Quite and nice view

The free onsen was great but we did not know then went to other day onsen after climb the Mt Fuji. Dinner was delicious at the onsen restaurant. I will try the BBQ next time I book again. Over all it was a great stay, must stay at least 3 nights if you plan to climb the mountain. Offered 30mins late check out for free of charge. Thank you.

Highly recommended

Cottage for 6 was comfortable and perfect. There were rooms for privacy and luggages can be fully open. The dining / well-equipped kitchen was spacious for 6 as well. The cottage comes with complimentary off site onsen ticket, conveniently located across the cottage. Daiso and ample dining options all within walkable distance. Last but not least, the mount fuji view was magnificent from both inside and outside the cottage. Would love to stay here again when we visit mount fuji.

Pros: • The hotel is very clean. • It offers convenient onsite parking directly outside the room. Cons: • The check-in time is limited to 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, which is not traveler-friendly. • Communication with the front desk was poor. We were told the room had a washer and dryer, but there were none. While I later noticed laundry wasn’t listed under the amenities on Expedia, I had used “Laundry” as a filter to find hotels with this feature—so it was misleading that this hotel appeared in the results. • The front desk also didn’t mention anything about breakfast. The amenities state that breakfast is served daily, but we were never informed about it. Had they told us, we definitely would have asked. • The hotel charges a steep fee for late check-out.

It is a resort, what is there to say. The view of Mt. Fuji was right there and incredible, the cedar tubs were like a hot tub, and it was just so incredibly relaxing. It was one of our more expensive stays for the trip but it was definitely worth it. The only points are that the onsen rules are a little confusing and the walk to any station is quite far. I would really recommend a car as the drivers in the area were very considerate and patient and the resort has great parking (we used Yoshimura Rental Car at Kawaguchiko Station and it made things a lot easier). I can 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing time around Fuji-san.

Beautiful property. All the details taken care off. Amazing porche with Mount Fuji view. Has a grill, your own wooden bath. The only caveat is that you need taxi for everything from this location, which we did it care.

The rooms were amazing, very very spacious and clean. Each “room” is a full caving that can accommodate a group of 5-6 and location is very convenient with great service.

Beautiful, spacious cabin with every amenity you might need. Great communication and service. Only issue was bedding mats on upper level had some mold, we found out late and were only staying for one night so we made it work.

There was a parking lot just in front of the property. The place is fully equipped and surrounding no shortage of food to eat.

The property itself was wonderful. The cabins were spacious and had a great view of Mt. Fuji. Everything seemed to be well taken care of, and the staff were friendly and accomodation, helping us find and schedule a taxi service to the Fuji-san station on our very early morning trip back to Tokyo. I will say (to no fault of the hotel) that the transportation in the area is very lacking. There are little to no drivers on the Uber or GO apps. The sidewalks are very small ( no space for someone beside you) and non existent on residential streets. There are many taxi companies in the area, however, we were unable to spot or wave down any on the road and had to make the roughly 20 minute walk uphill with our luggage. Right beside the hotel is a sister property, on the other side is a grocery store where you could purchase anything needed for your stay, including meat if you intend to make use of the grill provided on the porch. There is also a wonderful restaurant across the street, and a massive Don Quijote less than a half mile from there. Overall, the property itself was amazing, and we would love to spend more time there in the future.

Brand new property in great condition, very nice rooms. Recommend a rental car as it is a far walk from sights in the town and taxis are not always reliable in this area.

Really nice place, big could fit 4/6 people easy. There was only two of us so we had lots of space. Location was decent. About 15/20min nice walk from mt fuji station. You get your own private indoor hot tube,you have to fill it yourselves,theres a hob fridge and microwave. Also really nice views of Mt fuji. We would stay here again

The property itself its alresdy amazing. We can enter the onsen next to the village by the cupin received during check in. In raunybdays we can easily go to supermarket and buy food to cook for the whole day!! When its sunny day, Mt Fuji view is stunning!! We love the balcony and enjoyed sun bath for dlfew days!!

This place is incredible! Check-in was a breeze, and the space is perfect for our family of four—everyone loved it! Our room offers a stunning view of Mount Fuji, and the private and public onsen is simply wonderful.

This is my second stay, and we love the wooden design features! The house has its own parking spot, and there's a free hot spring shop in front. It's a 3-minute walk to Daiso and many nearby eateries. The view of Mount Fuji is stunning, and it's just a 5-minute drive to Fuji-Q Highland! please correct

２階の富士山ビューを含め、室内での木の香りがする宿。 人数が多ければ相当の値段にはなるかと思うけど、その価値は十分あるところ。手前の温泉無料利用券ももらい温泉も楽しめるし、BBQができるし、隣にDAISOがあり便利に使えるし、値段相当の価値は十分ある宿。

the property is spacious and clean. Size is good for family and large group gathering.

The cabin was very nice. I was late to check in by 10 minutes but I let the front desk know and they gave me another option to pick up my key. They ended up waiting for me anyways which was very sweet of them. Had a great stay!

富士急ハイランドから近く、檜の香りと五右衛門風呂や設備、アメニティも完備されていて快適に過ごせました。 ご飯はIHのホットプレート、鍋や材料を持参して宿泊先でしゃぶしゃぶをしました。 自分達のペースで過ごせるので持ち寄りも良いと思います。ただ、調味料はないので持参が必須です。 銭湯も歩いて3分くらいで朝風呂も楽しめます。 また来たいと思いました。

富士急ハイランドを目的でいきましたが、宿の心地が良すぎて、宿でゆっくりするために来てもいいな！と、思えました。 部屋の清潔さや設備のよさ。バーベキューグリルとかも借りれるようで楽しんでる人たちも多くいました。 子供含め家族全員が気に入ったので、また必ず伺います。

Unique house made with all woods, very clean and comfortable. Front desk workers very helpful and friendly. We only stay one night to see Fuji mountain . But I have the best sleep here during our Japan trip .

施設が綺麗で冷暖房設備や家電設備も整っており、窓から富士山が見えてよかった。 近くに温泉施設があるのも良かった。

I am a stickler for bathroom cleanliness and when I noticed the tub and shower floor not cleaned to excellence I was disappointed. The property itself was beautiful however and had good ameneties. The check in process was somewhat unclear and confusing with the hotel across from the cottages. There was a lack of signage to make it clear which place to check in. I got my keys from the hotel across the cottages checking and then had to check out at the cottage. Wild. But again in spite of these issues I experienced, its overall an impressive place and would recommend.

Hidden gem. This is a great location and place to stay. Would stay here again for sure. Amazing!

This place is amazing, looks just as the photos described. Super clean and lovely place, the staff was also friendly. Only downside is that they don't allow tattoos on the public baths, which isn't uncommon, but it wasn't stated on the description which made me think they weren't a problem. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Our stay here was fantastic! The rooms were great and spacious and the onsen was fantastic as well! We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the food we had was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we feel very welcomed here. If we were to come back to the Mt Fuji area we will definitely choose this accomdation!

ペット可なのにだめと言われ消毒料を請求された。

コロナの影響もあってか、どのコテージも満室でした。近くにコンビニもあり、飲食店も多く、車での移動を考えれば十分な気分転換になりました。コテージの中も清潔感があってよかったです。しいていうならば、キッチンの道具が少なく、調味料もないため、持ち込みや事前にスーパーでの調達が必須です。ワイングラスやビールグラスなどはありません。

半露天風呂が追い焚き出来ると便利だと思いました。

Great facilities for Onsen. Immaculate property overall.

This property was a last minute booking for an overnight stay and we couldn't have loved it more. Spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. The private soak tub was a lovely bonus! The log is a little tricky to find at night as it's reception is located within a rear carpark, so plan ahead.

It’s good place to enjoy, near the amusement park, hot spring, some restaurants, shops.

I cannot say enough about what an AMAZING place this is!! We only were there for one night but as soo as we walked in, we were wishing that we could have spent our entire 2 1/2 weeks in Japan here! This is 100% the first place we will book on our next trip to Japan!

Beautiful newly built apartment that was very clean. Location wasn’t the greatest. It’s on a busy street with mostly fast food choices near by. About 25 minute walk from the MT Fuji station
