Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai

The location is wonderful, the staff very good and helpful, especially Maricris, the room is big and comfortable except the sofa in dining room not good, also the AC good but not sufficient..

Every thing was fine , except the short guy who gives Arabic coffee, he is very annoying, and keeps running around to get tips every time he see us in the hall … although I give many times but still the same … he is really annoying and bother all the guests..

The view of the fountain, the huge clean room was nice and awesome

Incredible location, staff were very accommodating and went over and beyond. We didn’t have change for the taxi driver so one of the staff members went to the local supermarket to get us change. Location was incredible, rooms were very clean and modern.

Everyone was so welcoming stayed here for my 40th birthday and they upgraded me to 2 bed apartment with unparalleled views over the Dubai fountains and Burj Khalifa it’s truly was special thanks for making my birthday unforgettable

Exceptional and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Felt very welcomed on arrival and provided a free bottle of water. The hotel is simply amazing and exceeded our expectations. Our room had the perfect view and the staff were very friendly and helpful in guiding and booking our tour. Everything we needed was in easy walking distance.

Felt pressured to upgrade room and add breakfast on arrival that cost us more than our initial cost. Coming off a long flight made the decision in haste without thinking about the true cost.

A wonderful stay at the Ramada By Wyndham Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet. Room has kitchen and living room and was really great and comfy with great view towards Dubai Mall and it's lake. I will definitely visit again.

They were friendly and very helpful. We got an upgrade to allow us an early check in.

치킨을 주문하고 방에앉아 편하게 부르즈칼리파와 두바이 분수쇼를 볼 수 있는 완벽한 숙소에요! 특히 체크인 시간대부터 이른 저녁, 밤이 찾아오는 시시각각의 변화를 넓은 창문으로 전부 지켜볼 수 있어 좋았어요 이 무더위에 시원한 숙소에서 바라보니 더할나위 없었습니다. 남편이랑 여행왔는데 예약 당시 투베드룸밖에 없었어서 그 방으로 예약했었는데, 숙박 당일 체크인시 직원분께서 룸 업그레이드를 해주셨어요! 덕분에 더 완벽하고 소중한 하루가 되었습니다~^^

Had a problem with the booking ..the duty manager couldn't help me..he referred me to booking.com..booking.com referred me back to the hotel ..eventually they refuse to help me ..neither did they refund me

I like the location, the view to the fountains and the breakfast.
