Camera grande e pulita. Staff cordiale e gentile. Il parcheggio a pagamento all'interno della struttura però può ospitare solo un'auto. Gli scavi di Pompei e il centro sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

La colazione noi non siamo di quelle persone che a colazione si abbuffano, però il caffè era in cialda e ultimo giorno ne era rimasta solo una (noi eravamo in due). Buone le brioche....e basta. Ecco la colazione dovrebbe essere un po' più curata. Quindi i servizi buoni però non inserirei la colazione ...un po' mediocre

Struttura nuova, molto pulita e ben arredata. Abbiamo dormito in una camera grande, con un bagno dotato di una ampia e comoda doccia e aria condizionata. Uno spazio comune a due delle stanze è dotato di un frigobar e macchina per il caffè. A disposizione un’ampia serie di bibite, biscotti, yogurt e altri prodotti per snack e prima colazione. Proprietari accoglienti e disponibili. Abbastanza vicina al centro e agli ingressi degli scavi. È stato molto utile poter parcheggiare l’auto all’interno della struttura e lasciarvela anche dopo il check out con un piccolo extra costo.

Purtroppo la camera al primo piano non è dotata di ascensore.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, großes Zimmer, sehr sauber und fussläufig zum archäologischen Park (20 Min). Falls man mit dem Auto anreist kann man es direkt bei der Unterkunft parken. Wir kamen mit dem Zug. Der Bhf ist ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Da es ab einer Straße gelegen ist war es etwas laut.

CLEAN and Spacious. Location walkable to ruins and train to Sorrento. Many good restaurants within brief walk. Owner explained everything. Small kitchen well supplied with pastries and snacks.

Il condizionatore è pre-impostato, non regolabile ed è proprio sopra il letto.

Very comfortable & clean room in a great location, just a short walk from the Pompeii Archeological Park. It was nice to have some outdoor garden space to relax in.

Superlage für die Besichtigung der Ruinen, Eingang Amphitheater. Stefano ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber mit guten Tipps. Restaurant Garum ist absolut empfehlenswert. Möglichkeit das Auto im Innenhof zu parken.

Owner-Stefano welcomed me on my arrival & was very hospitable/welcoming. The suite was clean, comfortable with lovely bedding. A small coffee/tea bar was available for after hours tea/coffee break. Morning pastries were offered & they were so yummy. Stefano provided great recommendations for places to eat & enjoy the sites of Pompeii. Highly recommended this property!

The property was amazing, very modern and clean.

The property said there was a washing machine but we couldn’t find anywhere where it mentioned we had to pay for it. And we couldn’t find anywhere where ironing board.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Nette Gastgeber, saubere Zimmer, Tip wo man hingehen kann. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und tolles Bad. Kaffeemaschine vor dem Zimmer und Kekse. Einfach Toll!

Easy to find. Facilities were clean. The property has a lovely garden and covered area for relaxing. Easy walk to center of modern city and to gates of archeological area.

Limited items like soap, shampoo. There was a combination shampoo and shower gel but it was not good at either.

Everything. Was perfect, location was great, very clean and had everything we needed for a few nights stay. 10 min walk to the ruins, and 10 min walk the other way to restaurants etc

Le long de la route avec beaucoup de bruit auquel on ne s’attendait pas. Bien situé par rapport à Pompei et aux ruines mais le bruit de la route était vraiment gênant .

The villa is roughly equidistant from the railway station and the Pompeii ruins, so very convenient. Although located on a main road, we found the room quiet and we were grateful for the air conditioning. The en suite bathroom was a generous size, and the bed was comfortable. The communal kitchen was perfect to make hot drinks and we enjoyed the pastries and yogurts for breakfast. Everywhere was very clean.

Such a safe place to stay as a solo female traveller, very secure, very modern and lovely house. Gorgeous room, easy walk to the ruins, and the other way to the new city centre.

Stefano was great in getting us after hours, explaining what was what, carried my bag upstairs for me, local knowledge too. The decor was perfect. The bathroom was spacious and shower great! The towels were super big and fluffy! The bed was very comfortable! Little kitchenette available with some snacks etc and coffee facilities.

Couldn’t work out heating.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e attento alle nostre esigenze. La camera è molto spaziosa e funzionale, la colazione inclusa e buonissima. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio proprio di fronte a casa. Consigliatissimo.

Ė stato tutto perfetto, la villa molto curata nel dettaglio ed è molto strategica la posizione sia per visitare le città vicine sia per visitare pompei perché ci si sposta facilmente a piedi...siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti ottimo apporto qualità e prezzo. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti...la gentilezza e cortesia di Stefano non ha prezzo, sempre pronto a darti consigli e ti fa veramente sentire a casa....

Abbiamo trascorso un bel soggiorno presso questa struttura, compresa la notte di Capodanno. Il proprietario è stato molto ospitale, ci ha fornito subito tutte le informazioni su quanto si può visitare a Pompei e nei dintorni. La posizione della struttura è risultata comoda sia per visitare gli scavi che il centro della città. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, ben arredata e impeccabilmente pulita, dotata di tutti i confort, compreso il posto auto. La colazione deliziosa con cornetti freschi, e non solo, ha allietato tutti i nostri risvegli. La struttura è sicuramente consigliata e spero di tornarci

La struttura è una Villa restaurata a nuovo in bella posizione a circa 15 minuti a piedi dagli scavi di Pompei. Host gentile e professionale. Consigliato!!

Tutto ok

Bella struttura a pochi passi dal centro di Pompei. La Camera e il bagno sono nuovi e freschi ed è disponibile un posto auto gratuito. Unica pecca ma do comunque cinque stelle: il riscaldamento non è autonomo quindi la camera non era sempre super calda. Ritorneremo ☀️

We chose this property for the nearness to the Pompeii ruins. Property is very clean and comfortable. Host is very kind and accomodating.

Great location: it can be reached by car, train, it’s on a main street so it’s easy to drive to. It has parking facilities. It is also at walking distance to the archeological site. The room is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. Bed linens and furniture are of great quality. The bathroom is ample and luminous. There’s a nice and well stocked kitchenette shared by the bedrooms for anything you need and in the morning we’ve been spoiled by freshly baked pastries brought by the owner, who is always available on the phone and in person, kind and a source of information. All this at a honest price, considering the location. We felt like being hosted by a friend more than a “structure” and we definitely recommend Villa Ettore!

Very safe , private , clean, helpful and friendly ! Great to park up and walk to the Pompei Ruins and the Old town of Pompei, really lovely croissants for breakfast ! Delicious in fact and there was a small communal kitchen where you can have tea and coffee and other snacks. And independent stay but perfect for what we needed!

Breakfast was great, loved the tray outside the room. It’s very private and close to everything. Would stay longer next time, 2 days felt a bit rushed to see everything.

Beautiful big room, very clean, comfortable (but a bit too soft) bed. Extremelt convenient location if you are planning to visit Pompeii. Stefano was very communicative, personable, and helpful. He gave us good recommendations in terms of where not to eat (tourist traps). Decent breakfast of fresh cornetti in the morning.

The bed was a bit soft but this is a preference for us. Otherwise everything absolutely perfect.

Clean and comfortable. Despite being on a busy road, it was quiet inside. The property was well maintained and smart looking. Stefani was welcoming and helpful.

Extremely clean and accessible to the Pompei site, parking space was right outside the house. Stefano was very helpful and prompt in responding messages.

Beautiful property, lovely and spacious room and Stefano is a wonderful host - good communication, great advice about Pompei and available for queries. We also enjoyed the lovely breakfast prepared every morning.

The host was really friendly, helpful and flexible and gave us great tips for the best restaurants and routes to the Pompeij ruins. We arrived quite late in the evening and it was assuring to know that someone was there to welcome us. For an extra plus, we were able to park our rental car right in front of the accommodation for our whole stay. Can really recommend Villa Ettore!

Très bien situé à quelques 15 minutes de l’entrée principale des ruines (10 minutes de l’entrée côté amphithéâtre), une grande chambre très propre et une salle de bain aussi très agréable, avec une douche à l’italienne idéale après les heures de visite). Personnel agréable et très discret.

La rue est assez passante, mais cela reste un détail.

Massimo nous a très bien reçu et Stéphano était également toujours disponible. La villa est très bien située dans Pompei, a 10 min a pieds du site archéologique. La villa est très agréable, décorées avec goût et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, Massino nous emmenait des croissants délicieux tous les matins.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Villa. Alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Villa liegt sehr zentral in Pompeii. Ich würde immer wieder diese Unterkunft in Pompeii wählen. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Man wird herzlich empfangen und aufgenommen und erhält tolle Tipps für Pompeii. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!
