Loved the location and the size of the room. We had x4 adults and it was very roomy. Super close to the Disney Train. Amenities were great.

The cost to use the outdoor pool was excessive.

Location for money

Staff gave us room that did not match booking - we were looking at a wall rather than Disney or bay view and had to go back downstairs and ask to change.

The rooms are very comfortable, the buffet breakfast is amazing with wonderful variety, the staff are helpful and tolerant of our small children. We loved the pool on a hot sunny day.

The cost to use the pool was more than I expected.

Was close to monorail to access Disneyland.

Activities such as outside pool are not free!!!!! With paying a lot of money to stay one would think that all is paid for. Nowhere in the world have I had to pay in addition!!! The room utensils were also broken (safe and kettle). A 5 star hotel should have better maintenance. Also the breakfast entrance was inconvenient as got people to enter in back and blocked primary entrance. Made no sense.

Great location for Disneyland, comfy beds, good breakfast.

Rooms were not very soundproof and it felt like we had a herd of elephants staying on the floor above us. It was very annoying.

朝ごはん食べた後帰ってきたらもう清掃がはいってて、掃除終わるまで待ってたのが気まずかった

Alles. Das personal ein Traum. Das hotel verfügt über mehrere Restaurants, wir waren jeden tag in einem anderen frühstücken. In der lobby gibt es einen Tisch mit eingebauten Bildschirmen auf denen man alte Nintendo Spiele spielen kann. Es gibt ein fitnessstudio, einen Pool, einen Minigolfplatz und vieles mehr. Ca 2 Minuten entfernt ist die disney resort Bahn mit dieser sind wir immer 2 Stationen gefahren um dann in die ubahn einzusteigen. Im Hotel gab es einen automat zum geld abheben und auch einen zum geld wechseln.Das hotel war einfach ein traum.

Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

The hotel sadly didn't meet our expectations at all. We really looking forward to finish our vacation in Japan "in style" and enjoy outside pool and the sun. Hotel is quite outdated, our room had a weird smell. Upon check-in we had to wait more than 1 hour because of the line. If you want to use outdoor pool, you had to pay 30 EUR for two people to use it for only 2 hours per day and you had to make a booking in advance. Indoor pool is free of use but smell really bad, it was also very crowded, full of kids. Basically every activity at the hotel needs to be booked in advance and costs extra.

A bond held of 60,000 yen which only gets refunded after 2 weeks. If it is a bond, it should be refunded immediately onto the card.

家族用のお風呂があり、ディズニー後に、リラックスできた。みんなでお風呂に入れて、時間を効率よく使えた。

The staff are excellent and so helpful and polite, they go out of the way to help. The breakfast buffet is fabulous. The location to Tokyo Disney is excellent. The free bus service to the Monorail and Maihama Station is so helpful

We stayed here 2 years ago and the property has certainly lost some of its “Grande” it certainly needs some updating, carpets are thread bare, wallpaper is pealing, mirror surrounds have tarnished and furniture is getting outdated as well.

The room, the services, food, and the facilities were exactly what I expected. I am very satisfied. The room lights, AC setting, the bathroom setting, etc are exactly what I am used to and I felt so comfortable using them. Also breakfast they offer is just like what I used to eat. Only I would suggest them to change is to set up nuts and cranberries by salad, not by desert, and quiche should be by main dish for breakfast, not next to desert. It was not easy for me to find those nuts, cranberries, and quiche because they were placed right next to desert.

The pool was amazing ! I made a reservation for 2 hours in the morning and it wasn’t crowded my son had fun! The buffet breakfast also had amazing ambience! The staff were welcoming and the facilities was clean hope to go again!

Rooms were well furnished and the beds were comfortable. Proximity to Disney was great. Lots of restaurants onsite to choose from - and the food was delicious

The room was comfortable, good view, loads of activities for our 4 year old. Nice little touches for kids. Regular transport, close to station. Catered for my unusual allergy.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica dentro do Disney Resort, ao lado de hotéis Disney e com a estação Bayside da Disney Line (o monorail da Disney de Tóquio) em frente ao hotel. O hotel tem boa estrutura, com restaurantes, piscinas, loja da Disney etc. O quarto era super espaçoso, o que é raro no Japão. Tem um bom custo benefício, pois custa menos que um hotel Disney, mas te permite ficar na bolha Disney. O buffet de café da manhã dos restaurantes é super farto, com muitas opções orientais e ocidentais.

O maior ponto negativo com certeza foi a piscina aberta. Fomos no verão e tínhamos uma tarde sem programação que deixamos justamente para curtir a piscina externa do hotel (que inclusive está sempre em destaque nas divulgações deste hotel). Infelizmente acabamos descobrindo depois que a piscina externa do hotel, que só abre no verão, é paga a parte. Além disso, descobrimos que o agendamento era por períodos de somente 2h. Como se não fosse o bastante, descobrimos que a reserva pode ser feita por não hóspedes e já estava esgotada para os períodos que tínhamos interesse. Nunca tinha visto isso na vida, de a piscina do hotel não estar incluída e, em caso de ser paga, ter o risco de não ter disponibilidade. O famoso: tem, mas acabou. Pudemos usar a piscina interna sem custo, mas simplesmente não é a mesma coisa. Fora esta questão da piscina, todos os dias colocamos o aviso de que não gostaríamos que entrassem no quarto e entraram no quarto todos os dias. deixaram um papel dizendo que entraram no quarto e o staff deveria marcar o objetivo da entrada (tinham algumas opções, como: higiene, segurança etc.), mas o staff não marcou nenhuma das vezes. Apesar de terem entrado no quarto contra nossa vontade e sem explicação, não aproveitaram para limpar nem arrumar nada. Além disso, o hotel está um pouco antigo, com muitos carpetes já manchados. O café da manhã tinha muita fila dependendo do horário e o processo de limpeza das mesas e direcionamento hóspede a hóspede a uma mesa, apesar de ser muito cortês, com certeza atrasava ainda mais o processo de acomodação de todos.

The hotel was clean. The breakfast had lots to choose from and was fresh daily. The staff all round from the shuttle bus drivers, the concierge team, the reception staff, the restaurant staff, the cleaners were all very helpful and friendly. They made our week a very blessed one.

The outside pool was not factored in to the cost of the hotel fee but I understand that with one pool available, it will get busy and therefore difficult to handle the clients safely.

希望していたステーション側の部屋たったことと、部屋が広かったと。 バスとトイレが別なのも嬉しかった。

部屋の階のエレベーターを降りて直ぐの飲み物の自動販売機がずっと売り切れになっていて購入出来なかった。

施設は素敵で、スタッフもみんなフレンドリーでした。 屋内プールもそんなに混んでいなくて子供達もとても楽しそうでした。

チェックインの列が見た事ない位長い列で、40分程列に並びました。 フロントも凄い人でした。朝食会場も5会場ありますが、どこに行ったらいいのか最初は悩むと思います。 大きな会場へ行きましたが、お皿が足りなかったりとちょっと不便でした。

Superbe hôtel. Très pratique pour les familles souhaitant profiter du parc Disney. Il y a une ligne de train en face de l’hôtel dédiée aux parcs. Le service et le personnel est de qualité.

La plupart des services (aire de jeux pour enfants, spa, sauna, photographe, lingerie. Machines à pinces….)sont en supplément ce qui est logique mais également la piscine extérieure.

2階のカフェ店員、チェックイン時の誘導員、ディズニーグッズのレジスタッフなど、全体的にスタッフの対応があまり良くなく、残念に感じました。 2階のカフェでは、若いスタッフの方の対応はそれほど気になりませんでしたが、年齢層が高いスタッフになるほど、慣れからなのか愛想がなく感じられました。こちらがお礼を伝えて商品を受け取っているにもかかわらず、何も返されないなど、接客として少し疑問に感じる場面がありました。 チェックイン時の誘導員に関しては、モバイルチェックインについて確認するも、「会員じゃないと無理です」だけ言われ登録方法などの提案もなくそっけない対応でした。正直こちらから話をできないような雰囲気でした。 全体的に、ホテルの質とスタッフの対応が全く見合っていませんでした。 一方で、清掃スタッフの方々の対応は本当に素晴らしく、設備もとても良かったので、また利用したいと思える施設でした。 だからこそ、他のスタッフの方々にも、清掃スタッフのような気持ちの良い対応を見習っていただき、接客教育をより徹底していただければと思います。

子供のベットも寝やすかった。 客室清掃をしている外国人の方が笑顔で挨拶されていてとても気持ちが良かった。ホスピタリティを感じた。

空調など設備が古かった。 また、フロントやオアシス（アネックス）の案内の不足が十分ではなく、設備やプールなどの使用方法が分かりづらかった。 また、フロントフロアの掃除のおばさんの立ち居振る舞いはホテルの性質にそぐわないと感じた。プールの若いスタッフもポケットに手を突っ込んで歩いているひとがいてあまり良い印象ではなかった。

バースデーにタオルケーキを用意してくれて家族も喜んでいました！ アップグレードまでしてくださった

Mmm I booked this hotel for the pool outside - it didn’t specific tells that the pool we have to pay separately. And I was looking forward to that but disappointed even if I pay for my son just to accompany and watch him i have to pay aswell- 2 hours only for 3,000 per head and night swimming from 6pm to 8pm 4,000 yen per head that’s ridiculously so expensive- so yeah very very disappointed this hotel rules .

Nah zur Monorail, die direkt zu Disney Sea und Disney Land Resort fährt...sowie zur Gateway Station wo man weiter in die Stadt fahren kann.

外国人観光客が多くマナーが悪い 夜中ドアを開けて騒いでいる外国人がいて眠れなかった 子供たちもかわいそうだった

キレイで高級感があり素敵でした。 ベットがふわふわで寝心地良かったです。 滝が流れていて癒されました。 スタックの方々、丁寧な対応で素晴らしかったです。

アメニティが少ない気がしました。 舞湯にクレンジングと洗顔が欲しかったです。あと、リファのドライヤーですが使い方がわかりませんでした。 他にもわからない方が多数いらっしゃいました。 ガーデンプールは水温が低くて寒かったです。 館内が広過ぎて移動が大変でした。案内もわかりずらく初めての人には迷子になるかも。外国人なら尚更ですね。

宿泊前日23時に予約。ギリギリでしたが、当日チェックインする時にお部屋をアップデートしてもらえ、パーク側でとてもとても満足でした。 唯一の夏休みの宿泊だったのでとても良かったです。

よくなあところはなかったのですが、アメニティーなどが以前はお部屋にあったと思うのですが、今回はどうもロビーの方にあったようで。 気づいた時にはもう部屋でくつろいでいたので、下に降りるのが面倒で、どうにかしました。 事前に教えてもらえると良かったです

最寄り駅までの送迎がとっても良かったです。 スタンダードの部屋で古さを感じましたが、広がったです。

浴衣よりパジャマを選べたらよかったです。

お部屋が綺麗で、ベビーベッドの無料貸し出しで赤ちゃんも安全に寝ることができ、家族みんな快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

The staff were all fantastic. The restaurants and cafe on site are well priced and the food is great. The room we stayed in was a good size. Perfect location for going to Disney.

朝食、予約済みガーデンプール入場、ゴルフプレイチケット購入全てで30〜40分の待ち行列。特に朝食では、10時終了までに入場できる目処が立たず、終了延長レストラン探しに家族が右往左往する有様。収容人員に見合う従業員数不足と、それを補うシステムの無さが、折角の家族休暇を台無しにして、最悪のホスピタリティと言わざるを得ない。広いロビーでOASISやトイレの位置も無案内なのは、案内掲示が不十分。ディズニーベイエリアという地の利だけが取り柄と言っては言い過ぎか⁈とても失望した

グランカフェは、最高でした。特に、シェフが運んでくれた、ミートパイとアップルパイはおいしかった。

室内プールの水が濁っていた。もう少し循環してほしかった。

Shuttle from monorail to hotel, its a short distance but still great to not have to walk with luggage. Included breakfast was good, options to suit everyone in our group. Room was very large and whilst dated, it was very clean and had everything required. The balcony was great to be able to open the sliding doors for fresh air. Staff were lovely.

Being Australian we are not familiar with having to pay to use a hotel pool! Dining for dinner was limited and seemed to only be expensive buffet or restaurant options.We went to the sports bar and saw people eating pizza, this option wasn't advertised and if we didn't ask we never would have known this was available. We had pizza, chicken wings and fries and it was great.

Location and proximity to the dismay park. The hotel foyer and lobby area was bright, energetic and well organised. Staff were friendly and helpful. The choice of evening food we had ‘Hawaiian buffet’ was great with wide selection but expensive (not a good point). Everything in the room was well provided for.

The restaurant was expensive ‘Hawaiian buffet’. The rooms appeared somewhat tired and from original fittings/design/tiles and materials. The oldest tv I’ve seen for a while!

子供2名と大人2名で4台のベッドの並べ方が子供にとって非常に良かったです。いとこ同士隣で寝たかったようなので助かりました。またランドが見えるお部屋であったため、翌日に行くディズニーへ思いを馳せて高揚感が高まり喜んでいました。

グランカフェで、子供が食べたかったペントン君のチョコレートがなくて残念でした。（前回宿泊した際に食べた思い出があったようです）

It was really expensive for what it was as were all the dining options.

海側の部屋だったので、景色がとても良かった

部屋についているエアコン、温度設定がわかりにくかった

施設が充実していた。ホテルからでなくても楽しめる所が良かった。無料シャトルバスが本数も多く駅まで行きやすかった。

ブッフェ会場のスタッフ（ローストビーフ切る人）がため息つきながら対応していた。レストラン会場のコップが汚かった。ホテル内のお寿司のレストランが出てくるまでかなり時間がかかった。忘れ物をして届けられている（財布）のにホテルから連絡が何もなかった。

It was located close to disneyland

The hallways smelled like pee. No joke. It was old and dated, not like the pics. The bed was rock hard and the pillow was also super hard. We had to wrap it in towels to make it sleep able.

Hotel staffs are polite.

While I was browsing the rooms for reservation, the room we were given was quite different from what I saw on the website. I believe we were assigned to a connecting room and it didn’t look like the room shown online. When we entered the room, my family and I were a little disappointed because it was not what we expected based on the photos on the website. Also, the floor in the shower area is quite slippery, which I feel could be dangerous for guests. I hope you can look into this for the safety and comfort of your customers.

Long wait times for breakfast even at 7:30am. Bad mattresses. Outdoor pool chargeable for 2hr usage and advance booking requirement is not a great experience.

Fijne ruime kamers en de vele ontbijtmogelijkheden. Een hotel met Amerikaanse vibes, dus wat gedateerde inrichting en aankleding maar wel lekker comfortabel en attente service. Pluspunt is de gunstige ligging tov de Disneyparken en de gratis shuttle service naar Disney (al is de monorail net zo makkelijk en ook op steenworp afstand).

Kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken qua inrichting. Gebruik van zwembad is tegen bijbetaling, minpunt.

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Lage ist gut und einfach mit der Monorail erreichbar. Es gibt Zimmer die schon renoviert sind, ein von unseren beiden Zimmer gehörte leider nicht dazu.

Luxe hotel lekker dicht bij Disney. Met de railway was je er zo (300 yen enkele reis). Kamers netjes verzorgd en beneden heb je twee kleine winkeltjes zitten om eten en drinken te kopen. Keuze is beperkt daar maar prima.

Buitenzwembad is betaald en niet goedkoop. Wij moesten ruim € 50 betalen voor twee uurtjes zwemmen in een bad zonder glijbanen enz...

The lobby and facilities were good, the breakfasts were great and they labelled allergens very well. It was easy to get to the train station with a hotel bus and the loop train right Infront of the hotel.

The room was a bit tired and smelled musty, the basin had a crack in it. The toilet always sounded as if water was running and we had to keep the door closed at night to minimise the sound. For the price point and name of the hotel, I would have expected more.

Room smelled very strongly of mildew and stale cigarettes. Stains on walls carpets and fixtures. Room in desperate need of modernisation. Bathroom basic. Beds rock hard. Fridge tepid. The public areas and guest rooms don't match at all. Our room was scruffy and dirty. Stayed in nicer student rooms.
