdated, so we had to ask for a different one. The second room was better, but still below the standard I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The food was okay, but nothing memorable. The biggest disappointment was the sea. During our one-week stay, there were pieces of plastic and other trash floating in the water every single day, making it unpleasant to swim. Another downside was the extremely loud disco music, which played during the day and into the evening. It could be heard throughout the entire hotel, making it difficult to relax.

Расположение отличное, природа выше всяких позвал. Столько зелени, никогда не жарко. Даже наоборот, после обеда часто тенек, и после 18 уже нет солнца, тк гора расположения прямой тенью к отелю - накрвант его, соседние отели при этом в солнце до заката. Детские аниматоры очень с араютсч, спасибо им. Взрослые тоже. Программа есть, не скучно. Ребёнку дв агола исполнилось, ей понравилось. Ради неё и ехала, свои запросы не удовлетворены

1)и основное. Чистота. ЕЁ НЕТ НИГДЕ. Такого свинарника и плесени в номерах я не видела нигде, даже в худых тройках на отшибе. Грязно ВЕЗДЕ. грязная посуда, грязные номера, грязная общая зона, грязные диваны в лобби, вся мебель. Полы в номерах моют грязными тряпками. Меня это доводил каждый день, я просила переделать уборку по пять раз, в итоге мне начали грозить выселением, вместо простой услуги. Какая там 5*, тут и трёх нет. Номера старые, по обоям в ванной и мокрых зонах везде ЧЕРНАЯ плесень, постоянно сыро, вещи не сохнут в номере вообще. Постельное за неделю НР МЕНЯЮТ. Я мыла себе и ребёнку посуду хлоргексидином каждый прием пищи, ребёнок все равно уехал с сыпь, молюсь чтоб не ротовирус. И просто вишенка на торте - когда уезжали, проверяла вещи, случайно за подушки залезла где простынь заправляется, и вытащила огромные ЧУЖИЕ ТРУСЫ. неделю мы спали лицом в них, а сколько народу ещё так спало, дуиатб боюсь. Это просто кошмар. Плесень на уровне лица отмывала СВМА, тк боялась за ребёнка. Других номеров не предлагают, сразу говорят, мол не нравится уезжайте. 2) еда очень однообразная. Рыба за неделю была пару раз, её сразу забирают. Все какое-то горелое. 3) народу в отеле больше чем мест поесть и чем лежаков. В 9 утра уже нет свободных лежаков нигде, и за ужином не попасть, ели в детской зоне. 4) пляж расстроил . Галька неприятная, как микро цемент, мало того что ты весь грязный, все ноги дико режет, не как в Кемере камни, а именно мелкая острая грязь. , рядом установлена детская горка и с неё скат в эту мелкую гальку, там можно себе кожу снять с первого удара в ноль, слава богу успела ребёнка оттащить. Море чистое, но это не заслуга отеля. Пляж никак не оборудован, лежаки как попало, матрасы так же в черной плесени. За пляжем не следят вообще. Вердикт, этот отель - МАКСИМУМ 3*. решайте сами, надо ли оно вам, за такие деньги, абсурд. Денег дико жалко.

Отдыхаем в Marti Myra уже в шестой раз, и это говорит само за себя. Каждый раз возвращаемся сюда с удовольствием благодаря прекрасной территории, отличному сервису, вкусной кухне и уютной атмосфере. Отдельную благодарность хочется выразить сотруднице ресепшена Ayten. Она помогла нам быстро решить все возникшие вопросы, была очень внимательной, доброжелательной и настоящим профессионалом. Благодаря таким сотрудникам отдых становится еще комфортнее. Также хочется отметить дайвинг. На наш взгляд, лучший дайвинг в Кемере именно в Marti Myra. Отличная организация, профессиональные инструкторы, качественное оборудование и красивые места для погружений. Если вы любите дайвинг или только хотите попробовать — это одно из лучших мест для этого. Спасибо всей команде Marti Myra за очередной замечательный отдых! Уже с нетерпением ждем возможности приехать снова.

Хочется также поделиться моментами, которые, на мой взгляд, требуют внимания со стороны руководства отеля. Во-первых, заметно, что номерной фонд уже нуждается в обновлении. Несмотря на хорошее обслуживание и качественную уборку, сами номера выглядят устаревшими и требуют ремонта. Во-вторых, на уличной кухне в часы пик постоянно образуются очереди. Ассортимент отличный, но из-за большого количества гостей приходится долго ждать. Также хотелось бы видеть больше мест в закрытой зоне с кондиционером. В жаркие летние месяцы желающих пообедать или поужинать в прохладе значительно больше, чем доступных столиков. И самая большая проблема, с которой, как мне кажется, сталкиваются многие семьи с детьми, — работа детского клуба. Это действительно самое слабое место отеля. График работы клуба очень неудобный. Например, клуб закрывается уже в 17:30, при этом ужин начинается только в 19:00, а детская анимация — в 21:00. Получается, что почти три с половиной часа детям практически нечем заняться. В это время на улице очень жарко, а родители вынуждены самостоятельно искать, чем развлечь ребенка. Очень хотелось бы, чтобы руководство отеля пересмотрело график работы детского клуба. Было бы гораздо удобнее, если бы он работал дольше вечером или имел дополнительную вечернюю смену. Для семей с детьми это значительно повысило бы комфорт отдыха и стало бы одним из самых важных улучшений, которые можно сделать в отеле. Несмотря на перечисленные замечания, мы по-прежнему любим Marti Myra и продолжаем сюда возвращаться. Именно поэтому хочется, чтобы эти недостатки были устранены, ведь у отеля есть все возможности оставаться одним из лучших семейных курортов в Кемере.
