Comfort Inn Boucherville

Air conditioning wasn’t working bed bugs

Friendly staff. Clean facility.

Everything went smooth

It was a bit noisy during the evening

Only there 1 night, as just travelling thru. Location was good to the highway, but not any restaurants other than fast food nearby. Room was clean, but dated. Lots of storage areas in the room and hooks/ towel bars. No body wash, just bars of soap. Shampoo and conditions in dispensers. Hair dryer needs updating...kept blowing the gfi and not very strong...even on high. Rugs in room need a good cleaning. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good...just very busy and the server had trouble keeping up. Need a bigger area, with more tables. Ok stay for the price.

Nice area outside the city

The property was clean and dining room staff was very efficient. Reception at night doesn't seem enthusiastic to assist when we were there. As if I am interrupting/bothering with my inquiries. There was also no ice the time we arrived and even after couple of hours when we checked again.

Good

Very convenient location and friendly staff.

Bed comfortable

Clean an comfortable

Room was clean smelled good. Bed and bedding were excellent, shower was good. The breakfast was hot and plentiful in spite of how busy they were. Parking was fine. overall a really good stay at a fair price. I would stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside it’s a little dated and in need of some work but the room itself was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable. Great value!

Très bien pour le prix. Le staff est toujours gentil. Près de l’autoroute ce qui permet de se rendre facilement au métro et aux centres d’achat. Le Starbuck et la station service collé au stationnement sont un plus aussi!

The breakfast is very good. The only thing about the room is the mirror which hanging on the washroom's door. I feel not safe as easy to fall off.

The main lobby was extremely dirty

The patio door lock was broken. The additional charge for two small dogs came to an additional $115.

Drive 6 hours with 2 little kids got there at 9pm. Check in was easy. When we got up to the room it looked clean until my girlfriend walked into the bathroom to bath the kids and notieced the bath tub wasnt clean. We went down to the front desk to let them know and she became very rude and told us that they had no one to clean it and they were sold out. After hearing this my girlfriend asked for cleaing supplies and some rags to clean the bathroom herself the front desk lady told us that we have to wait for her to check other guests in and make a phone call 15 minutes later she returned with a bottle CLR and one rag. Other then that the stay was alright

Great place. Would recommend to anyone

The property is conveniently located for continued travel. It is old and tired. The room itself was clean and updated, except for the loveseat and drapery. The halls are in need of updating. Please remove the carpet. It

Overall had comfortable stay

Small dining area, lots of people. We couldn't sit down to eat. Bed comfortable. Excellent WIFI.

Everything was just fine for our stay

The only thing that was disapointing was the room was not ready for our 3:00pm check in. We had to wait an extra 30 mins in the lobby before our room was ready.

Good place to stay if heading east as it is outside Montreal. 20 minutes from the Port by car. Close to gas station and other stores within walking distance.

asdasdad

Just a quick stop

While hotel room was spacious, it was not clean, there was crumbs on the bedside table and TV stand. Also, it appears the sheets were not changed since last guest, as they were wrinkled and crumpled from sleep. There were no lifts or elevators for people with mobility issues. The breakfast area was way too small and the outside of the building needs a face lift. No signage to direct you to the property.

Good for a one night stay with pets

Breakfast was nice to have each morning but average food. Was close to a bunch of restaurants which was nice. Decent size room

Clean, comfortable, pet friendly and great location to somewhat avoid Montreal island traffic.

for our stay of 5 hours only so we can sleep, it was okay. we could have wished for a nonsmoky smelling room. otherwise everything was okay

Excellent in every way

I enjoyed my stay

excellent

Very good place

Quite

We cant speak french but the lovely ladies at the front desk were very accomodating to us by speaking english. Very friendly and good at their job.

No complain, the place was nice and clean

One of the best properties based on value for money. Keep it up !

There was a smell in the room and the room was not ready on the time.

Très bon ratio qualité prix

The room is clean, the staffs are nice, great breakfast. Great overall experience

Clean motel. The room was a good size.

This was a family trip. I booked a room with two queen beds. On the first day, my son had red spots on his body. I thought it was just a slight skin problem due to the water change. On the second morning, there were more red spots and it looked like he was bitten by bed bugs. The lady who helped us with breakfast was very kind, but I don't want to visit again.

Il manquait du savon pour se laver dans la douche. La salle a diner est bcp trop petite. Les patates desjeuner était froide.

Close to arena. But didn’t have security to settle those rowdy families.

First room very dirty, give us another one was ok. Patio door don’t lock, terrible bed but the staff was nice

Our room's air conditioning was not working. We will have to sleep without any AC. They didn't give us any other room saying they're full tonight. I don't know how we are going to sleep tonight. All other hotels are booked and its already 9.30pm. We checked in late around 8 and went to grab pizza and then came back and saw this.

The room's exterior door was extremely dirty. The cleaning products in the roomused did not smell very good

Customer service was almost non-existent and the facility does not respond in a timely manner. The team did not consider the guest’s concerns

Great experience

En français SVP.

Breakfast is good enough. Ample space for parking. Great hotel for stay

Very well located near highway with lots of restaurants

pas de rideau de douche et pas de bouchon pour le bain vraiment pas beau a voir

Happened to be there on a day when there was a scheduled power cut at 8:00 am. So up early, no breakfast and on my way! Not really anything they could do about it.

Polite people at the main entrance and quick check in the only thing was that I needed an elevator and there was none

Propre et en bon état. Les chambres sont bien isolée, les matelas confortable.

The hotel is a bit dated and looks like it needs a renovation; However, the service is always good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was convenient to stay for one night. All we needed was a clean and comfortable place to sleep. And we found that.

The hotel overall was fine for what it is! We had to check out the very next day bc one of my kids was not feeling well. The hotel did not want to reimburse us as far as nights we did not use. We used only 1 out of 4 nights we had originally reserved and we ended up paying the other 3 nights not used. That could have been handled a little better.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! The onky thing i recommend is the sign to the hotel, i thought it was a building not a hotel

Staff was kind and helpful! Great breakfast.

Everything

Good Stay but breakfast is not given early enough.

Clean comfortable quiet place

Juste une chaise pour s’assoir, très bruyant la douche des voisins, petit déjeuner ordinaire.

Good Location

Staff are every helpfull and professional.

Our first night was spent in a room facing a very busy highway intersection. I could not sleep because of the noise. Kindly, reception moved me to a quieter room fir the second night. I would recommend planting a wall of trees to block the sound. Also, refrain from assigning those rooms unless at full capacity.

Very good

D

Clean hotel with a lot of restaurants in the area

Just what our group of 5 needed..thanks for a great stay.

Clean and nice

Great stay.

NA

The place was very safe and our room was comfortable. We only stayed a night, they made sure to make us feel comfortable for sure. There are restaurants and stores at walking distance as well, which was great.

Breakfast was not good at all. We were not informed of the breakfast time for weekdays and it was closed by 9.30. Toilette in our room was not working and they didn't have the plumber to fix it. We were asked to use the front desk staff washroom instead of providing some other room on that floor. We got delayed for breakfast due to these issues in the morning and the breakfast was closed by 9.30, not able to get proper breakfast.

good location

Overpriced

The morning breakfast provided was extraordinary. And the towels were soft and absorbent.

Nice location of your are on the middle of a road trip. Just off highway 20. Gas stations and a bakery are across the street. Motel had everything I needed to recharge.

Great breakfast

Hotel was clean, however staff “missed placed” part of my belongings. Some of my things went missing and staff was not helpful. The answer I received was “maybe they are in the “lost and found” but the person with the key to it comes back tomorrow” Do not recommend this hotel!!

Overall 3.5 star rating out of 5

Good place to stay Staff ordinary, cleanliness normal not more Would have appreciate that room be ready at our arrival and not 45 minutes later

Too noisy, other guests making noise in halls well past midnight

Belle grandeur de chambre et propre. Beaucoup de restaurant à moins de 5 minutes et dépanneur à 2 minutes.

Staff a little disorganized never responded to my message that we had a dog. Did not have a room the first night with two queens as we had booked. So we had a king with sofa bed sofa bed horrible old mattress springs felt through mattress. They switched our rooms but we had to recheck in which was a hassle. Never had breakfast because it was very busy but we enjoyed it las time

Everything was perfect

The issue was i had to cancel expedia tried to help, but the hotel was more imterested in profit then a customers issue. Beware in who.you deal with, i will not recommend anyone to this hotel due to its insensitivity towards customers and worry about the momey.

Excellent service

Conveniently located off major highway and about 15 minutes drive to the events I planned to attend. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Quite and peaceful place.. breakfast was amazing

The bathroom had a funny smell due to the shower curtain. The area felt safe and parking was easy. The breakfast area was a bit crowded around 8am. Staff are very nice and helpful. There are plenty of dining options and it's a convenient area to stay. Beds were comfortable.

It's an affordable place, clean and easily accessible by car. Sometimes the tubs don't drain properly.

recently renovated room had no toilet paper or tissue good breakfast & breakfast staff - there was a childrens baseball tourney & the place was packed
