when we were dropped of by the taxi , i was a bit apprehensive as the surrounding area is a bit tatty with lots of old electrical shops. however once you get your bearings you could not be better placed. the hotel and the staff were wonderful and the breakfast had lots of choices.

only one mirror in the bathroom but there were 2 sinks, no full length mirror.

It was a perfect place and highly recommended sure to everyone one wants to discover the whole Istanbul and the location was so great and nearby from everything you need .. sure I will come back again. In addition, I would like to thank Mr Ibrahim, Yiğit, Zinnur for their help all the time and special thank for Mohammed in the restaurant on the top roof was so kindly and friendly and smiling all the time ❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹

Die Lage des Hotels war absolut top! Wir konnten überall zu Fuß hingehen oder mit der Fähre fahren. Also von der Location her nicht zu überbieten. Die Angestellten waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und alles war sauber. Die Betten waren bequem, die Zimmer sehr ok. Es war eigentlich ruhig, man hat die Stadt nicht gehört. Leider hat man die Badezimmer und Klimaanlage des Nachbarzimmers gehört. Das umwerfendste an dem Hotel war die große Frühstücksterasse mit Blick auf den Bosphorus, die man auch untertags und Abends nutzen durfte.

Es war sehr zentral, die Zimmer sehr geräumig, personal hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Abends war es bis 2-3 Uhr morgens enorm laut. Die Fenster konnten daher nicht geöffnet bleiben. Irgendwelche Gespräche die gefühlt im Zimmer stattgefunden haben, Tonnen gewaschen wurden oder Musik abgespielt wurde hat einem den Schlaf geraubt.

Hyggelig personale, rolig gate.,veldig bra beliggenhet med kort vei til trikk, buss og båt. Også fin gåavstand til severdigheter, butikker og hyggelige områder.

Poziția reprezinta un avantaj, pe de o parte.

Nu se poate dormi noaptea daca aveti ferestrele spre clubul la care bubuie muzica toata noaptea, indiferent de ziua saptamanii. La momentul rezervarii apareau indicate servicii spa (unele incluse in pret, iar altele extra). Dar, surpriza, hotelul nu furnizeaza asemenea servicii. Internetul nu functioneaza la etajul 3. La fel nici TV-ul pentru servicii care necesita conexiune la internet. Una dintre ferestrele camerei nu se deschide. De asemenea, se mentioneaza ca exista priza langa pat. Fals, nu exista.

The breakfast was very good, and the location was marvelous. The hotel is ideally located in the Old Town of Istanbul, close to Galata Tower, with very easy access to the tram station just a short walk away.

Honestly, there was very little that could have been better. We were very satisfied with the hotel, its location, breakfast, and overall service.

Hotel position is very good, stuff is very nice especially Yaşer, Zannour and Ibrahim.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit absolut zuvorkommenden, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Wie ich nach einer Empfehlung für das Abendessen gefragt hatte, wurde bis zum Restaurant gebracht (und das Essen war super lecker). Das Zimmer war perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Petit dej varié et copieux Proximité des transports (tram , bus et ferry à deux pas) et des attractions ( Galata à 1.30mn avec le funiculaire), mosquée bleu grand bazar … à quelques stations avec le T1…) Très belle chambre avec nécessaire de toilette renouvelé à chaque demande.

Exceptional stay! We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and a fantastic location, making it a perfect choice for exploring Istanbul. Our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely exceptional — fresh, delicious and with plenty of choice. But what truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel especially comfortable throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back. On our next visit to Istanbul, we would absolutely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended! ❤️

The professional staff are very helpful with all your needs. The breakfast is very tasty with lots of food and drink options. Location is close to lots of attractions. The building has a special charm.

The only thing I needed was more drinking water in room but everything was great.

Le personnel est très professionnel, d'une grande aide et très attachant à l'image de Furkan. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel car proche de tout et très pratique pour les visites. L'hôtel est très propre et les chambres spacieuses surtout la suite familiale. Son spa est super. On reviendra pour un prochain séjour à Istanbul!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les services depuis notre arrivée jusqu’à à notre départ. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de tout ce qu’on recherche à Istanbul, Karaköy. La station tram est à 2min à pied, il y a des restaurants autour, et un bureau d’échange de monnaie à 2 pas. C’est un hôtel propre et spacieux. La climatisation est parfaite. Du café, du thé et de l’eau sont disponibles sur toute la journée. Je vous conseillerai d’opter pour une chambre double deluxe pour 2 personnes pour avoir assez de place. Les chambres n’ont pas de vu sur l’extérieur. Notre check-out étant à 4h00, on nous avait préparé notre petit déjeuner pour la route. Le roof-top est splendide (vu sur Topkapı, les mosquées, Galata..) L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté sont les atouts de cet hôtel. Un grand merci à tous le personnel que nous avons pu croisé durant notre séjour, et avec qui nous avons pu discuté ! 🙂

Расположение номеров в отеле. Нас поселили на первый этаж, прямо перед ресепшеном и с окнами которые выходят в коридор. Коридор безусловно красивый, но небольшая лаундж зона где каждый день отдыхали посетители, мешала полноценно отдохнуть в номере.

No swimming pool and very basic gym

Very good. Food was laid out systematically. Staff were very friendly particularly YIGIT who was very kind and helpful. We looked forward to breakfast time while YIGIT made our day.

Can't fault Ferman as apart from the hotel itself the reception staff were very helpful. IBRAHIM helped us with the trips to Capadochia and not to forget FURKAN the bellboy who made our stay very pleasant, with a smile.

The hotel offers complimentary hot beverages throughout the day, the breakfast was varied with an amazing view, and the rooms were always clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always happy to help. A special thanks to the night shift staff, especially the receptionist, Rasool, who was incredibly helpful and always went out of his way to assist us. We’d also like to thank the other staff member who worked with Rasool on the same shift. We unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but he was just as kind and helpful. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The room doors had good soundproofing, but the windows offered very little noise insulation. Improving the window soundproofing would make the stay even more comfortable.

The location was great, as well as the amenities & staff. The front office staff were super helpful with whatever question and concern we had, and ensured we were able to get around like locals. This was our first extended stay in Istanbul, so their assistance was crucial. The housekeeping staff also ensured we were right at home, big thanks to Leyla and Mihriban for their attention.

Очень маленькая комната, не развернуться. Туалет крохотный и дверь открывается внутрь - это неудобно. Окна нашей комнаты выходили в стену соседнего здания. Завтрак сносный, но как-то все грязненько в целом. Не хочется возвращаться. Персонал хороший, нет претензий, все на рецепции очень вежливые и комфортные.

Отличное расположение, приветливый персонал, вкусные завтраки и уютная атмосфера, в номерах есть все туалетные принадлежности, полотенца и тапочки. Чайник и пакетики с кофе и заваркой тоже в номере. Завтраки проходят на открытой терассе с оличными видами на Борсфор🤩👍🏼 Рядом остановка и Галатский мост.

Номер был «уставший», дверь в ванную не закрывалась. Вид из окна был прямо в стену напротив (3 этаж).

It’s a great place to stay, amazing location, close to sea port, close to the tramway and a wild selection of restaurants all around. The staff were great and very helpful.
