Fantastic stay at this unique hotel. This hotel provided us with the highest standards of accommodation. The building interior has been restored to reveal its historic past. The breakfast area is stunning and staff went out of their way to provide exactly as we requested. The owners and the staff were very kind and considerate throughout our short stay. Our best hotel experience in Thailand. Highly recommended

Woo Gallery was a beautiful boutique hotel. Well appointed and very clean, I particularly loved the beautiful ceramic basin in the bathroom. The staff were friendly, the rooms a good size and they happily accommodated our luggage when our flights were significantly delayed - letting us change in the downstairs bathroom. It was in a terrific position central to all areas of the Old Town. (We happened to be there for Songkran which was an added delight our hotel being so central to all the activities.)

It all really was very good - I just personally found the beds very hard. (But my son liked the hard beds.) The breakfast was okay - not very generous and difficult to change your order, for example I ended up with a sick stomach (NOT because of Woo Gallery) and wanted something plain but couldn't explain.

Fantastic breakfast!

The hotel is set on the main central Phangnga Road of the Old Town but retains a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It's in a perfect location to explore, and for the night market on Sunday which was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. Very pretty. We stayed at the posh peninsula in Bangkok just prior to arriving and WOO and as just as good in terms of it's cleanliness, facilities, and it's pretty too. WOO has a museum in the rear, which exceeded my expectations. I work in cultural heritage and was very impressed by the research and the really wonderful objects on display. Really beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and seemed very polite. It was a pleasure to stay here. They offer thai breakfast too. We didn't get to try but they had roti with chicken curry which sounded great.

The western breakfast needs to be updated to offer more interesting options.

Very good location (especially on sundays as it is market day), very nice and helpful staff. Rooms were nice and clean, simple and good breakfast

It’s a unique and picturesque hotel in a great location. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. The Sunday night market out the front door was fun. The hotel included a museum, which was interesting.

The downside of the location is that on Saturday and Sunday night it was pretty noisy in our room. We had a deluxe room that overlooked the street. Also it would have nice to have a couple of chairs and a small table on the balcony. Right now there is no place to sit.

Excellent location. Within 10 minutes walk, one can get to four Michelin restaurants. The hotel integrates with a museum that exhibits the life of a local big family in the past 100 years, very interesting indeed 👍🏼 The breakfast is delicious too.

When you walk on the corridor, the shoes would make squeaky sound. The sound may be a bit disturbing if there are many customers staying here.

Good Location in Old Phuket Town. Walking distance to most things. The hotel was also a museum, which made it interesting for a few minutes. My wife really liked it. Breakfast was good, not what I would have chosen, but food was plentiful and choice was limited. You get what you get and don't get upset. Good Security, no key no entry. Or the reception has to let you in.

Rooms heated up a lot when you removed the room key. Breakfast was OK, but limited choice, didn't ask about allergies or diet requirements. Get what you get and don't get upset. English was limited for staff. TV choice was very limited, unfortunately someone left there Netflix open for everyone to use.

A wonderful position in old town - classical architecture enriching the building .

After Thai smiles all month the absence of such here from all but the lovely Thai cleaners , was saddening .

Die Lage ist fantastisch! Mitten in Old-Town.

Die Fenster sind komplett undicht und dadurch ist es extrem laut in diesem Zimmer gewesen. Laut Beschreibung hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Terasse und Gartenblick. Es war dann ein Balkon mit Pflanzen zur Straße. Neben an eine Bar, in der bis 3.00 Uhr nachts lautstarke Musik lief. Frühstück ohne Büffett sehr bescheiden!

AC worked great. Beds were decent. Free coffee, water and snacks in the room.

Shower pressure was in and out.

The ornate furniture in the room and overall decoration created an authentic feel to our stay. There was the added bonus of being able to view the items in the connected museum.

Property is kept impeccably clean and well maintained with quaint turn of the century Peranakan artifacts. Included breakfast has the home-cooked appeal with excellent variety of choices. Hotel is conveniently located on the street where Phuket’s Sunday Street night market is held - just walk out the door and you’re there.

A wonderful place to stay in the middle of Old Town Phuket. Great information about the history of the building and surrounding area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

An absolute jewel of a hotel with the perfect location to enjoy Phuket old town. Full of history and beautifully appointed. Loved the museum attached. All the items have been curated with care and tell the story of the original family business through time plus the evolution of all sorts of items. Lovely room and bathroom. Breakfast very generous and good although you need to be clear about what you want and don’t want.

Super Lage mitten in Phuket Old Town. Perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden oder den Night Market zu besuchen.

The location of this hotel is outstanding in Old Town Phuket. A couple of amazing restaurants on the same side of Hotel block (The Kanta & Lao Pa Sat). Former sometimes has an evening performance by Annie on her guzheng zither. The decor of the hotel is Peranankan style, and as a hotel guest, you can visit the back portion which is the Moh Seng Museum. This museum is not to be missed, and during our 4 nights stay, seemed to be closed to public visits. Take the breakfast option - the local Asian options are top notch. The bedroom is spacious, with a great shower stall (with overhead shower-head option). Ceiling AC is quiet and effective. Complimentary water bottles, k-cup coffee, tea bags, and cookies on check-in. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here if we are back in Old Town Phuket, and would recommend wholeheartedly to family and friends.

Need to re-connect daily to the wifi (probably on a time meter). No issues with wifi strength.

Beautifully decorated, many antiques and large room.

The only thing I can complain about in the lack of a laundry service. The front desk took my bag but didn’t tell me there was no laundry service. A minor inconvenience to take it in myself.

I loved this hotel, specially its rooms, the staff was extremely kind. The gallery inside is stunning and all the facilities were very well conserved.

Location was perfect, you can walk to everywhere in Phuket town. Bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Good service staff and breakfast was good.

The floor is a little too slippery and impossible to wear the bedroom slippers. The wooden floor is too well waxed.

The breakfast was a bit light but plentiful. The espresso was not the best. The facilities were outstanding. The staff was really helpful. All in all, the hotel was more what was required.

It rained all day. OTT there was nothing about the hotel to dislike.

O conceito Hotel Boutique realmente acontece! Se sente um cuidado especial pelo hotel e atenção aos detalhes! Super central em Pukhet Old Town. Colchão e travesseiros de boa qualidade.

Atendimento da recepção, equipe super despreparada e pouco amável! Um pouco claustrofóbico os quartos , pois as ventilações são para pátios internos e as 7 da manhã começa a entrar o cheiro de fritura pela janela do banheiro. Café da manhã OK.

We loved staying in this beautifully restored boutique hotel which has a wonderful history. Make sure you visit the museum showcasing elegant pieces from yesteryear. We stayed on a Sunday night when the very busy night markets were on, so we appreciated just walking up to our door instead of trying to wrangle a taxi.

I had a truly pleasant stay at WOO Gallery & Boutique in Phuket with my mom. The staff provided us with a comfortable and memorable experience. Our room was impeccably clean, and everything was neatly arranged. The space was beautifully accented with Peranakan design elements, which added a unique and delightful charm. The atmosphere throughout the long stretch of the shophouse was peaceful and inviting. One of the highlights was the hidden museum at the rear of the property, which leads to another exit. Although the lights weren’t on during our visit, the space held a quiet, almost nostalgic energy, with antique furniture that seemed to carry stories from the past. For those who are easily spooked, I recommend walking through with a respectful heart and an open mind. What made our stay even more special was the wonderful staff. They were polite, attentive, and represented the warmth and kindness of Thailand to us as foreigners. We truly felt their presence was pleasant and helpful — always diligent in their work and sincere in their care. It left a lasting impression on both of us. A special mention goes to the breakfast they served us over our two-day stay — it was absolutely heartwarming, thoughtfully presented, and delicious. My mom especially enjoyed it and was truly relaxed throughout the entire experience. Thank you to the WOO team for your kind hospitality. We had a wonderful time and would love to return again.

One small point to consider for future guests: we arrived on a Sunday, and there happened to be a night market held right along the street where this lovely hotel is located. The road was already closed off by around 2pm, so we had to walk a short distance to reach the entrance. Thankfully, we only had small luggage, but it might be a bit of a hassle if you're carrying larger bags. Additionally, our room was facing the night market, so it did get a little noisy in the evening due to the crowd. That said, we still appreciated the lively atmosphere and enjoyed the festive buzz of the holiday crowd.

The hotel keeps the old architecture and did a good job in renovating the interior. You'll feel as if you are staying in someone's house in the early-mid 19th century.

This is an exceptional property straddling both streets in Old Town Phuket where the Sunday weekend market fills.... making it the idea place to stay as it is surrounded by culture, history, authentic restaurants, happening bars & amazing Spas & Massage shops. Everything you would ever need is just a few steps away. We will definitely be back !

So beautiful in a very eclectic and quirky but also traditional way. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, staff were friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Central Location. Great place to stay if you are just looking for a comfortable place to rest while you are exploring the city. Friendly, clean, Aircon rooms.

Hotel was as expected, no bad experiences. This is a nice place to stay. No extras like a pool. Very close to everything.

Central location, organised transfer

Extremely noisy, you can hear a pin drop, we could not sleep at all to be honest so everyone who is sensitive to noise should not stay here. Enormous air condition for a very small room. Very noisy and we could not figure out a good night mode that was comfortable- temperature and noise wise.

They tried to scam me by sending me links to alternate websites via messaging on Booking.com and by email so we didn't take our booking as I didn't feel safe to do so.

Great location for the city centre. Rooms very quiet and comfortable.

Only one entrance card (had to pay a deposit for a second) - got locked out of the hotel when I popped out for a short while - left first card with partner who had remained behind. Nobody on reception, got in when another guest arrived. Having to order the cooked breakfast the day before - choice was either version of eggs or cereals.

The whole building, the hotel as well as the museum. It is like staying in a museum. Room is very ample, very clean and well maintained. Water and snacks are provided. It is located in the heart of Phuket old town. Restaurants, cafes are within short walking distance. Sunday walking street is right on the street where the hotel is located

Great decor/atmosphere. I stayed in 7 boutique hotels in Phuket & this was my second favourite The museum at the back. Great location Spotlessly clean.

Relative to other boutique hotels, it was expensive. No breakfast included in the price. Given that it was expensive, it should have been.

Staying at Woo Gallery was an exceptional experience. It is located in a wonderful part of town and the hotel itself had an amazing historic ambiance. A literal museum. It is very kept and their service was outstanding.

The place may be a "gallery" but I felt like I was in a hospital. Very antiseptic feeling. The staff hardly spoke to me. I was wondering how it got so many 10 ratings because this is definitely nothing close to a 10. I had 3 good showers until I complained and got a message about some way of manipulating the hot water knob in the shower. I checked out 2 days early

I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay close to everything in Old Town Phuket. The Sunday night market is literally on the doorstep , all restaurants , shops and bars are right outside the door. This hotel has been absolutely beautiful to stay in and we were lucky to have found such a gem . A former watch shop that has been passed down from generation to generation until it needed a full restoration . Now a hotel and mini museum, holding many items that belonged to the original family. It's like stepping back in time 🥰

Location - very convenient, right in the centre of Old Town, but not the noisy area. we stayed over the weekend when weekend market took place, the allocated rooms were away from the street, therefore very minimum noised heard. Breakfast - Must have. Only proper, well balanced breakfast you can get, must be very thoughtful person who have planned for the menu. Staffs and operator - speak English, friendly but allows guests to have privacy. Thoughtful Operator. Cleanliness - very good, made me feel at home. Safety - Very safe environment, guests who stayed here also very well mannered. Comfort - everything was good except the wooden bed squeaky sound when turn and move in bed. * the complimentary cookies are sooooo good
