予約時シングルの部屋が満室で、ダブルの部屋になり予算コストが高くなった。

火祭りの場所、富士急ハイランドから近い。コンビニが真下にある。食事はついていないが近くに飲食店が多数あり朝食含めて問題なし。建物は古くても手入れが行き届いており快適。清潔感あり。

自販機がキャッシュレスだとありがたいです。

Chambre spacieuse avec une belle entrée séparée, très propre, bien équipée, et avec une très belle vue sur le mont Fuji. Les alentours ne sont pas spécialement les plus charmants, mais sont très pratiques.

The location. The helpful hotel staff. The food outlets around. Just remember to get down the bus at Fuji q highland. Then just 10 to 15 minutes walk to the hotel.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sauber, modern, leichter Checkin und checkout. Alles sehr sauber eine tolle Ausstattung. Und atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Mount Fuji

Lage war etwas schwierig. Mussten 20 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle gehen, was bei der Hitze etwas anstrengend war aber sonst war alles super

A localização é maravilhosa, com uma vista perfeita do Fuji. Os funcionários são atenciosos e mesmo com a diferença da língua se esforçam em ajudar. O quarto é muito confortável tem tudo que é necessário. Super indico.

A única coisa que poderia ser diferente, mas compreendo por conta da cultura, seria uma onsen mista, para que eu pudesse desfrutar junto com minha esposa.

Amazing location! We could see Fuji from our window. It was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean. We dropped our luggage early and the staff brought it to our room, which was very nice.

富士急からめっちゃ近いし部屋によるかもしれないけど、景色が良かった！あと落ち着いた雰囲気で居心地も良かった！

気にしすぎかもしれないけど化粧台のところとかにホコリが被ってたところ！

Es un lugar hermoso, limpio y de ambiente tranquilo. 1000% recomendado sobretodo las vistas hacia el monte Fuji.

Do tamanho e do conforto do quarto. O hotel fica próximo a restaurantes e lojas de conveniência, bem como do Fuji-Q Higlland e do terminal de ônibus (utilizamos p Tókio).

Amazing location. FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. Easy parking nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room is small, as expected in Japan, but comfortable. The view of Mount Fuji from our window was absolutely stunning. Classic motel vibe.

Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání. Pěkné, čisté, plně vybavené pokoje. Na recepci jsou usměvaví lidé, kteří zodpověděli všechny naše otázky. Velmi doporučuji také snídani, která byla fantastická!

Room size was small but functional. A great Chinese restaurant across the street. 7/11 and Family mart within a few steps. The hotel stored our lugguage.

Did not get a Mt. Fuji view room, although reviews mentioned that all rooms have a view. A smoking room was across our hotel room which was not good use of the space and uncomfortable to go in to view.

お部屋の掃除がされておらずがせっかくの旅行がテンションが下がってしまった。 部屋を変えてもらえたのが救いでした。

設備も充実しており、部屋も広くて良かった

大浴場が1つしか無く、時間ごとに男女で分けられているため時間を気にしないといけなかった

Es un alojamiento cómodo, céntrico y de calidad si bien es un poco antiguo.

Un precio muy elevado para no ofrecer siquiera desayuno. Las almohadas son súper planas y no hay opción a otro tipo de almohada. Que no haya opción de desayuno. El personal podría ser un poco más alegre.

The hotel was nice, nice room, staff were lovely and helpful, nice onsen facility

We booked a Fuji view room, which due to weather wasn’t visible, so we had ground floor car park view room, onsen had male female times but the ideal times were allocated to males. For the price, I would expect breakfast atleast.

朝食無しのプランだったのでパックのお茶かスティックコーヒーが部屋にあれば良かったなと思いました｡

The room was OK. There was a kettle with tea but no coffee sachets. The hotel is near several restaurants and a theme park. Also quite near the main bus stop for buses from Tokyo.

There was no Western style breakfast. Some reception staff were rather unfriendly. No bar or restaurant and we were the only people at breakfast the one day we had breakfast there. The hotel had a rather empty 'soulless' feel.

Convenient location, 7/11 and other market available just at the corner. Very nice staff, they tried to help and accommodate with everything needed.

Language barrier but that was expected, they don’t offer suitcase delivery. Hard to get taxi in early AM

廊下に大きなダブルベッドが立てかけてあり、万が一地震が来たら扉開かないかな？と不安はあった。 それ以外は特に何も気にならない。

Die frisch renovierten Zimmer sind super. Von meinem Zimmer aus hatte man eine nahezu perfekte Aussicht auf den Mt. Fuji. Der Onsen ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel bietet genug Platz und es hat 20m vor dem Hotel einen Kombini.

とても快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方も親切で、 お部屋から富士山も 見えました。 マウンテンビューにして 良かったです。 ありがとうございます。

お風呂が、 二つあると最高ですね。 時間差なので、 入りそびれてしまう事も あるかと思いました。

15時より30分程度早めに到着してしまいましたが快くチェックインさせてくれました。ありがたく思いました。 徒歩圏内にコンビニや飲食店も複数あるため安心でした。景色も最高です。

The hotel was lovely and had rooms with views of mount fuji. The staff were friendly and ready to help with any questions. The room features were nice and we had everything we needed for a short stay. Also the hotel had a nice small gender-segregated Onsen which men use in some hours and women use in other hours. The Onsen was lovely and really made the hotel experience great There is a conveniently located convenience store in the carpark and vending.machine in the hotel as well as a microwave. This was good to buy snacks and small meals.

The location is in a quieter part of town which can be far from certain attractions. Renting a car or bicycle would be ideal if you are staying at this hotel. I wish that in the Onsen there was one hour for mixed gender bathing so it can be enjoyed by couples.

Excellente chambre de bonne taille au calme. Hôtel bien placé pour le parc d'attraction. Très gentille dame à la réception à notre arrivée. Moquette ultra moelleuse. Cerise sur le gâteau une vue superbe sur le Mont Fuji.

Le bain public était fermé, personne ne nous a averti. Le bain est en alternance homme/ femme quand il est ouvert. Il n'y a qu'un seul bain Le restaurant était fermé, pas de petit déjeuner disponible L'hôtel est situé assez loin de la gare

room size was nice for the price and location.

The tv in the room didn't work well. was out dated and was not compatible with any current devices. it also froze and wouldn't open any of the preinstalled internal apps. The onsen was also closed and under matainance the entire time we stayed. after a rainy winter day we were looking forward to relaxing and warming up but were unable to. it was originally one of the main selling points of the hotel, so it was very dissapointing.
