Communication by staff. They can't understand even a bit of English nor they communicate in proper body language

The location, staff, and cleanliness were excellent. It's very family-friendly. In terms of value for money, it's definitely a 10/10.

Location was perfect. We had such a cool room and staff were very lovely.

The location was very central and a close walking distance to most restaurants, cafes and pubs. Quick grab/bolt to activities! Rooms were as described and staff were super helpful!

Bathroom could have slightly been be better but overall still pretty clean, vinyl flooring in the showers does not work well. We stayed during low season and felt like we were the only ones in the hotel, however, we saw that they were beginning to renovate some of the rooms!

De plek ligt in het oude centrum wat wel fijn is als je wat meer rust opzoekt en gezellige plekjes om te eten of te drinken. Onze kamer was groot genoeg en had grote ramen.

Onze kamer had een oude en muffe geur wat soms wel wat onaangenaam was.

The location was amazing, the duplex room size decent, the reception area was pleasant

I had booked a duplex room for me and my daughter. Upon Arrival the loft bed did not have a blanket or pillow so when I went to reception they told me it wasn't included as we were only two people and had to share the big bed. After a heated discussion trying to explain that I had specifically paid extra for the duplex room with loft bed for my daughter I was reluctantly given an extra blanket. I've never been to a hotel where I have booked a room with two beds and then have to argue to use one of them. The pillows were also very hard and lumpy.

I like the private room and the hotel property. Excelled location! Free complimentary mini breakfast- like bread and butter.

Everything was smooth. Nothing really that I didn't like. Check-in time was till 12 am only.

They catered for our plane being delayed and allowed us to check in a bit late!

This property has a damp/leak/water issue - it's very present across the room and hallway if you look up. We had a bubble in our ceiling which we noticed before going to bed. However within 10 minutes of being in bed it was apparent that actually there was a leak from the ceiling that was soaking the bed. The mattress and bedding was drenched and there was a constant drip onto our head. We ended up having to sleep the other way up and deal with wet feet (rather than a wet head). Not great really. Please fix the leak as it's clearly been there a while looking at the mould in the corridor and ceiling of our room.

Location was great- staff were awesome!laundry facilities were a nice touch. Upper floor rooms were lovely.

Lower floor ( with shared bathrooms)in need of some TLC - showers could do with a good cleaning.

I asked to pick up my bags that night but once I made all my plans I was told to pick up before 8. I was going to pick up at 830 so it made my plans harder.

La habitación es muy amplia, cómoda, iluminada y bonita. El hotel está ubicado muy bien, a 5 minutos de la calle principal de Old Town y a 2 minutos del paradero de los buses que te llevan a las playas. La decoración del lugar es hermosa.

Midden in old town. Dus perfect gelegen. Best grote kamer voor 3 volwassenen, badkamer is groot je kunt zeker met zen 3en tegelijk douchen als je daar behoefte voor zou hebben.

Als aan de rand van het matras zit,dan kun je de veren voelen.

Gute Lage in Phuket Old Town. Das ist kein Boutique Hotel, wie der Name vermuten lässt, eher ein besseres Hostel. Bett und Handtücher waren sauber.

Zimmer war nicht sauber. Auf dem Boden lagen völlig verdreckte Sitzkissen. Personal sprach schlecht Englisch und war nicht sehr freundlich. Keine Empfehlung von mir.

Saya pesan kamar duplex karena membawa keluarga, dan kamarnya luas. Yang mengejutkan adalah ada mesin cuci yang bisa digunakan seharga 30 Bath, dan bisa juga menjemur pakaian di ruangan khusus. Ada pantry dimana kita bisa buat sarapan sendiri (roti dan selai), bisa ambil air minum dan juga microwave. Di seberang jalan ada 7-Eleven sehingga mudah. Hanya 30 meter dari Old Town Phuket

Hampir tidak ada. Hanya saja saya meminta early check in tetapi tidak sebelumnya melalui aplikasi tetapi tidak ada respon. Tetapi itu tidak jadi kendala karena saya hanya taruh bagasi dan langsung jalan-jalan

Dobra lokacija blizu vsega, seven eleven je čez cesto. Na voljo je tudi skupna kuhinja.

Sobe so brez možnosti zračenja. Je okno vendar fiksno. Za naše 2 noči ni bilo tako moteče, pa vendar je notri precej vroče, če ne prižgeš klime.

Die Lage ist nahe der Altstadt von Phuket

Es ist sehr sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen, wahnsinnig hellhörig, schimmelig an den Wänden und im Bad, die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und wir hatten zu allem Übel Bettwanzen. Wir haben die Bettwanzen an der Rezeption angesprochen,aber uns wurde irgendetwas zwischen Unverständnis und lahmer Entschuldigung entgegengebracht.

The location is adjacent to the weekend market and some touristy places. The staff is friendly and helpful at check-in. We chose this accommodation because of the location. This place has a washing machine that you can use (30baht), but no dryer.

When we entered the room, there were bad smells coming from the bathroom drain. The smell was very strong, like a sewer. The bathroom seemed clean, but it had some mould in the grout of the shower. We requested to change to another room, but the receptionist told us they were fully booked and could only change it the next day. My partner and I had to sleep in this stinky room for a night and change to a new room the next day. The next day, we moved to a new room just next to the old one, but the window looks over the lobby (actually both rooms have the same layout), which lacks privacy. The smell also appeared in the lobby area; the smell was coming and going during our stay (3 nights). I would not recommend this place if you have a sensitive sense of smell and plan to stay in the room for most of your stay.

We stayed just 1 night, but the room was window-less.

Great location in Old Town area. Walking distance to everything. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. They willing to answer our enquiries even before our arrival and this was a great help for us to sort out our travel plan. It is a modern setting and very clean hotel. The private room with shared bathroom is really spacious. The other room we booked has a mini fridge, big window and high ceiling. Simple breakfast is available and laundry can be done with a small fees charged. We had a comfortable stay.

Air con dripped after use onto the floor.

The property was in a great location, and it looked clean, receptionist was nice.

What I didn’t like was that the room smelled mouldy/damp so as an asthmatic this wasn’t ideal and would deem this unsafe for anyone actually. I was meant to stay for 2 night but left and stayed elsewhere on the first night as reception was closed and then checked out in the morning on the 2nd day.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen area was also well-equipped. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Really clean, spacious private room with shared bathroom. The bathroom was well maintained and clean, not a problem sharing with other guests. Great location, just off the main streets of the old town. The staff were very friendly & helpful & very good at communication - they also recommended a park to see. You can do your own laundry for 30THB, they provide washing liquid at reception. AC in the rooms. Simple complimentary breakfast in the kitchen was a nice touch.
