Perfect location ,budget friendly and everything about it was really nice the hotel was clean and had good amenities, no smell ,it smelled amazing , definitely coming back again :)

Everything was perfect. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thanks to the receptionist, who was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. His service was outstanding.

Perfect for everything. You can find everything inside the hotel, the staff is amazing.

Honestly, the facility was okay. The location was good. That's it.

The shower was, there is no warm temperature, it's either really cold or really hot so there is no control at all. Hygienically it's not the best, it's not clean, there is a smell in the room. There is also when I went to the pool the next day there was like family who were abusing their kid which is also the case where I informed the facility and the staff that this is not acceptable. That this is not acceptable and it just affected my whole experience being in the pool itself. Security was there but there was no action from his side and I did go downstairs and I spoke to the reception to really make something happen or else I have to interfere. So this was also unacceptable. Yeah that's pretty much it.

In a quiet but very accessible location opposite downtown at Mazaya Centre, with convenient walk access to Metro (Red line), groceries/pharmacy and City Walk. The rooms have great amount of space, clean and comfortable beds. The restaurant Bakers Kitchen serves hand made bread and good breakfast options. All the staff are very helpful and kind. Special thanks to Mustafa and Riyas for help sorting me out with all my questions 😀

LEVA Hotel is a great option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in Dubai. I would especially recommend staying here for the last few days of your trip. The location is really convenient because you get easy access to both Old Dubai and Downtown Dubai. Parking is good, and one of the biggest advantages is the shopping centre right downstairs. There’s a wholesale shopping centre as well, which makes it really easy to do your last-minute shopping before leaving Dubai. It’s also easy to get around to other shops and areas from the hotel.

The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the breakfast, as I felt there were far too few options and not much variety.

My husband and I stayed in Leva Hotel for the 2nd time, and we truly enjoyed our stay. That's why we keep on coming back. The staffs are very welcoming and accommodating. The facility and location are very accessible to our go-to place in Dubai, which is the Dubai Mall.

Чистые комфортные номера, хороший спортзал, бассейн на крыше, в номере есть ванная и кухня можно приготовить покушать. Расположение удобно рядом Дубай мол и метро, супермаркет, рестораны, аптеки и тд

Отличный отель, прекрасное расположение прямо около Dubai downtown, 7- 10 минут пешком от метро. Номера чистые, мне повысили категорию номера бесплатно, у меня в номере были кофе, чай, вода, капсульная кофемашина, набор гигиенических принадлежностей. Окна выходили на тихую улицу, шума не слышно вообще. Есть номера, у которых окна внутри здания. В этом же здании находится торговый центр, рекомендую к посещению супермаркет.

The property was absolutely amazing, clean and comfortable bed. The view I had was incredible. It was 5 min walk to Dubai mall and Burji. It was very convenient. I highly recommend it.

I went to dubai for my birthday. On arrival mustafa greeted us and was super helpful. A boutique hotel which bakes its own bread on premises which is quite unique. Food is excellent. Room was clean comfortable and spacious..super comfy beds with modern decoration. . I cannot thank Mustafa enough for making my birthday special. He even sang happy birthday to me. A personal touch that will last in my memories of travelling. Good location even has a mall on site. ,highly recommend.
