The roads are very narrow. If you drive, park in an outer car park. Taxi or walk. The parking spaces are absolutely tiny - your car will need to inhale to get into a space.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Helpful staff. Allowed check in a bit early and gave me one of the quieter rooms. Air conditioning was thankfully in perfect working order and user friendly. Safe was also easy to use, unlike other hotels I have stayed in.
English TV channels were very difficult to get and as I was travelling on my own this was disappointing. My room was quiet during bedtime hours but earlier in the evening doors closing made a loud noise. This is probably due to the layout and acoustics of the building.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026We arrived @ 01:15hr after a delayed flight and was greeted by a really friendly member of staff at front desk. He quickly checked us in and helped us with bag to lift to go to our room as route was easier to show rather than tell. This was perfect start to our brief stay, thank you. Room was a good size, in really good condition, shower pressure was really good and importantly the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a good range and again staff were polite and attentive. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, cómodas y acogedoras. Especialmente el personal de recepción, todos muy amables y atentos, haciendo todo lo posible para ayudar a cada huésped.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Het hotel ligt heel centraal, op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, terrasjes en winkels. Het hotel heeft een eigen ( kleine) parkeergarage. De sfeer, inrichting is mooi. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk.
De koffie. De 2 automaten die in de ontbijtzaal staan produceren iets wat niets met koffie te maken heeft. Afschuwelijk, niet te drinken. De automaat ( Nescafé) waar je de hele dag gratis koffie of thee kunt pakken, is iets beter. Maar als je lekkere koffie wil drinken kun je beter ergens anders naar toe gaan. Jammer, want verder is t hotel echt uitstekend.

The bathroom is small. At first night, the room was ok, the bathroom was old and things are broken in the bathroom. We asked to change different room and Elisa changed us to another room and it was much better. Thx to Elisa

La climatisation dans notre chambre qui faisait un bruit terrible, on a demandé à changer de Chambre. Les oreillers qui sont un peu durs. Le petit déjeuner qui est cher.

Regendusche; freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal mit sehr guten Ratschlägen... eine echte Überraschung!!!
Das Frühstück war okay... was bei der Top-Gesamtbewertung des Hotels nur bedeuten kann: "ausbaufähig"!

Every day the fridge was refilled with 2 free bottles of water which I really appreciated, especially in the hot weather! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Helping me when I had questions and even making some phone calls when needed. It was a wonderful place to stay

Beds were 2 single to do a double and they were spliting a bit appart during the night but the hotel was full at that time and it can happen.

Stanze un pò piccole, nella nostra non funzionava la ventola nel bagno ma nel complesso più che accettabile. Mi permetto di consigliare di sfruttare l'enorme terrazzo sul tetto per dare la possibilità ai clienti di ususfruire di uno spazio esterno con vista sui tetti della splendida Siviglia

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026This is a hidden gem in the heart of old town Seville. The staff were friendly without being too present. The location is as good as you can get located on a narrow street away from the crowd but close to Setas, shops and restaurants. The clientele were quiet and respectable. The rooms were clean and quiet and a decent size. The bathroom was well stocked
I can't think of any criticism of this beautiful hotel. I would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Os quartos e casas de banho eram velhos e no primeiro dia o tecto da casa de banho caiu com água. Trocaram-nos de quarto e foram muito simpáticos, mas foi uma situação chata.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Absolutely wonderful service and the room we had was phenomenal. We got really lucky and had a corner room on the second floor. It felt so private with a wonderful view and easy roof top access. We had breakfast one morning at the hotel too and were pleased with how many options we had. Definitely a huge recommendation if you're in Seville!

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026A beautiful and quaint hotel with an inner courtyard. Also very clean and comfortable room and in a good location. Good value for money and with complimentary tea and coffee.
The air condition was a bit poor but other than that very satisfied overall.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Coisas que gostei no hotel: quarto excelente, camas confortáveis, cafe da manha sensacional, instalações espaçosas e com espaços diversos e artisticos e uma equipe excepcional, diversa e solícita. localizacao excelente, Meu hotel preferido em uma viagem por mais de 20 cidades na Espanha. Salamanca, Oviedo-Santander-Bilbao-San Sebastian-Girona-Barcelona-Malaga-Valencia-Granda-Gibraltar-Ronda-Tarifa-Sevilha.
Reservar a garagem do hotel é importantissimo, pois os estacionamentos próximos são um perto longe, no qual são 300 metros de distancia que se faz em 10 minutos de carro e 3 a pé.Ruim para carregar as malas, pois as ruas são apertadas. Cuidado e atenção com a localizacao do google maps e apple maps, eles nao encurtam o trajeto a pe.
