Nozo Hotel

Hotel is modern. The rooms we stayed in was the queen bed room. Although it is small, every corner is well thought out and functional. The amenities are modern and new. The staff are excellent, all are able to speak good English which was helpful. The location is central. I need to mention a very helpful staff. Her name is Deegii. She was at the reception in the morning. I related to her that I left some items in the previous hotel at Noboribetsu and she assisted me to contact the hotel at Noribetsu and the Sapporo hotel staff to coordinate the delivery of my items from Noboribetsu to Sapporo. She was so patient with me and I truly want to thank her for helping me. She even helped to follow up on the delivery while I went out to enjoy the beautiful Furano. Thank you Deegii!!! To the management of the Nozo hotel, I want to say thank you for employing staff of high calibre to be at the Frontline. They have provided excellent customer service to the customers.

When I went for my onsen, the changing room was very stuffy and warm and over crowded.

Modern hotel with all the necessary amenities. Laundry room was very helpful. Breakfast was great and staff were super helpful and friendly.

Nothing, will absolutely stay there again.

Excellent staff and facilities

The room is Modern, compact & comfortable

At 9:15am there was practically nothing much left for breakfast when breakfast ends 10am. We asked one kitchen staff about the bread and she said they are baking, much to our delight. When we asked again at abt 9:30am, another staff said they did not intend to bake and there was no replenishment for food. What a let down.

Very tight room and toilet size The most disappointing part was, despite having the Do Not Disturb sign on our door, the housekeeping staff still came into our room, moved our things and actually dumped our clothes that were on our bed onto the bedside lamp (yes, our clothes were literally on top of the bedside lamps and were not even put back on the bed properly, unfortunately we forgot to take photos of this to show how it looked like. My partner and I were appalled, we’ve never experienced this at any hotels we’ve stayed at, ever. I would also suggest, please use bigger signs for your room signage’s as they are so small, that even their the hotels own staff seems to have missed it.

It would be an amazing location during the ski season. Brand new place.

I always write this ... but hotel rooms always need more hooks for towels and clothes, etc. And also bigger cups! :-)

The king room isn’t particularly large, but the layout is very well designed and makes excellent use of the space. The outlets are conveniently located, there are plenty of hooks for hanging things, and there’s even storage space under the bed for luggage. We were a family of three, including a young toddler, and found the room very comfortable for our stay.

There only seems to be a kids’ meal available for breakfast on weekends, and we had expected it to be available every day since our toddler absolutely loved the spaghetti.

The hotel is sleek and modern and I bet in the winter it’s as if you are in a chateau. The rooms were comfortable and spacious for a room in Japan. It is also provided a main area for laundry, vending machines and a microwave. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and engaging. They were also able to help us in English. The breakfast selection presented a variety and delicious. I will come back if I am in the area again!

The only problem was that one evening there was not enough parking.

La veritat que tot ha estat per damunt de l'esperat. Nosaltres em estat durant l'estiu i no em puc imaginar la gran sensació que ha de ser ser en aquest hotel durant l'hivern. La zona del spa a l'aire lliure amb el fred de la temporada i possiblement caient neu... L'habitació també tot perfecte. Tot impecable. Del lavabo he tret alguna idea que m'agradaria aplicar a casa. El personal ha estat fantàstic. Estic molt content i no podré trobar res que no m'agradi.

最小的房型室內空間略小。 飯店附設停車場車位有限，停滿時須使用附近的備用特約停車場，但備用停車場的資訊不夠清楚，停車場人員沒有主動說明、開車進飯店大門前也沒看到相關指示（需下車走至飯店門口才能看到說明與地圖）。

아침식사는 훌륭했고 위치도 좋았음. 대욕탕 시설도 만족스러웠음.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a gym too.

Price on the high side and will need a car to travel around. The eating place nearby closes quite early like around 8pm. Parking lots are limited. Room A bit small.

We loved the room, the restaurant, and the spa area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and everything about our stay was excellent at this hotel.

New and Clean: The hotel is very modern, fresh, and exceptionally clean. Fantastic Playroom: They have a wonderful kids' playroom. It is very well-made, and my children absolutely loved it. Great Staff: The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. Good location to Ski so close!

Parking Hassle: Although parking is free, the spaces right in front of the hotel are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you arrive late, it gets full, and you have to park in the overflow lot, which is quite a long walk. Basic Breakfast: The breakfast selection was small and very ordinary. Extremely Small Room: The room was super tiny! The bed was only 5 feet wide (a queen bed), and there was barely any space to open our suitcases.

Breakfast was the same for 3 days! By 9am, they don’t refill! Chef on duty not willing to top up! Also even we have requested Gluten Free, Dairy Free options before check in, as it was a half board for Day 1, they refused to do anything for breakfast! Boil carrots, bacon, etc all has Dairy! My son only had Corn Flakes! On day 2, we appeal for help… but chef on duty refused to assist! So I have to go to the room & grab some seaweed and only has white rice with it!

1. 服務：當天約18:00抵達飯店，被安排在218，向服務人員反應該房型完全沒有窗景可言，服務人員叫我稍等，有另一名男性人員告訴女性服務人員，只要跟客人說其他相同等級的房型都已滿。我只能接受，不然就是房型降等才能有樹景房間。

車位較少，如果超額便要泊在較遠停車場。

I stayed in Room 112 from June 20 to June 23. The service was excellent. The front desk staff were always friendly and welcoming with warm smiles, and both the housekeeping and restaurant staff made us feel truly at home throughout our stay.

The room is clean but is a bit small. The breakfast was good but there are not many choices.

More variety for breakfast

Hotel is new and modern, and one of our favourite accommodation this trip! Family room was cosy with good sofa space to chill as a family, and also for each (4) of us for me time.. The teenagers loved the bunk bed especially!! We'll be back! :)

The standard room I have booked seemed a little small but it has everything I needed though small. Bath, shampoo and conditioner provided smells good. Slippers and the pyjamas are comfortable!

A little small. A little disappointed I did not get to try their breakfast as recommended by other users. The car park is an issue, we have to park behind an uphill if we come back late.

Wonderful stay at Nozo Hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and the location was nice, calm and quiet but there are still restaurants nearby. The onsen is really the highlight for us. It was the best hotel onsen we've been to in our trip to Japan. It was very beautiful and relaxing.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the spa (bath) area, which was relaxing and an excellent way to end the day. Breakfast was good, with a reasonable amount of variety. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was easy to drive to the hotel, and parking was straightforward.

The gym was small, and the smell of the rubber mats overwhelmed the space. This is a minor criticism, and it certainly would not deter me from staying at the hotel again in the future.

Very nice, clean and modern place. International staff. They have sauna, cold bath, indoor and outdoor onsen. It is the best non traditional onsen with modern touch to it. Moody with warm lights with black tiles. They have ski locker and gym too.

Limited parking spots at night if you return late. There were only 3 laundry and 1 dryer which was limited, it’s always full at night so you have to be quick
