Tout ! Manque de professionnalisme et surtout, manque de respect car on a voulu me faire payer la 1iere nuit.

Not having room services available. I like to have the opportunity not to leave my room and comfort , just because I have to go get breakfast.

J’ai appris que le déjeuner était offert à d’autres qui y étaient pour la même raison, j’en ai donc fait la demande pour 3 personnes. Parce que j’ai utilisé votre service en ligne, refus total, il aurait fallu que ma réservation soit faite par téléphone directement a l’hôtel, je croyais qu’en 2026, on encourageait les gens à utiliser les services en ligne. Même pas un café et des rôties. Service client?

The furniture could have been newer. It was older and showed wear. Also it would have been nice if the tv was a smart TV either streaming platforms.

Nous avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience à notre arrivée. Beaucoup de temps d'attentes. Mauvais service à la réception à notre arrivée vers 16h20. Nous donnes pas la chambre que j'ai réservé avec deux lits. Il avait seulement un lit et un divan lit . J'ai t'es avec ma soeur , sa fille et mon garçon . Retour à la réception pour leurs demander une chambre avec deux lits ,il mon fait attendre 1h00 avant de pouvoir parler à quelqu'un. Pour ensuite me donner une chambre avec deux lits mais pas nettoyer. Serviettes mouillés pas propre lit utiliser avec poils et saleté , plancher pas propre et c'est pas fini il avait zéro compression à l'accueil. J'ai jamais vécu une situation comme ça très déçu. Revenue plus épuisée. Très mauvais expérience.

They gave my room away. They wanted to give me a room in the old section when thats exactly why i booked in the new section cuz thats what i like. Had to wait a whole hour for them to figure out what to do and find a new room. Made me late for my dinner reservation. They ended up giving me a room in the new but it didnt look at all like in the pictures of the room i booked at the beginning.... very disappointed. 1st time that kind of service i get.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026J'ai beaucoup aimé le resto/bar de l'hôtel, le personnel était sympathique. L'espace spa était super, la piscine chauffée est excellente.
Lorsqu'on était en partie de billard le personnel nous a avisé qu'il fallait cesser de jouer, car la salle était rendue privée. La solution serait de rendre la table de jeu accessible dans les heures de jeux que l'hôtel a mis en place.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Love that they has swinging chairs in the lobby. A soaker tub in our room. The bath tub was long and deep. Super clean. Easy to use the bathtub faucet. The room was clean and spacious. They have free bathrobes to use. They has restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend Tres Amigos. Great service and great food. My kid who is picky found a hamburger to eat. While we had delicious Mexican food. They had towels conveniently at the pool and sauna was clean
I asked for extra blankets before check in, and I didn’t see any. However, the room was warm so in the end it wasn’t needed I asked the front staff for two bathrobes, the man never brought it up or probably never asked the staff to. I waited all afternoon and evening for the two bathrobes. They don’t have any toiletries, aside from the shower cap. The dispensers make it hard for the soap to dispense . I would have prefer a soap bar.
