⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional hospitality, perfect location & a truly memorable stay! We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Downtown Hotel, and I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough — especially if you’re visiting Dubai for the first time. The location is fantastic and makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around. It’s a great base for anyone wanting to experience Dubai without the hassle. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality of the entire team. Their warmth, genuine welcomes and willingness to go above and beyond are second to none. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and looked after. A special mention to Alaa, Mostafa and Chito, who were exceptional and made our stay even more memorable. Your kindness, attentiveness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. But, to be completely honest, every single member of staff deserves recognition — from reception and the lobby team, to the cleaners and breakfast staff. I can genuinely say that nothing went unnoticed. The level of customer service you all deliver is exceptional and outstanding, and it’s clear that you treat every guest with the same care and respect — even the children. It’s something truly special to see a team that consistently goes the extra mile, not because they have to, but because they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do. To the entire Sofitel Downtown team: thank you. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for every one of you. You made us feel welcomed, valued and at home, and that is what exceptional hospitality is all about. We will absolutely be back and would happily recommend Sofitel Downtown to anyone visiting Dubai. An outstanding hotel made even more special by its incredible people. ❤️

**Great Stay at Sofitel Dubai Downtown ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. We had a very nice stay with the family. The only thing to keep in mind is that staff knocked on our door to ask about checkout, which felt a little rushed. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we would happily stay again.

Good

Yes

- the suite is massive, has its own kitchen with full size fridge, plenty of floor space to store, unpack and repack bags - the bathroom has two sinks and an open shower in the cave area. The shower head had the perfect amount of water pressure - from the moment we arrived in our taxi at 4am, the staff were friendly and helped us with our bags, directions, and ordering a taxi for the return trip to the airport - the location. Right next to the skybridge that connects to the Dubai Mall - the view. We could see the Burj Khalifa from our suite

The property's location is excellent and it is very impressive. The amenities are also very nice, making everything quite good.

Swimming pool, breakfast area. Very good. 100 out of 100.

Property was welcoming, staff were super helpful, rooms were lovely, clean, fresh, all facilities in room. Didn’t want for anything.

It was all fantastic

Position of Sofitel hotel amazing close to Burj Khalifa / Dubai mall / restaurants / museum of future Dubai, easy locations amazing staff / and special thanks to our amazing KHUSHBOO the looked after us at our stay from day one till we left the Sofitel hotel she amazing make our stay nice and smooth thank you again KHUSHBOO

Perfect place nothing wrong with it

O quarto, a localização e o spa

We stayed here for my mum’s 60th birthday and it was such a special stay. Our room had an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa, which made the occasion even more memorable. The team also arranged beautiful birthday bed décor and a little cake with “Happy Birthday,” which was such a thoughtful touch. We really appreciated being allowed an early check-in after a long flight as well. The food was also very good and overall we had a wonderful experience.

The main feedback would be to have more staff available at reception during peak periods, as there were times when it became quite busy and assistance took a little longer.
