There was an issue with one of the alarms in The room. It would click loudly for about 30 seconds at a time every 30 mins to and hour throughout or first night. Very awful after a full day of traveling with family. And was less than ideal for the first night before our first day at Disneyland. But staff handled it for us after first night.

We stayed here for 3 nights as we was visiting disney it s a great hotel nice and clean. Staff are welcoming and the free breakfast is so nice. You get free coffee or tea 24 hours a day in the lobby. The Toy story carpark is 2 minutes walk from the hotel that gives you a free shuttle to disney thete and back and runs every 5 minutes. The hotel is in walking distance to resturants and shops its a great hotel you wont be disapointed if you book this hotel the swimming pool and hot tub are nice and clean.

Didn’t get a room key card when I got to the hotel we had to have security open the door for us. The older woman at the desk during the night shift between 12-2 am was cold gave judgy attitude not welcoming at all and claimed she wouldn’t understand me when asking about checking in. I never received a room key so I also didn’t know I needed it to get through the gate and had to come back into the hotel after trying to leave.

Good location to access Disneyland and a great pool to cool down after.

We visited the hotel ahead of our visit and met Cassidy Ho, who happened to be the Front Desk Supervisor. She was professional and helpful. The lobby was attractive and inviting and my thought was “this Hampton Inn & Suites is a cut above the norm. During our stay, we enjoyed a tasty breakfast (waffle batter was malted vanilla) buffet. Our room was comfortable though the beds were double instead of queen. On the day of checkout, both my husband and I had extended meetings. Cassidy graciously allowed us a comfortable late checkout. As I waited to speak to her and observed her interacting with guests on the phone and in person, she handled everyone with patience and hospitality. It’s the small things that make the difference, and Cassidy provided just that with a hand drawn colorful welcome chalk sign she took the time to create in the treats/market area. Entering the hotel the glass sliding doors have a white bubble design with the words, “How are you doin’l; leaving the phrase is “See you later.” Bryan also worked at the front desk and was kind and friendly. All the employees with whom I interacted were nice people. It was a great stay! Pictures attached are from the hotel lobby and include the icons of Mickey and Minnie at Disneyland.

There was a very good variety of breakfast. The food was fresh, hot,etc.

We took a shuttle to Disneyland 2 mornings. Would have enjoyed the shuttle coming a little closer to our hotel. There was quite a way to walk to the shuttle stop. Other than that our stay was perfect.

We booked a room here for a Friday check-in and, as we always do when traveling with our son who is a wheelchair user, called ahead to confirm the room was ADA-compliant with a roll-in shower. We've had past experiences where "accessible" rooms turned out to only have hearing-impairment features, so this call is routine for us. The man who answered identified himself as Gerardo. When I asked him to confirm our reservation showed as a wheelchair-accessible room with a roll-in shower, he deflected by asking if I had a confirmation email, then cut me off mid-sentence when I started reading the confirmation number and said having the email meant the room was reserved — which doesn't answer whether the specific room meets ADA roll-in shower standards. When I explained why we were asking, he was rude and non-responsive. I asked for a manager and he said he was the highest-ranking manager on site. When I asked for his name to report the interaction, he gave a false name — "Brian." I called back the next day and reached Nola, who was the opposite experience: she listened, understood the concern, and physically walked to check the room herself to confirm it met our needs. I asked if hotel manager Joey Sevilla could call me back about how Gerardo had treated us. Nola said he would call that afternoon. He never did. I called two more times asking for him and was told each time he was unavailable. He never returned a single call. We checked in Friday, July 10 at 5pm, and the room was in fact accessible as promised. Within the hour we had a family emergency back home and needed to leave immediately. I went to the front desk around 6pm to explain the situation and ask for help. The clerk told me that because it was an emergency outside our control, the hotel would issue a full refund — something I hadn't even asked for. I thanked her, promised to leave the room clean, and confirmed we'd only used the restroom and a couple of towels. At checkout before 7pm, I handed back the keys, told the associate the room was ready to put back into circulation, and even offered to pay the two hours of parking we'd accrued. She waived it and told me to just scan out at the gate, and said a refund receipt would be emailed to my wife. We scanned out at 7pm. That evening, the credit card was refunded in full, exactly as promised. The next morning, the card was recharged the full room rate, and a folio arrived showing the room charge reinstated (only the parking fee stayed removed). No one contacted us before doing this. When I called to sort out what I assumed was a mistake, I spoke with a supervisor, Alfredo, who called his manager — Gerardo, the same person from the check-in call — for approval. Alfredo came back and said Gerardo was denying the refund because the hotel had been at full capacity that night. That has nothing to do with what happened: the refund was approved and processed at checkout by hotel staff with full authority to do so. A hotel can't reverse a completed refund and silently recharge a guest's card the next day because occupancy numbers made the promise inconvenient in hindsight. Alfredo said Gerardo's decision was final and there was nothing he could do. We have documentation of the initial full refund and the subsequent recharge on our statement. This isn't a billing error — it's a manager overriding his own staff's commitment after the fact, without informing the guest, and hiding behind a false name when first confronted about his conduct two days earlier. We travel with a wheelchair user and depend on hotels to be straightforward with us about accessibility and honest about money. This property failed on both counts, and the common denominator both times was the same manager, Gerardo.

Some of the breakfast options were not good. The suite with the bunk beds was a little small. It was also laid out weird. Fridge was in the bunk room microwave and snack storage was in the main area. No dressers for clothes. Need more hooks to hang wet items.

It was very clean and the room was very spacious. It was close to Disneyland and lots of eateries. The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Just one mishap with the parking when checking out. We didn’t know we needed our room card after we checked out leaving the parking lot and we were charged twice for parking. One time included in the bill and then again when exiting.

I had an outstanding experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center, and a big part of that was thanks to Assistant General Manager Joey. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and genuinely well-managed. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for visiting the Anaheim area, but what really made the stay memorable was the level of service. Joey sets a high standard for hospitality, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I hope management recognizes Joey for the exceptional job he’s doing. He truly makes a difference.

Our experience here was wonderful, we had a different hotel booked originally but had some issues and when we came here we were greeted by Michelle who was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and knowledgeable. What had started as an awful beginning to my birthday celebration was quickly turned around thanks to her help. Will definitely be back for our next visit. Also the room was very nice, clean and comfortable!

The breakfast was a nice touch. Only used it once in my stay.

Didn’t like that I had to keep using my keycard for the elevators. Made it a struggle with luggage and kids. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work at first. The hidden parking fee was a surprise.

I's a nice hotel close to disneyland (about $10 Uber trip), the staff is the best, specially Nola in reception, she is really nice and helps you with a smile. The breakfast is good. Just rembember to ask for the cleaning of the room, it is under request.

The hotel and staff are beyond amazing. Went the extra mile at all times. Front desk Bevz makes you feel important and even remembers names. My favorite Anaheim property.

Conveniently located next to Toy Story parking lot so you can walk there and use the Disney shuttle to get to the parks, but note on the return trips the bus lines are very very long if you wait until park closure to return

The windows are not sound proof so you can hear all the ambulances at night as well as the kids running up and down the hallway.
