Lovely small hotel on a quiet back street near the Galata Tower. The staff were really friendly. Our room was very nice, comfortable and clean with a balcony and stunning view of the city and river. We enjoyed sitting out soaking up the sun. Breakfast was good with a range of different Turkish food and you could also order extras such as fried or scrambled eggs. The staff helped us arrange a trip to a Turkish bath and taxis to the airport.

I think they could have had items in the mini bar and be more generous with the coffee items in the bedroom (there was no tea). Also fresh milk not coffee mate would be nice.

Der Service durch die Mitarbeiter war sehr gut. Man hat jederzeit Infos und Tipps zu Unternehmungen bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Unternehmungen.

Beim Frühstück ist normaler Filterkaffee und schwarzer Tee inklusive. Weitere Heißgetränke kosten extra. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ich würde sagen ein normales Frühstück. Das Zimmer war eher klein, wobei wir auch die günstigste Kategorie gebucht hatten. Die private Anreise und Abreise mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war nicht ganz einfach, da das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße liegt und der Weg dorthin mit großem Gepäck mühsam ist, da die Gehwege sehr uneben sind. Vorab wurde jedoch ein Transfer mit dem Taxi angeboten, welcher 50 € vom Flughafen gekostet hätte. Für Ausflüge ist die Lage allerdings ideal!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Istanbul! Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Lage und das gesamte Ambiente des Hotels haben uns sehr gefallen. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die zwei tollen Katzen, die zum Hotel gehören – einfach zu süß! 🐱🐱 Sie haben den Aufenthalt noch schöner und persönlicher gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

De service was perfect! De mensen zijn zo vriendelijk. Er was iets mis gegaan met onze bagage door een taxi chauffeur en toen hebben zij dit helemaal voor ons opgelost. En het hotel staat op een goeie locatie, je zit zo in een hele leuke wijk!

L’état général de la chambre laissait à désirer, le matelas était vraiment affaissé. Le petit déjeuner médiocre. Les alentours proche de l’hôtel sombre et en chantier. Depuis la chambre nous avions une belle vue lorsque nous regardions au loin, mais la vue immédiate était un terrain vague. Le prix est un peu élevé.

Eccezionale. Ogni parola è superflua. Camera moderna, pulita e con tutto il necessario. Vista SPAZIALE su Sultanhamet. Colazione varia, abbondante e di qualità. Posizione ottima, a Galata, a due passi dal centro del quartiere ma lontano dal suo caos. Staff: merita capitolo a parte. Probabilmente uno dei migliori riscontrati durante i nostri viaggi, e ne abbiamo fatti parecchi...qualità/prezzo probabilmente senza eguali ad Istanbul. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Nous avons été très bien reçus dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très souriant et disponible pour répondre à toutes questions. L'hôtel est bien situé près de la tour de Galata. La mascotte osman est adorable.

The breakfast included many dips, breads, cheeses and even eggs to order. The coffee was excellent too.

The room was spotless but needed a bit of updates, specifically worn out flooring, some peeling paint, and a shower refresh. However, the staff made us feel so welcome, we easily looked past the small things.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, we loved our stay and wish we had more days in Istanbul. The property is super clean and tidy and spacious. They have cats too that was cute and friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious too, the staff gave us recommendations and helped book an airport transfer.

Location is great. Close to the center but away from the noise and crowd. Nearby streets are full of electronic and lamp shops that live their busy daily life but close for the evening. Istanbul is a huge city with enormous amount of people everywhere but this is a quite little oasis in the hustle and bustle.

Exceptionally friendly staff. We really felt the genuine and heartwarming hospitality from everyone. It is really rare to find so welcoming and friendly people like them. We are honored to be hosted by them. Istanbul is a place that you have to see more than once so next time when we will come back again we will definitely want to choose this very same place with the very same staff. We wish them lots of love and also joy for their great work.

Un hôtel avec une très belle prestation (lits, petit déjeuner,calme) et tout simplement l'équipe la plus chaleureuse que j'ai pu découvrir en voyage, nous avons appris beaucoup sur la ville et sa culture grâce à nos échanges. Très bien placé proche de magnifiques rues avec cafés et restaurants très intéressants. Nous reviendrons :)

Ne rester que deux nuits et devoir repartir.

Esperienza davvero molto positiva al Doruk Palas. Il personale è estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, facendoci sentire accolti durante tutto il soggiorno. La colazione è molto ricca e varia e un altro grande punto di forza è sicuramente la pulizia: la camera veniva sistemata ogni giorno in maniera impeccabile, con cambio degli asciugamani e grande attenzione ai dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il kit con le ciabattine e la disponibilità gratuita di acqua in bottiglia. Una nota utile soprattutto per gli ospiti italiani: la mancanza del classico bidet non è assolutamente un problema. Come spesso accade in Turchia, il WC dispone di un sistema integrato per l’igiene personale, semplice ed efficiente, che svolge perfettamente la stessa funzione. Ottima anche la posizione: la Torre di Galata e il suo quartiere, molto vivo e piacevole soprattutto la sera, sono raggiungibili in circa 5 minuti a piedi. In circa 10 minuti si raggiunge anche il tram T1, comodissimo per visitare le principali attrazioni di Istanbul. La metro è vicinissima e permette anche di raggiungere facilmente l’aeroporto con i mezzi pubblici, evitando tranquillamente la spesa del taxi. Per noi è stato tutto estremamente positivo. Un hotel che consigliamo assolutamente e in cui torneremmo volentieri!

From the moment we arrived Doruk Palas felt like home. We were welcomed full heartedly, offered tea while registration was processed and immediately felt relaxed. Special thanks to Bilal, Naz ,Ali for suggestions, directions and friendship.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. La ubicación es muy buena, cercana a transporte público para moverte por Estambul. Zona animada con restaurantes y tiendas alrededor de Torre Galata ( 5min a pie). La habitación muy limpia cómoda y con unas vistas maravillosas. El desayuno es completo y el personal muy amable y siempre estan muy atentos para ayudarte.

Great hotel in the Galata area. We had the most amazing view from our room across the bospherus. We found it easy to walk to Galata tower and neighbourhood. The tram station was relatively easy to walk to, which got us over to Sultahnmet area. We felt safe in the neighbourhood and the staff at the hotel were really helpful, friendly and informative. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. I needed an iron one evening, and one was brought to our room very quickly, which was great!

Die Lage ist top, um Istanbul zu erkunden, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Man merkt, dass sich seit dem letzten Aufenthalt nichts am hohen Standard geändert hat.

La atención de todos sus empleados, en especial Bilal y Mohamed, súper atentos para lo que los necesites. La ubicación es muy cómoda para moverse a por la ciudad, muy cerca de torre Galata. Llegamos a las 12 de la noche y salimos a comer, cocinas abiertas y súper ambiente en la calle! Y las vistas son ESPECTACULARES!

No es que no me gustó, pero cuando llegas el hotel esta en un callejón, si no conoces la primera impresión es curiosa, nada, salimos a caminar y todo bien!

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική και πολύ βολική για να εξερευνήσεις την περιοχή, ενώ το προσωπικό ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο, πολύ φιλόξενο, ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Ένα ιδιαίτερο στοιχείο του ξενοδοχείου, που προσωπικά εκτιμήσαμε πάρα πολύ, είναι η αγάπη και η φροντίδα που δείχνουν στις γάτες. Υπάρχουν δύο υπέροχες resident cats, ο Osman και η Princess, που πραγματικά προσφέρουν κάτι ξεχωριστό στην εμπειρία διαμονής. Είχαμε μάλιστα την υπέροχη τύχη ο Osman να μας επισκεφθεί στο δωμάτιό μας και να περάσει τη νύχτα μαζί μας — μια πραγματικά αξέχαστη και πολύ γλυκιά εμπειρία! ❤️🐈

Το δωμάτιο, όμως, ήταν αρκετά μικρό, με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι ιδιαίτερα άνετο. Η καθαριότητα ήταν καλή, αλλά θα μπορούσε να είναι ακόμη καλύτερη και να αγγίζει το τέλειο.

We had an amazing stay here! The property was fantastic, in a great location, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everything was seamless from start to finish and we genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend!

Soggiorno meraviglioso! Staff gentile, accogliente e pronto a dare consigli utili per visitare la città. In particolare Naz è stata davvero fantastica! Struttura pulitissima. Ottima posizione sia per visitare Galata/Karakoy, sia per prendere i mezzi (tram, metro, traghetto) e spostarsi per il resto della città.

This hotel is genuinely incredible. I rarely write reviews but I feel absolutely compelled to thank the staff for the incredible service they provide. The location is excellent, being a stones throw away from Galata Tower. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern with fast wifi, unlimited free water, and lovely natural light. We had a view of Hagia Sophia! The staff are world class, helpful, and friendly catering to all of your needs, and the breakfast is delicious, traditional and varied. Absolute 10/10 stay. Thank you team. I will be back to Istanbul and back to Doruk Palas in the future!

Первый раз и первые впечатления могут быть иначе) Но действительно Персонал интернациональный и Расположения будет играть роль в лучшую сторону). Это больше Семейный Бутик ГестХаус в сочетании B&B. Любые запросы выполняются сразу. Наш номер был меньше по ощущениям (в целом номерной фонд маленькие все) но по просьбе поменяли на более большую 🙂 Ежедневная уборка, всё чисто и главное все в рабочем и в хорошем состоянии. Нозанин, Мухаммад удачи Вам всем!

Завтраки скоромные, но выбор есть. Номера не большие, но есть лифт!🙂- это обязательно учтите. Это всё не минус, а информация для будущих гостей)

I only stayed at Doruk Palas for one night during a 24 hours layover in Istanbul. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Before arrival they suggested me a private transfer for a fair price, so starting from my ride to the hotel the experience was great. The room was clean, it had good A/C system, tea, coffee, water and everything else you might need. The view to the Golden Horn was spectacular. The turkish breakfast they serve is absolutely worth the money. After checking out I had to leave my suitcases there, cuz my flight was late in the evening, there was no problem with that either. The location of the hotel is exceptional. You'll be close to the main tourist attractions, all means of transport and lots of artsy cafes and shops. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großartigem Ausblick und Balkon. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Das frühstück war ausreichend und vielseitig. Besonders gut fanden wir die Betreuung. Wir wurden immer gefragt ob wir etwas brauchen. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral. In ein paar Minuten ist man bei der Metro. Der Galataturm ist nicht weit entfernt genauso wie die Einkaufsstraße und viele Lokale.

Sve pohvale za hotel! Osoblje je iznimno uslužno i ljubazno, spremni su pomoći bilo kad i oko bilo čega. Ako želite nekog lokalnog za savjete ili samo radi razgovora, tu su za vas, a opet ako vas to ne interesira, neće vas zamarati. Hotel je jako uredan i čist, u blizini metroa, tramvaja i autobusa kojima se može brzo stići do svih glavnih turističkih atrakcija (20ak min do većine atrakcija), a ujedno je u iznimno mirnoj i sigurnoj četvrti. Sobe imaju sve što je potrebno (klima uređaj, TV, fen za kosu, šamponi i gelovi...), svaki dan se čiste sobe i mijenjaju ručnici. Doručak je tradiocionalni turski, ali imaju i klasičnu hranu (američke palačinke, muessli, džemovi...). U neposrednoj blizini hotela su razni restorani brze hrane (tradicionalno turske poput bureka, fileta ribe u wrapu ili kruhu, kebab...). Također od hotela ima 15ak minuta hoda do modernijih umjetničkih kvartova poput Çukurcuma, Cihangir koji imaju antikne trgovine, zanimljive kafiće i sl. Udaljen je samo 10ak minuta hoda od Galata tornja od kojeg se može produžiti do poznate šoping Iștiklal ulice te Taksima. Sve u svemu, odličan izbor za odsjesti u Istanbulu!

They did not have food available like other hotels, They do serve breakfast in the morning . And so e.g. when i got to the hotel, i was not able to eat food until next morning

Breakfast was good portions and cent and you can order many things like customized coffee eggs and bread. The location is great near most places and just next to the main road. There are no balconies and the restaurant is on the ground floor near the reception. Excellent value and comfort for a 3 star hotel . Definitely a rebook next time in Istanbul

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, avec un choix varié. La vue sur le Bosphore est magnifique et rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel et j’y retournerais avec plaisir.

Очень понравилось расположение отеля — многие главные достопримечательности Стамбула находятся в шаговой доступности, что очень удобно для прогулок. Из номера открывался красивый вид. Номер был чистым, уютным и комфортным. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, а персонал очень приветливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь.

Недостатков не заметили. Проживание оставило только положительные впечатления.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, σε κεντρικό σημείο, κοντά σε μετρό, τραμ και λεωφορεία καθώς και σε μπαρ εστιατόρια κλπ. Ήταν πολύ βολικό ότι δε χρειαζόταν να χρησιμοποιήσουμε τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς για τις νυχτερινές μας εξόδους. Επιπλέον όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει με κρατήσεις σε εστιατόρια και δραστηριότητες και να μας καθοδηγήσει στο τι να επισκεφτούμε. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και το πρωινό πολύ καλό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν τέλειο, καλαίσθητα διακοσμημένο με υπέροχη θέα στον Κεράτιο κόλπο. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επιλέξω σίγουρα για επόμενο ταξίδι στην Κωνσταντινούπολη.

Really nice cozy, clean hotel. The view from room is amazing. The Galata tower is just 5 mins walking, however the hotel area is so silent, good to sleep. Also the location is central. Naz is amazing person! And the hosts are great people!

Small and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was authentic and European Delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone or anything. Would highly recommend.

El hotel tiene una situación privilegiada, a un paso de Gálata y 10 minutos al puente Gálata y al transporte público. Es cómodo y la atención ha sido siempre fantástica. Agradecemos mucho que siempre se han esforzado por entendernos. Recomiendo y volvería a repetir sin ninguna duda.

La zona es cierto que tiene cuestas, pero bajar no tiene problema y para subir hay un funicular. Pocas esperas y rapidisimo. La zona en sí del hotel no es guapa, pero sí segura.

Hotel muito bem localizado perto da Torre de Gálata. Café da manhã típico turco, com opções de pães e ovo mexido/omelete. Meu quarto, embora relativamente pequeno, era confortável e tinha uma vista linda do Bósforo. Mas o destaque está para os gerentes (ou proprietários, não sei) e alguns funcionários, sempre muito simpáticos, perguntando se estava tudo bem e nos recebendo com um sorriso. Definitivamente recomendo.

Eu gostei de tudo. Algumas pessoas podem reclamar do entorno do hotel, uma área com várias lojas de luminárias. Mas me senti seguro em todos os momentos e, importante, metrô e a torre de gálata e uns 300 metros do hotel.
