Endless Comfort Hotel Taksim

Nothing

Very different from the photos. Unfortunately, the room looked much worse than in the listing. The hygiene was poor - there was mould in the shower, a dirty toilet, dirty curtains and damaged walls. The second room they offered wasn’t much better — it had a damaged sink, rust on the fridge and poor wall condition. There were also loud and dusty construction works on the building that we weren’t told about in advance.

We didn't stay😔

the best personal ever! thanks for your help and friendly!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and room was comfy despite being economy.

On the first day there was government construction which cut the water, but it's not the hotel's fault and they were super understanding!

Personalen

Our 10 days at endless comfort hotel were the best 10 days we have experienced at any hotel from the staff to the room itself everything was perfect staying at that hotel was literally was endless comfort thank you to all staff for their endless warmth and comfort always making us feel at home Special thanks to Mr Semih for his exceptional support in all aspects he is really a problem solver , multitasker and very helpful

Food Variety and quantities as some times any finished item was not restocked again

All was wonderful!

The hotel is very good, however it is surrounded by half-destroyed or abandoned buildings. These buildings look not so good.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, especially for Taksim. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality.

Nothing in particular. We had a very pleasant stay.

I loved the staff, they were super helpful when we needed information and guidance. The cleaners were very kind. The hotel is very close to Taksim. Overall experience was good. They have an other spa hotel not too far that has a great modern hammam and pool. It was nice to visit.

The breakfast was limited and same every day, even though we asked many times (also in advance when did the booking) they did not really provide non-dairy milk or food options, not even decaf/herb tea. The other guests were very noisy, yelling on the corridors at 1 am - that is not the staff's fault but there is no rule about quiet hours. There were constructions next to the hotel which was very noisy all day long from early morning. If you are coming to a city tour, it is a good place. But not for comfort and rest.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the service made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again. "I recently stayed at Endless Comfort Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff is truly amazing, especially the receptionists who were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. On top of that, their breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. Highly recommended!"

Staff were extremely helpful, polite and hospitable. Exceptional team. Breakfasts were good enough

The bed sheets were awful and quite unpleasant, covered in stains. I mean, they were clean, but so old that the stains could no longer be washed out. We asked to have them changed, but the replacement sheets were also old and not really appropriate. Guys, please just replace your bed linen completely, don’t try to save money on this - it’s such a basic yet crucial part of a traveler’s experience. Also, the room description says that it’s soundproof. Well, it’s not soundproof at all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was not comfortable, there were cockroaches in my room, AC and TV were not working

The staff was so respectful and friendly

The noise, you can clearly hear anyone around

The location, the rooms, especially the view from the 4th floor, the personnel was very helpful

Service is excellent and staff Everything is okay

Nothing

Everything

Everything was good

The most perfect about the hotel is the location its very very near to taksim and that makes the transportations very very easy and the stuff is very respect and really I appreciate how they are keening to help as they could

The room was having very bad view and if there is an issue in my room they can’t fix it except at morning because they don’t have a ready team for fixing issues

Great staff good hotel

This property is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The staff helped a lot especially with recommending places to visit.

i liked the customer services and location

The staff was exceptionally nice. The receptionists where very welcoming and helpful. They used to help me with the stroller to get up stairs. They recommended places and guided me on how to figure out Istanbul public transportations. Also the manager accepted our request of a temporary room for early check in. They kept our luggage stored in the hotel for 4 days during our Trabzon trip. The breakfast taste good. The place is close to Taksim square around 5 min walking. Also I remember the night receptionist helped me to get some ice from a different place to treat my sore feet. They offered me help in case I need it when my daughter was sick. I would stay again in endless comfort if I visit Istanbul one more time. Best money value I don't think you can get better service with the same price. Special thanks for Sameih you maid our experience better.

Nähe Taksim Platz

Alles ok

Very good thanks

Nothing

Location and comfort

BIEN UBICADO, TUVIMOS UN INCONVENIENTE EN LA CALLE CON LA LUZ PERO FUE RESUELTO A LA BREVEDAD CAMBIANDONOS A UN HOTEL D ELA MISMA CADENA A 2 CUADRAS.

Snídaně byla dobrá

Pokoj nebyl udržovaný nebyl v dobrém stavu po celej pobytu jsme si museli říkat o úklid čistě ručníky a toaletní papír. Tv vůbec nefungovala, a v pokoji jsme našli i švába.

The service was excellent, and all the staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is also excellent, close to all amenities, from restaurants and transportation to small shops.

This hotel is great, the staff seem just like family and their hospitality is phenomenal. I would recommend going there. It is 5 mins from Taksim square. Rooms are spacious. The main reason i am writing is because of our receptionist Mr. Semih Tut. He is a true gentleman and a gem of a person. Best guide and a true friend. 10/10 for the staff.

The sofa accommodation is a bit small for sleeping.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good although quite basic. Great location for exploring the city centre, close to Taksim square and Istiklal pedestrian street with all the shops. Quiet enough given it is so close to the busy tourist area.

The aircon was too loud, so had to switch it off. Still it was not hot for July and no bad smell in the room (which is a big deal for me). The door lock was not very secure so I would not leave valuable stuff in the room.

Thank you very much for all team, Semih, Saad, and Manager Yahya. See you again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good.

The cupboard was too small, sofa bed wasn't comfy and the AC was serving the whole suite and you can't control it. The fridge door was broken.

Bra hotel og rent. Anbefales

The staff are great. Semih displayed great hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond to create a pleasant and welcoming environment during my stay.

Most of the machines and equipment in the gym are broken.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. whole place was very clean and if I needed anything the staff were very attentive..the location was fantastic.. very close to Taksim Square, food outlets and transportation. Will definitely rebook this place again.

I liked everything!

All the hotel staff and the hotel manager were very pleasant and kind. I was satisfied with my ten-day stay at this hotel.

The room

The location because i thought it will be in front taksim square ;)

Staff is really welcoming ! Good location

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and willing to go above and beyond.

The location couldn't be worse.Very dirty and seems to be deserted. The room could be cleaner but once again the staff was doing its best.

Good hotel perfect

Nothing all good

Highly recommended for those who came in big groups

Everything was more than good

The location ia so good so near from istiklal street maybe 5 mins walking, but same time quite street We had great staying, they upgraded my room from normal to family room when they know i had wrong room on booking Thanks to all the staff for this comfortable stay Highly recommended

Good staff very helpful and friendly but at the same time hotel needs maintenance and breakfast limited options

Friendly staff and helpful

Excellent location. Well maintained hotel.

Super freundliches Personal!!

The staff delivered exceptional service and support. The breakfast presented a favorable value proposition when compared to other selections within the same price category. The room offered a pleasing view, and the hotel is outfitted with an elevator. Furthermore, the location is conveniently situated approximately a 10 to 15-minute walk from the nearest metro station.

some electrical issues in the room all the switchbuttons next to bed not working but they staff promised to fix it . The shower switch is not functional. This experience does not align with the positive standards I have encountered at other establishments in this vicinity.

The hotel is very centrally located and offers excellent value for money. However, the absolute highlight of my stay was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. No request was ever too much, and their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference. The outstanding service provided by the team was what truly made this stay memorable. Highly recommended.
