Location is excellent for what I needed. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly

Not 2 single beds as requested. Only one badly upholstered dirty looking chair. No drinking water, soap, bisquits, tissues, any shampoos or extras.

Er viel niets tegen alles was naar verwachting. Ik moet zeggen, ik heb daar supper goed geslapen. Goede bedden! De pub vonden we ook leuk. We waren daar voor 1 nacht en er was toevallig een voetbalmatch. Het was er een toffe sfeer. zeker doen.

Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast good value, staff very accommodating, liked the outdoor area for kids (we have a 6 year old and this made it much more pleasant!). Comfy beds and spacious room for 3. Location - not a great area of town, bit rough - gd to be near Lidl and not too far to walk to town during day however.

Only thing I didn’t like was people allowed to vape outside. And near kids’ play area.

Room was reasonably sized for the price, dinner in the pub was great.

Breakfast options could've been a bit better, but understand its tough to make a profit when you're only serving hotel guests

All the staff were very polite friendly and helpful.

The brown toast with the poached eggs was soggy and the eggs not runny, but everything else about our stay was great.

All round great room this was our 2nd stay will definitely be back.

Great location. Near enough to town centre but in a lovely quiet area. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and quite roomy. Staff were superb, nothing was any trouble for them. Very polite and friendly. Food was good too. Great place to stay, I would return again.

Air conditioning in our room made it a comfortable stay in hot weather. The staff were friendly and obliging when we reported a problem sorting out the issue quickly. Plenty of car park space.

We were perturbed to find used towels left on the back of the door in the ensuite, suggesting that the room wasn't cleaned as carefully as we would expect. The hanging space for clothes was too short for hanging anything longer than suits and lack of any storage would be a problem if staying longer.

There was hardly any milks, tea bags etc . The kettle was full of water obviously from a previous person staying in the room. The room could have done with being a bit cleaner as there was some dust in places

Peeling paint in the bathroom, wobbly toilet seat. Only two teabags and one set of towels for two people. The latter two issues were only discovered too late at night to sort out.

The location as we were commuting to foxhall stadium

That I woke after the first night to my friend walking in to my room due to the fact the batteries has ran out on my door and it didn't actually lock so myself and 11 year old daughter slept with an unlocked door!!!

The rooms were very good, clean, spacious and comfortable. We had the carvery when we arrived which was very good and so was the breakfast. Would definitely go back again.

We stayed for one night. The hotel is very nice, with a comfortable bed and a spacious room. The food in the restaurant was delicious and prepared quickly. There is also a small, enclosed playground where the children could play safely and freely.

reasonable run of the mill pub food .carvery not attractive I had taken to people as guests to thank them for a favour. the fact that i wasnt allowed to have a tab on the table despite the fact i had paid £273 for the two rooms in advance eith all me particulars being on record was a PAIN wont be back thank you

We booked a family room for myself and my adult son..had ask them for a sheet and duvet for the sofa bed..only 2 tea bags and no sugar.

The location was ideal for an evening show at the Ipswich Regent

The TV in the room was troublesome. The adaptor to the ariel was broken and making poor contact affecting the signal.

We booked for 2 children to stay with us and we’re not given any bedding for towels for my them and had to go and ask for it to be done. Also I paid extra when booking for breakfast (1 adult and 2 small children) and they still tried to charge me when ordering. This should be checked before taking the order of each customer. I was told I wouldn’t be able to have a full Monty breakfast as it was ‘too much’ however when we added up mine and my children’s breakfast we actually paid more online when booking than what we would have done on the day. I feel if this is an issue then a separate menu should be provided for those who have already prepaid even though they should be entitled to the whole menu if they are actually paying more through booking.

Great for Ipswich Town FC but a little distance from town.

Michael was a staff member the night i arrived. His professional approach was amazing. The room was the issue definitely won’t stay again. Michael however went that little bit extra.

Room dingy . Bed was two mattresses push together, uncomfortable, rationed tea facilities , every time you got up the floors would creak and thud .. all round disappointing.

Very close to a very busy road junction and therefore a lot of road noise. Breakfast doesn't start until 7am, which is a little late when working.
