Hotel and location were good for our need, 1 night stay. We didn’t use the facilities.

They had a wedding reception and our room was 2nd floor. You’ll hear the music from the room until at least 1am. They shouldn’t place guests not participating to the event on the 2nd floor.

Lits confortables, bonne insonorisation

Location restaurant on site

Gym facility was sparse

The bathrooms were clean and the AC worked fine.

Don’t bother staying in this hotel, the location is in the middle of nowhere, the front staff will attend a phone call in front of you to accommodate the customer who is not even present before they can help you to check in… what a joke, the service is terrible unless you specifically and repeatedly ask them to do something they will do it, the restaurant will be empty all the time with their staff inside the kitchen talking so loud you can hear it in your room, if you ask them to attend your room they will say yes a couple times and just leave it for the last day of your stay. Overall don’t even bother booking here unless it’s a very last minute stay or a single night rest.

Bon service

I liked the location of the hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean.

We were disappointed with the hotel pool. Unfortunately, it was not what we were expecting based on the pictures and description. The pool area did not meet our expectations, and we were hoping for a much better experience, especially since the pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I hope the hotel can make some improvements in the future.

Nette kamers, goed ontbijt

Weinig voorzieningen in de buurt

Room was spacey, friendly reception. Breakfast was nice too, paid 18 CAD extra

Room had a weird smell and I couldn’t open the window, floor has a thick rug which feels super dirty. Location is not great, middle of a busy street, but it was convenient for one night stay

UN FRIGO DANS LES CHAMBRES SERAIT TRES APPRÉCIÉ. ÇA MANQUE.

rien

close to St. Hubert airport; friendly front desk and restaurant staff; good restaurant for dinner

the breakfast was too expensive. No shuttle to the St. Hubert airport. In an industrial area so no place to go for a pleasant walk

Absolutely horrible experience. Bad service. No house cleaning for 3 days. Loud wedding with hundreds of people and blasting f this f that music all night with 0 care for anyone else. Impossible to even watch your own movie at night or sleep at all. Useless staff. No parking in your own hotel....do not come here.

The staff was nice.

The room had a strong bad smell , the room had also all carpet floors which isn't ideal if you have allergies.

Le prix

Wow

Rien

Great reception stuff! Clean new room and bathroom Parking, sauna, gym and pool was nice after the long day in the car

All was fine for our 1 night stay

Friendly helpful staff, good restaurant

Clean, comfortable room. Modern bathroom. The little pool and sauna were lovely.

Customer service was average. Adjoining restaurant and hotel lack communication and consistency. Prices are wrongly advertised. At checkout, I was asked if I had consumed anything from the minibar, i said no. A few hours later, i was charged. When I called the hotel reception, the cleaning staff reported that I had taken items from the fridge. I had simply moved them to make room for our stuff. This was addressed and fixed, but an unnecessary waste of time and lost faith after having issues with the restaurant the previous evening.

Très tranquille et simple d’accès.

Les ajouts et déjeuner sont payants.

Mostly new, well decorated, quiet, easy access from HWY, close to mall and stores.

The breakfast was a bit cold (buffet) and understaffed, lacking plates or bread.

Rien

Super hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment gentil

The location is very good, close the Canadian Space Agency, Montreal Metro Airport, and the aerospace industrial park around it, minutes away and low traffic. Building and room are clean and comfortable.

There were no plugs at the bedside table, either normal plugs or USB for recharging. This means I had to either plug into the wall and leave my phone on the floor beside the bed, or pull out the table and plug into a loose outlet box behind it. I may want to use the gym and/or pool in future visits, though I note they are both pretty small. OK, but could always be better I suppose.

Personnel courtois, c'était propre et bien insonorisé.

we were in a room with an outside light on the adjacent wall. the lack of full curtains made it difficult to sleep. Also, work is still being done on rhw ceiling

La habitación no tenía buenos cobertores y la TV no era smart

Location and very friendly welcoming staff. Appreciate the secure access to enter the pool.

Overall, everything was excellent. I would only suggest to add a laundry room, which would be very convenient for guests staying longer than a few days.
